Last Chapter
Max asked Misty "Why is Blake so dead against us?"
Misty spoke "Maybe it is due to how you all badmouth others, abandon your Pokemons."
Max then said "I need to know why are you close with Blake?"
Misty revealed "I got to know his good deeds and so I am close with him."
Max said "I need you to reveal whatever you know about us in a minute or else I will have fun with you."
Misty glared at Max, her eyes filled with anger. "I won't tell you anything, you traitor!"
Max just smirked at her, "Oh, come on, Misty. Don't be like that. You are giving a response that means to me that I can have fun with you."
As Misty struggled against her restraints, Max approached her with a menacing grin on his face. "I think you misunderstood me, Misty. I didn't give you a choice. You will tell me everything you know about Blake and us, or I will make you suffer."
Misty glared at him, her eyes filled with defiance. "I won't tell you anything, you coward! You're nothing but a bunch of traitors who abandoned their own Pokemon."
Max's expression turned dark as he heard Misty's words. "You have no idea what you're talking about. We didn't abandon our Pokemon. We had to leave them behind to save ourselves. And as for Blake, he's just a coward who's afraid of us because he knows we're better than him."
Misty's eyes widened in shock at Max's words. She couldn't believe that he was speaking ill of Blake, someone who had always been a hero to her. "You're lying! Blake is a hero, and you're just a bunch of criminals!"
Max just chuckled, "Believe what you want, Misty. But you will tell us what we want to know, whether you like it or not."
Misty gritted her teeth as she realized that she was in a difficult situation. She knew that she had to find a way to escape and warn Blake about what had happened, but she also knew that she couldn't do it alone.
Max then went and crawled on top of Misty, with his eyes having a mischievous glint showing that he wanted to have fun with Misty.
Misty struggled against her restraints as Max crawled on top of her, his eyes filled with a sickening desire. She gritted her teeth in frustration, wishing that she could break free and teach him a lesson.
Iris, Cilan, May, Bonnie, Dawn, and Trip appeared out of nowhere. Misty's heart sank as she realized that she was in even more trouble than before.
May said "I would love seeing my brother having fun with Misty."
Bonnie cooed "Max is so awesome in having Misty as his mistress."
Dawn smiled "Max, continue the process."
Trip spoke "I am ambivalent to what you are trying to do."
Iris nodded "So am I but this is they way we can break Misty who I recall has been in love with Ash and now Blake both of whom are our enemies."
Cilan spoke "As a fun connoisseur, I can say Max will have plenty of fun with Misty."
As Max crawled on top of Misty, his eyes filled with a sickening desire.
Iris sneered at Misty, "Oh, don't worry, we're not here to save you. We're here to watch Max have some fun with you."
Misty glared at them, her eyes filled with anger. "You're all sick! How can you enjoy seeing someone else suffer?"
Iris just shrugged, "Well, it's not like you're important to us anyway. You're just a pawn in our game."
Max grinned wickedly as he heard Iris's words. "That's right. You're nothing but a toy for us to play with."
Misty struggled against her restraints, but it was no use. She was completely helpless against her captors. She closed her eyes, trying to block out the pain and humiliation she was feeling.
Misty was standing in front of her opponent, Flint who is the Fire type Elite Four member of Sinnoh in the second round.
The announcer said "This match is between Misty Waterflower, Champion of Kanto against Flint, Elite Four of Sinnoh. The battle features three Pokemons on each side and would be over if all three Pokemon on one side are unable to battle. Neither side will be able to exchange their Pokemns until one faints."
Flint said "Infernape, I choose you!"
Misty said "Gyarados, go!"
Gyarados and Infernape stood on opposite sides of the field and both Pokemons waited for their trainers to give them the instructions. Flint noticed that Misty was not Mega Evolving Gyarados even though it would get more power as it would get a type disadvantage.
The battle between Misty and Flint was underway, with Gyarados and Infernape standing opposite each other on the battlefield. Misty knew that Infernape was a formidable opponent, but she was confident in Gyarados's strength and abilities.
"Infernape, use Flamethrower!" Flint commanded, his Pokemon unleashing a powerful stream of flames at Gyarados.
Misty quickly assessed the situation and called out her next move. "Gyarados, use Waterfall to counter the Flamethrower!"
Gyarados responded by creating a massive waterfall that crashed down on Infernape, dousing the flames and dealing significant damage. However, Flint wasn't deterred, and he quickly ordered his Pokemon to attack again.
"Infernape, use Close Combat!" Flint shouted, as Infernape charged towards Gyarados, its fists glowing with power.
Misty knew that Gyarados would struggle against Infernape's fighting moves, but she had a plan. "Gyarados, use Dragon Dance to increase your speed and power!"
Gyarados complied, twirling and dancing around the battlefield as its strength and speed increased. Infernape's attack missed, and Gyarados retaliated with a powerful Dragon Tail that sent Infernape flying.
Flint was surprised by the turn of events, but he wasn't ready to give up yet. "Infernape, use Mach Punch!" he commanded, hoping that the quick and powerful attack would catch Gyarados off-guard.
But Misty was one step ahead. "Gyarados, use Ice Fang to freeze Infernape's fists!" she called out.
Gyarados chomped down on Infernape's fists with its icy jaws, freezing the fighting Pokemon in place. With Infernape immobilized, Gyarados was able to finish the battle with a powerful Hydro Pump that sent Flint and Infernape to the ground.
Misty said "Gyarados, Mega Evolve!"
With a roar of power, Gyarados Mega Evolved to Mega Gyarados. Its body became bulkier and darker, and its fins turned into sharp blades. Its eyes glowed with a fierce light, and its mouth opened wide to reveal rows of razor-sharp teeth. It was ready to unleash its wrath on its opponent.
Flint said "Magmortar, I choose you! Flamethrower!"
Misty ordered "Mega Gyarados, use Dragon Dance to increase your speed and power!" Misty commanded.
Mega Gyarados complied, twirling and dancing around the battlefield as its strength and speed increased. Magmortar wasted no time and fired a powerful Flamethrower at Mega Gyarados, hoping to catch it off-guard.
But Mega Gyarados was too fast and agile. It dodged the Flamethrower with ease and countered with a devastating Ice Fang attack, freezing Magmortar's legs in a block of ice.
