Taeko got out of bed really itching to hump something due to the accursed morning wood. He really wanted to call San, but he decided to at least collect the harvest first. Two more bottles of wines from the kegs, and four ancient fruits all shoved in [Inventory] before San was summoned.
"It's been a while." San said as Taeko wistfully grinned.
"I got an Azorium for you." Taeko said with it in hand.
"Would you like to feel me up then?" San said moving to take off her clothes.
"Well, I was thinking of something more this time." Taeko remarked as San blushed. "No, not mating. Yet."
San found herself with Taeko's dick down her throat as on reflex began to hollow out her cheeks and suck his cock.
"So, you've done this before?" Taeko growled out.
San would never tell him he had fooled around with several wolves before. She worked his cock on her own while he grabbed her hair. She had no intention of letting how she knew slip back to Moro so she hoped to please Taeko for him not to expect an answer.
"The taste is different…it's strangely good." San thought as she slipped a few fingers in her snatch. "Damn it, this guy. Sometimes, I just want him to take me and that's what scares me."
Taeko could feel she was close, but San simply tightened her hold wanting him to empty inside her mouth. She wanted a taste.
"Someone's eager." Taeko groaned. "Fine, if you insist!"
Taeko let her have it while tightening her hold on her soft hair as her eyes rolled back. He pulled out a plop feeling quite satisfied and San had floaty look on her face.
"Fruit's yours…and…were you touching your…" Taeko said before San bolted with her clothes and the fruit out of a bit of an embarrassed reaction. "Feral or not…women be women."
Taeko went off to shower and dressed up only to hear a loud crash outside his house. Taeko had Eclipse in his hand as he rushed out to see…a meteorite had crashed into his land destroying several trees and smoking. He sheathed his blade as his pets looked on curiously.

Taeko's first instinct was to dive in and punch it, but he restrained himself. Instead, he approached it slowly right as Abigail came running with her sword ready to fight.
"We heard the crash! You all right?" Abigail said concerned.
"I wasn't near where it crashed and my farm wasn't wrecked, so we're all good. I was just about to crack this bastard open and see what's inside." Taeko ventured forming a small [Kienzan] in his hand. "Can you calm the townsfolk down?"
"On it." Abigail said, running off to calm the town down.
"You sure, opening it is a good idea?" Leah said, coming up. "You don't even know what's in it?"
Taeko was shredding at it with the energy disc and gave a smirk as he cracked it open. The mystery prize lay inside among the twelve pieces of iridium ore and four geodes. There was also a studded red collar with a red and silver hexagon device in the center. The symbol looks like an open mouth with sharp teeth.
[Observe] was used immediately.
[Weapon - Nemetrix Dissidia – (Pet Equip Item) – Joja's attempt at replicating alien technology to which they succeeded. This device, when put on an animal (preferably a canine or a feline) allows them to transformation into the various Final Fantasy beasts. Voice control and/or the animal themselves can will it. "Ok, Joja is fucking scaring me. How the fuck did they made alien tech?" Taeko said looking it over.
"I think I'll order my groceries to be delivered from Zuzu." Leah said blankly as Taeko put the collar on Logan. "What are you doing?!"
"Testing it!" Taeko said fiddling with the controls. "Let's see…it only got four transformations so far. Well, let's more this one!"
He activated it as Logan felt a surge of energy overwhelm him as he transformed into a Lesser Lopros, a winged dragon. Taeko quickly changed Logan back to normal before collecting the loot.
"You know, I don't really need the Geodes. You want them?" Taeko offered.
"I'll take one. Maybe it'll be coal for the fire or a precious metal to sell." Leah said, taking one. "Thanks, T."
"Sure, it's cool. Now about the chunks of the meteorite, I wonder if I can sell it." Taeko said before hauling a few chunks into the selling bin. "May as well bring some for Clint and Maru."
Before he took those chunks, he put the furnace to cook two [Iridium Bars]. He knew they'd take hours, but it was going to be worth it in the long run. He jogged over to Clint's and presented him with the chunks.

