Penny woke up in a rather good mood, glad she no longer was being hassled for food by her mother. She was free to sleep in or at least she would if today was not the Egg Festival. Normally, it would be set for the 13th, but recent events pushed it forward to today.
"Well, I do have until 9. I may as well make breakfast and relax." Penny thought.
Breakfast made, relaxing was curling up with a novel on her computer to read. She did not have to worry at all about being interrupted.

"So, you waddled your ass over to me because Penny isn't here to cook you food?" Taeko said in the midst of finishing his [Autumn's Bounty].
"Come on, boss. Be neighborly." Pam pleaded.
"Pam, are you seriously asking me to be neighborly after all the shit you put me through?" Taeko said dryly.
"I mean that's true, but you got me back. I'm sure you're banging my daughter…as well as me." Pam admitted. "You pretty much have my job and my ass…"
Ironic that her admitting this actually raised her 'friendship' up to five hearts to which Taeko was inwardly reveling.
"True except the daughter part. Penny and I haven't. I wasn't aiming to get in your daughter's pants…I just wanted to be a good friend for her." Taeko said astutely. "But you're right on everything else."
"C'mon, I'll be able to buy frozen food to heat up when my check comes. I just need a spot of breakfast…" Pam said sweetly trying to play the seductive angle.
"Pam, I've seen you naked. Not going to work on me." Taeko snarked. "But, I'll give you some breakfast."
Taeko got up after finishing as Pam looked relieved. However, he did raise Pam's chin up with a bit of grin on his face.
"But you know…I can't give you things for free. You have to work for it, no?" Taeko said in a faux sweet tone.
"Of course, I'm more than willing to work for it." Pam said slipping the jacket revealing a sport bra. "I just hope maybe I won't have to work on the farm."
Taeko had sat down on the couch wanting her to use her mouth. After all, he wanted to give her some extra protein. Her clothes save for her pink panties all laying on the floor as Pam got on her knees fishing out Taeko's shaft before taking a whiff. She admired the strong scent before taking it within her mouth. If there was one thing that Taeko had to admit Pam was good at…was 'head games'. She worked on him while he flipped on the television.
"So, luck's going to be neutral for a rarity. Good, because I can make my own luck." Taeko thought before letting out a groan. "Damn, Pam's hungry for that protein!"
She slurped, licked, and put effort into getting him to burst quickly as she wanted to eat. She pulled it out with a plop stroking it.
"Would it be okay to ask for a bottle of wine to go with my food?" Pam said to give Taeko's nuts a few playful squeezes.
"Pam, you're sucking me off for the food not the booze." Taeko said as Pam slipped off her soaked underwear. "But I see you know that."
Pam took a 'seat' on him with her back facing him as he roughly had her by her hair. She insisted that she did the work riding him, as he relaxed into letting her work for it. She got want she worked for shot up inside her snatch and seeping out as she got off him.
"I hope that pleased ya, Taeko." Pam said before her left side of her rear jiggled from a slap.
"It did." Taeko said getting her the food and a bottle of [Blueberry Wine]. "So, you can take it and go."
She, her clothes, and the food were gone leaving Taeko to shower and ready for the day. He checked his calendar before getting a text from Abigail.

[Hey T, the Egg Festival's today. Their setting up in town…so you won't really be able to enter town until 9 when it starts. See you there.]
Similar messages came from the others. So, he had three hours to get what he wanted done. He got on his gear save for the [Subamotic Shirt] in favor of a black collared buttoned up shirt. He did not really need the armor today. He made some [Hashbrowns] to eat and to boost his farming stat. First, he checked the mail to find all his upgraded tools were delivered from Clint. With iridium brand everything, cleaving through wood and rocks, watering, and farm got a lot more manageable. He got a letter from Beli thanking him for the help along with 2,000 Gold. With no other mail at the moment, he moved to deal with the farm. 20 bits of [Unmilled Rice], a jar of [Tulip Honey], and the four [Tulips] were gathered before he moved to the coop. He first checked the coop animals' stats.

[Dinosaur – Moshi – Heart Rating: 2/5 – Taeko's first dinosaur. Wants to just lay out in the sun and sleep deep in the night.]