Flint knew that he needed to act quickly if he wanted to turn the tide of the battle. "Magmortar, use Thunderbolt!" he commanded, hoping that the electric attack would be able to break through Mega Gyarados's defenses.
Mega Gyarados roared in pain as the Thunderbolt hit it, but it didn't falter. Instead, it unleashed a powerful Crunch attack, biting down on Magmortar with its sharp teeth and causing it to cry out in pain.
Flint gritted his teeth, knowing that he needed to come up with a new strategy if he wanted to win. "Magmortar, use Smokescreen to blind Mega Gyarados!" he called out.
Magmortar unleashed a thick cloud of smoke that enveloped the battlefield, obscuring Mega Gyarados's vision. Misty was taken aback by the sudden attack, but she quickly regained her composure.
"Mega Gyarados, use Dragon Pulse to clear the smoke!" she commanded.
Mega Gyarados unleashed a powerful blast of energy that cleared the smoke and hit Magmortar with full force. The fire Pokemon was knocked back, but it managed to stay on its feet.
Flint knew that he was running out of options. "Magmortar, use Overheat!" he shouted, hoping that the powerful fire attack would be enough to defeat Mega Gyarados.
Magmortar unleashed a massive blast of flames, but Mega Gyarados wasn't fazed. It countered with a powerful Hydro Pump that hit Magmortar square in the chest, sending it flying and knocking it out.
Flint said "Ninetales, I choose you!" and Ninetales appeared. The sunlight became stronger due to Ninetales' Drought ability.
Flint's Ninetales emerged from its Pokeball, its long, fluffy tails swaying behind it. Misty's Mega Gyarados glared at its opponent, ready for battle.
Flint didn't waste any time. "Ninetales, use Flamethrower!" he commanded.
Misty commanded "Ice Fang!"
Ninetales opened its mouth and unleashed a massive blast of flames at Mega Gyarados, but the water dragon was too quick. It dodged the attack and countered with a powerful Ice Fang, freezing Ninetales solid.
Flint gritted his teeth. "Ninetales, use Will-O-Wisp!" he shouted, hoping that the ghostly flames would weaken Mega Gyarados's attacks.
Misty smiled "Dragon Pulse!"
Ninetales unleashed a shower of blue flames that hit Mega Gyarados, but it didn't seem to have any effect. Mega Gyarados roared and countered with a powerful Dragon Pulse, hitting Ninetales with full force and sending it flying.
Flint knew that he needed to come up with a new strategy if he wanted to win. "Ninetales, use Confuse Ray!" he called out.
Ninetales unleashed a wave of disorienting energy that hit Mega Gyarados, confusing it and causing it to stumble around the battlefield.
Misty knew that she needed to act quickly if she wanted to turn the tide of the battle. "Mega Gyarados, use Dragon Dance to clear your confusion!" she commanded.
Mega Gyarados complied, twirling and dancing around the battlefield as it regained its focus. Ninetales tried to attack with a quick Flame Charge, but Mega Gyarados was too fast. It dodged the attack and countered with a powerful Crunch, biting down on Ninetales and knocking it out.
"The winner of the second round in the Giratina bracket is Misty and she would go on to the third round." the announcer shouted.
Flint returned Ninetales to its Pokeball, feeling a sense of frustration. "Well done, Misty," he said. "You and Mega Gyarados make a great team."
Misty smiled, feeling a sense of pride and accomplishment. "Thanks, Flint," she said. "That was a tough battle, but we managed to pull through.
Present
Blake and Misty were laying on Blake's bed in the royal chamber.
Misty went and kissed Blake on his lips and then she said "You are my hero. I love you a lot, Blake and I hope we face our challenges together."
Blake looked at Misty with a soft smile and said, "I love you too, Misty. And don't worry, we'll face all our challenges together. I have your back, always."
Misty snuggled closer to Blake, feeling safe and protected in his embrace. "I'm so glad I have you in my life, Blake. You make everything better," she said.
Blake kissed her forehead and said, "I feel the same way, Misty. You are my rock, my support, and my inspiration. I couldn't ask for a better partner."
Misty's heart swelled with happiness as she heard Blake's words. She knew they were meant to be together, no matter what challenges they faced.
They both closed their eyes, feeling content and at peace in each other's company. They knew they had a lot of work to do, but with each other by their side, they were ready to take on anything that came their way.
As they lay there, Blake's mind drifted to the events that had brought them together. He couldn't help but feel grateful that he had met Misty.
"I never thought I'd find someone who truly understands me," Blake said, breaking the silence. "Someone who's been through what I have."
Misty looked up at Blake, curious. "What do you mean?"
"I mean, being a Champion isn't easy. Everyone expects so much from you. And sometimes, it feels like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders," Blake explained.
Misty nodded in understanding. "I know what you mean. Being a Champion can be lonely sometimes."
Blake sighed. "Exactly. But with you by my side, I don't feel lonely anymore. I feel like I have a true partner, someone who understands the pressures we face."
Misty smiled at him, touched by his words. "I'm glad I can be that person for you, Blake. You mean a lot to me."
They both knew that their duties as Champions would never end, but they were grateful to have each other for support. With a renewed sense of determination, they got up from the bed and headed out to face the challenges that awaited them.
Gonzap who was the Tesm Snagem boss was discussing with Wakin, Biden, and Agrev who are his Team Snagem admins on how to create chaos in Paldea.
Gonzap said "Unova Champion Iris wants us to create chaos in Paldea to demoralize Blake and make the people to be against him due to not maintaining order."
Wakin, Biden, and Agrev listened intently to Gonzap as he discussed Iris's plan. They knew it was risky, but they also knew they couldn't say no to the Unova Champion.
"But how do we create chaos without drawing attention to ourselves?" Wakin asked.
Gonzap rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "We need to be strategic. We'll start by targeting key locations in Paldea, places where Blake is supposed to be keeping the peace. We'll create disturbances and incite riots, making it look like Blake is unable to maintain order."
Biden nodded in agreement. "We can also spread false rumors and lies about Blake, tarnishing his reputation and making people lose faith in him."
Agrev spoke up, "But won't Blake catch on to what we're doing?"
