Taeko noted to get a [Bouquet] for the three as soon as possible. He did greet Woozie grateful to see his friend is back in one piece.

"You've been quite busy from I hear. You've managed to actually out-turf the Triads in far less time. That has to be acknowledged as nothing short as impressive." Woozie said coolly. "All though we're not up for having large turfs. Just in the vital areas."

"If anything, the Yakuza is basically shielding your behinds." Angel snarked.

"Quite." Woozie said adjusting his shades. "I did leave you a present from home on your farm. Hit me up sometime, there is some business we should discuss after you consolidate things in Red County."

Taeko looked at the time seeing it was nearing the end of the morning and there was a text from Velma.

"Looks like the meet up to open up the Red County headquarters is kicking off." Taeko said. "I need to make an appearance. All of us. It's going to be a BBQ."

"Hell yeah, I'm down!" Angel said.

"Awesome! More booze for me!" Pam said taking a bottle.

"We got our pictures." Caroline said holding a camera. "You and Taeko were so cute."

Abigail and the other members of the Shadow Yakuza were quick to make their leave. Lewis was not going to complain as this cleared the floor for him and Marnie. Woozie took his leave as well.

"So, it's all hands on deck." Leah remarked. " You want Chloe to come?"

"Hell no. She can stay home." Taeko mused.

"Taeko, I wanted to let you know I'm heading out to spend some time with my cousin." Elly May said running off. "Call me if you need me."

"So…Taeko, are you and her…" Maru asked.

"It's only been a day since I met her." Taeko snarked. "By the way, Maru…you do have your own wheels now, right?"

"About that. I've been chatting with a few Triads. Ling got me the means to an auto merchant under them. She's giving me a ride to pick up my new car." Maru said.

"Right, I'll meet you guys there. The ranch is right off Grapeseed." Taeko said leaving for home.

Taeko arrived to see the big box Woozie left and pried it open to find cash and a motorcycle that made the million gold Woozie left looking unimportant. That motorcycle was the futuristic Nagasaki [Shotaro], the closet thing one man could have to famous bike from Akira and the light cycles from Tron. A high-end sports bike with sleek rounded bodywork. The front section featuring a large mudguard with circular hubs attached to the forks. The upper area has a small, rounded fairing with a single vircular head light and two independent handlebars mounted on the upper plate, but lacks any form of dials. The main body is relatively large, featuring a mostly covered engine bay with a tall intake on the front and a large fuel tank, as well as foot pegs for the rider and a single short exhaust on the right. The rear section consists of a small tail with a grey seat above and a small taillight on the end. The rear wheel is connected to the rest of the vehicle by a dual-sided swingarm, also featuring a large mudguard with circular hubs and dual suspension springs with shock reservoirs. Unlike most motorcycles, the [Shotaro] does not have any visible primary drive. The [Shotaro] even featured a secondary color that glows, much more visible at night. The glow behaved like neon lights, with it on the body of the vehicle.

Taeko heard that when the bike moves, dark lines can be seen moving under the glowing secondary color over each mudguard, creating a pulsing effect that increases in speed with the bike's acceleration. Worth a little over two million, and it was his. Taeko took up the note on it.

I won this off a rich man with money to burn but hated to lose. Considering that bike's worth, I can't blame him too much. Though, considering he is a sore loser…he may send an assassin to get that bike back. I didn't find a tracker on it, but the asshole got it on my plane. Be careful…and enjoy race season. Make sure to check if it's modified already. If not, here's a million to put into that also won off of him.

Woozie]

Taeko wheeled it into his garage, no questions asked. He had to upgrade the bike now! He checked to what upgrades it did have.

"Ugh, this guy only putting money into giving it an [Armor Upgrade 100%] but nothing else. Ugh, whoever Woozie won this off sees this as a collector's item." Taeko said leaving for his home to change. "Bulletproof tires being default is a decent gain."

If anything, he'd FT to Kurokusa and get Ruby to work on it. He went to his closet to shed the wingtips and suit. The sand-colored flight jacket gave the option to wear just it or it and the striped top. Taeko chose just the jacket, a black tank top, Binco blue jeans, the equipped [Hinterland Boots (Dark)], Rimmers Steel Aviators, and a black du-rag tied his left arm. He got his gear in order only to hear the door open.

"Taeko, Velma came by. I gave her the gold and she gave me this crate. She also says the Dwarf said it's a pleasure to do business." Elly May said before leaving.

Taeko collected the thirty bottles of [Oil of Garlic] before texting Gloria that he managed to get the stuff and she'll meet him at the ranch. Taeko went to the shed to not only load up to make more product and take out the finished [Mayo], but to take a few bottles out of the shed chest for the party. He ate the lone [Green Bean] he had and put the dozen jars of high quality [Mayo] in the selling bin before calling up Leah.

"Hey Leah, mind taking Logan and Tom with you? I don't got room on my bike for them, and I need to take it to get it tuned up. Woozie got me some new wheels." Taeko said.

"Sure, I'll take them." Leah said. "Lucky, Max is coming in her own car."

She hung up.

"Logan, Tom!"

He called his pet before muzzling. He sent off to go to Leah to which they took off to her. He went back inside to put down two [Tub o' Flowers], one for the house and the other to hand to Elly May later. He got on his motorcycle as his helmet materialized on his head. Using [Fast Travel], he was off to Kurokusa. First thing first, he dumped 250,000 Gold into Ruby's pay rate.

He wheeled the bike in the hangar to see Ruby working on her car.

"Ruby." Taeko remarked.

"Thanks for the pay increase." Ruby said. "I used that cash to get the means to make a garage out of the place."

"Well, I got something I need you to work." Taeko said as Ruby sputtered at the sight of the bike. "[Race Break], [EMS Upgrade, Level 4], [Xenon Lights], [Race Transmission], [Turbo Tuning], Stilleto rims colored race yellow, blue tire smoke, and the bike repainted. Secondary color shift to a more bluish-silver. How much?"

"145,078." Ruby said as he paid up.

"When you're done, I'll need you to come with. We're having all the Shadow Yakuza show up to celebrate opening the second headquarters. I'm thinking of calling it the Crimson Ranch…because the blackest red after all." Taeko said as Ruby got to work.

"Do I have to stay?" Ruby asked.

"Nah, just for the opening. You can grab your food and go after." Taeko remarked.

Taeko realized the trade off for a discount is a cooldown for getting modifications to which Taeko was not taking too much issue. He assumed she was faster on weapons. She worked on the bike as Taeko went over to the Drop Point Safe and took the [Pistol .50] out of it for himself.

"Ruby, if I wanted to get this Pistol .50 customized, what do you recommend?" Taeko said coming back into the hangar.

"Extend the clip. I'd charge, but I actually have of a few of those. Used to me my father preferred weapon. Not my thing, really. AP Pistols are my preference." Ruby said pointing to a drawer. "You can have it."

Taeko took it with the gun now able to hold 12 rounds per clip.

"I'll leave you to it." Taeko said going outside to call Bison.

"Bison, you do work on customizing guns?" Taeko asked.