"Well, he really likes it." Taeko thought.
"Hand over your tools, Taeko. I think the best way to repay you is to upgrade your tools. Free of charge and to the highest quality this shop can make." Clint said firmly.
He handed them over as Taeko was not going to stop this. Oh no, he could wait. The only upgrades he now had to worry about were the trash cans. Taeko walked out of that store feeling rather good only to get a bit of a message that someone was at the farm from the game. He sensed it and bolted for it. He had a feeling Demetrius was not there to see him. He arrived back to find the Grant family there. Maru had Tom in her arms as Sebastian looked on shaking his head.
"You know he's going to be mad at you, right?" Sebastian said, crossing his arms.
"No, he won't. I doubt he sees the value in the meteorite. Besides, I just need one chunk and I…" Demetrius said as Robin cleared her throat. "What?"
"Mr. Grant, I know we don't get along, but you could at least ask me." Taeko said as Demetrius turned to him with Logan looking rather sour. "I'll let you have a small piece though, in exchange for…"
"House upgrade?" Demterius offered as Robin balked.
"No, considering that's Robin's main business, I won't do that." Taeko said adamantly, refusing.
Robin punched her husband's shoulder for even suggesting the idea and told him he was sleeping on the couch for that.
"Idiot." Sebastian thought.
"Tell you what, I'll let you have that one piece, but I have conditions. One, if you publish any research on that, I want to be credited. Two, at least call me if you need something and don't come unannounced. Third, if you get any profit from said research, I want 55% of it. No if, ands, or buts about it unless you really want a lawsuit!" Taeko declared firm and flat.
"Deal." Demetrius said not even fully registering the terms.
"We'll make sure he keeps his word." Maru said as Taeko fiddled with the Nemetrix. "What are you doing?"
"Insuring Demetrius knows I'm not one who words are empty." Taeko bellowed activating the Nemetrix transforming Logan into a hulking Chimera.
"What the hell is that?!" The Grant patriarch screamed falling on his behind.
"It's a little something I found that lets my dog transform into monster. This is a Chimera." Taeko said as Logan snarled. "Now, Mr. Grant, please leave. My dog wants to try his newfound powers."
Logan belched out a fireball in the opposite direction and Demetrius ran for dear life with Robin going after him.
"Taeko, never stop being awesome." Sebastian said laughing at him run.
"Won't." Taeko remarked before Logan returned to his normal form on his own. "Found the device in the meteorite. Scary part is…it's JojaTech."
"How the fuck does Joja keep making this shit? Seriously, what do they have replicas of the Batmobiles?!" Sebastian asked.
"I don't think I want to know. And it's already time for lunch…and I didn't have breakfast. You guys want to grab something in Zuzu? I know a good Chinese place." Taeko offered. "I got wheels now, so…any takers?"
"You asking both of us out on a date? I didn't know it's both with you." Sebastian said jokingly.
"Wait, you got a car?" Maru asked as Taeko opened up his garage to reveal his hovercar. "Ok, where the hell did you get that? And I swear if that's JojaTech, I'm seriously considering robbing their R&D department if they can build hovercars!"
Taeko wheeled it out.
"We'll join you. Just let us suit up and get our gear. Can't be too careful." Sebastian remarked. "Meet you by the bus stop."
Taeko nodded as Logan and Tom jumped into the back seat as Taeko drove off for the bus stop parking in front of the bus. Taeko looked at his phone before deciding to call Abigail.
"Hey Abs, you busy?" Taeko texted. "I'm planning something."
"Sorry, I can't. I promised I'd help my mother with cooking." Abigail texted back with an annoyed emoji. "By the way, she wants to see you for something."
Taeko put the phone away disappointed but perked up to see Maru and Sebastian come up. Maru took the passenger seat, and Sebastian took the backseat. Given it was near a full party, Taeko had to leave a pet behind. Tom willingly decided to stay behind trotting for home as Taeko revved the engine.

"Aw yeah, kick it up." Taeko said taking off as the beats played. "Keep an eye on the place, Tom!"
It was rather nice to push the car out for a proper spin and blow through the roads. Speeding through the desert was a treat with that song blasting in the background.
"You think lo-fi's going to keep getting popular?" Maru asked.
"I'd bet my farm on that." Taeko remarked. "Oh man, here comes the best part. The trumpet solo!"
A few more songs later, and they arrived in Zuzu City. For Taeko, the entire city felt different than three weeks ago. He did still love the city, but just disliked that Joja soured his love for it.

