(Y/N) is happy a popular Cybertronian bar is allowed to have a location on Earth. She gets a job there to spend time with the Autobots until one night makes her reconsider her decision.
Note: this is a Cyberverse/ Prime crossover because of the location.

Who would have thought Maccadam would have been able to get permission to open a location on Earth. Sure, Jasper, Nevada, but citizens know about the Autobots. There are still strict security measures to keep the Autobots secret outside of town. Not everyone agrees with the idea but simply ignores the Autobots' presence. (Y/N) is thrilled — even if the decision to leave Swerve in charge of the location on Cybertron is questionable though the Autobots have space bridge technology.
"Well, I'm curious how you will do being a human, but you're hired," Maccadam says, smiling.
The two talk about what (Y/N) could do. The two believe she can help show the humans that the Autobots aren't bad.

Everything is going great; (Y/N)'s five best Autobot friends come by every night that she's working. Though (Y/N) wonders if he's trying to discreetly check her mental health working at a bar for Cybertronians. Some humans come by and are happy to see a human with Autobots. Maccadam is fine with (Y/N) talking with her friends. She knows when she needs to get back to work. Also, he believes this helps show Autobots are nice to humans.

Until one night when former high school bullies recognize (Y/N).
"Working with the monsters?" one girl asks.
"It's obvious they're the only ones who want her around."
"You know this is harassment?" (Y/N) asks, "even if you're the customer."
(Y/N) has no time to react before the two girls pin her to the ground.
"If you say anything, we will kill you on your way home from this club for monsters."

Prowl saw everything while in his bipedal form and commed Maccadam, who rushed out from his office in his bipedal form.
"HEY, WHY ARE YOU HARASSING MY EMPLOYEE?!" Maccadam transforms into Alchemist Prime, "THERE IS NO FIGHTING IN MACCADAMS!" He reverts to his normal form, "NOW APOLOGIZE TO MY EMPLOYEE!"
The two girls apologize, and Prowl escorts them out of the bar.
Ratchet insists on checking (Y/N) for injuries, finding she has a few bruises on her back and shoulders.
"Thanks, I'm going home. I quit."
"No, I'm sorry if you don't feel safe, but you shouldn't be afraid to tell me about any violence," Maccadam explains.
"You know we'll keep you safe," Optimus adds.
"Take her home for the day," Ratchet insists.

Maccadam lets (Y/N) decide when to return to work, hoping she will. A week passes before regular customers ask when (Y/N) will come back. Ratchet has been checking on her, dreading she now questions being around the Autobots all day and some nights, even if they are friends. Some customers want to plan a little party to show (Y/N) how much she's loved. They get their other human friends involved. The challenge is getting (Y/N) to come to the bar.

"No, I'm not going back," (Y/N) tells Ratchet, tears rolling down her face.
Ratchet hugs (Y/N) as she cries, not liking how she's afraid to go to a place that was once fun to go to with friends. She was so happy to be allowed to work there even though she's a human.
Maccadam knocks on the front door, hearing (Y/N) cry. He lets himself in, knowing Ratchet is occupied,
He sits on the other side of (Y/N) on the couch.
"(Y/N), all our regular customers miss you," Maccadam tells her, "our friends miss you."
The two mechs leave out how Prowl has been security. They'll let him tell (Y/N).

Several Autobots and a few human friends wait for Maccadam and (Y/N) to walk through the doors. He did tell them to go home if he and (Y/N) didn't return in an hour. They've been waiting forty minutes, not liking (Y/N) refuses to come back to the bar.
"Can I find those glitches and beat them up?!" Cheetor rages.
"You'll just prove them right," Prowl points out.

Finally, Maccadam, Ratchet, and (Y/N) walk through the door. (Y/N) is surprised at what the others planned. Though yelling 'surprise' for a party to show how many people care about someone might be strange, so might the reason for the party.
"Ok, so I admit this isn't a typical party," Fowler starts, "but it's a way to show you how much we all care, (Y/N), and want you to come back to work."
"I've been making sure the glitches never come back," Prowl adds.
Everyone encourages (Y/N) to come back to work; happy when she agrees to come back to work. The party is full of happiness and fun.
