Naruto treaded on the misty road, looking at the people walking around him, and then looked at his master. It had been Jiraiya's idea to walk around and explore his emotions, a brief detour before he could interact with his parents again.
"So, it's like that?" Naruto asked Jiraiya with furrowed eyebrows, "So there is no hell and heaven… It is just the Pure Lands and Purgatory?"
"There are nearly an infinite number of souls in here, and the number keeps growing each day…" Jiraiya tells Naruto. "The afterlife in the pure lands is just life after death, other than the occasional squabbles. Violence is mostly non-existent here… As for what the Pure Lands are, they can be both hell and heaven."
"What do you mean by that?" Naruto asked with a concerned look before Jiraiya gave him a smile, stopped at an empty stand, and said, "The usual, please…"
And now in Jiraiya's hands was a blue soda popsicle that Naruto immediately recognized. It was the same type he always bought and shared with Naruto on their travels.
Jiraiya broke the popsicle in two and handed the other half to Naruto with a smile. Naruto grasped it and brought it into his mouth for a small bite.
Naruto says with a calm expression as he savors the chill of the soda-flavored popsicle in his mouth, "I missed everything and I missed everyone…"
"Well, you glimpsed some of us in here, but we have all the time in the world to engage and reunite with everyone you want to see…" Jiraiya said with a grin.
"Wait, so how do people meet here? I mean, how can I find a person among all these people in here?" asked Naruto.
"If someone wants to meet someone else, the other person consent to allow you to see them…" Jiraiya says before sighing at Naruto's confused expression, "A good example is Itachi. Who cannot interact with some members of his clan who have yet to come to terms with him after the events of that night. He can still converse with those who have forgiven him."
"I still don't understand!" Naruto said with a confused expression.
"Okay let's meet Tsunade-hime…" Jiraiya said with a wide grin, "Picture her face and your memories with her… The connection is necessary."
Naruto did just that and immediately his surroundings shifted, and he was next to the First Hokage and a woman that gave him a raised eyebrow before her face told him she recognized him.
The woman had long, bright-red hair tied to buns with hair pins in them and three clips in the front. Her eyes were like a raven's feathers, blacker than night. Her kimono was intricately patterned with elegant designs, and the Uzushiogakure symbol was delicately embroidered on the back of her obi. She adorned her lips with a deep, crimson red lipstick, and her forehead was marked with a rhombus, resembling the Strength of a Hundred Seal.
"Well, hello there…" said the red-haired woman to Jiraiya with an amused expression, "Tsunade-chan is gambling upstairs with Dan and Nawaki. Should I tell them you are here?"
"Oh Mito-sama, Hashirama-sama!" Jiraiya said with a little bow, "It's always a pleasure to see you!"
"Naruto!" exclaimed Hashirama before grinning and jumped upwards and grasping his hand and shaking it jovially, "You have to come over for a drink with me and-Agah!"
"Dear… Your drinking sessions with Madara and the others cause enough havoc in the Pure Lands." said Mito with a worried frown as she grinded her knuckles into Hashirama ribs, "You and the others in your group are among the strongest in the pure land! Do you remember what happened when they had to get involved?"
"The First Mizukage requested for me to intercede in this matter…" Hashirama protested with a pleading face, "As a fellow founding Kage, I couldn't ignore his request. Madara joined in the fun and was the one who made everything worse…"
"No excuses…" hummed Mito before telling Naruto and Jiraiya, "I heard much about you, Naruto-Kun. I am pleased to meet the last Uzumaki! I am Uzumaki Mito, your great grand aunt on your mother's side of the family!"
"What's this…" Naruto heard Tsunade's voice echoing down the hallway before she entered the room and stops at the sight of him, "Is Jiraiya here… No Way!"
Immediately Naruto saw Tsunade's shocked expression turned into one of delight as she exclaimed as happy tears prickled her eyes and laughed in delight and between her laughs, "Brat… You… Gotten… So… Tall…"
Naruto refused to meet her eyes, as shame filled his body, and his eyes glazed over. " I am sorry…"
"What are you sorry for?" Tsunade asked him with a laugh, "Sakura will be thrilled once she sees you.. The Konoha region of the pure lands should throw you a welcome party!"
"Thank you, but I don't think I deserve such a thing…" Naruto mumbles in a trembling voice.
"What… Why?" Tsunade asked in confusion, "Why do you think that you don't deserve this?"
"First, all, I broke my promise to you…" Naruto told her with a bitter chuckle, "I never became Hokage! But that's really insignificant compared to my sins…"
"You stupid boy…" Tsunade muttered before shaking her head ruefully. And asked in an angry voice, "How many years has it been since all of us have died?"
"Well, I harvested that tree when I was 17 and I died at 25…" said Naruto before he let out a regretful laugh, "I should have never done that… But what was I supposed to do, let you turn into those monsters?"
"All those years being alone and carrying that burden…" Tsunade said as her eyes flashed angrily and then grasped his shoulders and shook them. "Listen to me. What happened back then was not your fault! You don't need to apologize to any of us! You may have killed us, but you saved us from being drained of our personalities and defining features, and being reduced to shells of our former selves and becoming a White Zetsu… Most of all, you saved our souls! The Sage and his Mother explained it to us. Most of us have accepted and are thankful!"
"Most of us…" Naruto muttered before sighing sadly, "So some people really hate me here?"
"Since when did you care what a couple of people think about you?" Tsunade said in an astonished voice.
Naruto just looked away from her eyes and told her, "But that doesn't change the fact that I failed to save you, and that I committed mass genocide! I will never forgive myself for it… I should have a saved you all… I wanted to bring peace, not destruction."
"Oooh boy, I see you are going to need a therapist…" Tsunade said with a serious voice, "Orochimaru and Shizune are among the best therapists in the pure lands!"
"What!" Naruto asked as he thought he misheard the former name.
"I was surprised too… Orochimaru's years of manipulation had made him an excellent therapist!" Tsunade said with a nonchalant shrug, "You obviously have Survivor guilt, Naruto! Keep an eye on him, Jiraiya!"
"I think also talking with our group would help him…" added Hashirama with a nervous sideway glance at his sighing wife.
"Only if his therapist approves of it!" Tsunade said to her grandfather.
"We should send you to therapy for you gambling habits!" Mito said in an eerie voice towards Tsunade, "I want to know why the Senju clan are now paying your gambling debt!"
"MA!" protested a flustered Tsunade, "I already paid half of it off!"
"With my help, big sis!" growled another voice that came from a boy that had short light-brown hair, hazel eyes, and distinct blushes on his cheeks. Immediately, Naruto saw the striking resemblance between himself and the boy.
"This kid is Nawaki?" Naruto thought as he remembered Shizune telling him about the previous people who wore the First Hokage Necklace that he had won from Tsunade bet.
"So he is your godson, Jiraiya!?" another voice said cheerfully behind them. Naruto whirled around to see a face he had only seen once. It was the face of the Konoha ninja who was reanimated during the Fourth Shinobi War.
"Yeah, he is Dan…" Jiraiya said proudly with a grin,
"Here…" Tsunade said as she handed Naruto a parchment of paper before Hashirama mouthed behind her.
"I will tell you more about the meeting later…" mouthed out Hashirama to Naruto.
Naruto just nodded before Jiraiya gave each a person a nod, and told them, "I was just showing Naruto how things work here and how to meet someone in here!"
"Well, it's good you have brought him here first…" Tsunade mutters with a sigh as she poured herself a cup of sake, "Naruto needs therapy!"
"We will stop by there some time later." Jiraiya says with a sigh and tugged on Naruto's arm, "Ok let's go…"
"It was nice to meet and see everyone here…" Naruto says with a smile before he left the room and went into the courtyard and then into the Clan Compound.
"What did that feel like, Naruto?" asked Jiraiya seriously as they traversed the roads within the pure lands again.