The duck egg was not going to be ready until the end of the season to which Taeko shrugged off. He restocked the hay for them to eat as he gathered the eggs. Five [Large Brown Eggs], five [Large White Eggs], two [Brown Eggs], and he even got a nice big [Dinosaur Egg]. He already planned to shove the Dinosaur Egg in the chest to store it for it to be incubated when the duck comes out of the incubator. He was glad he had made a chest for the coop and shoved it in. With the spoils from the farm, he returned to the house. The honey and eggs all went in the fridge.
Tom and Logan came up to the house near their water bowls just relaxing for a moment as Taeko came up to fill them up with water. He sauntered into the shed to collect everything else.
"Let's see 2 bottles of blueberry, coconut, and one bottle of ancient fruit wine. Three bottles of parsnip juice. Three cups of coffee…huh." Taeko said seeing that [Coffee] was wrapped and bundled as if it was sold in coffee shops.
It was even under the Shadowy Desires label to which he was not complaining about. He moved to get the four jars of [Blueberry Jelly] and three jars of [Mayonnaise]. He simply tossed the apples and orange he had on his [Inventory] into the kegs.
He moved right out of the shed to decide on how to offload his products. He made a quick call to Mr. Chen to let him know about the products.
"Sorry, Mr. Chen. I'm afraid Shadowy Desires doesn't cover cheeses. I don't have a cheese press yet, and even then…barn's not fully constructed." Taeko said apologetic.
"Is there any way I could help speed the process?" Mr. Chen requested.
"Unless you'll willing to invest in getting me a bigger shed or maybe get me kegs delegated to your business, then no." Taeko remarked. "Remember, you're not my only client."
"I am aware, but your products are selling quite well. Plus, customers will feel more inclined to buy local stuff to make themselves feel better." Mr. Chen said with a hearty chuckle. "But if you have the spaces for kegs. I would be willing to invest in you. What's your space look like?"
"Good for a few dozen more kegs. For you, I want to limit myself to a dozen max focused on you. I rather not be your exclusive, after all." Taeko said shrewdly. "If you give me twelve kegs, I'll sell you those wines at half price. But any more winery or juicing is regular price."
"Cheeky bastard. Well, I can't argue with that deal given your products' success. But…I have a secondary offer." Mr. Chen said with a wry grin.
"I'm listening." Taeko said, interesting.
"Well, I won a barrel of strawberries and coffee beans in a poker game. You should join us…us businessman, local farmers, and the like get together all the time." Mr. Chen offered.
"Hard pass but go on." Taeko said interested.
"I'll trade you them in exchange for all the wine, juice, and coffee you harvested. Even throw in six kegs." Mr. Chen remarked.
The game gave him a choice on whether to accept it or not. So far, Mr. Chen had been good to him, and he decided to accept.
"Of course, the products better be good. We need not to involve Woozie in this, do we?" Taeko asked with a raised eyebrow.
"No, we don't. I owe you that courtesy. Bai will deliver the product and the kegs." Mr. Chen affirmed.
"Then we have a deal. Can you deliver it before 9 a.m.?" Taeko remarked. "I have an event, I want to take place in. So, I need this ASAP."
"No, I think you better get to the bus stop now." Mr. Chen said wryly.
"Wait, is Bai already here?" Taeko said sensing out the area. "You were planning this?!"
"I was considering selling the beans and berries to you, but I figured I could get the harvest instead to make more money." Mr. Chen slyly stated.
"You son of a…Well played. But I'm going to make you suffer a bit…you're just not going to get any strawberry wine at half price. And I except the other six kegs by the end of the day." Taeko said before saying goodbye and hanging up. "Clever dick."
Taeko left home for the bus stop to see Bai was there already.
"So, why did you show up?" Taeko asked.
"The town's egg festival. I wanted in, and I convinced my father to give me time off to visit for a bit." Bai remarked as Taeko handed off the items. "I just have to deliver some things."
Taeko hauled off the barrels and kegs as Bai drove away. The game listed off as 150 [Strawberries] and [Coffee Beans] each. Sure, they were regular quality, but it was still worth handing off the valued booze. He got the six kegs in the shed on one side marking them as specifically for Chen's. While at it, he shoved all five furnaces into the shed. He put 15 beans towards making coffee from the keg and rest were used for the strawberries. The rest of the [Strawberries] went into the fridge. Coffee beans were planted in the first row with [Quality Fertilizer] while the rest were stored away. For Chen's kegs, he put Salmonberry in all of them. Three of the larger eggs went into the mayo machines and he threw in a quartz in all of the furnaces. He knew the [Coffee] was going to be done in two hours along with what would be [Refined Quartz]. He returned home once again and relaxed into his chair while taking up that [VR Headset]. He put it looking through the options.