Taeko pulled into the parking lot of his favorite Chinese place, The Red Gizard. As they all walked into the restaurant Logan waiting by the door. The girl at the counter, recognized Taeko.
"Taeko?" Katie asked.
"Katie. I thought you still working at the clinic." Taeko remarked.
"Joja fucked it over." Katie said bitterly. "Sued the place and if I hadn't quit, I would have been black balled. For now, I'm stuck working at my parent's restaurant…for now. But what about you? You up and vanished from your old haunt."
"Moved out to the valley." Taeko responded. "And I'm sorry, I just got up and rushed to get there. Completely neglected to forewarn people."
"Yeah, I hope so. Still, you should be careful. Shit in the city stinks worse than ever. You remember that mouthy cunt, Kendra?" Katie asked as she was taking the group's orders.
"Yeah, the brat from my old apartment building, what about it?" Taeko asked.
"Joined that street gang, the Purple Dragons. Yeah, the Red and Blue Dragons merged day after you left." Katie said bitterly. "She and her friends been trying to take over your old haunt and hood for the gang. Most of them scared of her, hacking their shit and all that."
"Wasn't she still in high school?" Taeko asked with a raised eyebrow.
Before Katie could answer, Maru cut in asking if Kendra was the red-haired dark-skinned teen in a jacket with a big old red dragon it with a beret trying to jack Taeko's wheels. Taeko calmly worked out and cleared his throat.

Kendra still looked the same to him, still had that beauty mark and lipstick that was in vogue. With her with the two backup dancers he had seen her around with, Jason and Jeremy, along with a new face. A younger teenage girl (Taeko's [Observe] put her at about 14 and identified her as Angel) with purple-dyed hair styled in pigtails, and has piercings on the left eyebrow, lower lip and ears. She wore a sleeveless, greenish-blue hoodie, red baggy jeans, light purple bands with two starting from the wrist and stopping just below the elbow, and the other two above the red metal studded elbow pads, two black spiky bracelets, purple studded biker gloves, and buckle shoes with purple socks in them.
"Taeko!" Kendra said stepping in. "This is yours?"
"It is, and you're lucky I don't just slam your face into the hood." Taeko vented darkly.
"What you think you can mess with us? We're a part of the Purple Dragons." Jason said, trying to intimidate.
"And you think you scares me? The Dragons must have "high" standards for you even join." Taeko sniped sarcastically. "Besides, you're practically Kendra's cuckold."
Jeremy, as the big guy, thought his size could intimidate Taeko, but he only got a silent glare.
"Look, just hand over the keys, and I won't maim you. Maybe your wallet too." Kendra said as Logan snarling got in front of Taeko. "Now, Taeko, you won't want a bullet in your dog's head."
"Logan, heel for now. I think I'll handle this street trash first. I want first blood." Taeko remarked.
"Ha, there's four of us, and one of you. Nigga, that's some shit odds." Kendra said with a chortle only to see Maru and Sebastian backed him up. "I still got better odds."
"Logan!" Taeko said. "Use [Sludge]."
[Battle BGM: Cowboy Bebop - Rush]
Logan spat up the glob of sludge hitting Jason's chest. With that the fight was on, and Taeko used a kiai to send Jeremy flying into a stop sign breaking his jaw. THUMP! He hit the ground out cold. Kendra immediately revealed a pistol only for Maru have her [Bracer Blasters] aimed at Kendra.
"You think your toys can't beat real steel?" Kendra said only to get shot in the eyes. "Ahh! My eyes!"
Maru was not exactly a martial artist, but she knew how to fight dirty and fired another shot between Kendra's legs causing the thug to fall on her knees squealing in pain. Maru rushed in kicking the gun out of Kendra's hand before promptly stomping the shit out of her leaving Angel against Taeko. Angel pulled a switchblade. Taeko had a dry look before unsheathing both of his swords taking a proper stance.
"I bet you don't even know how to use them!" Angel said trying to put up some bravado.
"[Nitoryu: Taka Nami]" Taeko said using his swords to create a powerful gust of wind.
Angel was sent flying into that same stop sign as Taeko rushed in. He sheathed both blades before catching Angel's wrist with the switchblade. He grabbed her hand and kneed her face before twisting her arm, forcing her to drop the knife. He threw her into Kendra causing both of the girls to tumble to the ground. As for Jeremy, he had size, but no fighting skill. Sebastian was able to deftly dodge his attack and return fire.
"[Collier Shoot!]" Taeko said kicking Jeremy with a flying kick to his neck.