"Yeah, I dabble. But you are going to have to pay full price for customizations. Also, because I travel…I can't just roll out for doing work on one gun unless you want pay double." Bison remarked.

"I got it. I'll be waiting." Taeko said. "I'm at Kurokusa Airfield."

He hung up. Soon enough, Bison rolled up in his [Slamvan Custom]. Bison opened up the back and set a table. Taeko put down his [Advanced Sniper], [Sweeper Shotgun], [Combat MG], [Pistol .50], and [Carbine Rifle] on it before Bison gave him the options.

He got the [Advanced Sniper] to now use explosive rounds and got an army tint. He got the [Sweeper Shotgun] army tinted as well. The [Combat MG] was splurged on to have an extended clip, grip and scope attachments, an etched gun metal finish, and platinum tinted. For the [Pistol .50], he got a flashlight attachment and a platinum pearl deluxe finish to make it fancy. Lastly, the [Carbine Rifle] got a box clip (to allow the holding of 100 rounds), flashlight attachment, grip attachment, scope attachment, and an army tint. In total, Taeko paid up 126,614 Gold for all those customizations before putting those weapons away.

"You're pretty good at this." Taeko said.

"My old man used to be military, make me clean and maintain his guns at a young age. Ironically, I muttered I couldn't make a living off of it, and here I am." Bison said before packing up. "Good luck."

Bison took his leave and Taeko admired the handiwork on the firearms.

"It's done." Ruby said coming out with it.

"Excellent work." Taeko said getting on before putting on his motorcycle helmet. "Now, we go."

He turned on the radio to K-Dash.

[K-Dash Radio BGM: The Refreshments – Yahoos and Triangles]

Taeko chuckled before taking off humming along to the tune as Ruby followed in her car. Taeko was more than pleased with the comfort of the seat and the smooth handling of the bike. He was arrived at the ranch before the world slowed and turned gray. The Game asked what he wanted to name the ranch and he settled to call it Crimson Ranch. The world returned he rolled in. Plenty of trucks, motorcycles, and cars around as propane grills was set up outside along with other things to make it a party. K-Dash was playing on the radio. The farmhouse reminded him of own back home only with a modern twist and a decent garage.

Taeko drifted to a stop and took off the helmet.

"Taeko, you made it." Larry said. "Welcome to your second headquarters. Your assistant said you should head in the office first to set things up or something."

"Thanks." Taeko said before going ahead in.

He noticed Velma was at the door after he came in.

"Haven't let them in, yet. Go make your customization choices." Velma remarked as he nodded.

The office was in its default state and he was directed up to his office. He took a seat booting up the computer. He got an overview of the headquarters here to see it did have a break room and armory like the first. Other amenities? He had to pay for. For the Interiors, he settled for Old Spice Vintage, closet he could give a country feel. He'd save Power Broker Ice for his main one (especially when he made more money). He bought a sign for the organization after customizing and a safe. All costing 1,345,000. He headed over the SecuroServ site and looked over the list of warehouses. He bought the cheapest one in the small category, a Convenience Store Lockup in the Jefferson-Rancho area for a quarter million. With the purchase, his phone was updated with a text from the PVO that he could use VIP abilities from his phone.

Kyu had a small package of things he could customize the office within the form of a few vending machines. He bought air hockey tables and dart boards, one for each headquarters costing 4,500. He placed the vending machines before closing off his computer before taking his [Rocket Launcher] out of the safe before leaving. The radio station lightly saying inside the office was also K-Dash.

"Larry! My man, it's ready! Crimson Ranch is officially the secondary headquarters for the Stardew Shadow Syndicate and the Shadow Yakuza." Taeko said noticing the song. "And the perfect song to kick it off…one of my personal favorites. So, who'll be managing?"

"That would be me." Noelani said shaking his hand.

"Well then, an office for you has been set up and a gift for you has been left on the desk." Velma said checking the phone.

A few were gawking at the [Shotaro] and its splendor.

"That bike has to cost a fortune." Dale said.

"I want one, but I also don't want to hear the price." Joseph said wistfully as Taeko walked up.

He wheeled it into the garage putting his helmet on top of it before heading back out. He did the meet and greet as his fellow members were starting to arrive.

Abigail arrived by a company Bagger in different clothes with an opened [Delta Blacklight Shirt], an indigo tank top, [Delta Blacklight Pants], snakeskin chukka boots, a Shadow Yakuza Hachiman around her head, and Broker gray shades. Penny and Leah arrived in their usual clothes. Maru arrived in her new light purple Vapid [Hellenbach] that sported yellow neon under the car. A common gang car for Triads, but Maru was working to modify it herself. She wore an Animal Ark t-shirt, a futuristic watch, olive cargo pants, a [Finn Backpack], Hinterland boots, and her glasses.

Taeko was in midst of meeting his employees for Blue Hill Propane sans one.

"A pleasure to meet all of you. I know that change is a bit tentative, but I can assure you that things will improve. Because before I…" Taeko said only for Hank to interrupt.

"Sorry to interrupt, but the steaks are about done. How do you like yours?" Hank asked.

"This is a bit awkward. I was raised down island, the islands that are America's playground. So I'm not really a steak guy, but it smells good. Always wanted to try one rare." Taeko said amused.

"He's barely a day into the new position and you're judging him on his choice of steak? Really?" Enquire said with a snicker.

"A man's character can be told through many ways." Hank said defending his stance.

"I agree. That is why the major change is someone is getting fired and someone is getting promoted to the fired person's place." Taeko said cryptically. "But seeing that all the employees that care about their jobs are here, I'll just say that Hank Hill will be promoted."

"Really? Just like that?" Hank asked. "No catch."

"None. Liz stuck up for you and frankly I buy it. You are being do just fine managing the propane needed for business and the gang. Hank, I need competency in my ships." Taeko said as a steak was put on a plate for him. "And I trust in her word and your ability."

Leanne had shown up clearly having taken her sweet time.

"And where were you?" Donna asked.

"None of your business." Leanne snapped. "Now where the fuck is the chink you guys are calling boss?"

"I'm half Japanese, not Chinese." Taeko said glaring.

"So, all the same." Leanne said as Taeko was annoyed.

"Leanne Platter, right? Well, I just issued a bit of a staff shake up." Taeko said taking a few bites of the small steak. "Someone's getting fired."

"Who is it?" Leanne asked excitedly.

"I'll let the new supervisor tell you." Taeko said finishing off the steak as Leanne balked.

"Leanne, I've been wanting to tell you this since I walked in on you and Buck. Get the hell out." Hank said flatly as she shrieked. "Also, you're fired."

"Now I'm sure we can talk-"

"No, we can't. I've seen your record. I understand that a stiff drink is nice, but you take it way too far. You make the other alcoholic I know look tame in comparison…." Taeko said sternly. "So yes, you're fired. And if you get any stabby ideas, I'm going to end to it…and you."

"You arrogant little shit. You ain't got the…."

WHAP! A chop to the neck from Leah had the drunkard go down. Logan and Tom came up to Taeko with him petting his pets.

"You getting rid of this one?" Leah asked.

"I do know she got a daughter, leave the decision to her." Taeko said looking to Hank. "If anything, she's got the most grief."

Luanne was brought over.