"Well, I do need to get through more events to get to better ones. I guess I'll do…Robin. " Taeko said selecting her before falling into the void.

Taeko found himself on his couch and was beckoned to go outside which he did. The day was humid…more fitting for a summer day. And there was Robin working in the barn alone as he walked up.
"Robin." Taeko greeted.
"Oh, Mr. Maelstrom is finally awake. Hope you don't mind me starting early." Robin said kindly.
"No issue at all. Where's Demetrius?"
"Out at a convention." Robin said dryly. "Just rushed getting out without a word. Either way, I'm here to work on the barn."
Taeko nodded before she remarked she wanted to know if he wanted extra service for a little more.
"Grease my palms, and I'll make watching me sweat more pleasant." Robin said kindly. "It's a bit sweltering to be wearing an-"
Taeko did not waste time practically throwing cash at her feet before moving on close to where her breath tickled her neck.
"Intimidating me?" Robin said as he smirked.
"No, you're pretty tough. I just wanted to get my money's worth." Taeko said before backing off her to let her undress.
Watching Robin work in the barn in nothing but her tool belt was oddly enjoyable. He actually could help but admire her figure as it reminded him of the humanized Applejack artwork he saw on his Discord group. But all good things came to an end.
"Half an hour…that was nice but underwhelming." Taeko said before putting it away in his room.
A knock on the door snapped him out of the daydream as he walked to the door to see it was Maru.
"Hey, Maru. What brings you?" Taeko remarked.
"Simple. My dad's busy, Mom's prepping for the festival, and Sebastian's hanging with his girlfriend. And I got Abigail to make sure, we're going to be uninterrupted." Maru said sweetly.
"For wha-" Taeko said before she kissed him.
She broke it.
"I know Abigail's seen your dick…and she says it's a big one." Maru said biting her lip.
"I'm surprised you're ok with sharing." Taeko said as Maru gave her a coy look.
"I don't mind all too much…you just have that stud air to you, you know. Abigail called you a harem protagonist…and that oddly fits." Maru said wrapping her arms around him.
"So, what are you thinking of using your time with me to do?" Taeko asked.
"Well, I'm not exactly ready for sex yet, but I have something else in mind." Maru said before undoing the straps to her overalls. "I don't think Abigail have a chest like mine."

Taeko could only victoriously smirk at that he could produce more products back as he got an alert that he could pick up his new products. Maru got out of the bathroom all dried up before getting dressed.
"Later, Taeko-kun." Maru said sweetly before kissing his cheek. "Thanks for making my first time a good time."
"Of course, Maru. Anything for you." Taeko said as she took her leave.
Taeko took his shower before putting on fresh clothes similar to what he wore before. He moved to get the mayonnaise out of mayo machines first and put a brown egg into each mayo maker to get more later. He moved to the rest of the shed taking the six bottles of Salmonberry wine to put into a box for Mr. Chen. As for the rest, he got nine bottles of wine with six strawberry, two apple, and one orange flavored. He also got the coffee which he was glad came in a container now under his brand.
A text to Mr. Chen to tell him he had the six bottles of wine for him ready and that he had more to sell to him. The businessman asked what else he had, and upon hearing it…decided he wanted it all. Of course, there was a haggle on the price…and it was settled about 25,000 Gold and a few cases of [Blueberries]. While he knew he could sell it for more, Taeko saw the produce as equal trade. The deal was set, the box was stuffed full of the products gathered today and sealed with the receipt on top. Bai was on his way to get it leaving Taeko to go deal with everything else. He got the five [Refined Quartz] from the furnaces, the two bottles of [Maple Syrup] from the tappers that went straight into the fridge, and the [Blue Jazz Honey] from the Bee House. He was rather glad to hear that Maru's perk basically made each Bee House and the Tapper only take practically now produce three a day. He made a mental note to get more ore and wood to make more [Tappers] and [Bee Houses].
He filled the kegs of his own with half going to vegetable juice and the other going to wine. As for what was going to be made with the preserves jar, he put cherries in them to make jam to sell in the bin later. As for Chen's kegs, he called him up to see what he wanted.
"Mr. Chen, I have flavors I can make. Strawberry, blueberry, salmonberry, pepper, and cherry are on the menu." Taeko said smoothly.
