Author's Note:
I merged the characters of "Smar", "Fluff Butt", and "Kole the Kobold".
As these are all very similar characters in personality and talents. So now they are all one character, with multiple forms. Which they will gain in later chapters.
My rewrite of Time Omnians have them all looking humanoid, but later merging with other races, and taking their appearance.

CHAPTER .
During the Time War.
I watched as Smar fiddled with his school project. As he was studying the magical crafts for us, I always did enjoy watching him.
He represented my creative side, my inner nerd. The part of me that longed to be as good at building or drawing as my friends... the part of me that spent hundreds of hours brewing potions in Elder Scrolls, or building houses in Minecraft. Hell, even the part of me that just liked to milk cows, in Animal Crossing.
He was my tinkerer side... A side of myself I lost, growing up, but he represented the desire for it... as well as the talent I wished I had, for such creative pursuits.
He was also a bit obsessive, and often got completely lost in his work... to the point he'd get PISSED if someone disturbed him. Which is why I was watching him, Silently.
Smar was currently working on his latest hobby / school project, Spawning Stones.
Basically the things from Minecraft, monsters are born out of. My lore brought the idea into this universe... with some tweaks.
I actually suggested he study the Stones, telling him I might be able to feed on ones made from Chaos, if I bound them too myself.
I was "born" as a fully mature Royal Fae. Meaning, the lifeforms I would have bound to myself, and fed on, were not present... so I was slowly starving to death... very slowly. As thanks to my Time Lord magic, I didn't need to eat a lot.
Thankfully, Rassillion had a solution. One I wrote into my Backstory.
To feed me, Grandma Rassillion, the first face of Rassillion, had authorized The Doctor's companions be pulled out of time, and heaven, to be resurrected as a new breed of Boekind.
This made them living fixed points in history, that were constantly defying that history, by continuing to exist past their natural deaths.
This was a few thousand people. All of whom were willing to help the Doctor's son... even if it meant binding themselves to me, and letting me feed on their continuous temporal backlash.
After all, the Doctor chose his companions well... with each of them being champions in their own right... They wouldn't let a boy die... especially not the Doctor's own son.
On Rassillion's encouragement, I invited them into my realm. With them agreeing, at the Doctor's request. This permanently bound themselves, and all their descendants, to me.
Allowing me to feed on the temporal backlash they created, just by existing, even when they weren't inside me. It meant I could feel them, and track them throughout the multiverse... even observe them, anywhere throughout the 42 Cosmoses, they happened to be... they were part of me now. Even if we didn't share a hive mind.
The distortion was enough to keep me alive. As I fed on the Cosmic Law of Destiny... but it wasn't enough to keep me full.
After all, I was the size of a literal Solar System, and most Royal Fae, were quite crowded. So even if I was no longer starving, I was still in a constant state of Hunger... and in a good deal of pain.
I suggested, to Smar, that we turn to Chaotic Spawning Stones, as I knew that is where we would end up going... since I wrote it. But something unexpected happened.
Rassillion took things under his own power. And used the looms to create more Boekin. Giving each of the thousands of Doctor Companions, their own clan of 500 infants. Cared for by house elves.
Since they were technically the Companions descendants, they were bound to me, as well.
Rassillion had allowed me to choose the cultural norms, they had been programmed with. They had the morals I wanted them to have.
Smar was also creating a number of chaotic monster stones, which manifested different types of magical critters. He wasn't good enough to build Sapients yet, but he'd get their in time.
Meanwhile, I used my knowledge, from all the clutch, to build several thousand of my own stones. In the form of a new race of House Elf.
They were known as "Lesser Dunmer", and were a race of mer, that were instinctively subservient to other Chaotic Beings.
They would run everything inside me. Handling nearly all jobs. So that the other beings inside me, could focus purely on culture, science, and magical pursuits.
These lifeforms may be Subservient, and instinctively loyal to me... but neither the Boekind, nor the mer, shared such feelings towards Time Lords. They respected House Lungbarrow, The Doctor's and my Clutch, but did not worship it.
Rassillion made sure the beings would want to stay inside me. And wouldn't be pulled into the Time War... He didn't want me to become were Gallifreyians stored their slave races.
The only reason they were instinctively subservient to me, was because they were literally living inside me. So could cause me a lot of damage, if they ever got the mind to. Instead, they were happy in their role, within my Realm.
I still wasn't full, after gaining all these lifeforms bound to me, but I was no longer hungry. And Rassillion congratulated me and Smar on "our" idea. I didn't mind sharing the credit, as it took attention off me.
"You gonna stare at me all day?" Smar glared at me, without taking his eyes off his project.
"Just watching the master at work." I snickered, as the short man looked around for his mother. "It's just a human expression."
The ginger rolled his expressive eyes, "Smartie clearly didn't think it through. Giving you the Doctor's memories. The annoying level of 'Human Expressions' you spew."
"You know you love it," I stuck out my tongue.
Smar huffed, then smirked. "How'd you know my latest potion required 'Tongue of brat'?" he pointed some tweezers at me threateningly. "Thanks for volunteering."
I rolled my eyes, but stood up. "Alright, Alright. I'm going."
"Maybe now you'll do something useful!" Smar snapped, as I opened our dorm's door.
"Not my fault I have the accumulative knowledge of 42 Time Lords. Send a complaint to Smart Mouth!" I yelled, before slamming the door shut. Definitely as an act of defiance... and not to dodge the pillow thrown at me.
