Waking up from his slumber naruto sees the ceiling and has an instant thought

Going with this thought he speeds through his daily routine being, brushing his teeth, taking a shower (which takes normal time cause if he sped through that the water would just be in slowmo), combing his hair in a Kaneki hair style, all while setting a timer clocking in at 3 minutes and 10 seconds.
After getting through his routine Naruto speeds off towards Eobard's home.

Speeding and pushing him into a tree Naruto hits the kid with a barrage of speeding punches, beating the kid black and blue.

Before you ask, yes there is a physical speed clone technique but I will teach you that at a later date or rather when you actually graduate the academy, can't you learn everything at once then it would not be as fun later when you make your own techniques using the speed force.

Yes, once you learn how to manipulate your lightning you can make your own techniques.
Anyway try to stand in one place and move side to side as fast as you can until you make an after image, it doesn't have to be perfect looking to the point it's just two of you without a blur just make it appear.

Now all you need to do is maintain it for as long as possible and if you can go faster do it, the faster you go the more it looks like two separate people then a blur.

After a weeks worth of training both the Speed Force and chakra control, Naruto can walk up surfaces and walk on water without needing the speed force to help him, he can create a perfect speed mirage, phase through walls, and run at the speed of over 10,000 Mph.

Speeding to the Academy Entrance, Naruto looks up and gets a smirk on his face.
Finally the Road to the Ninja is here.
Walking the classroom Naruto sees a few open seats but sees the one in between Sasuke Uchiha and Hinata Hyuga and sits in it.

Menma and Nami rush at each other using their speed, but to Naruto they're moving in slow motion, when they reach each other Nami throws a punch at Menma, only to be blocked by said defender, Menma then throws a kick faster than Nami can keep up with hitting her straight in the gut, getting back up Nami goes back in throwing attack after attack trying to land a blow, Menma blocks a few taking a couple of punches, but only for him to throw a high speed kick to Nami's side, stumbling her back out of breath.
Just give up little sister, you won't be able to beat me, you will get wore out eventually!
Not unless I can wear you down first!
Going in they both throw hits and attacks blocking each other, but unknown to them Naruto is analyzing every little movement they make planning strategies and counter attacks for each attack he sees, back to Nami and Menma, Menma and Nami get back away from each other showing the fatigue and when Nami goes in for one final speed punch Menma holds his leg out and trips Nami then finishing her with a final blow to the Stomach.
The Winner is Menma!
The class starts cheering at seeing Menma and Nami's match.
Walking back to the line Menma looks at Naruto with a cocky grin.
Beat that disgrace.
Naruto just looks at him with a questioning glare.

Just the same fight from the Chunnin exams but even more pitiful and childlike.

That's just the luck of the draw dog breath, besides this speed is only temporary.

Shino rushes in with a bunch of taijutsu attacks but Hinata with her gentle fist blocks them all while slowing Shino down closing his chakra flow in a few minutes of this going on Shino can barely move, Naruto seeing this starts brainstorming of ways to counteract these effects should he ever be hit with them.
I give up, there's no way for me to logically win this battle as most of my chakra points have been shut off and my clan doesn't specialize in close quarters combat we specialize in long range.
The winner is Hinata!
The class just stares unsurprised knowing how deadly the Hyuga gentle fist can be seeing this match as a given since the Aburame clan aren't much without their insects.

The class immediately starts cheering for Sasuke as Sakura and the rest of his fan club are screeching loudly. Everybody else is just laughing at Naruto's humiliating defeat