"I heard you grow Azorium. How much for that?" Mr. Chen said as Taeko took more of a serious tone.
"Mr. Chen, that stuff is high quality. I can't sell that as wine or jelly as a discount. You're going to have to pay in full for it. Growing it isn't easy." Taeko remarked. "One alone is 2,062 gold."
"Worth it. I'll have one for myself. As for the rest, I'll have strawberry wine. That seems to be selling well. When will they be ready?" Mr. Chen said as he was told tonight. "Excellent. I'll have the payment on the way after my driver picks up Bai from that festival. Goodbye."
"Later." Taeko said hanging up as he set the kegs.
With all set, he went home to get a bottle of [Peach Wine] and a jar of [Tulip Honey] to bring with him as he mentally calculated the price of Mr. Chen's order.
"Ok, his total order equals up to 3,187 gold. Good thing I only gave him half off all my wine except the Azorium. With the money on the way and thanks to Pam's perk, I'll be having nearly 57k from Chen alone." Taeko thought before he wrote up the receipt. "I'll have to pick up the box later."
He left the house calling for Tom and Logan as they trotted up to him. Bai had arrived to make the exchange to which Taeko got payment (which doubled thanks to the perk). He found himself with twelve dozen [Blueberries] which he moved into his fridge as Bai went ahead to the festival. The second guy Bai was with drove the truck back to deliver the product.
"Welcome to the festival, my boy." Lewis said as Taeko came up.
"I brought out some wine and honey." Taeko said handing them over.
"The honey will go great with the piping hot biscuits." Lewis remarked jolly as well. "I'll have to hold onto the wine…no need for Pam to get her fingers on it."
Taeko nodded, as Logan and Tom trotted off to explore, before he came up to Pierre.
"If it isn't Farmer Maelstrom? Well, I hope you'll take part in the little shop of festival exclusives." Pierre spoke pointing to the seeds. "Especially, the Strawberry seeds. Might be a bit late to grow them this season, but next Spring is a viable option."
"I'll take 30 of them. And two of the [Plush Bunnies]." Taeko said paying up for the items.
Angel and Sandy had finally made the arrival as Taeko handed off a [Plush Bunny] to her, much to the punk girl's embarrassment.
"It's so fluffy…please don't treat me like I'm eight." Angel said with a humid blush on her face.
"I think it's adorable." Sandy said with a hum.
Taeko mingled a bit before getting to the food for a while. The biscuits were perfect with his honey and his pets thought the same.
"Taeko, good to see you took the time to show up." Marnie said, coming up to table. "You should join your friends."
Said friends were having a laugh and he moved to get the wine bottle back from Lewis along with a few cups.
"Hey everyone…I figured to celebrate a successful season and our friendship, a toast on me." Taeko offered to raise the bottle. "Peach-flavored. Penny, you don't…"
"It's fine…just this one." Penny said as she, Shane, Abigail, Sam, Leah, Maru, Sebastian, and Ling took a glass.
He poured them a cup before saying, "To the Shadow Yakuza, to our friendship, and to our health. May I it the last long!"
"KAMPAI!" They cheered clinking cups before having that hearty drink.
[Friendship between that group has done up by +50 Friendship Points]
"You guys are the best." Taeko said under his breath.
"Things are looking up, man. Thanks to Mr. Chen, we're seeing an uptick in profit. I'm almost certainly considering quitting my JojaMart job." Shane said with a snicker. "But…I'm keeping it."
"Why though?" Abigail remarked.
"If I had to guess, benefits from work. If you work a certain number of hours, you gain PTO. And if you never use it, it builds up." Taeko said as Shane smirked darkly.
"And Morris played dirty by never telling me. So, I added it up…and I can basically get a whole season off. But I have a plan. Cash in half my PTO for the summer, come in one day, and then use the rest of my PTO. I could use a summer vacation." Shane said as everyone laughed.
"And with Shane out, I can threaten to do the same…and he'll beg me to work for a higher pay." Sam said with a grin.
"Any of you planning to go on the egg hunt?" Abigail asked.
"I thought we were all going to do some weed while we let the kiddies do that. We could go on and play some classics." Sebastian said with a grin.
Taeko was given an option to go through with that or go do the Egg Hunt, and he opted for his friends instead.
"Whose place we do this at?" Taeko asked.