The fight was over and Taeko picked up Kendra by the scruff of her neck.
"Look at me. LOOK AT ME!" Taeko said as Kendra was breathing hoarsely. "Pull that shit on me again, and I'll make you sorry you met me! Got it?!"
"Fuck…ahhh!" Kendra said as Taeko began to twist her wrist.
"GOT IT?!" Taeko roared as Kendra squealed a yes.
She was thrown to the ground as she and her gang scampered away with their injuries. Jason had a few bite marks from Logan who finally let him go after tearing a part of his jacket. As Kendra looked back to say, "You made an enemy out of the Purple Dragons! I'll make you regret that! Consider that a promi-AAAHH!"
Taeko shut her up with a finger blast to her knee causing her to faceplant on the pavement.

Katie came out of the store with a relived look glad that Taeko and his friends were all right.
"Don't worry, I called the police as soon as they left. Looks like the little bitch left her gun behind…and it looks to be unlicensed." Katie said before handing the group their food. "You should go though."
"We should." Taeko said getting back in the car as Logan hopped back. "Let's get out of here."
Maru asked if should wait for the cops only for Sebastian to point out that the cops are going to be after Kendra for the gun which is a bigger issue. Maru sighed and got in as Taeko peeled out of there. As Taeko drove, he thought, "This feels like GTA."
Taeko's phone rang, and he had Sebastian put it on car speaker.
"Moshi moshi, it's Maelstrom." Taeko remarked.
"Ah yes, Mr. Maelstrom. I believe you remember who I am."
"Woozie?" Taeko said stunned.
"Yes, yes, I know I look and sound like your precious GTA games. But regardless, one of my associates saw you kick the crap out of those punks a while earlier. We need to have words, if you don't mind. You remember my place? See you there." Wooze said before hanging up.
Taeko whirled around and handed for the place looking pensive.
"Taeko, you all right?" Maru asked.
"Maru, I mentioned that I spent time in Souamil because of my shit job. Well, let's just say I have ties to several people in organized crime. It's how I know that Katie's uncle is well…tied to the Triads. He runs the Ferngill Triads." Taeko remarked.
"What do you think he wants?" Maru said eating some of her food.
"We're about to find out." Taeko ventured as they pulled into the parking lot of a hi-rise apartment building. As they entered, they were greeted by a brother-sister pair, Ling and Xin Shan.