"You might be Taeko Maelstrom. I'm a fan of your work. You're just out there making a name for yourself, self-employed, and all that. I didn't exactly know what I wanted to do. But when I heard you were taking over, I wanted to get on it. Make some money as a solider for your gang and sort something out." Luanne remarked shaking his hand. "I do have experience. Buckley was really lazy in his work, and I used to help Lucky a lot. Buckley would take the credit…"

"Is that so? Well, we got a situation. As you noticed, your mother is knocked out for deciding to not accept her firing quietly. And I…"

"Knocked out? You haven't killed her. I kind of expected she would pissed you off enough to do that." Luanne said. "Unless you want me to do it?"

"Perspective. I like that." Taeko said producing a [Pistol .50]. "But I'm leaving the choice to you of whether you want to run her out of town or kill her. Consider it your first task as a made woman, a Kumi-in."

He tossed her the gun and took her to keep it. Luanne dragged her mom off and he turned to the Blue Hill crew.

"So, I want to finish off by saying all employees will receive a 20% increase in pay." Taeko said getting cheers. "Now if you excuse me…"

Taeko left them leaving the widowed Strickland to reveal she was retiring. His girlfriends and the rest of the Yakuza caught up with him. Taeko put out the bottles of wine he brought letting the newcomer try out his booze. He handed Logan a burger to which he chomped down, and Tom snatched a chicken drumstick from a table.

"To think you got a small army." Abigail said play-punching his shoulder.

"It is pretty wild." Maru said. "How soon are you going to look into all your assets you got now?"

"Yeah, I'll look into it." Taeko remarked. "I'm hoping to see what I got to expand on."

"Now you got manpower to staff your operations." Penny remarked. "I guess your businesses are going to have a smoother time to open."

"I got people for Desired Myth, and Hitomi got a staff for the bookstore so she can step up as a supervisor." Gloria said coming up. "Thankfully, we can have the bar's grand opening tonight."

"We can?" Everyone said surprised.

"Damn straight. But you should make a checking around to make sure Marty didn't have any hidden funds." Gloria said as he nodded.

Gloria poured herself a glass of [Mango Wine] before Taeko handed off the small crate of [Oil of Garlic].

"33. I was only able to make three. I had to buy the rest of an ally…I'm only charging you for 30." Taeko said as she gave him 90,000 Gold. "Thanks."

"Yeah, I should head back to the bodega. Thankfully, I got a few of Red County people wanting some day jobs." Gloria said taking her leave.

"Ahem."

Taeko turned to see Meg sport a kimono jacket with the team symbol on the back and a few others.

"Afternoon, boss. I figured you wanted to meet the team working directly under me. This is Joseph Gribble, Bobby Hill, and Jo Sylvester." Meg said introducing them.

"Guess Kyu figured chicks from the TD series is a good idea…" Taeko thought. "Didn't expect Jo, of all people."

"Hmph, you don't look so tough." Jo snarked.

"Looks are deceiving. I'm an accomplished fighter and a monster slayer. Trust me, even if I don't win a fight, I will not go down easy." Taeko said steely taking off his shades. "Considering what I've done, I think I proved my worth."

"I'll concede when you prove you're a good leader. No offense to you, but Marty was an idiot who let himself get played by a sleazebag and his bitch of a twin sister. Add Pennastucky who's had a meth habit, and you get free real estate. You can talk the talk and get people on your side, but you're not getting a drop of respect from me until I see it for myself you can lead." Jo said crossing his arms.

[K-Dash Radio BGM: Alice in Chains – Them Bones]

"Well then, Miss Sylvester. I won't disappoint. Seeing this, I think I may have to personally take this team and train them myself." Taeko said with a wry grin. "After all, I do want a good strike team when I need it. Larry and his crew are practically management."

"I'm back." Luanne said returning. "It's been dealt with."

"Good. Meg, I would like for you take our newest made woman on your team." Taeko said as Jo raised an eyebrow. "Any objections, Kyodai?"

"None from me, what say you guys?" Meg said turning to his squad.

Jo did take issue but was outvoted. She did notice the customized gun in Luanne's hand.

"And where the hell did you get that?" Jo asked.

"Taeko gave it to me to deal with…my mother." Luanne said cryptically.

Jo was surprised to know Taeko had Luanne deal with her. Jo nodded in approval citing she could stomach Luanne joining them.

"Taeko, we have a potential Run in the making." Velma said coming up. "I just got a bit of intel from SS that we have a warlord from Africa on route for the city. His limo is loaded is [Diamonds] and drugs he wants to sell to the Jewish Mob in exchange for weapons."

"We have a Jewish Mob?" Taeko asked as Jo gave him a look. "Look, I am literally new to this. I literally dove into being gang leader and into riding this side just this season. So, I am allowed a bit of a break on not being aware of all of the Republic's gangs."

"Fair enough. The Jewish Mob she's talking about is the Blessed. Jewel and arms dealers based in the richer parts of Zuzu. They're a small group only really having the fringes of Mulholland as their turf." Jo said. "Marty did business with them before."

"Where's the exchange happening?" Taeko asked her.

"Flint Range. I'll beam the location on your phone. Be warned, the warlord…Bedel Tezak is under guard from Merryweather." Velma remarked.

"Good, a challenge." Taeko said with a grin before turning to the team. "Sadly, if I do it, I'll only be able to take three with me. I keep my strike teams compact. Meg, I'd like to borrow Jo."

"And in the interim, we got a location of stash spot for the Purple Dragons we want you to hunt down and raid. To ensure this goes smoothly, we're having one of our Kyodai go with you." Velma said giving Meg a slip of paper. "Now let me show you all the armory."

The armory for Crimson Ranch was pretty much the same as the one in the Bluffs. Everyone got equipped. Taeko settled to take Jo, Maru, and Abigail. He called the two over to let them in on what's going on before starting the Run.

[Gang Warfare Run 3 – Stickup]

[Interrupt the drug deal at [Flint Range].]

"Perfect, this will give me the chance to try this." Maru said adjusting the watch. "Something to quick change outfit. Xander got me one like yours and Daya."

In a flash, she was in the complete [Ship Mecomorph Armor] including the helmet for it. The armor was visibly altered and modified with the helmet having a yellow visor and the green lining now a golden yellow.

"That is awesome." Bobby said slackjawed. "Is there a plac…"

"XanTech. It's under my umbrella, members of the gang get a discount. It's in East Hardwood." Taeko said.

"They recently changed that place's name back to Vinewood yesterday." Jo remarked. "Apparently whatever issue they had naming the place got resolved."

"Figures." He muttered as everyone got [Body Armor] and some weapons.

"Jo, we should grab you some gear." Abigail said zipping up her Blacklight shirt. "XanTech's got plenty."

"I got some stuff she could take." Taeko said motioning for her to follow. "I need to change anyway."

Taeko and Jo left for the garage as Taeko got on his bike. Jo took the [Manchez] and followed him to the safehouse in Grapeseed. Taeko parked the [Shotaro] in the garage and went inside to change into his equipped clothes including the [Buried Treasure Hat]. He kept the shades on. He got her the [Subatomic Armor] set and gave them to her.