"I am already feeling better…" Naruto said softly, "I missed this feeling… Wano might have made things easier, but it never really helped me get rid of this…. Wano and its people did not need to know my feelings… Their own circumstances are already bad enough. It feels nice to express my true feelings again… "
"That is what I was meant by how the pure land can be a heavenly place where you can spend time with your loved ones." Jiraiya explained to Naruto, "If you are at least loved or pitied by someone, you can never be on the hellish side of the pure lands."
"So, what's the hellish side of the pure lands?" Naruto asked Jiraiya with a wary eye.
"I am taking you there…" Jiraiya mutters before saying, "You remember the scummy billionaire called Gato from your first C-Rank Mission, do you?"
-Land of Wano: Flower Capital-
"Please- GAH" Orochi cries and begs were cut off as Kaido smacked him across the room with the back of his hand.
Much to Kaido's surprise, Orochi barely hung on to his conciseness as he croaked out, "Just give me a chance… I can still be useful to you…"
"No chance…" Kaido told him coldly as he hoisted him up by his neck, "You were never gifted with a powerful body or trained a day in your life! What makes you think you can achieve your strength now as a lazy middle-aged man? I can just kill you and hope for the ability to be reborn into another fruit… Anyone else who eats the fruit will be a better user than you!"
Orochi just let out a desperate shriek and unsheathed a tanto with in his robes and drove it straight into Kaido's eye. Only for the blade to bounce off and shatter into pieces.
Immediately, Kaido slammed Orochi into the ground, smashing him through the palace wooden tiles.
"Your execution will be within a week…" Kaido growled out before saying in a mocking voice, "I wonder if you will be boiled alive or be executed by the firing squad."
As Kaido uttered these words, Orochi felt rage stir within his veins instead of the chilling fear. Slowly lifting himself off into his knees and spat a mixture of blood and spittle at the floor next to Kaido and growled, "You impenitent bastard, I let you and this is the thanks I get from you!"

"Don't you get it already? I don't need you anymore…" Kaido told Orochi coldly, "I already have a plan with the people who will replace you! Guards take him away! And prepare for a new announcement."
-Pure Lands-
Long had given up on this hellish afterlife he was in. He as he felt an arrow enter his eye-socket and he let out a guttural scream. Struggling against the bounds that chained him in this hellish paradise, the man wept, wishing for sweet bliss that was death, but he couldn't for he was already dead. And here it was, a never-ending hell for him.
"I can just never thank that person enough…" the man heard a voice telling him softly, "Even if he tried to assassinate my father-in-law when you hired him. Zabuza-san saw to it to kill you and send you down here. And every day here my arms are working fine. You were sentenced by the court to be in this never-ending cycle. "
Even through the blinding pain, and half of his vision temporally taken away from him. They knew who that person was once; it was a simple fisherman who stood up against him and it took his entire gang to stop the man.
"Shut it Gato…" a voice growled through the air before a kunai whistled through the air and hit him directly in his kneecaps, "Your screams may please me, but they get on Haku nerves. You don't want me to remove your teeth again do you?"
Gato's screams became muffled as he gritted his teeth as hard as he could, as his mind screamed for him to avoid repeating the experience.
"You got better with your crossbow, brat…" Zabuza mumbled with grudging respect as he extracted the arrow from Gato's eye socket and watched it immediately began to heal thanks to it being nearly impossible to mutilate a soul in here before looking at the fisherman and telling him, "Kaiza, your son Inari shooting skills are-"
"Hey, we got a guest here!" a blissfully drunken voice echoed across the garden. "You would not believe whose it is!"
"Gramps…" muttered Inari before he ran back to the Yuki clan residence, that was next to their residence.
"Zabuza-san!" called out Haku's voice, "You would definitely want to see this…"
Raising his small eyebrows in surprise, Zabuza began to follow Kaisa and Inari into the clan residence.
"Nothing in the afterlife surprises me…" Zabuza thought with an eye roll, "Not after the Sage of Six Paths, and his brother and that mother of theirs… Why is Jiraiya one of the legendary Sannin here? Who is that next-"
"You!" gasped Zabuza in surprise as he sees Uzumaki Naruto greeting everyone.
The now much taller blonde turned to face him and gave him a glad face, "I see… so you and Haku went to the same place together in the end!"
-Minion Island-
The woman glared at him, whose eyes were narrowing behind these shades as his finger twitched and a set of veins bulge out on his forehead.
Immediately he swiped the air, materializing five detached strings from his hand and threw them downwards to impale his target from above.
"Fallbright!"
The woman just took a sidestep as she read the trajectory of his attack with her Observation Haki, forcing the strings to miss her as they left five tiny holes into the earth.
"Fufufufu," Donquixote Doflamingo chuckled as his rage turned into amusement as he rose in the air and treaded on the invisible string, "An unknown rookie from the blues using Haki? This is a first for me!"
He immediately bounded towards Yamato with a gleeful expression as he brought back his now gleaming black leg for a kick that was attached with strings intended to cut her to pieces and muttered out, "Athlete!"
The horned woman crouched low and then sprang to the air, spinning her club that was imbued with her own Armament Haki.
Both attacks connected with each other, resulting into a crash that generated thin streams of black and red energy that crackled and stretch up high enough to be seen from anywhere on the island, along with a powerful shockwave that sent both sides allies stumbling back and nearly passing out.
"A Conqueror Haki Clash?" Doflamingo thought as his smile faded, and he yelled at his opponent, "Who on earth are you?"
"Kozuki Oden!" yelled back the woman, making Doflamingo frown when he heard that name.
"That's a name I heard before…" muttered Doflamingo as his mind tried recalling where he heard it before he felt his leg being pushed back by the woman's crazy strength, "But I can't just put my mind on where I heard it…"
"Guys now!" yelled the woman, and before she overpowered him completely with her raw strength and Doflamingo was sent crashing into a pile of snow. Immediately, he sprang back to his feet, and in the corner of his eyes, he saw the young man with the cloth mask closing in on him with a sharp axe and an oversized mallet hammer.
Both Axe and Mallet were imbued with the young man's Armament Haki. Doflamingo read the attack intention with his Observation Haki and realized that the axe was aimed at his sides, intending to cleave him in half.
"My Haki is superior to your own!" snarled Doflamingo as he protected his own body with his own Haki before the blow landed.
The axe grinded against his coating of Haki that covered his upper body before the young man was kicked away by Doflamingo that sent in his direction.
The young man crashed into the ground dazed and Doflamingo pointed a finger at the prone and downed body of his opponent and chuckled gleefully and was about to shoot a bundle of string like from the tip of his finger like a bullet.
"Narikabura Arrow!" the orange-eyed woman yelled.
The air rippled as an energy-like projectile was unleashed from the woman's swinging studded club, hitting him with significant force directly in his chest. Hacking out the blood that choked him, Doflamingo noticed the surrounding snow was spattered with flecks of his own blood.
Stumbling backwards and a bit dazed from the pain, Doflamingo saw the leader of the group admonishing a younger woman who was carrying a knocked-out kid barely in her teens.
"If you had taken him with Page One…" The red horned woman yelled to the younger white horned girl, "Then Page One would have not been hurt, Ulti!"
"What was I supposed to do, Yamato!?" the girl called Ulti told Yamato, "Tama passed out when that Conqueror's Haki clash happened. I had to help her out and carry her so she wouldn't be hurt."
"I am okay…" came the male dazed voice, "I just need to use the axe and hammer together, just like in the scroll that the captain gave me… If I can do that I should be able to break through any defense."
"The captain…?" thought Doflamingo in dread as he thought about his opponent, "She is not the captain despite being among those? Then how strong is their captain and where is he?"
-Pure Lands-
"Haku…." Zabuza hissed quietly as he saw Naruto and Tazuna play a prank on Inari.
"Yes Zabuza-san…" replied Haku with a cheerful smile.
"Stop that… how many times do I need to tell you, you don't need to address me formally," Zabuza sighed, "I don't like it anymore, and your clan members don't like it… especially the clan heads."
"Kahyō-sama and Rahyō-sama are nice people…" Haku told him with a proud smile, "They broke peace in here with the Funato Clan and Kirigakure. Besides, Kakashi-san really likes them."
