Tusk returned to Cocoa Cabin, the kiss with Amber still fresh on his mind. He could not believe she actually did that but chalked it up to the rabbit not taking her meds. The Boar saw Steven still working on what was starting to look like a go-kart.

"It's looking good" Tusk replied, sitting outside the cabin as Steven was working on the engine, fastening the belt to the engine as he wiped the grease form his paws with a rag.

"That should take care of the engine, once Andy gets back with the gas, this thing should be drivable" Steven replied, rubbing the back of his neck with a wrench. The Kart itself was equipped with a powerful engine, Supercharged fuel injectors, a mounted Paintball turret, armored plating, Six big fat tires, and total seating for four.

Tusk commented it was not as nice as the Karts back in Westridge as Steven huffed, saying he had to work with what he had as Andy returned to the cabin, lugging a can of gas, stating it wasn't easy carrying it from the town, but he got it; pouring the container into the Kart's fuel tank.

They watched the liquid pour as Steven watched the Gauge fill up as he climbed over the side, reaching into his pocket, pulling a key, which he put in the ignition, turning as a grinding sound was heard, he turned it again, finally hearing the engine, roar with life.

The Kart was suspended on cinderblocks but Steven, reached his hand to the shifter, adorned with an 8-ball at the end, and pressed his foot against the pedal, the wheels, spinning as the hum of the engine was heard.

"It works" Andy and Tusk replied as Steven cut the engine, stating that of course it would have worked, taking pride in his mechanical skills. after finishing up Steven looked at the guys, saying he was going take a shower, to wash all the grease off as Andy nodded, telling him that they got some more snack cakes from Edward, the strawberry filled ones that he likes. The Wolf walked off, heading towards the shower as Andy reached, pocketing the keys to the Kart which Steven called the Bean Can.

The two head back into the cabin as Andy sat on his meditating rug and looked at Tusk, asking how his date with the rabbit girl was as Tusk blushed. confirming her name was Amber Hareson and it was not a date, she got a coupon for a free dinner and invited him for...winning the Chili eating contest Tusk fibbed, not wanting to mention the latrine incident.

The Next Morning the Cocoa beans heard the morning horn, getting out of the beds, taking their morning showers then getting dressed as they headed to the flagpole where Steven was waiting for their morning announcements. The Cocoa Beans were standing as the Wolf let out a yawn, stretching as he spent most of the previous day working on his Kart.

"Did you guys make that" Andy heard, whispered to him, he turned seeing Dave and Ping-Pong, they're eyes glancing towards the tarp, laying over the Bean Can as Andy rolled his eyes to Steven.

After Announcement the Beans went to the Mess Hall for their Breakfast, getting in line and grabbing a plastic tray where they stood. Eventually Steven made it to Mcmuesli who placed a bowl of grits on the tray with a side of Gel-Oh.

"Grits and Gel-Oh again?" The Wolf asked as Edward walking back, saying that was usually what they were served, sitting down at the table. Andy took a bite of his grits, which were devoid of flavor. Tusk as Usual had no problem consuming the camp food as Edward walked by, sitting beside Andy.

"Excuse you, That's Jakk's seat. The Tiger replied, Tusk sitting on the other side of him as Edward got up, saying he just wanted to ask Andy about that Kart they were working on. Andy stomached another bite of his Grits, asking the Platypus to talk about it with Steven. The Bean Can was his creation.

Edward turned to Steven asking if he could take the Kart for spin sometime as Steven looked at the leader of Pinto.

"Absolutely Not, no one drives that Kart, except me" Steven claimed, stating the bond between a Driver and their Vehicle, especially a vehicle they put time and effort into building from scratch. he would however offer rides after activities as Edward jumped at the chance to be driven around, the other Beans all wanting a turn as Andy put his hands up, saying that Cocoa Bean got first dibs.

After Breakfast the Beans lined up as Steven took them for rides around the camp. First was Cocoa Bean, Then Pinto Bean, Then Baked, and Steven was currently giving Jelly Bean a ride. Steven fumbled through a metal lunchbox of cassettes, asking the Jellies if they had any music preference.

He eventually put on a tape from an 80's hair band, flooring as gas as the Bean Can took off. Steven was driving around the edge of the lake, seeing a bump as he floored the pedal.

" Hang on to your underwear, we're getting some air" Steven called out as the Kart hit the bump, shooting up into the air as Lazlo let out a 'Yee haw'. Raj was riding shotgun and Lazlo and Clam, hanging in the back.