"A bit showy, but I figured one of your favorite video game heroes had to be Samus Aran." Taeko said with a lighthearted chuckle.

"I actually line more with Master Chief, but…this isn't all too bad." Jo said taking it.

She walked off into the next room to change only for him to stop her.

"Before I forget, let me get you underclothes. You'll need them." Taeko said going back to his closet.

He handed her a [Blastons Wraith Shirt] and [Blastons Wraith Pants].

"Tight-fitting yes but considering the armor can break if it's damaged enough. You'll need something underneath." Taeko said respectfully.

"Concern for your soldiers? That's admirable." Jo said taking it. "Not like I can't wear it. Most of these men can't handle my imposing figure. But what's with the hat? It has special powers or something?"

"Special powers, yes. It draws treasure similarly to a low level [Magnetic Ring]." Taeko said jovially. "And imposing figure? Jo, you're just as tall as I am. If anything, I want you imposing. Clearly means you can throw down. I could use sparring partners."

She left to change and Taeko got to his SecuroServ app to make him an order. Before he could get in, there was a textbox in his face.

The second piece of the Sasha's outfit set, and he equipped it feeling his [Omega Blacklight Pants] vanish for a split second before the [Fatigues (Brown)] were in its place. Taeko threw the old pants in the closet. Sure, that was a drop in defense, but now he had 25% percent weapon speed. He was basically a quarter faster than most which meant plenty. Jo came out noting his appearance.

"Trying for a Niko Bellic cosplay?" Jo asked.

"Maybe." Taeko teased. "Either way, I need to put an order."

Taeko checked the app through the services. He looked at the Drop [Bull Shark Testosterone] option.

A bottle of [Bull Shark Testosterone] pill was given to him by a nameless member before that mook was pulled up to the aircraft. The bottle had 40 pills from he could tell.

"What the hell just happened?" Jo asked.

"Perks of being a CEO with ties to a private security company. I only paid for the bottle. The armored cars were free. One's yours." Taeko said calling up Abigail and Maru.

Abigail was all for an armored car. Sure, it was no racer, but an armored car was still a good alternative to the [Patriot]. Maru passed in favor of using her own car. The extra Cognoscenti was left behind as Taeko got on his bike. The team had taken off as Taeko texted Larry that was an armored car in the driveway near the safehouse for Noelani.

"Ok, I'll getting to the airfield to assist you guys from the air. Keep heading for Flint Range!" Taeko said heading for Kurokusa.

Taeko parked the bike in garage noticing Ruby's car was back. He took to the [Maverick], taking a [Parachute], and flew it into the skies catching up with the girls. Taeko opened a communication line.

"Ladies, as soon as you near the range, stop. I'll scout ahead." Taeko said.

"Roger, boss." Maru said.

Taeko flew around the range high enough to not appear like he was watching them and low enough to see. They were holding the deal in a car park and there were the enemies. The Jewish Mob, the warlord, and Merryweather, all armed. Taeko moved the chopper back towards Redberry Acres only for his chopper to be hit from an RPG.

"Shit, I'm hit!" Taeko called as the chopper was going down.

He had jump out using a [Flashbang] and a [Sticky Bomb] cover his escape as he came out by his [Parachute]. He hit the ground and tossed off the used chute before calling for the ladies to attack from the left. He sensed Merryweather mooks driving and moving to his location. He took a Bull Shark pill and saw red.

On the other side, the three were moving in only to see quite a sight. Taeko tearing into Merryweather guards clearly on berserker mode. The [Glowstone Ring] was actively netting Taeko the gold from the pockets of those fallen mooks.

"Holy shit!" Jo said as Taeko slashed three mooks with Gunshin.

Taeko's increased weapon speed being mixed with that pill made him the love child of Doom Slayer and John Wick slashing, shooting, and punching through them all. In thirty seconds, there will fourty dead mooks. One mook tried to mow down with a [Brickade]. Taeko had tried to use his ki…until he used it to punch the [Brickade] to make it stop dead in its tracks sending the mook into the bulletproof glass. He blasted it all to smithereens leaving nothing but from a scorch mark.

Jo was, for lack of a better term, was torn before being a turned on by his fighting skill or terrified.

He used those final seconds to used Rapid Movement to zip to get to car park smashing through a [Dilettante] in the process.

Snapping out of the gawking, the women put a pedal to it to get other to help their boss. Bullets flew as Taeko took over behind a [Patriot] before downing a [Life Elixir] to heal the damage he took before getting his [Carbine Rifle]. He rose up to open fire.

"Who the hell are you? What the hell are you?!" One of the Jewish mobsters asked exchanging fire.

"I don't care what or who he is. He murdered my expensive protection. Kill him!" Bedel said trying to move for the limo.

Abigail drifted into the car park before hopping out to activate a Magicite's full power.

"[Judgement Bolt]!" Abigail screamed before glowing.

The esper appeared above her with the one of Jewish mobster screaming before the mobsters were all electrocuted. The car park just smelled of burned flesh giving a stink of death.

"Someone wants to explain…the fuck?!" Jo said.

"She's a magic user." Maru said dryly. "Trust me, I'm a woman of science…and it's maddening to work to that. Especially when all my hard work went to nothing!"

"Not exactly." Taeko said using [Observe]. "Kill them all except that one, I need him alive."

"Yes, sir." Jo said flabbergasted as Taeko walked to the warlord.

Bedel pulled a [Pistol .50] only to get it smacked out of his hand before grabbed by the throat.

"Look, let's talk about this. I have money!" Bedel pleaded.

Taeko just sliced his head off his shoulders with Eclipse as Bedel's body hit the ground. He turned to see the mobster was hatefully glaring at him as Taeko took the [Pistol .50] from the warlord putting it to the mobster's face.

"She betrayed us!" The mobster said as Taeko was confused. "The Red County gang was supposed to be in disarray thanks to the twins."

"The RC gang is dead because I absorbed the leftovers into the Shadow Yakuza." Taeko asked as the mobster looked shocked.

"Then, Tid Pao has either sold us out, or is playing all of us." The mobster said coughing up blood.

"Seeing that bitch has not been around the county since Marty was killed and we just found out, she's playing us both. The opportunist bitch." Jo snarled. "Where is she?"

"With the boss of the mob…" The mobster said before expiring from his wounds.

"Shit!" Taeko snarled. "But we'll deal with that another time."

And all the other mobsters were fried and dead leaving the Shadow Yakuza stand. He took up the dead mobster's phone for later.

Now it was time to collect the spoils. Taeko checked the [Stretch E] finding cases of [Diamonds] (about 200 Diamonds), [Gold Bars] (100 of them), about two million gold, two weapons of note, and a collectible.

That jacket was immediately put into his Inventory. While the top he had equipped was technically better, the [Lost MC Jacket] did have an appeal. Plus, double defense on a bike was too good to pass up given he a few bikes.

"Really?" Jo asked.

"Think of it as tips." Abigail said taking cash off of two of them.

Maru brought the case the mob had which revealed the money they were going to use buy the [Diamonds].

"Split it between yourselves. Your pay for the outing." Taeko said as Jo went wide eyed.