Ling was rather pretty and fit with her build and short raven hair. Sebastian flirtatiously said hello only to get nearly decked by Xin who was stopped by Ling.
"Xin, how do you expect me to find anyone if you keep attacking anyone who shows interest?" Ling said with a glare.
"And I don't appreciate you threatening one of mine. I don't think Woozie will like that I split red blood on the carpet in the lobby." Taeko warned.
Xin glared at Taeko but was shoved off by Ling as she said she'd take them up to Woozie. Logan trotted along joining the group in the elevator.
"So, what's Woozie like?" Sebastian asked curiously.
"Kenshi Mu is an odd man. He's pretty down to earth, honorable, and likeable. Man digs fast cars, modifying them, playing video games, and pretty women. He's the kind of guy you'd never think was a triad man. But apparently when he sold some ideas to the writers that would make GTA San Andreas, some of those events were based off real events. Except for one thing, he's not blind. He's a damn good swordsman, fast enough to slice through bullets." Taeko rattled off as the doors opened. "Just don't be stupid, and you're fine."
"He's not a drug pusher, isn't he?" Maru asked.
"Oh please, drugs are a vice that can't be properly controlled, except for marijuana, and make for bad business." Kenshin said as Maru squeaked in fear.
To Sebastian, Kenshin looked and sounded just like Woozie from GTA, except obviously older. Kenshin sat at his desk with his associates sitting nearby in office chairs.
"No, he's above that. Street racing, gambling, smuggling, producing sexual material, and gun-running? Guilty." Taeko rambled.
"Only if you get caught." Woozie said with a hearty laugh. "Have a seat."
They all took a seat as Logan came up on Taeko's lap to which he rubbed his head.
"I didn't know you got a dog." Woozie remarked jovially.
"Cat as well. So, what's with the call?" Taeko said wanting to get down to business as he opened up his Chinese food.
"Ah yes, well I heard you vanished from Zuzu. My boys did some sniffing and found out you were in the valley town. Don't worry, we're doing what we can to keep you hidden. I do owe you favors for your help in Souamil. But I see you've started a gang of your own." Woozie said before taking a sip of carbonated water.
"Well, we're not really criminals. Sebastian is one of my students that I teach my fighting style. Maru, I help in wea…ok I know it sounds bad, but we're mostly…fighting monsters." Taeko said trying not to sound like a mob boss.
"I mean you do run a business that the town is growing to rely on, you slaughter those in your way even if they aren't people, you pretty much stomped down the people who opposed you…." Sebastian pointed out.
"So, what, you're the Stardew Syndicate? The Black Yakuza? The Yakuroza." Xin asked sarcastically.
"Those names kinda work…" Taeko said as Logan yipped in approval.
"Well, let me cut down on business. I believe you know this young lady here." Woozie said producing a photo from a folder.
"Yes, Melanie Farrah. She tried to go undercover in Joja to bust them only when she got exposed. I heard she's been in hiding." Taeko said. "She shouldn't have acted like such a bitch."
"Well, the Purple Dragons have figured out where she's been hiding and they're planning to kill her. Your little incident brought her some time. I want you…to get her and bring her to the docks." Woozie said seriously. "While I don't like the woman too much myself, her evidence against Joja can be useful. Plus, we all have a common enemy in Joja."
The world turned gray.

You're playing hero, well anti-hero, today! Go save and protect Melanie, even if she's annoying.
Objective: Go to Melanie's apartment
Protect her from the Purple Dragons
Bring Her to the Zuzu City Marina

Taeko accepted and the world resumed with color.
"I accept this mission. Anything to hit back at Joja, but I'm surprised the company didn't try to use their own mugs to steal anything she had." Taeko mused.
"Joja would, but they find it cheaper to use the Purple Dragons. Plausible deniability and all that." Woozie mused. "I'll beam the location of Miss Farrah to your phone. You'll need a second car to which I can provide."
Woozie tossed Taeko a pair of keys wishing him the best and Taeko's phone blipped that Woozie was added to his contacts. As the Stardew gang took their leave, Woozie had a pensive thought wondering how Taeko would change the game up.
"Let's see how far you go, farmboy." Woozie thought.
[Music Ends]
As the group left the building, they spotted the car in parking lot. A stock Infiniti G35 Coupe painted a sleek black.

"I just got me a second car." Taeko said opening the door to find a note inviting him to street racing events. "And an invite to race later."
"You think you could ask if they race bikes?" Sebastian asked as Taeko tossed him the key to his new car.
"I'll think on it." Taeko said getting back in his hovercar. "For now, take the coupe. I'll ride the hovercar."
Logan and Maru got in the back of the hovercar as they peeled out heading for the location Woozie sent. They found themselves heading to the poorer areas of Zuzu, specifically a motel, one that looked abandoned. The group parked in the back lot as Taeko sensed out the area. There was only one person on the top floor and the group moved towards it.
"Really wished we had some guns." Sebastian remarked. "Or at least I had one considering."
Taeko spotted a dumpster which was littered with graffiti with some of it in Chinese which, thanks to the Game, he could read. He opened it up, moving it a few bags to the side before finding a prize, an Uzi.

"Knew it. It's an old tactics by gangs, where weapons, cash, or drugs would be stashed in marked dumpsters. From the marks, this was Red Dragons. I'm so glad I ended up in Souamil to learn of this…as this saved my life several times." Taeko said, tossing the [Uzi] into Sebastian. "And now you know."
"Was Zuzu City always this shitty?" Sebastian thought as they went up the stairs.
Taeko took the lead and knocked on Melanie's door.