Gonzap chuckled. "Not if we do it right. We'll use our resources and connections to cover our tracks and make it look like it's not coming from us. And if Blake does start to suspect something, we'll have a backup plan ready."
Wakin, Biden, and Agrev looked at each other, silently acknowledging their agreement. They knew it was a risky plan, but they also knew they had to follow Iris's orders. They were all loyal to her and to Team Snagem, and they would do whatever it took to achieve their goals.
Little did they know, Blake was more than just the Paldea Champion. He was also the legendary trainer Ash Ketchum, who had faced and overcome many challenges in his lifetime. And he wasn't going to let anyone threaten the peace and safety of his people.
Team Snagem members were distributing money to gym trainers and then the gym trainers wee causing disturbances and chaos by a violent protest against Blake in Paldea region.
The gym trainers who were causing disturbances and chaos in Paldea were becoming a big problem for Blake. He had no idea where they were getting their funding from, but he knew he had to put a stop to it.
One day, Blake decided to visit one of the gyms where the trainers were causing trouble. He entered the gym and saw a group of trainers talking and laughing. He approached them and said, "Excuse me, can I talk to you guys for a moment?"
The trainers looked at Blake suspiciously, but then one of them said, "Sure, what do you want?"
Blake said, "I want to know why you guys are causing disturbances and chaos in Paldea. Is someone paying you to do this?"
The trainers looked at each other nervously, and then one of them said, "Um, yeah, we were paid by some people from Team Snagem. They asked us to protest against you and cause chaos in the city."
Blake's eyes narrowed. "Team Snagem? I should have known. They're always up to something."
Blake decided to investigate further, and with the help of his allies, he found out that Team Snagem members were distributing money to gym trainers in exchange for causing disturbances and chaos. Blake was furious, and he knew he had to put a stop to it.
Blake called a meeting with his trusted allies, Misty and a few other trainers who he knew he could rely on. "Team Snagem is causing chaos and disturbances in Paldea," he told them. "They've been distributing money to gym trainers to incite violence against me and to demoralize the people. We need to put a stop to this."
Misty's eyes blazed with anger. "Those traitors! They won't get away with this. What do you suggest we do, Blake?"
Blake thought for a moment before replying, "I think we should launch an investigation and gather evidence to prove their wrongdoing. Once we have that, we can take it to the authorities and put an end to their plans."
The others nodded in agreement, and they set off to gather evidence. They interviewed gym trainers and other witnesses, and slowly but surely, the pieces of the puzzle began to come together.
After weeks of hard work, they finally had enough evidence to make their case. Blake and Misty presented their findings to the authorities, and Team Snagem members were arrested for their crimes.
Blake breathed a sigh of relief, knowing that justice had been served. He turned to Misty and said, "I couldn't have done it without you, Misty. You are a true friend and ally."
Misty smiled at him. "I'm just glad we were able to stop them. We make a great team, Blake."
Blake nodded, feeling grateful to have Misty by his side. They both knew that there were more challenges ahead, but with each other's support, they were ready to face them head-on.
Soon, the people of Paldea started to realize that they were being manipulated by Team Snagem, and they began to see Blake as a hero who was fighting for their rights and safety. The violent protests came to an end, and peace was restored to the city.
Blake was happy to see that his efforts had paid off, and he knew that he could always count on Misty and his allies to help him in times of need.
As Gonzap had instructed, Team Snagem members began spreading rumors throughout Paldea that Blake was abusing Misty. The false rumors were designed to create chaos and turn people against Blake, making it easier for Team Snagem to carry out their plans.
Blake was furious when he heard about the rumors. He knew they were lies, but he also knew that some people might believe them, especially if they were repeated enough times.
Misty was devastated when she heard the rumors. She knew that Blake would never hurt her, and she couldn't believe that anyone would spread such lies about him.
"I can't believe they would do this," Misty said, tears streaming down her face. "Why would they try to ruin our reputation like this?"
Blake held her tightly, trying to comfort her. "I don't know, Misty. But I won't let them get away with it. We'll find out who's behind these rumors and put a stop to it."
Misty looked up at Blake, grateful for his support. "Thank you, Blake. I know I can always count on you."
Blake smiled at her. "Always, Misty. I won't let anyone hurt you or tarnish our reputation."
They both knew that they had to stay strong and united in the face of these false rumors. The truth would come out eventually, and they would be vindicated.
One day, Iris, who was responsible for Team Snagem spreading rumors, approached Misty with a smile and said "Misty, you are being manipulated and abused by Blake so we want you to leave Blake and join us in opposing Blake."
Misty looked at Iris with a mix of shock and anger. "What are you talking about, Iris? Blake has never abused me. He's always been supportive and caring," she said firmly.
Iris just shrugged and said, "Well, that's what Team Snagem members are saying. They claim that Blake is manipulating you and using you for his own gain."
Misty's eyes narrowed as she realized what was going on. "I can't believe you would stoop this low, Iris. You and your friends are just trying to turn people against Blake because you're jealous of his success."
Iris scoffed and replied, "Jealous? Please, I'm the Unova Champion. I don't need to be jealous of anyone. But Blake's reign as Paldea Champion has caused too much chaos and unrest. We need to take action."
Misty shook her head in disbelief. "You don't understand, Iris. Blake is not the problem here. It's you and your friends who are causing all this trouble. You're the ones who are trying to destroy his reputation. I won't stand for it."
With that, Misty turned and walked away, leaving Iris fuming and frustrated. She knew that she and Blake had a lot of work to do to put an end to the chaos in Paldea, but they would do it together, as a team.
Blake and Misty knew they had to take action to counter the rumors that Team Snagem had spread about their relationship. They decided to make a public appearance together, showing their love and care for each other in front of the people of Paldea.
They went to the main square in Glaseado City, holding hands and smiling at each other. The crowd gathered around them, curious about the two powerful champions standing before them.
Blake cleared his throat and said, "I know there have been rumors spreading around about our relationship. I want to make it clear that Misty and I are in a kind and caring relationship, built on trust and respect. We support each other and we're here for each other no matter what."
Misty added, "I can assure you all that Blake has never once hurt me, physically or emotionally. He's always been there for me, through thick and thin. I'm proud to stand by his side as we face any challenges that come our way."
