Well to start it off I murdered Barry Allen's Mother.
Why you may ask?
Because I was in a blind rage….
It was the day I gained my speed.
I idolized the Flash for years but he appeared out of nowhere.
We all thought he was dead but somehow he miraculously appeared saving the people I was meant to save!
But at last I have gotten over that I may hate him for it but I won't let that hate control me, that is what let the Flash beat me every single time we fought.
I may have always been one step ahead, but none of that matters if I'm letting that hate cloud my judgment.

Anyway moving on I traveled back in time trying to find what time period the flash was from I succeeded, and eventually from further research I figured out his name.
I thought what if I erased him from existence by killing him as a child, but the flash followed me back and saved himself from death, and in a blind rage I killed his mother thinking that it would traumatize him so bad he wouldn't want to become the flash.
After that I ran trying to get back to my time only to find out my speed was being drained from my body at a fast rate, because without the flash, I would have never gotten my speed, so I was stuck there.

Correct so I decided the only way to get back to my time was to create the flash.
I didn't look like what you see before you, I had a different appearance.
What you see before you is the face of Harrison Wells, the man who created the particle accelerator that exploded that created the flash.
I decided to steal his face and body to make that happen sooner, but in doing so I killed him and his dear wife.
And that's how this all started.
I did many horrible things to the flash, some I regret some I don't because he deserved it.
