(Y/N) has been trying to get Optimus and Ratchet to take a break, but they always say they're too busy — until one day they're not, and they can't make excuses. It's a nice day until the cons attack and takes (Y/N).

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.
I've been trying to get Optimus and Ratchet to take a break. Optimus keeps saying he's busy with meetings, and there are many patients in the medbay. I wait a long two weeks before even Lennox tells me they're free.
"There are no more meetings Optimus has to attend, and the last patient left the medbay this morning," he tells me.
I thank him for the news and goes to find those mechs.

I still have to argue with them before they agree to take some time off. Though they're shocked how all I want to do is lay on the grass at a field. I love how they can choose to use a holoform or shrink down to six feet tall.

Three hours later, I find out Optimus and Ratchet are in recharge. Ironhide calls to check on us, thinking the two mechs are struggling to relax. It's a shame it's hard to get them to relax, unlike me...

I wale up five hours later to the two mechs awake. I don't think either knew I'm awake. I see Optimus has his mask retracted for once, perfect. Neither mech thought I'd kiss him. Even though he wasn't expecting it, he's enjoying the kiss.
"Seriously?" Ratchet sulks.
It's cute he's jealous. Make Jim wait a few minutes before I kiss him.

Ratchet's P.O.V.
We both like (Y/N), and we know she likes both of us, even if she won't admit it yet. I catch something purple flying towards us.
"That's coming towards is, let's go!" I urge.
Optimus and I return to our normal size. I'm holding onto (Y/N) as we run into the woods. Optimus, who is a little further ahead, gets tackled by Megatron.
Scrap, I can't help while I have (Y/N) with me.
I keep running until I'm shot, sending me flying far and hitting several trees. I keep my hold on (Y/N).
:: We're under attack here! We need backup!::
As I contact the base for backup, Optimus is sent flying; landing next to me.
"Give me the human!" Megatron demands.
"Never!" Prime replies, trying to fight Megatron, but Megatron pins us both to a tree.
"RUN!" I yell as I drop (Y/N) to the ground.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.
As I try to run, a red gas surrounds the area. I don't know what this does to Autobots or humans, but I know Optimus and Ratchet would want me to keep running, even with tests rolling down my face, feeling the guilt I abandoned them.
"Where do you think you're going?" Barricade asks as he grabs me.
I see Optimus and Ratchet are offline.
No...no..no! Please be unconscious and not dead.

Ironhide's P.O.V.
Ten minutes, that's how long it's been since Rachet contracted us...but we're too late. He's in stasis lock along with Prime.
"Sir, there's no sign of (Y/N)," a soldier yells Lennox.
"Shit, alright, let's get these two back to the base," Lennox orders.

It's a long hour wait before both mechs wake up. I dread telling them (Y/N) wasn't around. Even though Ratchet told her to run, she would have found a place to hid nearby. In a way, I hope the issue is there was no safe place, and we just have to search another five miles...until Ratchet tells us Megatron wanted (Y/N). There's no way she's nearby the place we found Optimus and Ratchet.
"We can find her," Lennox says, " but it could take weeks."
Of course, no one likes this; Optimus tries to get up but is in a lot of pain.
"There's nothing more you can do but rest!" I tell them.
I pissed them both off, but they know I'm right.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.
Megatron carries me like I'm infected with something because he walks into the Decepticons current hideout, into a room, and tosses me into a cage — well, it's more like a raised cell for a human.
"I'm going to have so much fun making you suffer," he smirks.
Even if rape is out of the question, there's still a lot worse... unless they've figured out holoform technology...
Megatron turns off the lights and leaves the room.
"I wonder how many times you can be taken apart and put together again and again?"
I don't know that voice, but it's creepy. Thinking about what they mean doesn't help.
All this because I wanted Optimus and Ratchet to take a day off.
