Smartholomews Echoes .
There are only 8 Echoes of Smartholomew, as 5 of them were permanently killed, during the Time War, with no chance of reincarnating themselves. As Daleks eventually found a way to permanently kill Time Omnians.
• Eyes :
Gallifreyian eyes stay the same, for each of their regenerations. At least, for the "Main Universe".
So, unlike the Canon Universe, all the Doctors have Blue eyes, with black rims around the iris, and black pupils. Being able to pass for human eyes. However the Masters have red eyes, with acid green rims and pupils. Then the Susans have brown eyes, with yellow rims and pupils. Next the Rassillions have green eyes, with purple rims and pupils.
But then Omega has a rare eye pattern. With golden eyes, which fade to blue, and black slits for Pupils. Most Gallifreyians have 2 toned eyes, but eyes like these occasionally manifest, as a throwback gene. Gallifreyians, with eyes like these, are treated like minorities on Earth.
Smartholomew has similar eyes to Omega. The tops of the Smartholomew's irises are green, but fade into red towards the bottom, looking like mangos.
• Alien Incarnations :
None of the Smartholomews have gained these transformations, as of yet, but I wrote it into their backstories, that they would one day.
Smart Mouth, AKA "Smartie" .
The idealized me. Appears all of 9 years old, despite being a fully grown adult. Largely due to his youthful features, and small height.
He only stands at just over a Meter and nearly 13 centimeters. (at 3 feet and 5 inches.) He is not a child, rather he has proportional dwarfism, making him very short... which follows him into the other races he reincarnates himself as.
He's a proper pretty boy, and a proper mutt of ethnicities.
With soft Caucasian features, and sunken in Japanese eye shape (which make it look like he's always wearing eyeshadow). While his skin is a pale brown, of Hispanic descent. Then, finally, he has short fluffy blue hair.
• Skills : A "Jack of all Trades", but no outstanding Combat ability.
His real talents lay in story telling, and drawing comics. Which he uses to record the stories he observes from the Multi-verse.
• Animagus : A red Fox.
• Combat Tactics : No Combat skills, as he has a stealth / scout role.
• Alien Incarnation : Born as a Pegasus, but near immediately underwent a ritual, to bring out his dormant Thestral magicks. This involved feeding the new born a mango, and then killing the child, with the mango still in his belly. This caused his Thestral magics to take over.
However, the child dying also activated his Time Omnian magicks. Which allowed him to switch between his Pegasus and Thestral forms. As well as gain access to his Animagus, and partial, forms.
- Pegasus Form : An orange coat. With blue mane, wings, and tail.
- Thestral Form : A grey coat. With blue mane, wings, and tail.
• Partial Animagus Form :
- Humanoid Form : While he maintains his child like appearance, his lower legs turn into furry hooves. While his hands turned to claws. He even gains an orange, fluffy, fox tail.
- Pony Form : While accessing his Animagus magics, his fur pattern becomes more fox-like.
Due to the Partial Animagus Transformation, he can switch his head between an Equus pony shape, and a fox head. Both having their own benefits... though he prefers his fox head.
However, he always gains sharp, carnivorous teeth, and paws at his front legs, while his back legs remain hooved.
He gains bright orange fur, with a cream underbelly. While his lower legs become black, with thick blue squigglies where it met the orange fur, just above all four of his knees.
His tail is orange, with the underside being the same cream white as his underbelly, with a black tip, plus thick blue squiggles between all the intersecting colors.
His wings were naturally feathered. With short blue feathers at the bone. While the rest are long white feathers, that fade to black.