"Well, Kakashi and his father are ambassadors working for the top family in the pure lands. Of course, he likes them. They made his job much easier." Zabuza muttered before Jiraiya came to his side.
"So, when is it his turn?" Zabuza heard Inari fluster and point at Naruto "Naruto, when will you go to the court?"
"What court?" Naruto asked him with a confused expression.
"I forget to tell you about it didn't I?" Jiraiya said with a sigh, "With nearly unlimited space and ever-increasing number of humans coming here from planets across many dimensions, they had to set laws and representatives in here to stop things going down to chaos… Before the Sage of Six Paths death it was chaos, as factions tried to rule this plane of existence. The Sage intervened and decided there must be law and order. His own brother agreed, and they founded the ruling judicial body here."
"The Summit That Never Ends…" Zabuza told him, "It's a place where all humanity representatives of nations and worlds settle disputes that had happened in life and even in the pure lands. It's where all people are judged. And it's also the court where the worst of the worst gets sentenced. A good example is Gato, and he got off lightly."
"How does it work?" Naruto asked with a frown.
"Well, the representatives who are leaders with honorable qualities are chosen among their people." Jiraiya said with a serious expression as he stared in a certain direction. "Nearly all Kage and good clan heads are chosen to represent the hidden villages and their nation. Daimyo and kings who ruled wisely are also chosen."
"There can be more than one representative for each country or clan, but there must always be one on duty. So, the representatives take turns to be in the never-ending conference." Jiraiya explained to Naruto, who nodded in understanding, "Hashirama-sama is a representative of his clan, and the Land of Fire. His brother Tobirama-sama is also the same and is currently on duty."
"There are certain rules in the summit as Kahyō-sama once told me…" Haku said as he glanced at Naruto, "Representatives can only judge people if they share same the world they have originated from. But for us, since there are no newcomers after our world's death, we have been given a privilege of influencing and judging the trials of other worlds. Of course, there are exceptional cases, like what happened to those people who broke the laws during their time here. All worlds will have to cast judgement on that person."
"Most of them were dealt harshly…" muttered Zabuza with a hint of fear in his voice, "We aren't living humans anymore brat, there are punishments worse than death in here. You should have seen what happened when the representative's kindness and chance of mercy gets disrespected."
"The Sage and his family get involved…" Jiraiya mutters with a shudder, "If I ever felt sorry for a depraved monster, it was when the twins and their mom agree on the punishments…"
"So, are you gonna tell me, what was the punishment?" Naruto asked Jiraiya with a curious expression.
"I don't think you will understand it if I tell you…" Jiraiya said grimly, "That form of sentence is hard to describe, but I can say this; it's a fate worse than death, and it can be done if they are all in agreement."
- Egghead: Labophase -
Vegapunk stared at the monitors that were using the cameras of the Den-Den Mushi surveillance system with stunned disbelief. He and his Satellites installed a surveillance system across the island, making them capable of monitoring each part of Egghead from the Labophase. From the monitors, he watched one of the two cloaked invaders hunch over and form strange hand gestures with his hands.
"Is he using sign language?" wondered Sentomaru as he stared at the monitors intensely as he stood guard next to the smartest man in the world.
"Hey Stella…" a feminine voice came from the comms. "The Frontier Dome still has a few issues. Reactivating it right now could be a problem."
"It's necessary for our protection, Lilith…" Shaka replied, "Edison, did you find the mirror York created?"
"Yes… I am following the blueprints and fitting it where it should be in Frontier Dome…" Edison replied, "Atlas, can you lift me up there? Thanks."
"Atlas is with you?" asked Shaka.
"Yeah, let me focus on this part, please…" Edison said with a grunt.
"Why can't we just use the weapons we created to use on these intruders…" Lilith huffed before proclaiming, "Our advanced technology should destroy them!"
"I don't think that's a good idea…" Vegapunk muttered in a serious voice.
"What happened, Stella?" another voice popped up in the comms before letting out a burp.
"Well, York, the entirety of CP-8 is currently sinking into a swamp right in the middle of the harbor." Vegapunk sighs before he sees the figure who created a swamp dodge Kuma's swiping arm with ease.
"Since when did Egghead had a swamp?" Pythagoras asked before realizing what must happen, "Is it a Devil Fruit user?"
"I think so, since there is Swamp-Swamp Fruit in the ancient encyclopedia of Devil Fruits." Vegapunk agreed as he nodded, "But's it strange the user showed no characteristics of having a Logia Devil Fruit…."
Vegapunk eyes then widened the same man took a deep breath and expelled a literal sea of flames from his mouth, burning alive the Cipher Pol agents to death.
"Actually, throw that theory away…" Vegapunk muttered as he saw the same man clap his hands together before slamming them down on the floor, and the earth around those two invaders shifted before pillar of earths rose underneath them and lifted them high above Stussy and Kuma.
"Well, this is definitely not a devil fruit ability!" thought Vegapunk as fear and excitement filled him from seeing something that was unknown to him.
Suddenly there was a huge purple flash from the windows and Vegapunk peered out of the Labophase to see it has been surrounded by purple light that closed off in all directions, trapping them in.
"Hey Stella…" Lilith and York voice said worriedly, "Did we ever invent or built an energy barrier around the Labophase?"
"No." Vegapunk said with a sigh as he looked at the comms and saw the two intruders were inside the barrier, "Be armed and ready… You have permission to kill on sight, but I prefer those two be captured."
-Pure Land-
"So where are we going next?" Naruto asked Jiraiya with an excited grin before saying, "I wanna see Kakashi-sensei."
"Well, I am glad you want to see me, Naruto…" a pleased voice said behind them making Jiraiya and Naruto turn around instantly to see a familiar man with spiky silver hair with amused dark gray eyes, albeit the left one had a vertical scar. The man wore a Konoha forehead protector, and just like always, wore a mask that prevents most of his lower face from being visible.
Naruto just stared at the man with a baffled expression before asking in a confused voice, "Who are you?"
The man blinked, and his face morphs into shock before pointing at himself. "It's me, Naruto… Don't you remember me?"
"No…I can't forget meeting a strange scarecrow like you," Naruto said with a carefree whistle.
"Hey…" Kakashi asked with a deadpan, "Are you pulling my leg, Naruto?"
Naruto snorted before looking at the eye he healed so long ago, "How's that eye working for you sensei?"
"It's wonderful, and it's the second-best gift I ever got from someone…" Kakashi said with a happy nod, "Now I can read Cha-Cha with two eyes… Watch it's yet released movies with two eyes!"
"How are you, Kakashi?" Jiraiya chuckles, "I might come by your house later…"
"My father will be pleased to have you as our guest." Kakashi said with amusement, "And what about -"
"The next Icha-Icha volume won't be out for a while…" Jiraiya said with a deadpan face. "As you have heard, my novels are being adapted into a movie series and I am writing the screenplay right now."
"And I heard a rumor the actress will be Koyuki Kazahana…" Kakashi said with a sigh, "Do you remember her Naruto?"
"Ah…" Naruto said as he remembered the events in the Land of Snow, "I carried her on my back while I was running away from a train and then killed her uncle in a fight with a Rasengun."
"I heard from Kakashi she gave you're her autograph once…" said Jiraiya before snorting, "Do you know how many people would do to even get to meet her here? She is the number one actress in the Pure Lands."
"By the way, when I was alone, I read all of your novels…" mutters Naruto with a grin. "My favorite one was The Tale of the Utterly Gutsy Shinobi… but the others were kind of good. They helped pass the time for a while."
"I see you finally found appreciation for my writing…" Jiraiya said with a smile.
"Oi Kakashi, you better not be late to the dinner party! Rin is waiting for us…" a voice yelled from out of nowhere before falling silent.
Naruto looked at stunned and scarred face before it grinned and let out a grin.