The crowd murmured, impressed by the couple's show of love and solidarity. Some even cheered and clapped, showing their support for the two champions.
Blake and Misty smiled at each other, knowing they had made an impact on the people of Paldea. They continued to hold hands as they made their way back to the royal chamber, feeling stronger and more united than ever before.
Iris, Cilan, Max, Bonnie, Dawn, and Trip were gathered in a secret meeting to discuss their plan of using Team Snagem to create problems for Blake and Misty.
"I don't understand why our plan failed," said Cilan, frustration evident in his voice. "We had Gonzap and his team spread rumors about Blake and Misty, but it didn't seem to have any effect on the people of Paldea."
Max chimed in, "Maybe we need to come up with a new strategy. We can't let Blake continue to have a strong hold on Paldea. We need to weaken his position and turn the people against him."
Dawn nodded in agreement. "I think we should focus on finding out more about Blake and Misty's relationship. If we can find any weaknesses, we can use them to our advantage."
Iris spoke up, "And we need to be more subtle in our approach. We can't just rely on Team Snagem to do all the work. We need to be strategic and patient."
Trip added, "We also need to make sure that we don't get caught. If Blake or Misty find out that we're behind all of this, we'll be in big trouble."
The group continued to discuss their plan, determined to find a way to take down Blake and Misty and gain control of Paldea.
As they continued their discussion, Trip spoke up. "I have an idea. What if we use our own Pokemon to battle against Blake and Misty's Pokemon? If we can defeat them in battles, it will weaken their reputation as strong trainers."
Max nodded, "That's a good idea. We can start challenging them to battles in different locations and make sure it's in front of people so they can see that Blake and Misty aren't as invincible as they seem."
Iris added, "And we can spread more rumors about their battles, saying that they cheated or used underhanded tactics."
Cilan nodded, "Yes, and we can also use social media to our advantage. We can create fake accounts and spread rumors about Blake and Misty."
Dawn spoke up, "But we need to be careful with what we post. We don't want it to be too obvious that it's us."
Iris agreed, "And we need to make sure that we're not caught. We can't afford to have Blake or Misty find out that we're behind all of this."
The group continued to plan, each member contributing their own ideas and strategies. They were determined to take down Blake and Misty and gain control of Paldea, no matter what it took.
The battle between Blake and Barry began. Blake's Infernape stepped onto the battlefield, while Barry's Skarmory emerged from its Poke Ball. Misty watched from the sidelines, interested to see how the battle would play out.
"Infernape, use Flamethrower!" commanded Blake.
"Infernape!" cried the Fire-type as it unleashed a torrent of flames towards Skarmory.
Barry had anticipated this move and shouted, "Skarmory, use Steel Wing to block it!"
Skarmory unfurled its wings, which glowed with a metallic sheen, and flew towards the flames, using its wings to deflect the attack. The Steel-type then quickly dived towards Infernape, trying to land a powerful Steel Wing attack.
"Infernape, dodge and counter with Mach Punch!" yelled Blake.
Infernape leaped to the side, narrowly avoiding Skarmory's attack, and landed a powerful punch on Skarmory, sending it tumbling backwards.
"Good job, Infernape!" said Blake, pleased with the hit.
But Barry was not one to give up easily. "Skarmory, use Spikes to slow Infernape down!"
Skarmory flapped its wings, sending sharp spikes flying towards Infernape. The spikes landed on the ground, creating a trap that would slow down any Pokémon that walked over it.
"Infernape, use Flame Wheel to destroy the spikes!" commanded Blake.
Infernape spun around rapidly, creating a fiery vortex that engulfed the spikes, destroying them instantly.
Skarmory charged towards Infernape once again, determined to land a hit. "Steel Wing!" commanded Barry.
Skarmory's wings glowed once again as it charged towards Infernape, but this time Blake had a plan. "Infernape, use Mach Punch to intercept it!"
Infernape launched itself towards Skarmory, hitting it with a powerful punch before Skarmory's Steel Wing could land and Skarmory fainted. Barry then said "Hitmonlee, I choose you!"
"Alright, let's do this Infernape!" Blake shouted. "Start with a Flame Wheel!"
Infernape spun rapidly, engulfed in flames, and charged towards Hitmonlee. However, Barry was quick to respond.
"Hitmonlee, use Counter!" he commanded.
Hitmonlee braced itself, waiting for Infernape's attack to connect. As Infernape hit Hitmonlee with the Flame Wheel, Hitmonlee countered the attack with its own, sending Infernape flying back.
"Not bad," Blake said, impressed by Barry's quick thinking. "Infernape, use Mach Punch!"
Infernape charged towards Hitmonlee, fists glowing with energy. But once again, Barry was one step ahead.
"Dodge and use Rolling Kick!" Barry shouted.
Hitmonlee swiftly dodged Infernape's attack and kicked it with a powerful Rolling Kick. Infernape stumbled backwards, looking slightly disoriented.
"Infernape, use Flare Blitz!" Blake commanded, determined not to lose.
Infernape charged at Hitmonlee with all its might, engulfed in flames once again. Hitmonlee tried to dodge the attack, but Infernape was too quick. The Flare Blitz hit its mark, and Hitmonlee was sent flying.
Barry recalled his Hitmonlee, looking disappointed but not defeated. "Nice work, Infernape," Blake said, smiling at his Pokemon. "You did it!"
Barry responded, "Empoleon, I choose you!" as his Pokémon emerged from its own Poké Ball.
The two Pokémon stood opposite each other, ready to begin the battle.
"Infernape, use Flame Wheel!" Blake commanded as Infernape charged forward, surrounded by flames.
Empoleon countered with a powerful Hydro Pump attack, but Infernape quickly dodged and continued its assault with a flurry of punches.
Empoleon tried to defend itself with a Metal Claw attack, but Infernape was too fast and agile, dodging the attack and striking back with a powerful Flame Punch.
The battle continued with both Pokémon exchanging powerful attacks, each one trying to gain the upper hand. Blake and Barry watched intently, giving commands and cheering on their respective Pokémon.
Infernape used its Fire Blast attack, while Empoleon countered with a powerful Steel Wing. The two attacks collided in the air, creating a massive explosion that sent both Pokémon flying backwards.
