There's a car wash fundraiser at (Y/N)'s school, and the team needs to be washed. They join the fun using holoforms, but not everyone joins in.
"Where did you guys go?" (Y/N) asks as the Bee team returns to the junkyard, coveted in mud to the point you'd think it's to blend in with their surroundings.
"A Decepticon that resembles an Earth pig," Strongarm explains.
"Right down to their enjoyment of mud," Sideswipe adds, trying to get the mud off him.
"It was a blast!" Grimlock exclaims, shaking the mud off him like a dog shaking water off their fur. The mud lands on the others, "oops, sorry."
"Forget a car wash; we need to jump into the lake," Sideswipe whines.
"Oh no, we're going to a car wash," (Y/N) tells them, "well, it's more like a car washing event at my school."
"Holoforms, great," Grimlock sulks.
"I can make you a holoform," Fixit tells him.
"It might be rarely used, but you shouldn't miss out on this, right, Bee?" (Y/N) asks, ready to argue if he says no.
Bee agrees Grimlock needs a holoform. The group waits an hour for Grimlock to figure out how he wants his holoform to look.
Good thing I came early. (Y/N) thinks.
"Hey, (Y/N)!" (F/N) yells as they watch their friend and the Bee team walk towards them.
"Brought four more cars for us to wash," (Y/N) says.
"What the hell did you guys do?" (F/N) asks, seeing the mud-covered cars.
"Mudding, it's fun even though we don't have pick-up trucks," Sideswipe explains.
The rest of the students are surprised by how dirty the cars are.
Denny pays the fees and a little extra since it's a fundraiser. Five other students, (Y/N)'s friend and (Y/N) work on the team's alt modes, insisting on doing the work while they go to the bake sale table. The team realizes this is more than a car wash fundraiser; it's almost like a fair, but they're missing the rides. There are a few games, though, not like the games at the state fair. Everyone but Drift goes to have fun while he sits at a table.
The teens work on Sideswipe's car first. He is tempted to join (Y/N) and their friends. He sneaks behind (him/her), scaring them, resulting in getting sprayed with the hose.
"I thought you were washing my car, not me?!"
"Well, don't sneak up on me!" (Y/N) argues.
Sideswipe finds a bucket of water near them and dumps it over (Y/N)'s head. The others join in, and the car wash turns into a water fight. Soon Bumblebee and Grimlock join in, but of course, Strongarm doesn't join in, arguing what's fun about getting each other soaked? Russell thinks they should have gotten Drift to release Jetstorm and Slipstream, and they could have gotten holoforms to join the fun.
Everything is fun until someone sprays Drift with the hose, resulting in a dripping wet and furious samurai.
"Uh-oh," Bee whispers.
Drift maintains his furious expression for a minute before throwing a water balloon at the teen who sprayed him. Then he reveals a tote full of water balloons. The girl
next to him laughs.
"I told you water balloons are fun," she says as the two throw more water balloons.
"Come on, Strongarm; even Drift is joining the fun!" Bumblebee yells.
"No!" She states firmly. Everyone decides to throw balloons at her, "I'll wash my car!"
She gets into her still alt mode that's still covered in mud and drives off.
"She's no fun," a male teen comments before everyone resumes the fun, including Drift. Bumblebee knows he'll be getting a lecture from Strongarm — who still needs to learn to have fun — but he'll deal with that later and remind Strongarm she needs to have fun.
