The girls had spent the first five years with Jack, trying to help him find the Fountain of Youth. They had gotten pretty far, but were missing a significant piece that would help them find the location. In the end, Jack decided to give up and spend the last remaining years with Faye and Carmella exploring and getting into hijinks as they slowly mastered their powers. At the end of year five, they had made plans to find Barbossa and the Pearl. Those next five years had been as exciting as they had been daunting. They had dealt with even more enemies and disasters that came their way. During this time, they had gotten closer to Barbossa, who they fondly called Dad, and he in turn openly called them his daughters. As the fifth year that he had them began to close, he knew that they would have to be on their own. As a gift, he had bought them a small, yet mighty ship that would only need a crew of two. The two girls then separated from Barbossa and had gone on their own adventures for the last five years. Near the end of the fifth year they started to hear rumors about their Uncle Jack, they decided to go investigate and tracked him down to the one place a pirate never wanted to be caught in. London, England.

It was the day of the pirate trial that they arrived in London. Carmella and Faye had their cloaks on and were meandering around the busy bodies that started to head towards the courthouse. They heard a girl saying to her father, "Hurry Papa, or we'll miss the hanging!" The two girls scoffed at how the father reacted to it but continued on their way.

When the two got inside, they hid in the shadows as a man shouted above the many voices in the courtroom. "Now appearing in the court, the notorious and infamous pirate, pillager and highwayman: Captain Jack Sparrow!"

"In the past ten years, Uncle Jack had escalated into this," Faye mutters to Carmella only.

"I don't think that's him," Carmella said.

Faye looked at the prisoner and sighed,"You're right, the body shape is different." The man then took off the bag that was on the prisoner's head. Instead of Jack, it was Mr. Gibbs. "Mr. Gibbs? " Faye asked in confusion.

"Why do they think that he's Uncle Jack?" Carmella asked Faye in as much confusion as she was.

"I told ya!" Mr. Gibbs starts to say to the group. "The name's Gibbs, Joshamee Gibbs!" The people of the court ignored him.

The man from earlier spoke up once more, "Presiding over these trials, all rise for the honourable: Justice Smith!"

The door opened and a man with a curly wig entered the room and was heading towards the stand. The announcer was given a wad of money to allow this man to judge since he was not the usual man who presided over the trials. 'Justice Smith' then sat down and looked over the crowd. Around his eyes was black coal and when he smiled, his teeth glinted gold. "Now, what do we have here?"

"Uncle Jack?!" The two girls muttered harshly as they saw him. No one around them paid attention to their cloaked forms, they were too busy on the trial at hand.

Mr. Gibbs looked confused as he narrowed his eyes in thought, "Jack?" He then winced as he was hit with something and the crowd cheered.

"Ooo, that had to hurt," Carmella said as she winced from watching. Faye nodded quietly.

"Not necessary," 'Justice Smith' said to the court. "You were saying?"

Mr. Gibbs held onto his shoulder before thinking of what to say next. "Jack Sparrow is not my name, my name is Joshamee Gibbs!" The crowd got rowdy after hearing his testimony.

"Is that so?" The judge said as he placed a finger under his lip. "It says Jack Sparrow here."

"I told them, I'm NOT Jack Sparrow, who I would be glad to identify to the court, if it would help my case." Gibbs said to the judge in a slightly threatening tone.

"I think that would be a poor defense, unless you want to be bludgeoned again in a heartbeat," 'Justice Smith' said as he held up his handkerchief. The girl's were shaking their heads as the crowd roared to life once more. "The prisoner claims to being innocent of being Jack Sparrow, how do you find?" He asked the jury.

One man from the Jury box stood up and asked, "No trial, but aren't we hear to examine the evidence?"

'Justice Smith' replied, "Foreman, your finding?"

"Guilty verdict means he'll hang," Foreman said and the crowd went wild and hands were being drummed against the rails. A woman yelled out: 'Hang him, String him up!"

Carmella shook her head,"Lady…"

It quieted down as the foreman said simply, "...guilty?"

Gibbs started to shake his shackled hands, "That's not fair!"

"Shut it!" 'Justice Smith' said to Gibbs and he calmed the crowd down with a few smacks of his hammer. "Joshamee Gibbs, the crime of which you have been found guilty of is of being innocent of being Jack Sparrow. I hereby commute your sentence and order you to be imprisoned for the remainder of your miserable memorable life. There." He finished as he slammed on the gavle. The people around him started to scream: 'Hang him up!' They started to throw food at the court.