"We should have a welcoming party for you Naruto…" Obito said with a grin, "I know it's surprising to be here after everything but me and Madara's punishments was temporary imprisonment…"
"That doesn't sound bad…" Naruto said with a raised eyebrow.
"Oh, no… it was horrible," Obito said with a shudder, "But they let us out, after Hashirama-sama pleaded for our case. And so did some of my clan members, and some Konoha Ninjas like your father, helped."
"They ruled it out as an exceptional case, as Black Zetsu manipulated and overwrote the tablet." Kakashi said with a nod before giving him a side eye, "But he and Madara are still under heavy restrictions in here… It will be lifted off if they behave well."
Kakashi and Obito then left with a goodbye and a wave.
"So where to next?" Naruto asked Jiraiya, "I want to see the others in the village, and Garaa too."
"Well, I am taking you for a therapy session…" Jiraiya muttered as he began to walk. "Everyone got Toneri's side of the story, but they did not know what happened before you met him or after his death. "Talking about your sins… what do you mean?" Naruto asked him with a nervous voice before seeing Jiraiya's pained face, "Ero-Seninn!"
"Naruto… when you arrived here there was a huge row about what to do with you…" says Jiraiya before he pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed sadly, "But your trial in the Summit has been adjourned indefinitely before it could be started. "
"I am on trial…" mutters Naruto a shocked expression before asking, "Why?"
"Naruto, everyone gets to be on trail…" Jiraiya tells him with a serious expression, "Our sins are meant to be purified in the Pure Lands by our regrets. But there are some crimes that require punishments for. And if you don't even regret your sins… Well, there was a case I witnessed 90 years ago, not a pretty sight-"
"What?!" Naruto asked him with a confused, "But it has been only 10 years since you died."
"Yeah, from your perspective… but time flows differently in here." Jiraiya tells him with a sideway glance as they stop, "It will be explained to you in the summit. Anyway, we are here."
"Where?" Asked Naruto before he was shoved inside the building by Jiraiya.

Fleet Admiral Sengoku was not having a good day. He just finished reading the reports that summarized the tremendous damage Kaido had caused all over the new world with his rampage.
"And now this!" fumed Sengoku before he roared at the Den-Den Mushi that an injured agent of CP-8 who was on the other side of the call, "THIS IS A DISASTER! DO YOU IDIOTS KNOW HOW VALUABLE VEGAPUNK IS TO THE WORLD GOVERNMENT?"
"Forgive me Fleet Admiral Sengoku, but these two were monsters…" came the trembling and wheezing voice of the injured Agent, "I am lucky enough to be the sole survivor of CP-8 as it is!"
Sengoku blood chilled at that information, and he steeled himself before muttering in the most professional voice he could muster, "I see… You are now the head of CP-8. Where is Bartholomew Kuma?"
"I am here…" Kuma's stoic voice came through the Den-Den Mushi, "CP-8 were about to escort me to Dr. Vegapunk for my latest modification in the Pacifista program…"
"Fleet Admiral Sengoku," said a feminine voice that Sengoku immediately recognized. "Before we could even enter the harbor, two individuals slipped in. Kuma-san and I immediately engaged with them, but they held us off for a while before erecting a purple physical barrier around the Labophase. The barrier is made of energy that sets a person aflame if they touch it."
"Thank you for your report…" Sengoku gruffly said and then ordered her, "Keep me updated."
"Yes, Fleet Admiral," replied Stussy tonelessly before Sengoku hung up and dialed in a number. He sparely used that connected him to the Den-Den mushi in the Room of Authority at Pangaea Castle.
"This is Fleet Admiral Sengoku… " Sengoku said in a grave voice as he talked to the highest authorities in the World Government.
-Pure Lands-
Shizune felt like she needed a drink, but there was an immense problem she saw having. Ino and Sakura hadn't done anything she requested to be done in this week.
Shizune understood what was going on. Their world didn't have any soul to judge since Otsutsuki Toneri arrived 60 years ago and now they got the most infamous person in their world right now in the Pure Lands.
Even other worlds heard about the human, who ended the world to save its inhabitants souls. 75 years ago, the Pure Lands nearly broke into chaos when three billion humans arrived at once, most of them confused since their perfect lives had been cut off so suddenly.
"The Infinite Tsukuyomi…" Shizune thought sadly before she shook her head, "It was a perfect life that never happened, a world of dreams where I never experienced sadness. Mom and Dad were alive. I was Uncle Dan's favorite nephew."
"But the happiness that was taken away once they arrived broke many people," Shizune thought as she remembered people begging to go back to their lives before glancing a certain picture that was taken down so many times, "Questions were asked, and things were put together. Now there are hundreds of millions hating one man who took their happiness away."
"So many people required therapy to get over their losses. The summit that never ends had to get involved with this and promised that Justice will be served. Medical ninjas and doctors stood up to open centers for mental healing. This center is the best one in the pure land and it's command other's mental facilities as it ran by Tsunade-sama."
Suddenly Shizune's thoughts were interrupted when a tall young man stumbled in, followed by Jiraiya.
"Jiraiya-sama!" Shizune greeted him with a quick bow.
"Hey Shizune-chan, Tsunade-hime is going to stop by later in here when she checks on him." Jiraiya said cheerfully before his expression morphed into a serious one, "Make sure he is prepared for the court; you are going to need a lot of help."
"Ero-Sennin, you need to explain?" the tall blonde grumbled. "When is my trial going to be?"
"I don't know, Naruto." Jiraiya said with a serious expression, "The summit will see you when you are ready, and it wants to see you. We are going to check how much therapy you need before you are cleared to go to trial."
"Naruto!?" thought an incredulous Shizune before she glanced at the picture that was taken so many times by her patients and to the confused Naruto. "Yes, it's him. But he looks rougher, and more exhausted and much taller than the teenager I once knew!"
"But-" Naruto protested with a glare at the leaving Jiraiya before he felt a stare that he hadn't felt in forever and gulped before he slowly swiveled his head around to see his former crush and her best friend.
"No matter how much he changed in looks, he is still the same, am I right Sakura?" Yamanaka Ino said fondly before her blue eyes become alert and looked more closely at his face, "I see… Hinata was right, you changed. This isn't the Naruto we once knew, but parts of him are still in there."
"Naruto-kun…" Naruto heard Shizune as he stared at his Sakura, who was stared back at him with a tired smile.
"Can I speak to Sakura-chan alone?" Naruto heard his voice echoing around him.
Ino's face winced before she sighed, "Sheesh, Naruto…. You still have a crush on bill broad brow?"
"No… That childhood and teenage crush was kind of silly. No offense Sakura-chan," Naruto admitted with a soft voice as he looked at Sakura's twitching face as she glared at Ino, "That's why I wanted to speak to you alone, Sakura-chan. Just for a couple of minutes. Then we go back to whatever I am going to do here."
"All right…" Sakura nodded before looking at Shizune and Ino who left the room immediately, "So let's talk, Naruto."
Naruto's emotions swirled inside him. He may have accepted that his actions were for the better, and most of his earthly regrets were gone. But there was something that still bothered him.
Naruto walked over to his framed picture and touched it gingerly and let out a sad chuckle, "I remember the day I took this picture… Everything was so much simpler back then, Sakura."
"Naruto…" Sakura tried to say something to comfort Naruto, but he cut her off.
"How long has it been for you guys without me?" Naruto asked her with a questioning glance, "Pervy-Sage has told me time flows differently here."
"I think around 75 years, give or take." Sakura answered quietly before she steeled, "I want to hear it from you. What happened back then that lead to everyone's death?"
"Sasuke was killed when he saved my life…" Naruto whispered before groaning out as he remembered the panic he experienced when he realized the consequences of Sasuke's death, "Without him there wasn't a Rinnegan user to help me undo the Infinite Tsukuyomi."
"What about Madara's eyes? Couldn't you have transplanted them?" Sakura asked him with a serious expression, "Sasuke told me his body was there."
"You think I didn't think of that?" Naruto snarled at her before sighing and telling her, "Black Zetsu took the body. Besides, even if I had access to the body, transplanting the eyes would have been difficult. You need to know Medical Ninjutsu, which was something I lacked."
