After meeting team Prime, June falls for Optimus but is afraid to tell him. When Ratchet smells her regret after Optimus forgets who he is, Ratchet tells her to hell Prime when his memories return. Things go mostly well from there, but there's an unexpected surprise.

"Mom, this is my science club," Jack says as he and June walk into the main area of the base.
June can't believe what her son has been up to and is shocked robot aliens are living on Earth. Add that each has their personality, and they seem to be like metallic humans who can transform into vehicles.
As she spends time with each of them, she's more drawn towards Optimus to the point she thinks she's fallen in love with him. Not only does she think that it's unacceptable for a human to love w transformer, but she worries what Jack will think? Rather than ask, she tells herself, it'll never happen.
That is until Optimus doesn't return from battle and forgets who he is. June feels regret she didn't tell Prime how she feels. Still, she worries, what if Jack didn't agree with his mom dating an alien?
Being a medic, Ratchet pays close attention to everyone's changing smells and smells, June's mess of the others are busy, he grabs her and takes her to the medbay.
"Put me down, Ratchet!" She yells.
He puts her down on the medical berth.
"What do you want?!" She snaps.
"For you to tell me what's going in that mind of yours? Don't lie either; I can smell your worried, scared, and full of regret."
"How do you know?; Fine, I have fallen for Prime, but a human dating one of you guys would be unacceptable to humans — and probably you guys. I'm scared to tell Jack, so I told myself it would never happen. I regret not telling Prime, even though he would have forgotten since he forgot who he is."
Ratchet thinks about what he was told.
"Well, I'm accepting if you tell Prime how you feel about him. You will have the chance. I suggest talking to Jack before talking to Prime."
"How do you know we'll get Prime back?"
"Optimus knew this would happen and entrusted Jack with the key to Vector Sigma, on Cybertron."
June isn't sure what to think. Letting her son go into space seems like a bad idea, but she'd get the mech she loves back.
Of course, Jack argues he can handle the mission, and Arcee would be with him. June lets Jack go to Cyberton, hoping to have both her mechs back by the end of the day.
Things go as planned, but June still hides her feelings for Prime as everyone celebrates his return. Unknown to her, Jack and Prime know something is troubling her. Optimus asks Jack to find out what's troubling his mom. Worried about the human he's fallen for, but like June, Prime thinks it'll be unacceptable for the two to date, and what about Jack?
Jack didn't think he'd find his mom crying in her bedroom.
"Mom? What's wrong?" He asks, "don't say nothing cause I noticed something was bothering you when Optimus returned. Even he noticed something is bothering you."
"I-I...," she sighs, "I like Optimus and have been thinking about telling him since he got amnesia, but I worry about what you, the others, or Prime will think."
"That's...wow ... unexpected, but who am I to decide what you should do, mom? Tell him."
June didn't think her son would be this understanding.
June asked Prime to meet her on what's essentially the base's roof though it's the mountain.
"Why are you so nervous?" Prime asks as he sits next to her, his blue optics looking down at her.
This is going to get done getting used to. June thinks. I don't come here often, so what's the worst that can happen besides I'll never come here?
"I...um...I like you a-and I know it's wrong—."
Prime picks her up to optic level. June is puzzled by this action until she hears Prime say he also likes her and thought she'd say it's unacceptable for the two to date. June tells him Jack surprisingly is ok with this.
Things go well for the couple. Ratchet has perfected the holoform, making dating much easier, and Prime was happy to kiss June finally. He was about to try to kiss her in his bipedal form but thought it'll be worth the wait. He does like how he can get an idea of what's on June's mind by smelling hormones. He wants to frag her but smells like she's either not in the mood or ready to.
One thing he can't know by smell is if June would marry him. He can ask Jack to ask June she would consider marrying him?
Jack gives him his answer, and Prime plans the proposal — through the war with the Decepticons is still going on.
A few days after the war ends, Optimus asks June on a date. The two enjoy watching the sunset, but this time would be different.
"No matter how many times we watch the sunset, it's still beautiful," June says while looking at the sky, allowing Optimus to prepare.
"I have something to ask you," Optimus says.
"What is—?"
June looks to see Optimus' holoform in a suit.
"June Darby, I know our relationship is unusual, but we have something special that other relationships don't have. You make being here on Earth a lot more enjoyable. Will you marry me?"
June is impressed by how much we work Optimus put into this. How long was he researching and planning?
She smiles at how much effort Optimus put into this.
"YES!" She exclaims and jumps into his arms.
The two make out before going down to the base to tell everyone the news. Everyone is excited. Jack is happy to have Optimus as his stepfather. Though he does think it's a little weird, Optimus and his mom will be doing it during their honeymoon.
Optimus smells June is thinking they're going to do it as they drive to the hotel. He's tempted to pull over, and they do it right in the cab, but he waits until they get to the hotel.
They barely make it into the room when June starts kissing Optimus, which turns into a heated kiss and taking each other's clothes off. Prime is not a leader tonight.
He lays June on the bed and kisses her on the lips before moving to her neck and everywhere else until he reaches her area. June wonders how many porn videos did Optimus watch to get an idea of what humans do during sex? Or is it the same for Cybertronians? She forgets how it only takes once to get pregnant as she enjoys everything, finding someone she loves after all these years and sex.
Optimus enjoys the taste of the human body, even her area. June moans, enjoying this. It was worth not doing one one-night stand. T
June is impatient for Prime to pound her. Optimus enjoys the different taste of the human valve and how much June is enjoying this.
When Optimus' spike is ready, he goes right in. Being a nurse, June can ignore the pain. Optimus is not liking she's in pain, but she's not saying anything, so he goes right at it.
"Oh, yeah," June blurts out, enjoying the feeling of her husband's spike in her.
Optimus is enjoying his first sex session with his wife, letting a moan escape him. He struggles not to pick up speed until June begs him to. He doesn't have to wait long—both Moan more frequently and in unison.
Fifteen minutes pass before Optimus pulls out and lays next to June. He holds her close as they fall asleep.
Three weeks pass; when June throws up right when she gets up, she thinks it's a stomach bug; but as the day goes on and she doesn't experience any other symptoms, she knows she's not sick.
She's terrified to get Optimus before going to the medbay and would like Ratchet there as he finds out.
Ratchet and Optimus smell her fear and the pregnancy already, but keep quiet until Ratchet does the blood test.
"You're pregnant," Ratchet says.
"Oh, no," June replies, "how can I be so stupid? It only takes once."
"Sweetspark, it is alright," Optimus' holoform hugs her, "we didn't talk about having a sparking together, but I am happy."
"And Jack? He's been an only child for sixteen years," June sobs.
"Surely he must know this could happen," Ratchet points out, which isn't helping. Add, without asking the couple, Ratchet gets Jack and brings him into the medbay.
"Mom?" Jack asks, worried.
"Ratchet!" Optimus scolds and sighs, "Jack, we have something to tell you."
Before Optimus can say more, Jack smiles.
"I didn't think it would be this soon, but that's great, mom," Jack says.
He hugs his mom and stepfather.