His cheeks, and lower jaw, are naturally the same cream white as his underbelly. While the rest of his face was orange. Well, except for the large number of black freckles around his large, pony style, eyes. Which take up a third of his head.
• Chaos Transformation :
- Humanoid Form : When he activates his chaos form, while in his native Gallifreyian state, the green of his eyes turn yellow, while he gains an orange fox tail, with a blue stripe on his neck, going all the way down his back, and tail. With a blue tip to the tail.
- Pony Form : The fur of his underbelly darkens to Black, with orange highlights, and the odd black strand in his coat.
His floofy tail turns to mostly orange, with a blue tip.
Then his eyes turn to yellow, while still fading to red. Next the occasional black strand of fur, appears in his orange coat. Then his cheeks fade from orange to black, turning into his black muzzle. While the blue squiggles, of his limbs, disappear.
His wings turn to solid dark grey. And can either feathered or leathery, depending on if he is in his Pegasus or Thestral form. With Pegasus Wings, his top feathers remain blue. While in the Thestral Form, the wings are pure grey, though you can see the blue bones through the skin of the wings.
Metagamer, AKA "Lord Uzumaki".
A tall, muscular, woman with large breast. They have pale blue skin (odd for Time Lords, but not unheard of).
They manifested as intersex, with a fully developed penis and testicles, as well as large breast.
Unlike Theta, they don't mind being called "She", and like to swap their pronounces. As they are gender fluid.
• Skills : An extremely powerful Telepath, and master Oracle. The most talented magic user out of all the Smartholomew Echoes. As well as a master of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu.
• Animagus : Gargoyle. A race of large bats, with hooves, and wings connected to their back (not their arms). These Creatures turn to stone during the day, but are flesh at night. A trait the Animagus spell can ignore, so has no effect on Metagamer.
• Combat Tactics : Extremely reliant on magic, in fights. But prefers touch ranged spells, to use in combination with kicks and punches. Prefering to use explosives for ranged attacks.
• Alien Incarnations : They maintain both female and male reproductive organs, while in these bodies... which troubled their alien parents, but all chose to not use corrective Surgery on their new baby. With Metagamer deliberately choosing parents that were against that kind of thing.
- Asari Pony : (based on the fan made species, from "My Little Pony" and "Mass Effect".) A species of Equine, closely related to Mass Effect Asari, but inhabit the MLP verse. They are furless, with bright blue skin. They have short, starfish-like, tentacles for hair. As well as large leathery wings.
When combining this with their Partial Animagus Form. They become a bipedal Asari, with hooved legs, crest on their knees and elbows, a long thick furless tail, leathery wings, and patches of dark grey freckles. Their eyes also turn to pure purple, with several ripple like rings.
- Krogan (from "Mass Effect"): A bipedal amphibian, with a large hump behind their head, and a thick crest in place of hair. They're skin is blue, with a gold crest. Strange colors for a Krogan. But they maintain the 7 and a half foot, pure muscle, body type of this species.
- A blue Twi'lek (from Star Wars).
Street Smart, AKA "Haunted", "Dark Magician", or "Gastly-Mon" .
Looks like the Dark Magician, from Yugioh. Tall, with pretty boy features, and blue hair.
• Powers : He is a skilled "Technomancer". Able to control technology with his mind.
However, he also is capable of Cosmic level magic.
• Animagus : Gastly, a Pokemon.
• Combat : Uses severe, reality bending, magics in combat. Will bend the laws of physics with glee.