"I see…" Sakura said sadly, "We all missed you. Hinata wants to speak to you. So does Sasuke."
"I can speak to them later…" Naruto mutters before looking at her directly in the eye, "I don't know what's going to happen next and that scares me Sakura."
"Oh, the Summit…" stuttered Sakura before she told him with a comforting smile, "Forget about it for now!"
"I CAN'T!" Naruto yelled, shocking Sakura to silence as he stared at her with maddening eyes. "EVERYONE WHO IS CLOSE TO ME DIED BECAUSE OF MY ACTIONS. KILLING EVERYONE ON OUR HOMEWOLRD TO SAVE ALL OF YOUR SOULS FROM BEING TURNED INTO WHITE ZETSU'S WAS HARD ENOUGH FOR ME!"
"Hey… You know I don't blame you for that!" Sakura protested as she tried to calm Naruto, "Everyone understands why you had to do it. The Summit will understand! Hell, all of us will intervene just like Kakashi and his team did with Obito, and Hashirama did with Madara!"
"Really Sakura? You will stand with me! You all left me there in that hell!" Naruto said with gritted teeth as he pulled his hair, "I only escaped it with luck and found a bit of happiness for a while when I landed in another dimension, and I ruined that too!"
Naruto's eyes snapped shut as his face become pained and raised his fist, "Tama… Everyone… DAMN IT ALL!"
"NARUTO!" yelled Sakura as Naruto's fist stopped an inch before Sakura's face and she hiccupped and a stray tear, "That's enough… This isn't you! Ino! Knock him out!"
Naruto then felt his mind being invaded and immediately he entered his mindscape to fight his mental attacker.
Naruto found himself staring directly at Ino in his mindscape and growled out, "Get out of my mind! Ino!"
Ino just shook her head, before smiling, "You learned our techniques, didn't you?. Don't worry, I am going to leave your memories alone… Sleep well Naruto, you deserve it."
Naruto felt his mind become cloudy and his eyes droop down and sweet darkness took him.

Kaido tossed the saucer and stared at the broken shards with disgust and contempt before hiccupping.
"I lost a lot of things this week…" Kaido growled at the mirror before drunk tears, "My only child, and the kids I was fostering…. Was I too weak?"
Kaido's drunk mind sobers up as he looked at himself and muttered, "Taking down these pampered noble born rulers and dragging them to the battlefield with us. A world where only war decides a man worth's… What's the point of creating a world like this if I lose everything…."
Kaido bloodshot eye's stared at his pitiful form and then bellowed out a roar that echoed across the island.
"I need to become stronger, so my crew will never lose. I need my crew to become stronger, so I will never lose." Kaido thought as his desires and dreams were laid in front of his eyes before vowing to himself, "I will become stronger for them, and they will become stronger for me."
"King…" Kaido called out to his right-hand man that stuck to him like shadow, "When was the last time you trained?"
"Excuse me?" asked a perplexed King as he felt a shudder run though his body when Kaido stared at him with a look he never gave him before.
"Gather every high-ranking officer for a meeting after we execute Orochi this week." Kaido said with a sigh and pointed at King, "We will have a serious discussion about the future of this crew…"
-Pure Lands-
Tsunade entered her facility and saw a snoring Naruto napping on the visitors coach and then at Shizune, Ino, and Sakura who were looking nervous.
"You knocked him out!" muttered Tsunade before nodding with approval, "Good job that what I would have done with my fist!"
"Can you heal his mind Tsunade-sama?" Sakura asked with a worried glance, "I feel I've just barely seen the surface of Naruto's true feelings and it scares me."
"That's next to impossible for me. I can only heal psychological damage with my Medical Ninjutsu." Tsunade says with a shake of her head, "What Naruto requires is therapy, and it will take a lot of it to undo the mess he is in."
"When do we start?" Shizune said with a serious expression.
"Not now…" Tsunade said before she told Sakura, "Get someone, that is literally impossible for Naruto to get mad at."
"I think I got the person right in my mind." Sakura said with a sly grin and whispered something in Ino's ear, who nodded enthusiastically in agreement.
"Excellent Idea!" Ino squealed with excitement.
"Oh! I see where you guys are going with this!" Tsunade said with a chuckle, "Oh, the entirety of Konoha wants in this once they hear it!"
"So we are doing this…" Orochimaru voice came from the ceiling making Shizune yelp in surprise, "We are going to pair up the sweetest woman from our world with a man that the half of our world deems to be crazier and eviler than me for ruining their perfect life."
"Orochimaru…" Tsunade said with a deadpan, "How long have you been here?"
"Oh I am everywhere, also I am inside your walls Tsunade." Orochimaru chuckled as his slitted eyes glinted playfully, "Uzumaki Naruto needs a wingman… And I know who it should be… "
"Stop it!" Tsunade snorted and scowled at Orochimaru, "You might be a doctor here, but you are only allowed to do analysis and inform patients."
"You are no fun, Tsunade," groaned Orochimaru.
"And you mellowed out in here…" Tsunade fired back, "You only are doing this because you love playing mind games on people. Usually, you just kill and toy with them for amusement."
"Ouch… Well, the secret of life had already been told to me, so there is no point in wasting people with experiments." Orochimaru said with a bored shrug, "Besides, I can't find anybody I can experiment in here. Mind games are fun experiments."
"So, what do you suggest?" Shizune asked Orochimaru with a snort.
"If I were you, I would give her a chaperone of her choosing when she talks to him when he wakes up." Orochimaru said with glinting eyes, "Naruto nearly punched Sakura when he exploded at her. We don't know how volatile his emotions are…"
"Fine, get Neji and also get Toneri…" Tsunade ordered Orochimaru, who just grinned as Tsunade listened to himand then slithered out.
"I can never read that guy…" sighed Shizune, "Do you think he got ulterior motives for Naruto?"
"If he has it's going to be for Naruto's sake…" Tsunade said with a tired sigh, "Orochimaru is really on strict supervision, and he really been morally good person in here even if has self-serving habits."
- Egghead: Labophase Entrance-
"Setting a barrier around the Labophase was a good idea… Nine," complimented a voice from a shorter hooded figure, "But those tags won't last long enough for us to extract what we need."
"Two, you know what we need to do next…" the taller hooded figure Nine said, "We need to knockout the Vegapunk and his Satellites."
"You want me to use Genjutsu?" sighed Two before asking him, "Nirvana Temple Jutsu will be enough! You used it before."
"Genjutsu is not my specialty and the current circumstances fucked up my chakra control…" replied Nine in an annoyed voice.
"Okay then, who will be the one to use this?" Two said as he waved the large metallic briefcase around.
"I will go and use it…" replied Nine before sighing, "Accessing Punk Records should be an ease since I done it before."
"Fine…" muttered Two as he handed the briefcase to Nine before beginning weave hand signs, "But be careful, this is a very fragile and expensive piece of technology."
"I will…" said Nine with a nod before he noticed Two becoming tense and asked him, "What is it?"
"Did we ever request for backup?" Two growled as he gritted his teeth in frustration and stared directly at Nine. "Because I didn't?"
"No…" replied Nine with narrowed eyes before asking him, "Did the scout-"
"Yes…" nodded Two before pinching the bridge of his nose, "We got to finish this job as fast as we can and then stop the idiot who followed us and just opened a space-time rift right in the middle of the harbor."
"This was supposed to be a secret mission! It was a requested-" sighed Nine with frustration, "What's the point- SHIT!"
"Yeah…" sighed Two, "We got the cannibal and the evolutionist of our group in here."
-Pure Land-
"Wake up!" a gruff and annoyed voice snapped Naruto awake.
Naruto blinked and saw the person standing over him with an annoyed look and muttered out in confusion, "Neji?"
At the mention of his name, Neji's annoyed face turned softer as the corner of his mouth turned up and then held up a hand towards Naruto. "Here, let me help you."