But as the dust cleared, it was clear that Infernape had emerged victorious, standing tall and proud while Empoleon lay on the ground, defeated.
"Great job, Infernape!" Blake exclaimed as he recalled his Pokémon. "You were amazing out there."
Barry smiled and congratulated Blake on the win, saying, "You and Infernape make a great team. I can't wait for our next battle!"
With that, the two trainers parted ways, both eager to continue their journey and see what other battles lay ahead.
The referee said "Barry has lost so Blake, the Paldea Champion, would advance to the next round."
Iris looked at Blake with a scowl on her face. "As the Unova Champion, I say that Blake has done cheating to win this match," she declared loudly, her voice carrying over the murmurs of the crowd.
Blake raised an eyebrow, looking surprised. "Cheating? What are you talking about?" he asked, his voice calm and collected.
Iris pointed at Blake's Infernape. "Your Infernape used a move that it shouldn't have been able to learn at its level. There's no way that's fair play," she accused.
Blake's expression remained unchanged. "I assure you, I have not cheated in any way. Infernape learned that move through hard work and training, just like any other Pokemon."
Misty, who had been watching the exchange from the sidelines, stepped forward. "I believe Blake," she said firmly. "He's always been a fair and honorable trainer. Accusing him of cheating without any proof is not right."
Iris crossed her arms, still looking skeptical. "Well, I'll be investigating this matter further," she said before turning to leave.
Blake shrugged and turned to Misty. "Thanks for having my back," he said with a small smile.
Misty smiled back. "Of course. I know you would never cheat," she said before the two trainers walked away, leaving Iris behind. Iris was furious that her plan against Blake did not work out.
Time passed and soon, the round of 32 battles were reached. Ash and Misty looked at Misty's Rotomphone to see the matchups.

Blake and Misty looked over the list of matchups for the round of 32. Misty's eyes widened when she saw her own name paired with Gary Oak's.
"Oh, this should be interesting," Misty said with a smirk. "Gary's always been a tough opponent, but I'm ready for a challenge."
Blake nodded in agreement. "And I'm up against Erika Grassal," he said. "She's a tough trainer, but I'm confident I can handle her."
Misty looked over at Blake with a curious expression. "You seem pretty confident in your abilities," she said. "Is there something you're not telling me?"
Blake hesitated for a moment before responding. "No, nothing like that," he said. "I just know that I have a strong team and I've been training hard for this tournament."
Misty gave him a skeptical look, but didn't push the issue. "Well, let's focus on winning our matches," she said. "We can worry about the next round when we get there."
Blake nodded in agreement and they both turned their attention back to the matchups. The tension in the air was palpable as the trainers prepared for the upcoming battles.
Misty and Gary stepped onto the battlefield for their highly anticipated battle in the Giratina Bracket of the tournament. Misty sent out her powerful Gyarados while Gary chose to send out his trusty Electivire.
The two trainers stared at each other, determination written on their faces as they gave their commands to their Pokémon.
"Okay, Gyarados, start off with Dragon Dance!" Misty called out to her Pokémon.
Gyarados roared and began to spin around in a dazzling dance, raising its attack and speed.
Gary didn't waste any time, "Electivire, use Thunder Punch!"
Electivire charged forward with lightning speed, its fist crackling with electricity as it aimed a powerful punch at Gyarados.
Misty quickly countered, "Dodge and use Aqua Tail!"
Gyarados quickly moved out of the way of Electivire's punch and charged forward, its tail glowing with water as it aimed a powerful strike at the Electric-type Pokémon.
Gary gritted his teeth and ordered, "Electivire, use Protect!"
Electivire created a protective shield around itself just in time to block the Aqua Tail attack. The shield shattered upon impact, and Electivire was left slightly dazed.
Misty seized the opportunity, "Now, Gyarados, use Ice Fang!"
Gyarados lunged forward, its teeth glowing with icy energy as it sank them into Electivire's arm, causing the Electric-type to flinch in pain.
Gary wasn't about to give up, "Electivire, shake it off and use Thunderbolt!"
Electivire shook off the pain and launched a powerful Thunderbolt attack at Gyarados.
Misty yelled out her next command, "Gyarados, use Bounce!"
Gyarados jumped high into the air, evading the Thunderbolt and then coming down hard on Electivire with a powerful slam attack.
Gary knew he had to end things quickly, "Electivire, use Thunder!"
Electivire's eyes crackled with electricity as it unleashed a massive Thunder attack on Gyarados, who struggled to withstand the powerful blast.
Misty held her breath as Gyarados pushed through the attack and responded, "Finish it with Hydro Pump!"
Gyarados launched a devastating Hydro Pump attack that hit Electivire full-on, knocking it out cold.
Gary said "Blastoise, go!"
The two Pokémon faced off, Gyarados towering over the smaller Blastoise. Misty was confident in Gyarados' abilities, knowing that it was a fierce and powerful Water-type Pokémon. Gary, however, was unfazed and ready to take on whatever challenge lay ahead.
"Blastoise, use Hydro Pump!" Gary commanded, pointing towards Gyarados.
But Misty was quick to react. "Gyarados, dodge and use Dragon Pulse!"
Gyarados swiftly dodged the Hydro Pump and unleashed a powerful Dragon Pulse towards Blastoise, causing it to stagger back. Gary gritted his teeth, determined not to let his Pokémon fall behind.
"Blastoise, use Rapid Spin!" he shouted, hoping to catch Gyarados off guard.
But Misty was prepared. "Gyarados, use Ice Fang!"
Gyarados leaped towards Blastoise, jaws agape with razor-sharp ice fangs glinting in the sunlight. The two Pokémon clashed, but Gyarados emerged victorious, causing Blastoise to recoil in pain.
Gary looked worried, but he wasn't about to give up. "Blastoise, use Aqua Jet!"
Blastoise shot towards Gyarados like a torpedo, but the powerful Water-type dodged at the last second, causing Blastoise to crash into the ground.
"Misty, you're good," Gary said, a small smile appearing on his face. "But we're not done yet. Blastoise, use Hydro Cannon!"
Blastoise fired a massive blast of water towards Gyarados, who countered with a fierce Dragon Rage attack. The two powerful moves collided, creating a massive explosion that lit up the battlefield.