- Baby Stage : Demi-Devimon.

His Anthro form involves fusing his Pokemon and Digimon halfs... which is viewed as blasphemy by Digimon. Who view Pokemon as corrected versions of themselves.
- Baby/Basic Stage : Resembles a Gastly. Except he's more skull like, with charcoal black bones, in a purple fog, and Bone wings coming out both sides of his head.
- Rookie Stage : This state is a good deal more complex in nature. His head was very Gastly like, though more like a skull then a ball, with a skeleton like body, surrounded by a purple mist. He had no skin, muscles, or organs. He didn't even have legs, just a long spine, and ghost like tail. His bones were charcoal black, as if burnt, leaking that Gastly like purple fog.
- Champion Stage : a Skull-Devimon. Which is a skeleton version of Devimon, but with a black skeleton leaking that purple fog.
- Ultimate Stage : a Skull-Myotismon. Being a black skeletal Vampire like creature, with that same purple fog leaking from his bones.
- Mega Stage : a Skull-Reapermon.
Hairy Plotter, AKA "Harold Severus Potter" .
Looks like Harry Potter, in both his features, and his unruly black hair. Save for his mango eyes. He is a "Genetic Duplicate", meaning he is a reincarnation of Harry Potter.
• Skills : An expert in defensive magic. Can speak and command serpents through "Parseltongue". and has a frightening level of good luck, thanks to a rune his Witch mother gave him, which followed him from his past life.
The Rune is shaped like a lightning bolt, and has been seared into his very soul. But only appeared on this face. It bends luck, manipulating circumstances, in order to keep him alive.
Like Dumbledore's Phoenix, Fawkes, coming into the Chamber of Secrets, and defending the boy from a Basilisk. He just happened to be carrying the Sorting Hat. Then Gryffindor's Sword coincidentally fell out of the hat. With Fawkes later deciding to use his blessed tears, to cure Harry of the snake's poison. In this universe, that was all manipulated by the Luck Rune, not planned by Dumbledore.
However, the Rune doesn't improve his luck for games of chance, or other mundane things. Only making it more likely he'll survive dire situations.
• Animagus : Couatl, a large magical serpent, with feathery wings.
• Combat Tactics : Uses a combination of wandless spells, fencing techniques, and martial arts that are enhanced by magic.
• Alien Incarnations :
- Tenza : (from Doctor Who) A reality warping, cosmic entity, capable of creating pocket dimensions.
- Draconequus : (from "My Little Pony") An abomination of nature, born from chaos. With Cosmic level reality bending.
His legs were hooves, but one was a Pony's, while the other was a Kirin's. Then his arms ended in a dragon claw on one scaly arm, and a fox paw on a black and red furry arm. He had a Thestral wing, as well as a Dragon wing.
His head was more like a ponies, round with a severely shortened snout. With one long fang. A short and unruly black mane. And a lightning bolt scar, above his right eye, which is actually the rune.
Then a slightly curved, short goat horn, and a deer fawn's nub, for horns.
His body was long and skinny, much like Eastern Dragons, but covered in fur, with a scaly underbelly. With a similar tail.
His head and long neck, had a pale greyish blue fur, with cream scales for his lower jaw and throat. While his long body was brown, with a rose red scaly underbelly. Then his tail had black fur, with gold scales, and a white tuff of fur at the tip, like a lions.

Smartholomew, between the time he died, and the moment he was resurrected, spent a lifetime as Harry Potter, for the Main Universe. With this face representing that time.
Although he doesn't remember it.
Smarticus, AKA "Jasper", "Feral", or "Sunny Dilbert Dee'Roo" .
They have a dark, Jamaican descent, skin tone. With long red and blue cornrows, but shaved sides of their head.
• Skills : A master of martial arts and Ki techniques.
• Animagus Form : Platypus.
• Combat Tactics : They have trained their body to Super Human levels. With Super Strength, near invulnerability, combined with Enhanced Speed and Agility. This is due to them specializing in Ki based combat. As their energy attacks are based on physical strength. As their attack power goes up, so does their physical power.
While still a style of magic, it doesn't count as magical attacks, as the magic is channelled through the body, to trigger biological enhancement, even for their energy attacks.
• Alien Incarnation :
- Werewolf/Vampire hybrid :

As a Hybrid, they have all powers of both, and none of the Weaknesses, save for blood and meat. Which they can substitute for animals.