Naruto allowed himself to be hoisted up by Neji, who gave him a soft grin before gently punching his shoulder and said, "It's been a while, Naruto."
"Yeah…" Naruto said as he felt something was stuck in his throat and coughed before nodding, "It has been a while, genius."
"Well, I got a request I couldn't turn down, and it involves you…" Neji nonchalantly said before grinning softly and beckoned Naruto to follow him.
They walked for a while before they came across a meadow that was empty except for a slender lady of fair-complexion who, as a Hyuga, has striking white lavender eyes that locked into Naruto blue's eyes. Her dark blue hair extended beyond her hips fluttered in the soft breezes of the afterlife and she was dressed in a form-fitting light lavender, sleeveless kimono-style blouse with vertical lines, tied with a dark purple obi around her waist and short dark navy shorts.
Naruto felt his heart skip a beat as he saw Hyuga Hinata's smile shine brilliantly when she laughed and rushed to him with her dazzling face.
"Naruto-kun!" Hinata whispers as she approached him and stared at him before and then reached up and removed a smudge on his face, "You are dirty… Have you been working hard?"
"Hinata…" Naruto whispered softly before looking sideways from the corner of his eyes to see Neji and Toneri giving him encouraging thumbs up.
"What the hell is going on?" thought a confused Naruto before he smells Hinata's scent and mutter, "You smell nice."
Hinata blushed and smiled at the compliment before she laughed. "You smell the same as always! Naruto-kun!"
Naruto felt at ease before he asked Hinata, "What are we doing here?"
Hinata straightens herself and declares proudly, "We are having a picnic here. Just you and me!"
"What about those two?" Naruto said as he nodded at the two hiding and watching everything.
"They are my chaperones," Hinata pouts before rolling her eyes. "They are here to make sure nothing funny happens."
"But you are really strong!" Naruto said with a surprised expression, "Besides no one will mess with you here! Especially when I am here. Anyone messes with you will get their ass kicked all over the afterlife!"
Hinata blushes and then snorts, "Thanks… I am really glad I got to see you after all this time! Come on, sit with me."
"You changed Hinata…" Naruto said before teasing her, "You no longer stutter or faint every time I come too close to you!"
"Knock it off…" Hinata hotly protested with a red face and then told him, "Meeting my mother again really helped me."
"Your mother?" Naruto asked as he racked his mind of Hinata's parents. The only image that came was the serious face of Hyūga Hiashi. "I only met your dad… Did I ever meet your mom?"
"She passed away before I joined the academy." Hinata replied.
"Oh… I see," Naruto said before looking at her and saying, "I never knew that."
"My mother wants to meet after hearing so much about you," says Hinata with a hum, "She wants to meet the boy who inspired her daughter."
"Daughter…" Naruto mutters before wincing when the image of a young girl with a striking resemblance to Hinata flashed in his mind.
She had Hinata's dark-blue hair that she wears with straight bangs and a hime-cut which flares out on her sides and back, and on the top of her head was ahoge, which resembles the stem of a leaf and from him she inherited his blue eyes, whisker markings, unruly hair, and facial features.
"A non-existent future that Toneri showed me… That girl's name was going to be Himawari, and then there is Boruto… and then Kawaki."
"A daughter… I know you would have been a brilliant mother Hinata," Naruto said wistfully before explaining to Hinata's surprised voice, "Toneri once showed me what was meant to happen if we all lived…"
"What?" Hinata's mouth gaped open before, "He never told me that or anyone else."
"I made him promise to not tell anyone after we saw that non-existent future." Naruto sighed before asking her, "Do you want to know what would have happened?"
"Well, Sasuke and I would have lost an arm. Sasuke decides to travel around the world to atone for his sins. I got a new arm thanks to Granny Tsunade."
"Two years later, Toneri would have followed a misinterpreted decree by his ancestors and thrown the moon at the earth with the Tenseigan Orb. He kidnaps Hanabi for her eyes-"
"WHAT!"
"It never happened… but it would have if we won the war. Anyway, I fell in love with you when we went on a mission to save Hanabi-"
"Oh…" whispers a very red faced Hinata as Naruto continued to ramble on.
"And I accidentally made my feelings known to you, before I confessed that I love you when we were alone." Naruto said with a side glance, "You didn't give me your answer immediately as you left with Toneri to save Hanabi and be a spy. But I saved you and Hanabi and beat Toneri. He then realized the mistake in the decree and vowed the moon should never approach the earth. We then start dating and a couple of months later, we get engaged and then married."
"I was going to marry you?" Hinata asked with shocked eyes before an eager and happy expression came on her face, "I am glad you choose me."
"Want to hear about our non-existent kids?" Naruto asked her as he allowed her to snuggle next to him, "We would have had three kids… A boy named Boruto in honor of Neji and a Daughter who is named Himawari, she is very cute. The eldest is complicated but his name is Kawaki, and we adopted him after I monitored him. I only saw until the day Kawaki and Kurama met. After that, I asked Toneri to stop using the Tenseigan Orb to show me the future."
"It's seemed we missed out a perfect life…" Hinata mutters sadly, "Do you love me?"
"I loved you as a friend at first… but after I saw what could have happened, I know I do." Naruto tells her with a smile, "After all, you proved yourself in that non-existent future, that we deserve each other."
Naruto sees happy tears prick the corner of Hinata's Byakugan before she asked him softly, "Can I ask about our children? How did they look?"
"Ah…" a bitter smile came across Naruto's face, "Our children were going to be amazing, even Kawaki, especially when he really started to open up to us. I don't know much after Kawaki talking with Kurama, but I am sure everything would have been okay…. As for how they looked…"
Naruto's eyes turned misty before his voice croaked out, "I remember the first time I saw Boruto in that future vision from the Tenseigan…"
-Egghead Island-
Stussy stared with morbid fascination as she looked at the crack in the air that had just formed before the crack in the air began to rip into a spiraling void that drained the light from the surrounding air.
"CP0 agent." Kuma muttered as he ignored the spiraling void. "The barrier around the Labophase is impenetrable. Even my Paw-Paw powers can't bypass it."
"We have to focus the issue on hand, Kuma." Stussy said as bat-like wings sprouted from her back and her blue eyes gleamed as her Observation Haki showed her two presences appearing out from the swirling vortex.
It vanished as soon as it came and there stood two cloaked figures with a strange presence within. Immediately, one of them stumbled, and Stussy's good ears could hear him panting.
The other remained unconcerned and said gleefully, "Oh look… People!"
In a blink, Stussy watched with her analytical eyes as she watched him kick the only sole survivor of CP-8 head off.
The decapitated head of the CP-8 agent landed right next to Kuma whose cybernetic eyes looked on coldly before he removed one of his gloves exposing his paw padded hands and then looked at them before saying to Stussy, "The invaders today, none of them had bounties but don't underestimate them."
"I know…" Stussy said seriously, "But the first pair we fought are significantly stronger than those two, but I will not underestimate those two."
"Hey Shin, does human brains taste different in this world?"
"I don't know but there is a possibility, Deepa." Shin replied to his partner as he regained his footing and then pondered, "Our race of humanity differs from this world of humanity. Nine explained to us that this world is more diverse in races than our former planet. We may look the same on the outside, but we are different."
"Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I remember what Nine told us when he joined us a couple of months ago." Deepa said with an eye roll before glancing at Stussy and Kuma, "They use a mysterious power that allows the user to use their own spiritual energy for various purposes."
Stussy raised an eyebrow and looked at the Surveillance Den Den Mushi recording the event before them and thought, "I bet the doctor is very interested right now…"
"Haki and their genetics abilities, but there are also those fruits that grant power." Deepa rambled on as his orange-red eyes under the cloaked hood gleamed in their direction. "Ever since I heard about them, I always wanted to taste a Devil Fruit. I bet they taste exotic."
"Well, I am afraid you will be disappointed," Stussy said in a snarky voice, "All of them taste like shit… and you will never eat one since I will kill you here right now…"
Deepa just gave her annoyed stare and, before noticing the purple barrier around the Labophase and asked his partner, "Can you get us through that?"
