Gretchen and Nina literally had to pull Patsy away from Camp Kidney as she fought back against them, demanding they let go of her.
"MY MAN NEEDS ME" Pasty cried out as Gretchen put a hand over the Mongoose's mouth, telling Patsy she needed to be quiet as Nina agreed. This was really bad as Lazlo might actually be hurt. If word got out that they were the ones, who did it, she did not know what would happen.
"I told you NOT to use all the sauce" Patsy called out, blaming Gretchen as the Gator snapped back saying the prank was Patsy's Idea as both of them were growling at each other. Nina got between pushing them apart.
"Look, what happened with Lazlo was an accident but I'm sure he'll be fine, and he's not the kind of person to hold a grudge" Nina informed Patsy trying to calm her down as they made their way back to Acorn Flats, walking to their cabin.
"I Just feel really bad, and I rarely feel bad for anything" Patsy replied removing her uniform, changing into a pink nightgown as he cabinmates did the same. as she plopped back on her bed, wrecked with guilt over what she did. It wasn't supposed to go down like this, the Boar was supposed to eat the Chili and Gretchen was only supposed to put a few drops in.
That stuff was so intense a few drops could make her father sweat and Lazlo consumed a whole bottle. Patsy was really hating herself. laying under the covers as she clung to her sheets. The sound of Lazlo's scream playing back in her mind, looking up the ceiling.
What if he hated her afterwards. Patsy shook her head, this was Lazlo she was thinking about, he would probably be fine and forget about the whole thing by tomorrow...he had to be okay...right.
Patsy looked around to see that Gretchen and Nina were asleep, after confirming that, Patsy reached under her bed, pulling out an empty shoebox, opening it, revealing her prized possession, a spare neckerchief that belonged to the monkey, holding it for comfort Eventually the Mongoose drifted off the sleep along with the other cabinmates.
Back at Camp Kidney, Lazlo was laying on a medical bed on Nursemaster Leslie's office, the shark looking at the Monkey, Raj and Clam asking if he would be okay. Leslie opened the Monkey's eyelid, shining a pocket flashlight at his eye.
"He's unresponsive, I'm guessing unconscious, but he still has a pulse" Leslie commented opening Lazlo's mouth as his tongue rolled out, huge and inflamed as the shark squeezed the Monkey's tongue, saliva pouring out as he did so.
"Yeah, that's in inflammation" Leslie replied as the two looked in disgust. Raj was taken back a bit by how the squirrels could do this to Lazlo as Clam was more than furious.
"Nasty Squirrels" Clam replied, naturally protective of his cabin leader and friend as Nurse looked at the two, saying he would like to keep Lazlo overnight, dismissing the two Jellies who left the infirmary, heading back to their cabin. Raj was walking as his foot tapped against something. he bent over picking it up.
"Pe-hew" Raj replied smelling the remnants of the red liquid that stained the inside of the glass bottle. This was proof of Foul Play. The two entered their cabin as Raj set the empty bottle in his nightstand before they both laid on their beds, looking at the empty bed across from the room.
Raj was sure that Lazlo would not want the Beans to get revenge, but they been pushed around by the Squirrels since they first arrived to camp, and The Beans have NEVER fought back.
Clam agreed with Raj, believing that someone needed to show the girls they couldn't do bad stuff like this to Lazlo and not suffer retribution. The two would have joined Andy, Steven and Edward but they did not want to slow them down plus Raj was scared of going to Acorn Flats and Clam was too furious for a stealth mission.
Outside Andy and Tusk were meeting up with Edward, all dressed in black as Edward carried a duffel bag, patting the contents.
"Some of the best pranks ever pulled are in this bag" Edward claimed as they snuck out of the campground, walking through the woods, and making their way to Acorn Flats. Andy was letting Edward lead the way as he and Steven did not know where the Squirrel Scouts Camp was.
Edward moved aside a bush, showing the two Beans scouts the grounds of Acorn Flats, he looked at Andy and Steven informing the two they were not supposed to be there. Andy looked around.
"It's a simple hit-and run, in -and-out. We do it all the time in Westridge" Andy informer looking over the area with binoculars. putting their plan in action. Andy concluded they would need a lookout, a planned escape route if things go south and someone to sneak in and do the actual prank.
