Update from the Dragon's Cave July 4 2021:

Good day to you all. My name is Sean Thames and I am the writer and owner of Dragonsfire Entertainment. As you may have guessed, this post is what I feel is the most interesting way to give you the latest news and updates regarding Dragonsfire Entertainment's Paw Patrol branch of stories. Each month or so, I will post an update report on what is going on and what you can expect from Dragonsfire. Now lets get on with the update...

Ballad of Dally

As of the last Chapter, Paw Patrol: The Ballad of Dally has entered a month planned hiatus so I can get ahead by at least ten or more Chapters to make the update process more easier on me and you all. I would also like to say that the writing has gone along quite well, more than expected. I've already got three Chapters ready to be typed and will soon be ready to be published. But unfortunately, No matter when they get typed, the first Chapter of act two will still be released on the 13th of August. In an effort to get ahead, so you still will have to wait that much. I ask for you a little more of your patience as I promise you, the wait will be well worth it, as now, the core of the story has now really started.

I also would like to state that at the end of Act Two, Ballad of Dally will probably be at the halfway point in believe it or not. The story will probably have at best guess, ten or fifteen Chapters left in the story, as I'm attempting to not go over forty chapters with fifty being the max. I want to try to get it done by the end of the year, so I can roll over to next year with a new project, which will be revealed at the end of this update.

Act two will give us a taste of how living without Marshall is affecting the Paw Patrol, Ryder, and Adventure Bay, the act will have us stop at different points in the year to check up on how things are doing, and we might even check up on how Stacy and Dally are doing as well...

Paw Patrol: The Ballad of Dally will return with the first Chapter of Act Two named "Five Minuates" on August 13th 2021! Be sure to be there to see how the year without Marshall starts off!

The Wolf's Emerald

Last week, I revealed a new story that takes place during that year, where Chase, Rocky, and Zuma helps a wolf pup named Roxy, keeps the Wolf's Emerald away from Mayor Humdinger, and saves the Woodland pack from his treacherous ways.

I had a little trouble on what to do because I wanted you all to experience the story the best way possible, but due to it being during the year, I would have to give a recap of it in a chapter of Ballad of Dally, as there are obviously many plot threads of the story in the Ballad of Dally. I couldn't decide on what to do, so I came to you all to voice your opinions on what Option I should take, and based on all the answers I've gotten, and my thoughts and feelings as well, I have decided...

That I will go with Option A

You all have brought some good points in everyone of your answers and I appreciate everyone for voicing their opinion's, but Pyrefly77 (Sorry for the call out) Couldn't have said it better...

Dally is enough work without adding on another story to your list.

One thing at a time. I can't stress that enough. To be honest, Dally, for all of its good points, has been dithering so much that it's frankly enraging. People are eager to see where Dally goes, I'm sure.

You can avoid overextending yourself and losing motivation (which, if you focus on two stories at once, likely will happen. If you chase two birds, both will get away), you can make Dally the best it can be, and those eager to see where Dally goes and how it ends will thank you for it. Myself included.

I cant help but agree with him right there. As much as The Wolf's Emerald contains some plot points for Ballad Of Dally, I'm already so invested in Dally. Even If I were to just put it away for a little while, while working on another story, I could lose interest and lose all of my ideas for Dally, and there would be a strong chance that Dally would become one of those, "Gravestone stories" That I want to stay away from.

Not to mention, you all are fully invested in Ballad of Dally, so if I would to shift gears now, it be like if you all were at my amusement park and you wanted to ride the biggest ride there. You get on it, climb the hill and ready for the drop, but then the ride stops and I say, "okay lets stop at the most highest hill and go to some middle level ride in the park" You all would respectfully get irritated, wanting to ride the rest of the big tall coaster. Plus even if you loved the second ride, by the time you get back to the first one, you all could be very exhausted, and just have no more interest in the first ride no more.

That's how I see it, and I realized that its not fair to Ballad of Dally, to stop it more than it needs to, so Paw Patrol: The Wolf's Emerald's release date will remain where it was, and after Ballad of Dally and Raiders of th...da I mean The next project, The Wolf's Emerald will be released then.

I can't thank you enough for all the answer's you gave me, and hopefully you understand.

Paw Patrol and The Temple of Doom.

Now on to an exciting announcement. Next month on the 27th will mark the one year anniversary of the heart racing, adrenaline filled adventure, was released to you all. To celebrate this wonderful occasion I will announce that Paw Patrol and the Temple of Doom is getting a makeover!

All the Typos and inconsistencies will be removed, and extra stuff will be added to enhance the experience that gave you so many chilling and suspense moments. The post will be an all in one Chapter story called, Paw Patrol and the Temple of Doom: Anniversary Edition!

For the effort of Preservation, I will leave the original story up so you can compare the two. I'm not George Lucas so don't worry about that.

I also would like issue an open submission to anyone who would like to send in a cover for the fic so I can replace the generic boring one that I have. If wish to, you can send it to me via discord under Dragonsfire1995 or tell me about it in you pm and we will go from there.

Get ready to follow Chase, Marshall, And Claria once again, as they risk their tails to stop the evil BloodRayne wolves from taking over Wintergreen, When Paw Patrol and the Temple of Doom: Anniversary Edition releases August 27th 2021!

But...thats not all for Temple of Doom as I have another exiting announcement...

There is a new story I would like to announce and it's called...

Lost and Found!

Lost and Found is a five part mini story that takes place during the events of Temple of Doom, where we will follow Ryder, Skye, Rocky, Everest, Zuma, and Rubble, as they scour Sticksburg and Wintergreen, searching for their Chase and Marshall and hopefully, bring them home safe. It will also include a conversation between Marshall and Everest during their trip back to Adventure Bay, that I'm am sure to my bones you don't want to miss.

Get ready to join in on the search for Chase and Marshall, when the first chapter of Lost and Found publishes on November 30th 2021!

?

And now...a story announcement.

The next story in the Paw Patrol Dragonsfire universe after The Ballad of Dally, is an adaptation of another Indiana Jones movie.

Paw Patrol and the Raiders of The Lost Ark!

I don't want to reveal much as it is still an it's early stages of development, but I will say this..

This story will take place five years after the Paw Patrol has dissolved and will star Rocky and Zuma as they go across the world, to recover the ark of the covenant before Mayor Humdinger gets it's first!

Be ready for an blood pumping action/adventure, with Rocky and Zuma, when Paw Patrol and the Raiders of The Lost Ark, is released sometime in early 2022. (Release date will be announced at a later date)

With that, that is all that the Cave has for you today. I hope you are very excited for the many things to come in Dragonsfire Entertainment. I know I had a couple of new story announcements, but I assure you, I will not touch any of them until Ballad of Dally's writing is finished. Even if I have to delay some of them which reminds me...

All Release dates and titles are subject to change. I will let you know if any change have been decided, the only ones locked in is the Act two of Ballad of Dally, and Temple of Doom's anniversary.

Please check back here for any updates on all the stories here in the Dragon's Cave!

Also feel free to post a review of any of the announcements that your most excited for and if you have any questions, pm me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

This is Sean Thames from Dragonsfire Entertainment, wishing you a very exiting and safe 4th of July!