Jo realized that was easily 37.5k she got, and she did not even do most of the fighting. She did not complain. Using the VIP services on his phone, he ordered a Benefactor [XLS], a luxury SUV. An black [XLS] arrived and a mook came out about to ask for payment only to see dead Merryweather grunts and scattered vehicles of theirs.

"Did you do this?" The mook asked as Taeko nodded. "Excuse me for a moment."

A quick call to the company and mook tossed Taeko the keys to the [XLS] saying the higher ups have voided the charge.

"You should leave as SecuroServ will come to salvage the vehicles and leftover weapons. You will receive a finder's fee in the mail for your assistance. We at SecuroServ thank you for it." The mook said before taking a [PMP 600] for himself.

Taeko loaded the trunk of the SUV with the cases of [Diamonds] and [Gold Bars]. He gave the claws to Jo citing she could make good use of that and [Kazekiri] to Abigail.

"Finally, a katana! Iaido is going to be a lot easier with this." Abigail said as Taeko finished loaded the trunk.

"Anything else of value?" Taeko asked as Maru was checking.

"Some gold chains." Maru said handing them over. "You can probably smelt them for ore."

Taeko put them in and closed the trunk before noticing something on the [PMP 600s]. A sticker for hotel parking…to which he snapped a photo before in the car.

"Ok, I'm heading out to the warehouse." Taeko said starting the engine. "Jo, you'll be joining me on the way there. I need extra hands. Abigail, Maru…I'll see you both later. After all, you were still in town."

He winked and the two winked back before taking their leave. Jo rolled her eyes.

"I suggest you stash the car for now." Taeko said. "An armored ride following me would raise eyebrows."

"I got a place." Jo said getting in her car.

The car was stashed in the parking lot of a gas station and RS Haul across the range. The attendant was asleep blissfully unaware as the car was parked and Jo left with Taeko in his car.

"I am curious to why you asked for me alone to come with offloading." Jo asked as he drove.

"I tend to the new fish by giving them an extra job to get them some income. Figured the first job with me should net you decent pay." Taeko mused.

"Well, that's actually very thoughtful of you." Jo said before his phone buzzed.

Meg was answered and he put it on the carphone.

"Status report, Kyodai Griffin." Taeko said calmly.

"Raid was a success. We had a fight with Purple Dragons but fended them off. Charlotte and I have taken our cut along with make sure our team was paid. Charlotte wants to be informed of where to offload the haul." Megumi requested.

"I'm heading to Los Zuzu Customs. So, if Charlotte's not being chased, she can meet me behind Desired Myth in Verona." Taeko remarked.

"I'll pass it on." Meg said before he hung up.

"Customs?" Jo asked.

"If this is going to be used for the smaller warehouses, it needs some modifications." Taeko said.

Back in Zuzu, he quickly found one. He paid for Turbo Tuning, Limo Tinted Windows, Race Level Brakes and Transmission, Competition Suspension, Level 4 EMS Upgrade, Armor Upgrade 100%, Xenon Headlights, white neon all around the bottom of the car, yellow and black license plate with the word 'RAIDR', nitrous, Royal Six rims colored midnight blue, bulletproofs, and blue tire smoke.

When told the amount he had pay, Taeko paid a quarter million and told the workers to take the change as a tip. Split among them that was at least a 2,000 tip. Taeko and Jo left with the pimped out ride.

"Well, you went all out." Jo said turning the radio. "Side note, thanks for adding songs to K-Dash. You got ok taste."

"No sweat, it had to be here." Taeko said. "So…I've been kind of curious to a few things and I figured you'd be best to answer. Namely if there's a logging company in Red County."

"Used to be one on The Panopticon, but they hit bankruptcy. Lovage Logging. The gang just used the place for a lookout." Jo remarked as they arrived in Commerce.

They got to the old lockup, and she aided in emptying it to the SUV for the warehouse. Back on the road, they chatted a bit.

"Yeah, it's pretty crazy. You got to admit that I got far." Taeko mused.

"I will concede that, but you did have crazy luck. Honestly, it just made me glad I never worked at Joja for another summer. Considering this summer will start me no longer having to go back to that shitty high school, I am finally getting out from under my parents." Jo said.

"Jeez, you got parent problems?" Taeko asked.

"Mom's a Karen. My father bolted after taking my mother's crap for years. He has to send her child support and she practically doesn't spend it on me. I was crashing on Meg's couch since yesterday." Jo remarked. "What, you going to tell me you own an apartment building?"

"I do, actually. The Verona Beach Apartments." Taeko said. "It's 500 a month."

"500?! For an apartment near a beach…you could be charging twice that or even more!" Jo said shocked.

"Yeah, but it's basic featuring. I have to upgrade the place before I do that." He said.

"I'd say you're way too nice for a gangster, but you slaughtered those guys so….can I pay for an apartment?" Jo said. "Because frankly…living away from my mother and out of Red County sounds good to me."

"Save that for after we deal with the load." Taeko said.

They arrived at the back alley for Desired Myth where Charlotte's [Peyote Custom] awaited.

"Velma took the cash citing it for company funds. There was a dozen [Bags of Weed]. I also sold off the harder drugs we found. Here, netted 25,000 Gold." Charlotte said handing it over.

"Good work." Taeko said getting back in the car. "I guess I'll be seeing you at the bar's opening."

"Yeah, me and Shane are going." Charlotte said.

"See you there then." Taeko said driving away with Jo.

Taeko called up Velma to request to pick up Jo and to meet them at the warehouse. He hung up before arriving with the Rancho-Jefferson area. Rancho, supplemented by a high crime rate compared to nearby Jefferson. Small-time businesses, small, single-family homes, and a large housing project complex to the south. He had been to the place before but learned from Jo that while the place was split between smaller street gangs.

"Some of them I went to school with. The Southside Hoods and the Scorpion MC." Jo remarked as they arrived.

The convenience store lockup had the semi-abandoned feel on the out, appearing as a former 24/7. The garage door opened up as Taeko drove in. Velma was already there putting the [Sleeping Princess] on a shelf and helped Jo and Taeko to unload. The small warehouse only had one row of platforms to hold cargo. The cases were put away, and the [XLS] was left in the warehouse.

"I'll give you a ride to get your car." Velma said getting to her car. "And get you set up with the apartment. And Taeko, I left something for you in the apartment. Deed to a new asset in Red County."

Velma left with so as Taeko went into the office.

He checked his Map for what street he was on showing it to be Ray Lowenstein Blvd. He took to jogging, granted he looked like a runner just with a pirate hat. As he jogged, he came across into something in the alleyway near a liquor store. Two cops having a girl being restrained. Being the girl's young-looking appearance, her ki made it clear she was older.

"Let me go, I'm legally old enough to drink!" She spat.

"I don't know…this ID looks fake to me." The female officer said with a sneer. "For 25, you don't look a day over 12."

"Well, at the least…I don't have crow's feet." She barked as the cop threw her into the ground.

"Save it for the station where we'll do a proper cavity search." The other officer said holding a [Bag of Cocaine]. "After all, this is yours."

"Bullshit! I don't even do coke!"