The announcer then said, "He shall be arranged transportation to the Tower of London!" 'Justice Smith' then left the courtroom and was out of sight. Carmella and Faye quietly escaped the courtroom and out into the air before the crowds noticed them. Gibbs was then put into line to get into a carriage made for prisoners. Seeing their chance, the two girls slipped into the front of the line and watched as Gibbs went in. Before they got in after him, Jack slipped in front of them and was guided to go into the carriage first. Faye and Carmella were the last ones for this transportation carriage. The doors then closed behind the four of them.

As the carriage started to move, Carmella and Faye sat down next to Gibbs and Jack. The two looked at the cloaked figures and watched them before ignoring them. "Hell's teeth," Gibbs said to Jack. "Now we are both going to prison.'

"Not to worry, I paid off the driver, ten minutes we'll be outside London town, horses waiting, and we'll make for the coast. It's just a matter of finding a ship."

"Well that won't be much trouble, since you do have a ship," Faye said as she let the cloak down from around her face. Her silver hair flowing from within the garb.

"Not to mention a crew to help sail it," said Carmella as she showed who she was to the two as well. Her tattoos glowing eerily in the dark for a second.

"Carmella? Faye?" Jack asked in confusion as Gibbs just smiled.

"Hey Uncle Jack, been a while hasn't it?" Carmella said.

"You are lucky that we followed those rumours," Faye said sternly as she folded her legs. "We figured that you would need our help."

Jack stared at his two goddaughters. Faye was wearing a long puffy white blouse with her corset on top to cinch it at the waist. Her long brown skirt hid her legs from view. Her black heeled boots were tappin slightly against the floor of the carriage as she watched him stare. Though only a peak of her clothing was shown through the cloak that she wore. Her long silvery hair was tucked away slightly from being inside the hood of the cloak, her blue eyes glinted a little. "We don't look that much different do we?" She asked.

"Well we did stop aging at twenty-five," Carmella said, "He hasn't seen us in ten years." Carmella wore an outfit that was slightly similar to Faye's but had little bits of color sewn into it here and there. Pieces of cloth were strewn around her hips and a crystal hung on a chain around her neck. Her tan had gotten a little darker due to their sailing adventures. The blue-green tattoos that surrounded her body were as clear as the day they appeared and matched her eyes. Her black dreadlocks had gotten even longer over the years and the collection that was weaved through her hair had gotten bigger as well.

"Yeah, glad you two are back, so how do we get out of here then?" Mr. Gibbs asked.

"I arrived in London town just this morning to save one Joshamee Gibbs from the gallows, seeing how you are still alive, I say that it has all been successful." Jack said to him as he let the two girls listen. "What happened to you Gibbs," He asked. "I thought you had been employed elsewhere, or otherwise engaged."

"Aye, but I always listen like a thief for news of the Black Pearl. No one has seen where she might next make port. But then I hear a rumour. Jack Sparrow is in London with a ship and looking for a crew." Gibbs explained.

"That's what we heard," Carmella stated. "It all sounded very suspicious." Faye nodded in agreement.

"Have not," Jack said.

"That's what I heard," Gibbs said. "The fact is, your signing up men tonight, in a pub called: 'Captain's Daughter'."

"I am not," Jack said as he sat up a little taller and took the flash that Gibbs had been drinking out of from the beginning of the ride.

"Well I thought it was a bit odd," Gibbs said with a nod, "but then, you've never been the most predictable of sorts."

"He's got you there," Carmella said to Jack.

"Yeah,' Faye said in agreement.

"There is another 'Jack Sparrow' out there sullying my good name," Jack said.

"Imposter," Gibbs said.

"Indeed. An Imposter with a ship," Jack said in thought.

"And in need of a crew," Gibbs said.

"Which as fate would have it, so am I," Jack said before seeing the glare on Faye's face. "I mean, not as much now that the girls are here."

"Nice save," Carmella muttered with a smirk.

"What about you Jack, last I heard, you and the girls were hell bent on finding the Fountain of Youth. Any luck?" He asked before grabbing the charts and rolled the cut out piece that he stole.

"Circumstances arose as we were trying to find it," Jack said as he closed the chart back up, causing a slight smack to be heard. It caused Gibbs to retreat.

"Meaning you gave up," Gibbs said with his arms crossed.

"We didn't have everything we needed to find it," Carmella stated.

"We didn't have the last piece of the puzzle before our five years were up," Faye explained as she folded her arms.

"I'm just as bent as ever. I will taste those waters Master Gibbs," Jack said as he pointed a finger slightly at him. "Mark my words." The carriage then stopped abruptly which made the four hit the walls a bit.

"Ow," Carmella muttered. Faye just grumbled incoherent curses at the driver.

"Oh, short trip," Jack said jokingly before heading towards the doors to open them.