"That's going to be easy, but I just need time for my right eye to recover…" Shin told him before bringing out his right arm and clenched it, "Meanwhile I want to try out my new right arm."
"Oh, I love a good fight, especially if it's a massacre…" Deepa took in a deep breath for a yell, only to be cut off by Stussy.
"Flying Finger Pistol!" mutters Stussy and fires a sharp compressed air shockwave as she thrust her finger in Deepa direction.
Only for Deepa to laugh as the compressed air shockwave bullet doesn't scratch his now turned dark and reflective skin akin to metal and asked her gleefully, much to the surprise of Stussy, "What was that? Do it again!"
Kuma then repelled the air, sending a devastating shockwave toward Deepa at high speed, hitting Deepa directly in his chest, making him stumbled back from the impact of the shockwave.
"Agh…" groaned Deepa in pain before he ripped off his cloak to reveal a tall and pale man of skinny yet well-defined build with short grayish purple hair and orange-red eyes. He had the Roman numeral Ⅶ tattooed below his eyes and wore light blue lipstick. He wore a blue-collared midriff shirt with a symmetrically bi-colored apron tied around his waist, a long glove on his left arm, and a gauntlet-like fingerless glove on his right and boot sandals.
"Just Kidding!" Deepa said with a feral and mocking grin before asking an annoyed Stussy, "Do you like my refined-carbon body? It's the most beautiful thing in the world and it makes me invincible."
"Idiot, why are you revealing yourself?" Shin said with a snarl as he walked up to his partner and began to berate him, "We are in disguise!"
"Don't worry about an information leak…" Deepa said with a careless before giving a sociopathic grin at the recording Den-Den Mushi, "We are just going to kill everything on this island!
With that declaration, Deepa's right arm turned larger and hardened as it became dark and reflective before swinging his fist forward and countless dark and shiny cubes were ejected out as projectiles in Stussy and Kuma's direction.
Using her Observation Haki to read the projectiles path, Stussy combined two of the six techniques that came from Rokushiki Martial Arts, Geppo and Soru.
"Razor!" thought Stussy as she pushed and jumped off the air to the sky above her opponents and looked down at them, while Kuma took the attacks on briefly, before vanishing in a burst of speed away Deepa attacks and towards Shin with an open hand aimed at swiping at him.
Kuma's paw padded hand connected and Stussy thought, "One down…"
Shin disappeared off the face of the island sent by Kuma to somewhere through his Paw-Paw powers.
Deepa gleeful expression turned into one of confusion before asking Kuma, "What just happened?"
Kuma did not answer and vanished in a burst of speed in Deepa's direction. Only for Kuma to crash face fist down halfway, with a pissed off Shin on Kuma's back, who appeared out of nowhere, digging through his flesh with an altered appendage that looked like claws.
Kuma immediately counters by swiping at Shin who just dodged Kuma's hand with ease and landed next to Deepa and warned him with a snarl, "If it wasn't for my Space-Time Dōjutsu, I would still be trapped in that paw shaped bubble. Deepa, keep your distance away from that one and if he comes close, use long range combat."
Shin's clawed hands ripped off the clock to reveal himself.
Standing before them was a tall, bald man with a scar that cut across his face from right temple to the bridge of his nose. His toothless grin was the least thing gruesome about himself.
His body was adorned with many eyes, such as one in each eye socket, three on top of his head, one on each shoulder, one on each pectoral, one on each of his triceps, five along the back of his forearms, and one on the back of each hand. Eight stitches held open his right eyelids, revealing a bloodshot eye with darkened sclera. All of his eyes pupils glowed red and the three tomoes within them morphed into a pattern that was a large circle around the pupil with three points.
Vegapunk eyes were glued on the screen as he watched the battle with the new intruders before the intruders ripped off their cloaks and revealed their abilities.
"One seems to be capable of teleportation…" Vegapunk thought with breakneck speeds as he analyzed everything he saw, "And the other can transform and generate a hard substance from his body. The substance is not metallic…"
"Aha, it's carbon! High dense carbon!" Vegapunk realized before the door was behind him was kicked in and he turned around to see a tall hooded man holding a large metallic suitcase.
Vegapunk then glanced at Sentomaru, who immediately rushed and swung his massive axe at the cloaked individual. Only for the individual to catch the massive axe with his bare hand and shattered it to pieces and then backhanded Sentomaru, knocking him out cold as he was sent crashing to the lab floor.
"Don't resist, Vegapunk…" the hooded figure said coldly and then a sharp voice hit Vegapunk's mind, "That goes for all you Satellites too…"
"Are you speaking through our minds?" Vegapunk asked before demanding, "What are your intentions?"
Only for the intruder to ignore him and sigh, "Anytime now…"
Suddenly Vegapunk blinked as he saw countless white feathers fluttering down and slowly drowsiness filled his body, and his eyes began to droop, and he then saw Shaka slump over and began to snore.
"Oh, finally! He finally casted the Genjutsu" Vegapunk heard the intruder say as his vison darkened, "Hey Karasuki, I have a question for you."
Vegapunk hearing got blurrier as his vision darkened. Now he could barely hear the conversation going on before darkness took him.
-Pure Land-
Naruto felt talking about losing something he never had was very hard for him, but Hinata was a good listener and Naruto then ventured into his years of loneliness after the war and still she was a good listener.
Naruto then glanced at Hinata to see her having tears drip down her faces.
"Hey…" Naruto looked at her sadly, "Are you okay?"
"I can't imagine the suffering you went through…" Hinata cried as she sniffed, "You gave us a good burial, every human that died on that day got one, and then lived your days hunting down Black Zetsu? Why didn't you just give up? Why put yourself through all of that!?"
"Then I won't be Uzumaki Naruto anymore," Naruto muttered to himself and then glared, "I had to do right by every single person I killed when I harvested the Chakra fruit to stop you from turning into White Zetsu's. Besides, Black Zetsu needs to be put down!"
"So you just hunted him down till you died?" Hinata asked with pained eyes.
"Not exactly…" said Naruto before he froze when he sensed a very familiar chakra behind him.
And then a very familiar voice saying, "Sorry Hinata, may I steal Naruto from you?"
"Of course, Sasuke-Kun," Hinata said with a nod before glaring at Sasuke. "Be nice to him or I will hurt you! One of you guys always gets into an argument that drags everyone into it."
Naruto turned around to see Uchiha Sasuke standing behind him with a ticked off expression at the comment Hinata just threw at him before the anger receded.
Sasuke black eyes seemed to have lost their usual harsh coldness, before the left eye turned into a Rinnegan and the right into a Sharingan and sigh before saying in an annoyed voice, "Blame Madara and Hashirama most of the brawls are started by them."
"Go on…" Hinata said to Naruto, "I will see you later."
Naruto stood up and then followed Sasuke, who was smirking at him before saying, "So Naruto, who have you been doing?"
"Oh, I don't know? I was angry and pissed off for nine years when you died, I am still angry with you!" Naruto snorted with an annoyed voice, "By the way, that last argument we had right before you died-"
"Yeah, what about it?" Sasuke asked in a confused voice before he felt a fist rock his world and he took off as the impact of Naruto delivered a force that sent him flying.
Sasuke landed roughly before he spat out the goblet of blood and glared at Naruto in annoyance and heard through the ringing of his ears Naruto hissing at him, "That was for thinking you can kill me! And then dying on me!"
"Oh, I forgot how annoying you can be Naruto!" Sasuke growled before teleporting with his Rinnegan right next to Naruto and threw a punch straight into Naruto's gut before delivering an uppercut that sent Naruto flying into the air.
Only for Naruto to recover midair, and formed a Rasengan in his hand and roared, "SASUKE!"
"NARUTO!" Sasuke yelled back as lightning cloaked his hands and formed a sharp blade out of the lightning.
Both rushed each at each other and their attacks met in a clash that sent vibrations throughout the entire Pure Lands.