Taeko was given an option to either walk away or intervene. He answered by throwing two [Molotov Cocktails] at the cop car. The cops smelt burning to see the police car seeing a [Flashbang] being thrown at them. The girl quickly snatched the sunglasses off the cop to put on before it exploded. The cop screamed calling for backup before Taeko used his [Sweeper Shotgun] to blow the first cop's head off.

"Officer down, shots fi-"

A shotgun slug tore the cop's radio and her shoulder before another took her throat. Taeko did not care for the two-star wanted level, but came up to the girl.

"You ok?" He asked.

"Shit, you saved my neck! But I'll live." She said taking up her ID and the cop's [Pistol].

"Considering your ki clearly showing you're older than you look, I'm guessing mutation by Joja or magical curse." Taeko said as he could hear siren. "We should go, now!"

The two took off.

"You're right on the magical curse. I…" She said looking at him closer. "No way…you were at Coral World fighting off that giant squid with that dhampir. Yeah, I could tell. The valley ain't the only place when monster hunters come out of. Amanda Morris."

"Taeko Maelstrom." Taeko said as they were moving.

"What's a pedigree like you doing in the underground? Last time I checked; the Maelstrom clan was not in the ruins." Amanda asked.

"Joja screwed me up." Taeko said as a taxi rolled by. "And there's our ride!"

He and her got in the taxi and told the driver to the nearest SubUrban. The taxi driver took them to the one in Jefferson charging 30 Gold each. He paid it as he led Amanda inside.

"Ok, we change into a new outfit, and I can call for some wheels. My treat." Taeko said seeing he was down to one star.

"Luckily, the police didn't get a description." She thought as she looked around.

She got an Ash 18 hoodie, black skinny jeans, and stripped skate shoes. Taeko bought and changed to a Red Bobo T, navy-colored jeans, a Los Santos gray fitted cap, a pair of gray two-tone athletic shoes, and gold aviators. He paid for it all before slipping on the [Lost MC Jacket]. He didn't equip it though, even if he wanted to. The wanted level had fully faded as they left with a cop car driving pass them paying them no mind.

"So, what's your story?" Taeko asked. "You called me a 'pedigree'?"

"My family was a distant branch off the Belmont family of legend. Monster hunters and all that, but my family was based out here for many generations." Amanda mused. "Seeing we couldn't use the Vampire Killer without dying, we used artifacts to fight creatures of the night. Honestly, if I want to explain the next part, we shouldn't be out in the open."

Taeko made a call for another VIP/CEO service…for a helicopter pickup. Amanda was rather shocked to see a helicopter came down to pick them up. Taeko mentioned for her to get in with him as he paid the pilot 5,000 Gold.

"Kurokusa Airfield, Red County." Taeko said. "And we'll be parachuting in."

The pilot pointed to the [Parachutes]. Amanda had done many things with flinching, but fittingly screamed like a little girl when they were the other the airfield and jumped.

"Thank you!" Taeko said waving goodbye as the chopper flew off.

"Taeko, what the hell?!" Amanda said as they were falling.

"Ever since of SecuroServ? Private security organization catering into CEOs and criminal organizations. I'm a recent member." Taeko said with a grin.

"…So, do they provide what you need? Anything?" She said.

"Mostly." Taeko said with a shrug. "I can take jobs from them and/or use them to set up jobs for others. It's funny, a season ago I was some Joja. Now I'm a self-made millionaire leading an mostly legitimate organization and a Yakuza managing to crave a name for myself."

"Shit, man. If you were me and Draco back in the day…" She said before pulling the cord on her [Parachute].

Taeko pulled his and they floated down to the airfield. A new [Maverick] was in the helipad, but Taeko tossed off the used chute to get his [Shotaro].

"Hop on." Taeko said as she tossed off her chute to get on the back.

He raced out of Red County back to the Bluffs and the main headquarters. Taeko parked the bike in the garage and showed her his office. Out from the mini-fridge, a bottle of [Strawberry Wine].

"Something from my own brand, Shadowy Desires." Taeko said getting two glasses.

He poured her a glass and she accepted.

"Yeah, your family and mine…sort of had a falling out. At least with your grandfather…sorry for your loss there. If anything, your grandfather warned mine and my dad that making deals with the Witch was a bad idea. The woman was a snake in the grass happy to cheat deals." She said between sips. "My family fell from grace when it was exposed, they doing deals with the Ferngill Witch, who was wanted by the guild for several crimes. My father led the Witch into an ambush to try to save his own behind, but she survived to wreck my home and kill my parents. Me? I got…cursed. I used a Troll Trinket to get the power to transform into a troll. But her magic fried it and I could do it without at the price of being stuck looking like I'm 12-13. That was practically a decade and half ago." She ranted as he poured more for her. "But why the criminal underground, Taeko?"

He told her his story of Joja basically using him.

"Revenge against the big bad corporation? Shit, I knew Joja was shitty, but damn that's flat out evil." Amanda said.

"Considering you're stuck as looking like a loli, I think you got the raw deal. I assume living your life is a shitshow." Taeko said.

"I'm 25. Most 20-somethings want to drink and fuck on occasion. I can't exactly do that. I don't appear to age, but I still had somewhat of puberty. It's horrible! I can't get a guy for plenty of reasons, and I can't just walk into a sex shop either." Amanda said groaning. "Renting an apartment is close to impossible. So yeah, I'm pretty much in the criminal underground to have some income."

"Feel better?" He asked.

"Yeah, thanks. It's just been hard given the only two people alive who give a shit about me are not here. One's in prison and the other's out of the city. I…" Amanda said as her phone rang.

She answered and lit up when she heard who it was. She conversed and then hang up.

"Taeko, I could some help. Draco's was released and I need to get him from the Vinewood Cemetery." She asked him.

"I'll help." Taeko said getting up.

The two left the building getting into a company Consegetti. Taeko drove on the way only for Amanda to get another call. She answered and she sounded worried.

"Taeko, you'll need to speed it up. Seems Ladykiller G is moving to try to kill him." She said he put on the speed.

"Who and why?" Taeko asked.

"Ladykiller G…Trenton Stevenson. He was a junior under Draco who mentored him. I never liked the prick. Greedy, always wanting more, willing to do what it takes to max profit. While I know his ass didn't sell Draco out, he took advantage. Willing to live in that nice penthouse in Del Perro Height that Draco bought, but not bothering to help me out of the poor house. I tried to get along with the dick, but he just shut me out. His actions are what led to the Red and Blue Dragons merging to be the Purple Dragons becoming one of the bosses. He sold the club Draco financed from the ground up. Shit! I can't let him get Draco killed!" Amanda said stressing.

"And he won't!" Taeko said.

Draco Burt was a man who rose from bad beginnings. A turbulent home life gave him a melancholic outlook, but a stubborn will to survive. Despite everything, he had built an empire and gang in the Red Dragons. He struggled, but he made it a point to learn. He was a black man of intimidating stature with a heart to those he cherished. Prison had screwed with him, but he came out glad to be free. He visited the graves to the one person he missed most of all, his mother. But now, he was on the run giving Purple Dragons wanted to kill him.

"Shit, not even ten minutes, and some assholes want my head!" He thought.