When the smoke cleared, Gyarados was standing tall, panting but victorious.
Gary said "Umbreon, go!"
Misty said "Gyarados, Hydro Pump!"
But before Gyarados could even make a move, Umbreon quickly jumped to the side, avoiding the attack with ease.
"Nice one, Gary!" exclaimed Misty. "Now, Umbreon, use Dark Pulse!"
Umbreon unleashed a dark blast towards Gyarados, who tried to dodge but was hit and sent back a few feet.
"Gyarados, use Dragon Rage!" commanded Misty.
Gyarados roared and released a stream of dragon-like flames towards Umbreon. However, Umbreon quickly dodged to the side and avoided the attack again.
"Umbreon, use Shadow Ball!" Gary ordered.
Umbreon generated a dark ball and launched it at Gyarados. The attack hit its mark, and Gyarados was pushed back with a loud cry.
Misty knew she had to act fast. "Gyarados, use Dragon Dance to increase your speed and attack power!"
Gyarados started to dance, and its body glowed with a red aura as its speed and attack power increased.
"Umbreon, use Quick Attack!" Gary commanded.
Umbreon dashed towards Gyarados, but Gyarados was now much faster and managed to dodge the attack.
"Now, Gyarados, use Aqua Tail!" shouted Misty.
Gyarados slammed its powerful tail on Umbreon, sending it flying back towards Gary and it was knocked out.
"The winner of the battle is Misty, the Kanto Champion and passes on to the next round." the referee said.
Suddenly, Team Snagem helicopters flew above. The sudden appearance of the Team Snagem helicopters caused a commotion in the stadium. Blake and Misty quickly looked up, surprised by the unexpected intrusion.
"What's going on?" Misty asked, her voice filled with concern.
"I'm not sure," Blake replied, his eyes scanning the sky for any signs of danger. "But it doesn't look good."
As they watched, several figures descended from the helicopters and onto the field. Blake recognized them immediately - they were members of Team Snagem, an infamous criminal organization that specialized in stealing Pokemon.
"We need to take care of this," Blake said, his expression serious. "Misty, are you ready to fight?"
"Of course," Misty replied, her eyes blazing with determination. "Let's show them what happens when they mess with the Champions."
With that, the two trainers leapt into action, ready to protect the stadium and its spectators from the dangerous criminals.
Blake and Misty ran towards the field, ready to confront the Team Snagem members. As they got closer, they could see that the criminals had already started to steal Pokemon from the trainers in the stadium.
Blake quickly sent out his Infernape, ready to battle. Misty followed suit and sent out her Gyarados. The two Pokemon stood side by side, ready to protect the stadium and its trainers.
"Let's do this!" Blake shouted, his voice echoing across the field.
Infernape sprang into action, launching a fierce Flamethrower attack at the nearest Team Snagem member. Misty's Gyarados joined in, using its powerful Hydro Pump attack to knock back the criminals.
The battle was intense, with the two Champions fighting tooth and nail to protect the stadium. Blake's Infernape and Misty's Gyarados worked in perfect sync, their attacks complementing each other perfectly.
Despite their best efforts, the Team Snagem members were tough opponents. They had years of experience in stealing Pokemon, and they weren't about to go down without a fight.
But Blake and Misty were determined to win. They fought with all their strength, refusing to let the criminals get away with their theft.
In the end, their efforts paid off. With a final burst of energy, Blake's Infernape and Misty's Gyarados defeated the Team Snagem members and sent them fleeing from the stadium.
"Phew, that was close," Blake said, panting heavily as he recalled his Infernape. "But we did it. We protected the stadium and its trainers."
Misty nodded, her expression serious. "We did. And we'll continue to do so, no matter what comes our way."
Meanwhile, the traitors were discussing while they were in the stadium.
Max said "Iris, Team Snagem is supposed to win and steal Misty's and Blake's Pokemons but they failed to do so."
Iris spoke "I was the mastermind of this stadium attack but it looks like the attack failed.
Dawn nodded "Now, we need to do something to make Blake furious and disappointed as he has crossed us. We need to mentally torture Blake and Misty."
As the traitors continued their discussion, Trip spoke up. "I have an idea. We could leak false information about Blake and Misty to the press, tarnishing their reputations and making them look weak in the eyes of the public."
Cilan nodded in agreement. "Yes, and we could also spread rumors about their Pokemon being weak and poorly trained. That would hurt their pride and their standing in the Pokemon world."
Bonnie chimed in, "We could also secretly sabotage their upcoming battles by using underhanded tactics to weaken their Pokemon before the matches."
Dawn added, "And we can make sure to always be one step ahead of them, making them feel like they can never win against us."
Iris smirked, pleased with the ideas. "Excellent. Let's get to work, then. We'll show Blake and Misty that they should never cross us."
Bonnie then stated "I have an advanced Snag machine, I would quickly go, take Blake's Pokemons, weaken them, and return them to Blake."
Max said "Excellent idea."
Bonnie then ran to Blake, reached Blake without Blake noticing, used her Snag machine to get Blake's Pokemons and then weakened them, and then went and returned the Pokeballs without Blake noticing. Bonnie then went and sat with the traitors.
The announcer said "The next match will be Blake versus Erika Grassall!"
Blake went and reached the field and the spectators were chanting "Let's go Paldea!"
Blake then released his Pokemon which was Charizard and Erika released her Exeggutor. Blake noticed that his Charizard looked weaker.
Blake said "Charizard, I choose you! Flamethrower!"
Erika said "Exeggutor, Egg Bomb!"
As the battle between Blake and Erika began, the traitors watched from the stands, eager to see Blake suffer.
But as Charizard launched its Flamethrower attack, Blake realized that something was off. His Pokemon's attack seemed weaker than usual, and he began to suspect that something had happened while he wasn't looking.
Meanwhile, Erika's Exeggutor launched its Egg Bomb attack, which landed a direct hit on Charizard. Blake's Pokemon staggered backward, clearly weakened by the attack.
"Charizard, use Dragon Claw!" Blake commanded, hoping to turn the tide of the battle.
But as Charizard launched its attack, Blake noticed that the Pokemon seemed to be struggling, as if it was unable to summon its full strength.