He is a human descendant of Corvinus... purely by accident. Though it resulted in him being targeted by a "Twilight" Vampire. Whom, in this universe, are vampires descended from "True Blood" Style Fairies.
This Vampire just wanted the prestige of having a progeny with royal blood. He even turned Jasper when he was only nine, and was both sexually and physically abusive, towards the eternal child.
The Vampire was later killed by Werewolves, whom were shocked when Jasper didn't die, but rather was turned into a hybrid. Accepting him into the pack. With rumors spreading beyond their forest, of just what the Corvinus bloodline could do. ( Based loosely on Underworld. )
After being "Cursed" by Werewolf Venom, Jasper started aging again. Until he reached his Physical Prime, at biological 30 years old. However, at this time, he was chronologically closer to a thousand.
His werewolf pack, was later killed as an initiation ritual, for the Alpha pack. So he went in search of a new Alpha. Before being accepted into Derek's pack, who didn't know he was a Hybrid. ( based on the TV series, "Teen Wolf." )
As he stopped aging at 30, he didn't have any memories of his Time Lord life. Not until Metagamer appeared before him, and manually opened his conciousness to their Hive Mind. However, when they did this, as in by the time they found Smarticus, he was already a good deal older then the rest of the Hive Mind.
- Sodaroo : An Anthropomorphic Kangaroo, which evolved in the colors of sports drinks. Sunny has yellow fur, an orange underbelly, blue hair, and blue claws and feet. As his fur pattern is based on a bottle of Sunny D.
However, under his fur is still a black skin tone.
When combined with his Anthro Animagus transformation, he gains giant webbed claws (larger then his head), a platypus tail, and webbed feet. As well as fangs and sharp carnivorous teeth.
This face was chosen by their Clutch, and Smarticus went along with it.
Smar, AKA "Kole Kolbert", or "Fluff Butt" .
The boy in question had snow white hair, with blue highlights. Standing at just under 3 foot, 5 inches. While his skin was a light grey, pale from lack of sunlight.
The boy was an immortal child, having manifested as a Child, he could grow no older. This meant, if he reincarnated himself, his Awareness and Time Lord genes, would awaken activate while he was still prepubescent. He truly could never progress past his current age.
• Skills : Very talented in enchantments. Though his direct spell casting, is limited to a handful of well used spells. While most of his magicks, are fairly clumsy, due to lack of use.
There is one spell he is quite practiced in. Which makes the Effects, or Monsters, of "children's trading cards", manifest in the real world, under his control.
He likes to enchant action figures, dolls, and plushies. To give them life, and fight using the powers of what they are based on.
He even knows how to enchant common props, into the real thing.
So any toy or drawing is as deadly as the real thing, in his hands.
He carries around a bigger on the inside pouch, on his waist, which he made himself. This unassuming bag, contains an entire palace on the inside. Complete with gardens. While most rooms are devoted to his toys comfort. With millions of appropriately sized doll houses, most of which he carved, and painted, himself.
He likes to dress in leather armor. Which he also heavily enchants, for better protection and Elemental resistance.
He has a number of rings he also made, each with a different effect. Even making rings small enough for his toys, to better protect and empower them.
He's a Master thief, a skill he learned after the Time War, from his Kobold tribe.
• Animagus : A rare breed of Eevee, found in the Pokken Capital Region.
They have a brown coat, but with snow white fluff going around his front shoulders, a white tip to his tail (not cream), a similar white underbelly, a white tuff on the top of their head... looking like a cow licked it.
• Combat Tactics : He likes to stand back, having his action figures and plushies fight for him. While he assist them by using his trading card spell.
• Powers . Access to all of Eevee's move list, including TMs, HMs, and the Special moves from "Let's Go Eevee". Can temporarily transform into any Eevee Evolution, with access to their move list while in that form. Can even turn into "Fake-mon" of Eevee. Which are fan made evolutions. However, all transformations have a time limit, based on his training with each particular form.
• Partial Animagus Form : A chubby, bipedal Eevee, with short legs and arms, and short/paw-like fingers. The fur on the top of his head is white, and spiked up as if it's been licked by a cow.
• Alien Incarnation :
- High-Born Kobold: a small bipedal dragon, with a scrawny body you can practically see the bones on, and a cute Gecko head with sharp, carnivorous, teeth. In place of hair, he naturally has two rows of short, bone-like spikes, jetting out the curves at the sides his head. Which get bigger the further back they go.
As a High-Born, he has dragon wings, and the abilities/appearance of a True Dragon. High-Borns are actually descendants of True dragons, but Smar chose to reincarnate himself as a direct offspring.
In his case, a blue Dragon. Meaning his scales are blue, with a yellow underbelly. Atypically, he has an occasional orange scale, all over his body, almost like freckles.

He gained his poison breath attack, from this state.
- Human Dalek / Sec : A human Dalek, based on the episode "Daleks in Manhattan".
He is blue, with a purple blush to his skin, and the occasional patch of freckles. He has a veiny body, an exposed brain, and one large eye (like a cyclops). He has a narrow face, flat and nose-less. Along with 3 short tentacles, at both sides of his head.

