Trunks Saga:
Part 3.
Family Reunion.
CHAPTER:
One of the Time Agents, a Sangheili, stepped up to speak. "And you have the audacity to bitch about my meddling. Allowing this to go through, will alter the course of events for the entire Galaxy. Possibly the universe itself. Vegeta might very well never become the next Kami of Destruction."
The Doctor glared, then blinked. "Smart Mouth? is that you?"
The Sangheili scoffed, "Honestly, the worst Time Lord... Hi, dad, glad to see you interfering with my work... again."
The Doctor gulped, "H-how?"
The Sangheili sighed. "I'll explain later, for now, there are more urgent matters... what are you even doing in this corner of the multi-verse?"
The Doctor stiffened, before simply explaining, "I was doing some spring cleaning, and found the Blueprints to S'mouth's Leyline Engine... in my coat pocket. Figured my TARDIS was trying to tell me something."
The Elite sighed, "Of Course." before looking over at Trunks. "I'd love to catch up, but I have an arrest to make, and a few Timelines to re-absorb."
The Doctor glared, giving a sigh as he did so. "And what of the baby?"
The Elite shrugged, "He's an innocent Variant. He'll be brought to S'mouth's Realm, and placed in an orphanage... they both will.
"Trunks will be magically regressed in age, and placed under a reformation officer, so he can be reformed, and educated about the dangers of carelessly manipulating the timeline.
"Once his sentence is up, the spell will be lifted, and he'll be restored to his current age. Decades will seem shorter then seconds, as far as his body is concerned."
Trunks bit his lip.
"How long he stays a Penny, depends on how much resistance he gives us. But his sentence is already quite long, given the changes he made ended up destroying a few galaxies, and we have to completely reset things."
"WHAT!?" Trunks shrieked.
The Elite shrugged, "We can undo it, once we remove you two from the Timeline. But yeah, you prevented both Goku, and Vegeta, from ever becoming Super Saiyans, much less Kami. This Timeline is all kinds of screwed, thanks to losing it's greatest protectors."
Trunks gulped, as Frieza snuggled up to him. Why is it, whenever he tries to help, he just makes things worse.
"But..." looking down at the babe.
"Your plan fails." The Elite gave another shrug, as his mandibles twitched in irritation at the thought. "While your Frieza will indeed grow up to be a benevolent person. He will never be as powerful as his Evil Counterpart, and not anywhere close to your Goku... he won't be able to handle the role as the universe's protector... at least, not without our help."
The Doctor's glare soften. "And how do you intend to fix that?"
"I spoke to Q you, and he is merging the three realities this idiot created, and convincing the Fates to craft a more benevolent future for the Shounen Galaxy." The Elite informed.
The Doctor's eyes looked determined, "I'll be keeping the boys."
The Elite sighed, "Always have to make things so difficult." He rubbed his naturally hairless head. The Elite looked to the side, listening to something only he could hear. "Fine," he allowed. "We'll alllow you to be his Reformation Officer. But you'll be handling them in S'mouth. Trunks must pay for his crimes. After all... he did destroy the universe... twice... We good?"
The Doctor thought on that. "How about you set up a link between my TARDIS, and S'mouth's realm." his order was phrased like a question.
The Elite glared, "We can do that, too, but the boys will need to socialize with other kids. You wanna watch them, yourself, fine, but you'll do so by our laws. They'll go to our day care, and learn at our schools... but I don't mind you taking them on adventures."