A part of him just wanted a bullet to take him out, but that will that drove him to survive was holding strong. A car was speeding as the window came out to a sight for sore eyes. The will to survive shot up three times that moment.

"Draco!" Amanda called out.

His legs tightened as he raced forward getting in the car as Taeko hit the gas.

"Draco! I'm so glad you're out!" She said teary-eyed.

"Amanda. I see the curse is still on you. I'm sorry about that." Draco said sympathetically. "Who's the driver?"

"Taeko Maelstrom. I actually just met Amanda not too long ago. Freaky, ain't it?" Taeko said as bullets were grazing the car. "Shit, we got [Emperors] on our ass."

Taeko wished he had a machine gun or a pistol now. Amanda cursed that she only had a [Pistol], and Draco sighed.

"Wait, Maelstrom?" Draco said before asking about Taeko's grandfather.

"Yeah, that's him. Why?" Taeko said.

"Well. your grandad save me and my mom's life by killing my dad way back. Give him my thanks for me." Draco said as Taeko looked sad. "Oh, is he…"

"Yeah, near the end of last year. I inherited his farm…and I've taken up the business." Taeko said. "I might be able to lose these pricks. Amanda, hold the wheel."

She kept the wheel while Taeko used a [Sticky Bomb] as a base to stick a [Flashbang] and a [Molotov Cocktail]. He gave it to Draco, and he gladly threw it out the window with it sticking to the lead car.

"What the fu-"

BOOM! A blinding light that gave out explosions and fire letting Taeko get away.

"Ok, that was pretty crazy." Draco said.

"Look, I hate to admit it but maybe it will be wise to get you and Amanda out of Zuzu. I got turf in Red Cou…actually I practically own Red County." Taeko said.

"Ok, but we're going to get to some things. Head to Ganton Courts in Ganton." Amanda said as Taeko took a turn.

"So, I'll need an update on the gangs." Draco said as Taeko and Amanda filled him in.

Draco went through an emotional rollercoaster but was quite impressed with Taeko.

"I'll give it to you for not building your empire on drugs. I regret moving from selling pot to selling cocaine. It bought the heat on my ass. Shit, I don't even know what happened to Denise." Draco said as Amanda sucked her teeth.

"She hooked up with Starks, and the prick's a cop now." Amanda said.

Ganton Courts looked rather run now as was the rest of the neighborhood. The projects just looked dead inside and the sign that the place was soon to be condemned did not help. The three did waste time before getting out of the car and going in.

"I've barely been able to keep power on." She said going to the apartment. "But we need to get our things and go. No doubt they'll come here. I did move your things from your old apartment into one downstairs."

As Draco and Amanda went in, Taeko kept an eye out only to see a cop car roll up with two guys coming on. [Observe] exposed who they were.

"So now Def Jam is getting in the mix." He thought as Purple Dragons came up.

It was Taeko saw what they were going to…they were going to torch the place with bombs and [Flamethrowers]. Taeko immediately rushed to the apartment.

"We need to go! NOW! Starks and some Purple Dragons are here and they-"

BOOM! The sound of his car blowing up along the roar of fire was in their ears. The courts had three buildings, one left, one middle, and one right. They were in the one in the right. Draco had used to live in the middle and Amanda was so glad she moved considering it was burning Draco hated the fact he could not go out there and fight, but Taeko noted there was several dozen guys and only he alone was decently armed. Draco slugged his duffel bag on, and Amanda got the last of her things. Taeko sensed around.

"There's someone else here. One other person upstairs. Come on, I can't let an innocent die." Taeko said rushing upstairs.

"Long story, which I can explain when we get the hell out of here!" Taeko said as she bolted back in. "Looks like you're not getting your deposit back."

Tama came out with a duffel bag and guitar case.

"To be fair, I was squatting here. I just moved into the city two days ago." Tama said worriedly.

"Welcome to Zuzu then. Nice to see a fellow Japanese. And before you ask, I'm half." Taeko said as the building shook.

Draco and Amanda came up that Purple Dragons are coming into this building. Taeko pulled the two in, locked the door, and slapped a [Sticky Bomb] on the door. He then unleashed Gunshin to use to crave a hole to for them to jump down a level. They followed him and out through a window. They barely got away.

"So why did they want to burn down the place?" Tama asked.

"The deed. G wants the deed to the penthouse or at least it destroyed to put it under his name." Draco snarled. "But how are we going to get out of this!"

"I got an idea." Taeko said using his CEO/VIP services again.

This time he ordered a [Stretch] limo…more like got it for free. It arrived, the SecuroServ mook took an [Enduro] out of the trunk and drove away.

"Why would they expect you guys to be in this? I'll drive, get in the back." Taeko said getting in the driver's seat.

"I always did want to ride in a limo!" Tama said excitedly getting in with the others.

Out of there, he was on the main highway on the city.

"So Tama, what's your story? This'll sound freaky, but I'm here because I just met Amanda today…Draco a little later, and you now." Taeko said trying to lighten the mood.

"No, more be a traveling musician. My parents were on me to do good in school and go to college. I was good in school, very good. But, I didn't want to go to college to be what my parents wanted to me. So, I left home with little to make a life for myself. My parents think I'm in college." Tamaki mused.

"Well shit, sorry you have to be dragged into this." Draco said a bit guilty.

"You saved my skin, so it's no big deal." Tamaki said. "I'm still alive and I still have my guitar."

Stories were swapped, laughs were had and before long they were in Red County.

She did attempt to pay, but Taeko told her he'd get this go. He did not get the bonus this time and he went to the office for the landlord picking up the cash before getting on the computer there to look at options on upgrading the place. There were a few options, making the addition of AC to every unit standard and adding an elevator was among them. The Game noted more would be added in time. Adding a pool was an option, but Taeko ignored that. A pool would be pointless given it was near a beach. He did see a few decorations he could get. He settled for a nice fountain, the AC upgrade, adding an elevator, and a vending machine on each floor. Cost 48,000 Gold, but it was worth it for him to up rent to about 600.

"Heard you were a busy one, and you look like you ran for your life." Hitomi remarked. "I got some donuts. Come on."

He was not going to say no, and he was up in Hitomi's place having donuts and catching up.

"I'm glad for the staff I now have. Eager to work and decent at it. I'm quite getting used to managing." Hitomi said sweetly. "By the way, tomorrow's my birthday. It'll be nice to celebrate my 17th without worry of work."

"I'll throw you a party." Taeko said.

"Don't fret. I got plans with Charlotte and Max. Girl's day for my birthday." Hitomi said before biting her lip. "But there's a big present I want from you in the future. When you going to drill me?"

"After your birthday." Taeko remarked before his phone rang. "And Chloe's calling…"

He answered to hear she wanted to ask for [Weed]. Tempting as it was to say no, she was asking. So he accepted and took her he would come over.

It was a bit obvious she wanted something more. He smirked as he got a yelp from her as he swatted her behind.

"I wanted some cash to get some new things and go shopping. Maybe 20,000 Gold." She said as he came up.

"And you thought this…would help." Taeko said holding her waist.