"I'll get an escape route ready, I know the woods better than you" Edward offered, partially because he did not want to enter Acorn Flats. Andy agreed to keep a lookout as Steven would go in and pull the prank. Steven agreed to this, Edward giving him the bag as the wolf, snack into camp.
The wolf snuck behind the building, looking for his target. according to what Edward had told them. Patsy, Gretchen and Nina were in the Flying Squirrels cabin as Steven passed by one of the Cabins, reading 'Tree Squirrel'.
He Eventually found the Flying Squirrel cabin. peeking through the window, he saw the three girls sleeping in their beds as he noticed a beam of light shooting around the campsite. Steven looked up, climbing to the roof of the Cabin as he heard footsteps. his hid on the roof, his knee pressing on a twig, making a crunching sound.
"Is Someone out here?" a voice called out as Steven laid flat on his belly, putting his hands to him mouth, making a bird call. it seemed to work as figure walking with the flashlight seemed to walk away. after waiting, Steven slid down from the roof, jiggling the doorknob.
Steven was a bit challenged by the fact that the cabins at Acorn Flats had locks, but he wasn't going to let the stop him. he drew out the claw on his index pointer using it to pick the lock, slowly turning the door as he tiptoed in.
Steven thanked his superior night vison as he walked around the sleeping girls in the Dark. making the way to his goal. a dresser in the room. Steven looked at the three drawers, each having a name written on it. Andy told him to single out Patsy for the prank as she was ringleader, but he decided to prank the whole cabin.
Steven slid the first drawer open, looking inside. contained in the drawer was a swimsuit, a towel, socks and underwear. Steven applied a pair of rubber gloves as he reached into the bag. pulling out a can.
"Time for a little retribution" Steven replied, spreading out the soft white panties as he sprinkled a coat of white powder into the garments, rubbing it into the fabric with his gloved hands.
After powdering all three drawers Steven folded up the panties and put them back before he softly closed the drawer, walked to the door, peeking to make sure that no one was watching.
The mission went off successfully as the three managed to leave without being noticed as they headed back through the woods and were making their way back to Camp Kidney.
"That was Intense" Edward replied, complimenting the two on their skills, leading them through the woods as Andy smirked, asking Steven how he got them as the wolf chuckled, telling them how he put itching powder in the underwear. He told them when they get dressed tomorrow, they will be scratching themselves for hours.
"My only regret is that we won't be able to see the fruits of our labor" Steven added, mentioning he powdered the whole cabin.
The Next morning Patsy woke up in a cold sweat, the thoughts of Lazlo lingered through her mind, she looked down still holding the red neckerchief, sniffing the hint of Lazlo's musk off it. The Scent was intoxicating and putting all sorts of thoughts in her head about the cheerful orange monkey.
Patsy decided she was going to check to see if Lazlo was okay, she needed that closure and was willing to do anything to make it up to him. she glanced over at the shoebox, putting the fabric back in and sliding the white container back under her bed.
Gretchen and Nina soon woke up afterwards. The Gator getting on her floor, doing her stretches in her nightgown as they would have to get ready for morning announcements.
"Today is Sticky-Bun Day, isn't it?" Patsy asked, thinking about sneaking Lazlo some sticky buns from the Food Terrace, as well as a loaf of Banana Bread, which she knew was his favorite. Opening the drawer, she pulled out her clothes, getting dressed along with the rest of the cabin as they left for morning announcements.
They were greeted by Jane Doe, wishing them a good morning as the girls returned a 'good morning' of their own. Jane went over the announcements as Patsy felt a weird sensation, scratching her buttocks, which was started to feel discomfort. Nina seeing this leaned in.
"Are you itchy too?" the giraffe asked scratching her hips as Gretchen was also scratching herself. it was a slow burn at first but now their lower halves felt like they were on fire.
It took everything the girls had not to scratch during announcements as the three of them ran to the bathroom, scratching themselves, like crazy. The three of them had itches from poison ivy but this was much worse.
"What's Going on?" Nina asked, scratching herself as she was baffled as Gretchen was digging her fingers into her rear.
"I Bet we caught something from the Camp Kidney Mess Hall" Gretchen replied, finding some way to blame it on the Bean Scouts, none of them realizing they were finally on the receiving end of a prank.
I Don't not know If i wanted the Beans to retaliate this soon but I thought it worked, showing how the Cocoa Beans will quickly challenge the status quo. I also went though several Prank ideas before settling on the Itching powder Idea.