Melanie slowly opened the curtain from a window near the door to see Taeko before opening the door and pulling him in. He was slammed against the wall with a knife to his throat.
"Cool it. Not with Joja, I quit that shitheap weeks ago." Taeko said glaring at her.
Melanie had still looked the same with her long blonde hair looking like the all-American girl gracing her late thirties. Melanie immediately calmed down and released Taeko allowing him to bring the rest of his team inside.
"Sorry about the blade and all, but you were one of their best employees. Plus, you were dumped in Souamil…" Melanie explained.
"That's fair, but I am here because of Joja. An associate of mine has given me the heads up that Joja hired the Purple Dragons to kill you and they know you're here. They also want any data you got on Joja." Taeko said seriously. "So, pack your shit, we need to go. I happened to accidentally delay them, but not for long."
Melanie wasted no time gathering her times all the while catching up with Taeko.
"While I'm doing, I also want to apologize for my poor treatment of you while I was undercover. After Joja ousted me, I ended up being black balled…and it was a downward spiral. I can't even get hired in journalism…and I was stuck in a bad place. It's been odd job after odd job, and as you see, I'm practically homeless. I wanted to say…it was a humbling. I was arrogant, and I got punished for it. I just hope you can forgive my past actions." Melanie said earnestly.
"Well considering it all led to me fucking over that place and me being in a better place, it's all forgiven. Which is why I'm helping you." Taeko said as Melanie had her bags packed.
Taeko and Sebastian sensed they had company and looked out of the window to see Purple Dragons pulling up.
"We got company!" Sebastian said as Logan snarled. "We need to move."
"And there's no way back forward on this floor." Melanie said switching out her heels for flats. "We'll need to huff it!"
Maru reloaded her weapons, Sebastian cocked his Uzi, Taeko's fingers glowed bright yellow, and Logan's snarled.
"You're an energy-fighter?!" Melanie said shocked.
"Runs in the family." Taeko said, turning determined. "Now, let's do this!"

Taeko kicked open the door and fired a barrage of Finger Blasts down at the thugs below nailing a few, damaging their cars, and forcing them to scramble. The group charged for the stairs as Melanie told them there was a fire escape on the second floor they could use. As they arrived on the second floor, they were met with bullets. Taeko raised an [Energy Shield] as Sebastian used the cover to open fire on the Dragons. Sebastian rushed in snatching up Uzi clips.
"You hurt?" Taeko asked.

Taeko dropped the shield as they got to the second-floor offices as Maru shot the lock off.
"More Dragons are coming!" Melanie said as Taeko pushed her into the office.
"Logan, [Flame Wheel]!" Taeko said as Logan charged forward before somersaulting into a rolling fireball.
"What the fu-arrgh?!" One thug said before the group of thugs was burned by rolling hotdog.
The fire, however, worked a bit too well as parts of the floor were catching flame. Logan ran back to Taeko following him out through the fire escape. Taeko leapt into his hovercar with Logan joining. Sebastian had Melanie in the G35 as Maru got in Taeko's saying he needed a gunner. They both peeled it out of there.
"Sebastian, head to Zuzu City docks!" Taeko texted. "I'll keep the Dragons busy."
"On it, keep Maru safe." Sebastian texted back.
Sebastian might have been sure to hide into the traffic as the Purple Dragons on their bikes and motorcycles saw Taeko.
"There's that punk bitch!" Kendra said following on her car as Jeremy and Jason opened fire with pistol fire.
Taeko activated the [Magnetic Field Generator Mk.1] to form a shield around the car which blocked off the bullets at least for the moment.