"What's going on?" Blake thought, his mind racing. "Something isn't right."
As the battle continued, Blake found himself at a disadvantage. His Pokemon was clearly weaker than it should have been, and he couldn't seem to turn the battle in his favor.
Meanwhile, the traitors watched gleefully, satisfied that their plan was working. They had successfully weakened Blake's Pokemon, and now he was struggling to keep up in the battle.
But little did they know, Blake was not one to give up easily. Despite the odds stacked against him, he refused to back down. And as the battle raged on, he began to formulate a plan to turn the tables on his opponents.
Blake knew he had to act fast if he was going to win this battle. He could sense that his Charizard was on the verge of collapsing, but he refused to give up.
"Charizard, use your Dragon Rage attack!" Blake commanded, hoping that the move would be enough to take down Erika's Exeggutor.
Charizard unleashed a powerful blast of dragon energy, which struck Exeggutor head-on. The grass-type Pokemon was visibly weakened by the attack, but it managed to stay on its feet.
Erika wasn't about to give up either. "Exeggutor, use your Solar Beam!" she ordered, hoping to finish off Charizard once and for all.
The grass-type Pokemon began to charge up its attack, but Blake knew he had to act fast. "Charizard, dodge and use Wing Attack!" he commanded.
Charizard narrowly dodged Exeggutor's Solar Beam and then swooped down, striking the grass-type Pokemon with a powerful Wing Attack. Exeggutor was knocked out cold, and the crowd erupted into cheers.
Erika said "Roserade, go! Energy Ball!"
Roserade came out and used Energy Ball which hit Charizard who was not fast enough to dodge and Charizard fainted.
Blake breathed a sigh of relief as he recalled Charizard. He had won the battle, but he knew that it could have gone either way. He couldn't shake the feeling that something was off, and he made a mental note to investigate later.
Blake said "Infernape, I choose you!"
Blake had a plan. He knew that his Infernape was faster and more agile than Erika's Roserade, and he intended to use that to his advantage.
"Infernape, use Mach Punch!" Blake commanded.
Infernape moved with lightning speed, launching a powerful punch at Roserade. The attack hit its mark, and Erika's Pokemon was thrown backward.
But Erika wasn't about to give up so easily. "Roserade, use Energy Ball!" she ordered.
Roserade conjured up a ball of energy and hurled it at Infernape, but Blake was ready. "Infernape, dodge and use Close Combat!" he shouted.
Infernape leaped out of the way of the Energy Ball and charged forward, delivering a series of powerful punches to Roserade. The attack was so quick and fierce that Erika's Pokemon didn't have a chance to retaliate.
As Roserade staggered back, Blake saw his chance. "Infernape, finish it off with Flare Blitz!" he commanded.
Infernape let out a mighty roar and charged forward, engulfed in flames. The attack hit Roserade head-on, and Erika's Pokemon was sent flying backward, defeated.
The crowd erupted into cheers as Blake emerged victorious, a determined look on his face.
Erika said "Tangrowth, go! Power Whip!"
Tangrowth came out and used Power Whip which hit Infernape who was not fast enough to dodge and Infernape fainted.
Blake then recalled Infernape and said "Sceptile, I choose you!"
Blake grinned as he watched Sceptile enter the field. This was a Pokemon he knew well, and he was confident that it could turn the tide of the battle.
"Sceptile, use Leaf Blade!" he commanded.
Sceptile sprang into action, its blades glinting in the sunlight as it launched a powerful attack against Tangrowth.
But Erika was ready. "Tangrowth, use Power Whip!" she shouted.
The grass-type Pokemon lashed out with its long, vine-like arms, striking Sceptile with a devastating blow.
Blake winced as he watched his Pokemon take the hit. He knew that Tangrowth was a tough opponent, and he would need to be careful if he wanted to come out on top.
"Sceptile, use Leaf Storm!" he called out.
Sceptile responded with a flurry of razor-sharp leaves, which spiraled towards Tangrowth like a deadly tornado.
Erika gritted her teeth as she watched the attack land. Tangrowth staggered backwards, its leaves and vines twitching as it struggled to recover.
But she wasn't about to give up. "Tangrowth, use Solar Beam!" she commanded.
The grass-type Pokemon raised its head towards the sky, gathering energy from the sun as it prepared to unleash a powerful attack.
Blake watched nervously as Tangrowth charged up its attack. He knew that if it landed, it could spell the end of the battle.
"Sceptile, use Quick Attack!" he shouted.
Sceptile sprang into action, darting towards Tangrowth with lightning speed. The sudden attack caught Erika off guard, and she wasn't able to react in time.
The next thing she knew, Sceptile was slamming into Tangrowth with a powerful hit, knocking the Pokemon off its feet.
Blake grinned triumphantly as he watched his opponent's Pokemon fall. He had done it - he had won the battle.
The crowd erupted into cheers as Blake emerged victorious, the stadium shaking with the sound of their applause.
But as Blake made his way off the field, he couldn't shake the feeling that something was still not quite right. He couldn't put his finger on it, but he knew that his opponents were still up to something, and he would need to be on his guard if he wanted to stay one step ahead of them.
The traitors watched from the stands, scowling as Blake celebrated his victory. They knew that they would need to come up with a new plan if they wanted to take him down, but for now, they could only seethe with anger and frustration as they watched their rival bask in the glory of his triumph.
Misty looked concerned as Blake approached her, his face lined with worry. "What happened out there?" she asked, her voice low.
Blake hesitated for a moment before speaking. He knew that he couldn't reveal his true identity to Misty, but he also knew that he needed to tell someone what had happened.
"I think someone tampered with my Pokemons," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "They were weaker than usual, and I couldn't seem to summon their full strength."
Misty's expression hardened. She had a feeling she knew who was behind this. "Iris, Cilan, May, Max, Bonnie, Dawn, and Trip," she said, her voice dripping with anger. "They're the ones who did this, I'm sure of it."
Blake nodded, his own anger beginning to boil. "I won't let them get away with this," he said firmly. "I'll make them pay for what they've done."
Misty put a hand on Blake's shoulder, her eyes softening. "I'm here for you," she said, her voice gentle. "We'll figure this out together."