These tentacles can stretch to incredible lengths. Normally only being 5 inches long, they can stretch to the length of a Football Field. As they are more dense then Diamonds, and stronger then titanium.
Unfortunately, the further out he stretches them, the more density they lose. So they can go from near invincible, to very weak.
Thankfully, the tentacles have a healing factor, growing back in an hour.
Smart Alec, AKA "Frost Bite", or "Snickersnack" .
They appear to be of Japanese Ancestry. Standing at 5 foot, 3 inches. And have an athletic build. Their hair is longish, going past their ears, and a bleach blonde, but fading to blue.
• Skills : A master Swordsman and martial artist. He also has some Hacking and Computer Skills, but not as good as Haunted. He is extremely skilled at the teleporting spell. Able to do so near infinitely, at will.
Master of Ki attacks, Restoration magicks, enhanced strength, super durable, warp flight speeds.
• Animagus : A Vulptex, an alien Crystal Fox (from Star Wars).
• Combat Tactics : Various Swordsman techniques, and sword related attacks. A common stick is as deadly as a vorpal blade, in his hands. Can preform long range attacks, by swinging his sword in that direction. His signature weapon is a Keyblade, with thousands of different keychains for it.
He likes to teleport around, and slash at his opponents.
• Alien Incarnation :
- A Saiyan : (from "Dragon Ball Z") looking much like their Gallifreyian natural form, but with slender muscles, in an athletic build. Then quills standing straight up on his head, in place of hair, but colored the same as his natural state's hair.
- A Sangheili / Covenant Elite : (from "Halo") With pink skin, with a blue blush on various places of his body.
Standing at 8 feet, six inches. Like all Sangheili, he has a quadruple-hinged jaw, with an upper jaw and four mandibles lined with sharp, pointed teeth. There are 4 digits on their hands, two middle fingers, and two opposable thumbs. With knees that bend in the opposite direction of humans.
- Frieza's Race / Frost Demon : (from "Dragon Ball Z ") In his True Form, he has an orange upper body, with snow white legs and stomach. Then a blue crest on his head, arms, legs, and chest. Their tail is blue, with an orange tip, and patches of white dots. Their mouth and lips are also blue.

He's trained himself to shift through his forms quickly. He can even Achieve Cooler's "Ultimate Form".
Mouthy , AKA "Musky-pup".
A skinny, short, young man. With soft features, and a round face. He has extremely pale Caucasian skin. With numerous freckles on his shoulders.
• Skills : He is a master of Poisons, and so has a Poison Immunity. He's a master of "Health Absorbing" magics, can conjure infinite throwing knives, and short range Telekinesis.
• Animagus Form : A tiny, poisonous, frog. With bright red skin, and a neon green underbelly.
• Combat Tactics : He likes to conjure a number of throwing knives, around him, and directs them at a target, with his mind. He likes to infuse poisons, acids, and decaying spells, into these conjured blades.
• Alien Incarnation : Husky-Taur: Like all Husky-Taurs, he had the lower body of a dog, with four scrawny legs, a more human like Torso, with arms and fingers, and a not quite dog like head. As his muzzle was very short, with large anime style eyes, making it look much cuter then even a real Husky.
He was covered in mangy fur, with countless mats and tangles, due to not having the patience to brush himself. Then short and spikey ginger hair, on the top of his head.
Normally, his fur pattern is a traditional Husky's. Black, with a white underbelly.
When using his Anthro Animagus transformation, he maintains his Centaur-like body, but his fur pattern changes to match a poisonous frog's. He gains bright red fur, with a green underbelly and legs... and numerous poisonous attacks
- A hobbit : (Based on the "Lord of the Rings" world).

A later Reincarnation, was a genuine hobbit, whom travelled alongside "Gandalf the Grey", during the Third Era of "Middle Earth". This hobbit lived a fairly ordinary life. However, once he turned biologically 42, and his Time Lord genes kicked back in, giving him his native Gallifreyian eyes and hair color... he was made an outcast, and was more inclined to leave the Shire, with Gandalf.

This face worked as one of the grunts at Quirks Bar, and was friends with Rom. He helped Rom set up his Ferengi workers' union, though was again, just a grunt.