She really was turning into the old Max, and Taeko was all the more in the mood. He swiftly got off her bra and tossing it aside.

"Yeah, sure." Taeko said. "That's fine."

"You going out?" She asked.

"There's going to be a grand opening for my bar, Desired Myth. All that booze in the shed chest is going to that bar." Taeko said. "And you can come if you want."

"Ok, I'll get dressed up. Don't expect me to drink much. I need ma wits." She said.

"Same, I'm only getting one drink to cap off the night. Now let's load the booze up." Taeko said as she nodded.

The booze was loaded into her truck and come seven o' clock. Taeko was off on his personal and customized [Consegetti (Armored)] on his way to the bar. Abigail was there waiting for him as was the others. He was surprised to see Draco and Amanda there only to Velma explained she handled that.

"I figured you want them here. Don't worry, I got the limo in use to get them back. And I did your SecuroServ to get them each a car. Don't worry, no expense given you got an [XLS]."

He had told Draco and Amanda he was going after Ladykiller. Amanda insisted on coming. Draco did not but did wish Taeko good luck.

"Yeah, I am. Penny is going to drag her mother home considering she just came in." Abigail said with a laugh. "What's with pint-size though? She's clearly got an ID and stinks of magic."

"She's cursed and from your cousin clan. The Morris clan." Taeko said as Amanda raised an eyebrow.

Taeko and Amanda left for headquarters. He showed her the armory telling her to suit up. He went up to his quarters to change into his equipped clothes sans the hat. He got his Rimmers Steel Aviators, and a black du-rag tied his head. He came to see her come out armed and ready. He got [Body Armor] for himself, some [Molotov Cocktails], and the dozen [Crystal Gem Apples]. The two quietly left the headquarters to the car.

He was driving with no radio on.

"So, where this meeting at?" Amanda said cocking her [Pistols].

"The atrium at Commerce." He said.

"The Houser Atrium. Empty space, wide building." Amanda said seriously. "There's two notable entrances. One on the road. Escalators leading up. And the other on the west, upstairs."

Taeko noticed the gang cars, a few cop cars, and a silver [Patriot] surrounding the place. Taeko parked the car a distance away, and the two walked out. Amanda raised a finger with ki glowing on her pointer finger before firing two finger beams getting one in the neck and the other in the head. The two moved up to the bodies before taking any ammo and cash on them before vaporizing them and going up. He, no they, could sense them.

"I'll take the front." Taeko said as Amanda nodded.

She went around and he got his [Automatic 9mm] before sneaking in. There was the meeting…and he ducked behind the wall. He listened in as Amanda got in as well.

"What about the Shadow Yakuza? There basically like the Triads. Too honorable for the drug shit." Starks said.

"All we know is that a Consegetti saved Draco's ass and Amanda was in the car. Didn't you find that car at the projects?" Trenton said.

"Yeah, but no one was there. And the car was torched, we can't even run plates." Jervis said. "Because someone was eager to use the car as a bomb!"

"Fuck you, pig!" A Purple Dragon member hissed.

"Regardless, if we have no body, he's still alive. Can't you put an APB out on him?" Trenton snapped.

"Trenton." Amanda said walking into the open. "For all your boasting and success, you never had the fucking balls to fight us head on."

"Draco?" He said in a panic.

"He's not here." Taeko said coming out. "But he sends regards. Your gang wrecked my car, nearly burned me to death, and got innocents killed. Quite frankly, you're going to die."

Any smugness Trenton had gone out the window when Amanda transformed to her monster form blocking the south exit. He knew if she was busting that out, she no intent letting anyone leave alive! They turned to Taeko who opened fire with his [Automatic 9mm]. A gunfight ensured but considering there was only about twenty Purple Dragons, Taeko had a bit of an easier time. Thugs were not exactly hard when you fought trained mercs earlier. Amanda grabbed Trenton and threw him into the wall letting him hit the floor. Taeko fired at his legs with a few bullets getting him. Taeko threw a [Knife] to clip one gang member going for the south exit before shooting down the last of them leaving Trenton alone.

"You're going to regret this! The Purple Dragons will be on your ass!" He said.

"How? Who's going to figure out we killed you? There were no witnesses after all." Taeko said as Amanda stomped down on Trenton's legs breaking them.

"I could have made something, money. You could have rich." Trenton said before Amanda transformed back.

Taeko shot his arms before proceeded to drop a dozen [Molotov Cocktails] in his lap. He basically used all the bombs he had. Taeko gladly robbed him before the two wordlessly left the bastard pleading for his life only stopping to get their [Knives] back. The explosion lit up the place. Amanda used an old burner phone she had to call the fire department, put on an impression, and let them know she saw Purple Dragons and police officers going into the Atrium and the building breaking out on fire. She pretended her phone was dying before ripping the battery out of it. Taeko drove out of there, and Amanda used her real phone to call Draco.

"It's over?" He asked as she put it on speaker.

"It is." Taeko mused. "I heard you could move into that fancy loft that's rightfully yours."

"Nah, you keep it, Taeko. I don't think I could live here, remind me too much of him. Plus, Montgomery is growing on me a bit. I like being able to see the ocean, and it's a good change of pace, you know." Draco remarked.

"Amanda?" Taeko asked. "You want to stay at the loft?"

"Thanks, but no thanks. Red County is actually perfect to train my monstrous form. Plenty of woods and shit. Honestly, I don't think I want to live in that loft either." Amanda said. "But with Starks dead, what about Denise? Think she'll come crawling back?"

"She'll probably try to find me, but I have a hard pass for her." Draco remarked.

"So, what now?" Taeko asked.

"The Shadow Yakuza got room?" Draco asked.

He found a key to a storage locker…which was the same place he used to have his lockup. He'd deal with later as he got to the closet and found the collectable.

(A/N: More cross-overing, I did need more series to draw on. I do want point that for the Def Jam Vendetta/Fight for NY, that I will use the mostly original characters and not the rappers. Moving on, we got Monster Girl from Invincible! Yes, I did change up her backstory considerably to better fit. It was a bit obvious I stuffed this chapter all for plans for summer. Yeah, Draco and Trenton were the Dwayne and Playboy X of that world. If Taeko had not saved Amanda, he could have an encounter with Trenton instead. Considering most players of IV just cap Playboy X because Dwayne's an infinitely better character (plus better reward). Tamaki's actually from a doujinishi by Mikani Cannon, Tama from Third Street. Figured I'd import her as a side character as Taeko could use a caretaker for that new loft of his! Summer is going to be sweet, and there will be plenty of romances!)

(A/N 2: However, I do want to ask of you. What type of gangs would you like to see come into play? Currently, the only active gangs in play (aside from our 'hero's' group and the Triads) are the Purple Dragons, the Jewish Mob, the Amps, Southside Hoods, and the Scorpion MC (basically, this world's Lost MC). I do have plans to introduce an Amish Mob in the future for the countryside. I do want suggestions as I did hint through Jo that a few other TD characters were in gangs in either the Southside Hoods or the Scorpion MC. Let's hear some ideas! I'm glad this season is over before I worked on this all July…and I need to update my other pieces. Once I get enough responses, a bonus chapter will be added to answer them.)