-Minion Island-
Yamato stumbled backwards as she blocked another string bullet from Doflamingo and then imbued her club with Armament Haki and then looked at Ulti.
"Ulti doesn't have the speed to land a blow on him yet…" Yamato thought before and then glanced at Page One, "And so does Page One, both of their Haki are inferior to this guy. I have been fighting for two hours and currently those two can only support me as distractions."
As for Tama, she had passed out from the clash of two Conquerors Haki users fighting.
Yamato then swung her club, generating another shockwave that Doflamingo barely dodged and then thought, "I am getting tired… My Haki is getting low! But so should his… He is panting even harder than me!"
"Your Captain, where is he! " asked Doflamingo for the umpteenth time, "Because I wanna see his face when I dangle your corpses as puppets when I am killing him after this!"
"SHUT UP!" yelled an enraged Yamato, before she vanished from his sight and reappeared in a burst of speed, smashing her club across Doflamingo midsection and the force sent him flying across the island with a pained grunt on his face.
Yamato collapsed onto her knees and panted before she noticed that she dropped something from her pocket. It was a piece of paper shrouded within heatless blue flames that kept pulsing as she held it gingerly within her hands.
"Is that Naruto's vivre card?" thought a stunned Yamato as she immediately recognizes it before, "What's is going on right now?"
-Pure Lands-
Sasuke just panted and glared at Naruto, who was doing the same before both of them fell on their butts and Sasuke began to chuckle.
That chuckle turned into full-blown laughter once he saw Naruto's confused face, and the only people who could intervene in this squabble.
Currently, the section of the Pure Land that they fought on was not populated at all but now is a smoking and steaming.
"Honestly, you two…" sighed Kakashi with a tired voice, "I know you two got unsolved issues, but this is too much!"
"I am actually disappointed Sasuke," Itachi said as he appeared right in the middle of the crater, "Dad and Mom will- Actually they are already here."
Sasuke just sighed and then met his parent's eyes, who both looked mortified and shocked. Naruto's parents were the same.
"Sasuke…" Fugaku muttered at his son before pinching the bridge of his nose and sighed, "What is the meaning of this?"
"I threw the first punch," Naruto admitted and then glancing at Sasuke, "And also I escalated this brawl… You held back with your Chidori, Sasuke."
"So did you Naruto with your Rasengan, …" Sasuke said with a shrug and then pointed at Naruto with, "I seriously need to talk to you right now!"
"What's going on here?" Sakura's voice came from far away before she flinched at the sight of those two sitting in a middle of a crater looking a bit battered before face palming herself and growled out, "Idiots!"
Suddenly Sasuke sensed 4 familiar chakra signatures behind him and buried his face into his hands in deep shame as he listened to them, looking at the sight with amusement and disappointment.
"Yes… I won the bet! Ashura, Hashirama, Madara! You all need to pay up!" Otsutsuki Indra said.
"So, the good boy in our group finally grew up…" Madara chuckled with amusement, "We just needed his spiritual brother to start the fire within him!"
"Ashura got anything to say…" Hashirama asked the younger son of the Sage of Six Paths, "What are your impressions on your chakra's last reincarnation?"
"He seems interesting…" mused Ashura with a grin, "He should lose all that Orange though it looks unnatural-"
"What is it?" Madara asked Ashura, whose eye were narrowed and staring directly at Naruto before they glanced around.
"Why do I sense his chakra over there…" Ashura asked in a confused expression, "And where are the tailed beast's souls that should be sealed within his soul?"
-Pure Lands-
"We find ourselves in a tough situation, Mother." A voice echoed in a dark room, "The flow of time is already changing in the Pure Lands. It's a sign that turbulent times are coming to the Pure Land."
"Are you talking about Uzumaki Naruto trial in the summit?" the woman replied in a worried tone, "We can't even start it! And you know that Hamura!"
"All those years we presided over the Pure Lands," Hagaromo muttered as he stroked his goatee. "We never seen this situation before, brother. A human that is alive and dead at the same time."
Hamura then tapped his staff on the floor to reveal a multitude of images flashing and blurring as they shifted from one to another.
"Mother… Zetsu is not the biggest problem right now," Hagaromo said as the floor showed the millions of White Zetsu amassing under Black Zetsu.
"Nor your former partner and his group. Even if they have countless humans to use for experimentations and sacrifices , from the people from the continents outside the elemental nations their leader saved." Hamura said as he glanced down to see an image of kids dying from an experiment that attempted to brand them with something their Mother still refused to explain.
"It's the boy…" sighed Kaguya as she saw the image formed into Uzumaki Naruto being admonished by his parents for the first time and then changed to a futuristic-looking island, "After all the boy's body is still alive thanks to the Tailed Beasts within him on that Island. And then there is also…"
"If this goes on…" Hamura said with a shaking head, "Eventually I don't know when? Life and death will begin to overlap, the dead will flood that world and the living can interact with the Afterlife!"
"My advice is for us to wait," Kaguya said with a chilling voice as she raised a palm to stop her kids from arguing with her. "We can't afford to do any risky moves. But We have a lot of time in here! Uzumaki Naruto's trial in the summit… The boy doesn't deserve any of this, but he angered many people when he killed them to save their souls. They are all screaming for blood."
"Don't worry mother…" Hagoromo said with a smile as the image shifted to a large courtyard filled with Shinobi and Kage of the Fourth Shinobi War, the Image focused especially on a young man smoking a cigarette and a hair pulled back in a spiky ponytail as he played Shogi with an elder. "We are going to make sure Uzumaki Naruto gets the best defense in the summit before he is judged and sentenced."
A/N: Hi I missed this…. I was in a bad place after my personal trip… then a really close family member of mine died. So I took a long break… Sorry If I made you worry. Anyway the next chapter is going to be only on Naruto in the Pure Lands, and the one after that well… This is a very important arc. As for Deepa and Shin and the other two hidden members of a certain group, well let say I am cooking something with them.
By now you should now why Naruto couldn't beat Black Zetsu, the white Zetsu army and the vessel he was using was a huge problem. Madara's dead body still has his eyes and contains traces of power from the ten tails that is powered up by Kaguya's arm that was left behind. A deadly combo that Naruto still has to beat in the future. And about Naruto killing Luffy, that was an exaggeration + a joke. But when they meet Naruto and Luffy are going to butt heads due…. Well I cant spoil it for you, but Luffy and his crew will obviously have their asses handed to them.
Now for the questions:
Dragonkeeper10 (Chapter 15): Jigen is in the story and he and his group will be having a much larger role than you will expect. Of course, due to this being a different timeline than Boruto, Kawaki is non-existent as his father died in the 4GNW.
Spellbat (Chapter 15): Orochimaru is gonna be playing a big role in the next two chapters and by what he meant by that Orochimaru is a therapist and knows things that Naruto does not.
Stonepotrice (Chapter 15): Hidan is in a cult that follows Jashin. The Tailed Beasts chakra are keeping the body in fresh condition yes. Itachi Raven was burnt in the war by Itachi remember? Oh his darker half regrets a lot of things… and its coming out in the next chapter. I am not spoiling anything about the teleportation to Minion Island.
King0fP0wers (Chapter 15): I want you guys to hate Orochi more than you ever did in the manga if this is his end… Doffy and Yamato is just starting and will be continued.
Guest (Chapter 15): Yes I read the latest chapter… Kishimoto never left his prime even after all those years, the roles switched and Eida and Dameon and Code is really keeping me on my toes. Sarada and Sasuke are also raising up my ranks again.
Uchicha ASHU (Chapter 15): Well I want this fanfic to be bigger then Shinobi of the High Seas so I have to think and plan ahead with my ideas.

Boruto is really underrated and overrated because its not Naruto… Kishimoto was going to continue after the 4GNW with a new manga about Naruto after the Last Movie. Making it the third part of Naruto about exploring Otsutsuki but he wanted to spend time with his family so he dropped it.
When he came back, he realized Naruto was a completed character by that point so that's why he chooses Boruto as an MC.