Blake smiled gratefully at her, feeling a sense of comfort in her words. He knew that he could trust Misty to have his back, no matter what. And together, they would make sure that justice was served.
Bonnie smiled and said from where Blake and Misty could not hear "Blake was about to lose to a weak gym leader like Erika due to what we did so that means if we continue this, Max who is very strong will very easily defeat Blake."
Unbeknownst to Blake and Misty, Bonnie's plan to weaken Blake's Pokemons had been successful. As they walked away, Bonnie couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction at the thought of Max defeating Blake with ease.
But little did she know, Blake was not one to give up easily. Despite his weakened state, he refused to let his guard down. As he and Misty continued walking, he began to strategize how he could overcome his opponents' treachery.
"I need to figure out what's going on," he said to Misty. "Something's not right."
Misty nodded in agreement. "I don't trust those traitors," she said. "They're up to something, I can feel it."
Blake nodded, his mind racing. He knew he had to stay one step ahead of his opponents if he wanted to come out on top. And with Misty by his side, he felt confident that he could do just that.
Meanwhile, Bonnie continued to plot and scheme, unaware of the danger that lay ahead. If she and the other traitors weren't careful, they could soon find themselves facing a much more powerful opponent than they had bargained for.
Ash and Misty looked at Misty's Rotomphone in the night to see who would be their opponents.

Blake and Misty studied the list of opponents carefully, their eyes scanning the names and brackets for any clues as to what they could expect.
"I'm up against Falkner," Blake said, pointing to his name in the Zekrom Bracket. "He's a Flying-type specialist, so I'll need to be prepared for that."
Misty nodded in agreement. "And I'm up against Koga in the Giratina Bracket," she said. "He's a Poison-type specialist, but he's also known for his ninja skills. I'll have to be on my guard."
They both knew that the road ahead would be difficult, but they were determined to come out on top. As they continued to study the brackets, they couldn't help but wonder about their opponents.
"I don't know much about these trainers," Blake said, tapping his chin thoughtfully. "But I have a feeling they're all incredibly strong."
Misty nodded in agreement. "We'll have to be at our best if we want to win," she said. "But I know we can do it."
With their minds set and their spirits high, Blake and Misty headed off to prepare for the battles that lay ahead. They knew that the road would be long and treacherous, but they were ready to face whatever challenges came their way.
Blake and Misty walked along the beach, the waves crashing against the shore as they chatted and laughed. It was a welcome break from the stress of battling and the constant scheming of their opponents.
"It's nice to just relax for once," Blake said, taking a deep breath of the salty air.
Misty nodded, a smile on her face. "Yeah, it's been a while since we've had a chance to just enjoy ourselves."
They continued walking, the sun setting behind them. As they walked, Blake couldn't help but feel a sense of peace and contentment. Being with Misty made everything feel better, even in the midst of all the chaos and danger surrounding them.
"I'm glad we're here together," he said, taking her hand in his.
Misty smiled, her eyes sparkling in the fading light. "Me too," she said. "I feel like we can take on anything as long as we're together."
Blake nodded, feeling a surge of determination. "We will take on anything," he said, squeezing her hand. "And we'll come out on top."
As they walked along the beach, hand in hand, they knew that whatever challenges lay ahead, they would face them together, and nothing could stop them.
As they continued their walk, Blake and Misty couldn't help but discuss the situation with their opponents. Misty expressed her distrust of Iris, Cilan, May, Max, Bonnie, Dawn, and Trip, and Blake shared his own reservations about them.
"I don't know what they're planning, but I don't think it's good," Blake said, looking out at the sea.
Misty nodded, her expression serious. "I agree. We need to keep our guard up and be prepared for anything."
Blake couldn't help but admire Misty's strength and determination. Despite all the challenges they faced, she remained steadfast and unwavering in her resolve.
"You're a great ally to have," he said, turning to face her. "I'm lucky to have you on my side."
Misty smiled, a hint of pink coloring her cheeks. "I feel the same way," she said. "We make a good team, Blake."
They continued walking along the beach, enjoying each other's company and the peace and quiet of the moment. For a brief moment, they forgot about their opponents and the dangers they faced, lost in the simple joy of being together.
But they both knew that they couldn't let their guard down for long. The battle was far from over, and they had to remain vigilant if they wanted to come out on top.
As they walked, Blake couldn't shake the feeling of unease that he had around Iris, Cilan, May, Max, Bonnie, Dawn, and Trip. He knew that they were dangerous, but he also knew that they were just kids. He couldn't help but wonder if there was something else going on, something that he wasn't aware of.
"Do you think they're hiding something?" he asked, breaking the silence.
Misty furrowed her brow in thought. "It's possible," she said. "But what could they be hiding?"
Blake shrugged. "I don't know, but I feel like there's more to this than what we're seeing."
Misty nodded in agreement. "I think you might be right," she said. "We'll have to keep our eyes and ears open."
They continued walking in silence for a few moments, the sound of the waves crashing against the shore the only sound. Blake couldn't help but think about his own situation as well. He couldn't reveal that he was actually Ash, not when he was supposed to be the Paldea Champion. It was a delicate balance, one that he knew could easily tip in the wrong direction.
Ash was deep in thought in his room. He was considering what he would do about the remaining traitors. On the one hand, a part of him truly wanted to forgive them for what they had done... despite the fact that they had attempted to take his life with malicious intent. Even so, he couldn't help but think that the reason they had was so... stupid. There had to be another way for him to combat them.
The problem was that he was fairly certain he'd need assistance, and he couldn't take everything on there without at least some backup. That left him with a difficult decision to make.
The problem was that he couldn't imagine Domino running the region on her own for a while, and because the rest of the elites were in the tournament, he'd have to talk to them to see if they could assist him. He imagined himself facing Domino in the Semi-Finals. He mentally chastised himself for being so sure of himself, but that was just how he was. Nobody was going to beat him for at least another round or two. After that, things would become extremely difficult. He was well aware of what he would most likely have to do soon.
He wasn't sure how his elites would react, but he knew the challenge that would be staring him down in a matter of days, hours, or even minutes.
It was finally time.
He intended to do it.
He intended to reveal himself to Misty.
He planned on revealing himself to Paul and Gary.
Who else would he reveal himself to, was the question.
