Message From The Dragon's Cave
3/22/22
Hello everyone and welcome to the Dragon's Cave. As always, my name is Sean Thames, the sole writer for DragonsFire Entertainment, here to relay you a special message from the cave.
I want to take the time to thank everyone of you who stuck by my stories for so long. Without you, I may not have had any confidence in releasing Temple of Doom and Ballad of Dally. From all the feedback I've gotten, I can tell that everyone is anticipating how Dally will turn out, and I'm hard at work to make sure I don't disappoint.
Thus the reason for this message that's a little bummer. I recently looked over the Chapters I have in line and noticed that they...lack in what I wanted Ballad of Dally to be. It's unfocused, a bit all over the place. and doesn't follow through with anything I initially planned. That is not a good feeling to have for a story like this.
There's a collection of reasons why this is including my personal life and my job. I could just put my head down and turn a blind eye, but if I do, I will be so upset on how the story turned out. So in the effort to make Dally the best it can be, I think I want to scrap what I have in the future, and rewrite Act III with the exception of Chapters 37 and 38 of course.
I am so sorry for torturing you like this but it's the only way I can feel good about finally finishing Ballad of Dally, and move on to more exciting stories.
As for when Dally will be back, I'm looking to come back maybe in May or so. Just to give me some time to give a proper send off to a story you all love so much. An update from the Dragon's Cave will be up on May 1st, detailing the developments
(Bows forward) Once again I sincerely apologize for playing with your emotions and promise that this is the last hiatus for Dally.
This is Sean Thames of Dragonsfire Entertainment signing off.