"What that joystick do?" Raj asked, pointing to what looked like a classic gaming console joystick with a red button. Steven explained that the joystick could control the turret remotely, hence the wires, feeding into the Paint gun.

"I also have a remote control back at Cocoa can, I can Control the Bean Can remotely, from a safe distance" Steven admitted, pulling the joystick as the paint gun swayed to the side, aiming up and down, upon letting go the turret returning to its default position, facing forward.

"Why would you put a paintball gun on a Go Kart?" Lazlo asked as Steven shrugged, saying it seemed cool at the time, plus Steven always put weapons on all the vehicles back at Westridge. he told the Jellies he also created in interchangeable weapon, a rocket launcher, using the properties of Mint-Ohs and Diet Cola it fires a glass bottle at the target. "I Like to Make things.

The Bean Can continued its tour around the edge of the lake, tunes cranking as The Jellies did another cheer when Steven drove off a small hill, landing as the Wolf turned the wheel, causing the Kart to do a doughnut.

Overall, Steven was pleased with the build, it was far from his best ride, but it did the job, tearing across the hills as something whizzed by them splatting on the ground next to them. Steven looked down, seeing the remains of a watermelon, looking at the Jellies.

"Okay, that's weird" Steven called out as another melon flew through the air, Steven reversing and turning as the melon hit the ground, as he looked at the Jellies, asking where the Watermelons were coming from as the three of them pointed.

a good distance away at Acorn Flats Miss Mucus was standing in the watchtower, looking through her binoculars, signaling to Rachel the Gopher and Terrifield the Tapir.

"Fire another Melonball girls" the warthog ordered as the two scouts, Rachel pulled back an elastic band, hooking it to a lever where Terrifield placed a watermelon, launching it as it again missed the Bean Can due to Steven's driving.

"They're chucking watermelons at us" Steven called out, believing they must have found out about the itching powder as Raj informed him that the Squirrels did this all the time. Steven wanted to teach them another lesson but wasn't going to put the Jellies in is risk, driving back on route to Camp Kidney.

Steven fumbled with the radio in the Kart, really just two Walkie Talkies as he called out, saying that Greasy Wolf was calling in for Kung Fu Tiger as Andy picked up the other Walkie Talkie answering as Kung Fu Tiger.

Steven told Andy he was dropping off the Jellies as the squirrels were firing watermelons at them, asking the crew to meet up. and for Andy to take the gunner position when they stopped.

The Bean Can stopped as the Jellies got out and the Cocoa Beans got in. With Steven Driving, Tusk Navigating and Jakk and Andy on weapons they would be an unstoppable team. The Kart resumed driving to where the initial melon hit.

Mucus was looking through her binoculars, signaling the two to get ready as Rachel looked at her, asking if they seriously came back, pulling back the band. As Terrifield carrying over another melon Rachel asked what the beans were doing as a flurry of Paintballs hit the Tapir causing her to drop the melon, splatting on the ground.

"What the he-" Rachel called out as another stream of Paintballs pelted the Gopher. Mucus ordered the two scouts to duck as the Bean Scouts were returning fire. a flurry of red colored paintballs splattered all over the tower. Mucus using a table as a shield. Rachel and Terrifield, leaned against the railing as they called out to Mucus asking what they are supposed to do in the event where the Beans retaliated as they had them pinned down. Terrifeld listened, the sounds off balls splatting against wood ceased.

"The Beans stopped firing" Terrifield called out, the squirrels took this to mean they were out of ammo. The three popped their heads up, only to be pelted again with red paintballs as they took cover. Miss Mucus told them to be patient, those Beans had to run out of Paintballs sometime.

Two hours passed as the fire did not cease as the two Squirrel Scouts and their coach where ducking, asking HOW they had not run out of ammo. eventually the firing stopped again.

Mucus waited a while before ordering Rachel to peak out and look, Rachel looked at Terrifield, asking her to look. Terrifield did not want to look, her chest sore and her uniform coated with paint.

Mucus ordered them both to take a peek as the two scouts looked at each other, signaling they'd both look on three, counting to three as they shot up, only to see the Kart was gone and the watchtower was covered in red, looking like a scene from a slasher flick. Rachel told Miss Mucus the Kart was gone as Terrifield was just questioning what happened, their outfits, their hair were ruined with red paint and then they just bolted.

Mucus was fuming as she climbed down the watchtower, stomping to her trailer, muttering unintelligible gibberish with the occasional swear word thrown in, slamming the trailer door behind her.

While the itching powder prank was the first retaliation this was the first example of the Beans actively fighting back against the squirrels, and no, the Beans weren't on Acorn Flats territory.