"Mine." Penny offered. "While you're here, you can help with my computer."
"Chillin' on a yacht? I can go for that. Taeko, you bringing drinks?" Shane asked.
"I prefer not to have liquor in my home if that's okay." Penny said.
"I got soda from my run into town earlier." Ling said as Taeko added he had [Joja Cola].
"All right, we can meet up by about 11, high time for us to slink off." Maru said as everyone began to separate. "Enough time to gather everything."
"Taeko, you still got weed?" Sebastian asked in a whisper.
"Two bags, sadly. I'll bring one for the gathering." Taeko whispered.
As they parted ways, Pam came up wanting to talk dragging him off to her trailer.
"What do you want, Pamela?" Taeko asked as they were inside.
"The next week is coming…and I was hoping to get my schedule shifted to work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday." Pam asked with a flutter of her eyelashes.
He rolled at the seduction attempt before turning her around on the table giving her booty a slap as she bit her lip.
"Pam, I can't have you sweet talking me into getting you want. So, I'm going to have to punish you for that." Taeko said yanking her sweatpants.
Pam would yelp and mewl from the spanking before Taeko used a bit of his ki to give her a light jolt to cream on fingers.
"I'll grant your request, but just ask for it first. I already have your ass." Taeko said washing off his hand.
Pam lay on the table with a bit of drool coming out of her mouth.
"Yes, boss." She said with a dreamy look.
He left the trailer but had the decency to pull up her pants which gave him a friendship heart. Taeko decided to pay Haley a visit to see her talking to Alex. He decided to leave the two alone to talk in favor of getting some of the candied treated Evelyn baked.
"Good to see you got time for you to kick back and have some fun. Don't work yourself too hard." George said in earnest.
"Thanks, George." Taeko said kindly before going to gather the needed items.
The seeds went in storage and the giant plush bunny was put in his living room making for nice décor. He got a bag of weed, a dozen Joja Colas, a chocolate cake, and even made some fried chicken to put in his [Inventory]. With it all ready, he headed for the docks. Of course, he had Tom and Logan keeping an eye on the town right when the Egg Hunt was about to begin.
While he was curious about the egg hunt, he was more than happy with the gathering at the boat. His friends were there and there was a good laugh to be had with great weed. Lin had several PlayStation models leaving a variety of games. Def Jam, Need for Speed, crying at the Last of Us, and blowing off steam with GTA San Andreas and Vice City.
"Man, Big Smoke was a riot….too bad he was a fat bastard." Sebastian remarked.
"You think we're going to get some missions in the city again?" Abigail asked Taeko who shrugged in response. "Man, imagine we run into someone like Mike Toreno."
That got everyone who played the game to snap out of that haze of high to stare at Abigail who slowly realized what she said.
"Oh shit…forget I said that." Abigail remarked.
"I hope we don't…" Taeko thought.

Taeko found himself back at his farm seeing the time was ten at night. Chen's wines were ready to which he handed to Bai as the delivery truck rolled in to pick him up and drop off the money for Taeko.
"Pleasure doing business." Taeko remarked as Bai bid goodbye.
Taeko went back to the farm to get the pickings from his kegs and preserve jars. He kept the 2 [Blueberry Wines] to go in the fridge, but everything else went straight to the selling bin. As for what went into the kegs and preserve jars again, he only put one strawberry to make jelly for breakfast tomorrow.
"I need to focus on gathering supplies to make more tappers and bettering fences." Taeko said as he headed for the house.
He noticed Myth was there and paused.
"Myth, what's up?" Taeko asked.
"Taeko, I've been doing some digging on the Magicite. Honestly, while I think they're natural…I fear Joja is messing with things they shouldn't." Myth said foreboding.
"Yeah, I already know this. These idiots are trying to replicate alien tech. I wouldn't be surprised they're trying their hand at magic too." Taeko said with a sigh. "In other news, water's wet."
"Just beware…it seems that gang Linus mentioned is up to something." Myth warned.
"The Sauseubeam? What do those doucheholes want?" Taeko remarked.
"Linus overheard them…something about getting the town here to pay them to rid of a monster." Myth said sagely.
"Well then, I'm just going to have to meet it clear to them that no one fucks with this town…except me." Taeko said fluffing his shirt. "Good night."
Myth nodded before teleporting away as Taeko went inside. Changing into his sleepwear, he drifted off to sleep done with the day.