Maru need not be told twice to strap in as Taeko accelerated to drive faster much to Kendra's surprise forcing her to try to catch up. Taeko kept ahead using all his driving skills from various games he'd played to keep Kendra on her toes. Kendra was keeping up trying to run Taeko off the road.
"Taeko, a police car." Maru said pointing ahead as Taeko got an idea.
He sped towards it as he knew Kendra would try to match his speed, but he suddenly swerved out of the way. Kendra couldn't catch herself in time and crashed into the police car. Jason and Jeremy were both flung out of the car and were on the ground, both injured. Angel? She did the smart thing and slyly bolted as the officer got out.
"Officer, it looks some gangbangers wanted to tell you "Fuck the police."" Taeko said as the officer noticed the firearms on the thugs. "You all right?"
The officer raised and raised a gun at Kendra telling her to put her hands up. Taeko took off laughing before meeting up with Sebastian at the docks. Ling and Xin were waiting for them with a yacht.
"What took you?" Melanie asked.
"We had to shake them. I let one of them crash into a cop car, and the rest scattered like roaches." Taeko remarked.
"Woozie sends his thanks for completing your mission." Ling said kindly. "Now Miss Farrah, my boss has offered you a chance of escape. All we ask for is a copy of your data that you got from Joja."
"Consider it done, but I want to be taken out of here first." Melanie said as Ling nodded.
Xin and Melanie boarded the boat as Melanie waved goodbye as it took off to sea. Taeko's phone blipped that it now had Melanie as a contact.

Ling handed off 5,000 gold to Taeko saying it was from Woozie before also giving Sebastian and Maru 1,000 gold each. Sebastian asked if they'd see Ling again, to which she gave Sebastian her number calling him to call sometime. Ling took off in her car leaving the gang feeling like they had a real adventure.
"We should head back to the valley." Maru said as the others agreed.
On an uneventful trip back to the valley, Taeko had both cars parked in his garage. Much to his surprise and relief, the garage allowed for cycling of cars for easy storage. He inwardly thanked having the Gamer package as Sebastian returned his keys.
"All that, just to get some Chinese food." Maru said panting. "But man, that was exciting! But it's made me realize that I seriously need to work on my physical body as much as my weapons. So, I want you to help me with that Taeko, at least to help to keep my body better fit."

"I'm just glad you two finally talked this out. I had a feeling it would have happened eventually if I hung out with the both of you over time. I just didn't expect it to come so fast!" Taeko admitted only to getting hugged by the both of them. "You guys are the best!"

The Grant pair left the farm as Taeko sat on his porch steps feeling on top of things only for a text box to remind him of a quest he forgot about.

Back within the city, Woozie looked over the information that Melanie gave them. Right now, she was being sailed to Grataton. Woozie had discovered that Taeko's sister had set up shop there and decided to hand Melanie off to her. She'd be safe and the Purple Dragons looked like they had eggs on their faces.
"So, this group may just rise in power soon enough." Woozie said interested. "May not be an illegal group, but he'll be on his way to be wealthy man. Still, I want an eye on him which is why I've having you go on a "little working vacation", Ling Shan."
"Ok, you want me to move into that valley! And do what exactly? I can't just go work on his farm." Ling said with a glare.
"Oh no, I'll have you pick anything but that. It's either JojaMart, ranching, medical care, bartending, blacksmithing, fishing, or retail." Woozie remarked. "Not too many local businesses. There's also a guild for monster slayers because of the local beasts there, but you'd need a proper cover job and you doing just that may attract attention. The reason I want you near the area is in case of the Purple Dragons."
Ling sighed, given that she was this Triad's master of arms. She was one of the youngest in the group, and she was basically going to end up going to some hick town. Nemetrix Dissidia – (Pet Equip Item) – Joja's attempt at replicating alien technology to which they succeeded. (A/N: This was a lengthy chapter to write, but it's probably one of my personal favorites for the sheer insanity of it. Grand Theft Auto was a bit of a match made for this fic, plus it expands on Zuzu City. So, for those who know which GTA games I'm taking from, good for you. For those who don't, I'm lifting bits from San Andreas and Chinatown Wars, so far. As for the Purple Dragons, consider them a bit of a mix of the 2003, 2012, and 2018 versions. Those who have seen the new TMNT will recognize Kendra and her crew. You all my apologies for not getting to this story sooner, but I blame COVID-19. (At least that's the excuse aside from life itself). Any suggestions for the future mission of Taeko building his future empire? And what about Ling Shan? Excited to see her join the town?
