After the small nap the campers had gotten after being awoken so early, they were finally ready to begin their day at camp. Tusk yawned getting out of bed, looking at Andy who was deep in meditation. after the boys got up, they joined the others in the Mess Hall for breakfast. Surprisingly they were not serving slop for breakfast but the Grits and Gel-Oh they served at Camp Kidney was just slightly better.

The Cocoa Beans sat at their table, Steven poking one of the gelatinous cubes. Jakk Simply ate his Breakfast, running the metal spoon through his bowl and placing the scoopful in his mouth. eventually Andy was the one to break the silence, asking everyone's thoughts on the Commander.

Steven was pretty vocal about his dislike for authority figures, choosing to follow his own rules, this was one of the reasons that made him the enforcer of the Westridge Orphans gang, that and his strange loyalty to Andy. Despite his personal distaste Steven did not want to stand out or get on bad terms with the Commander.

Jakk Shrugged, mentioning his father and as such the Kangaroo grew up around his father and his friends form the service. Jakk mentioned that while Hoo-Ha seemed commanding, nothing about him really seemed hostile.

The four continued their breakfast as Andy turned to Lazlo, whispering to him and asking exactly what his relationship to Patsy Smiles was, having just found out that the Camp Commander was her father. Andy naturally asked if they were 'a thing'. Andy seemed to be the first scout to pick up on it as Lazlo denied this saying he and Patsy were just friends.

"Dude, she visited you in the infirmary and then did a list of self-imposed tasks just to make it up to you. anyone going that far sees you as more than a friend" Andy commented. Lazlo was aware of Patsy's feeling towards him but still had not returned those feeling, partially due to her father but mostly...Lazlo wasn't sure how he felt about Patsy.

Andy noticed the conversation was making the monkey uncomfortable, so he dropped it resuming his breakfast, wondering how inspection was going over with the Squirrels across the lake.

Over at Acorn Flats Hoo-Ha was finishing his inspection. as always Acorn Flats seemed to pass with flying colors. the buildings were clean, the sunflower garden was maintained well. The buffalo wrote it down, honestly wanting to leave ASAP as he felt his masculinity being drained just be being at the girl camp and in presence of all this stuff that was 'feminine'.

"Okay, see you later Daddy" Patsy waved to her father, she was usually happy to see him but also did not like him staying for extended periods of time. part of this was due to the fact that Hoo-Ha was a Commander first and her father second. The full truth was that Patsy was not the favorite child, that would be her younger brother.

Hoo-Ha was from the old school and saw his son as the more important child, the one to carry on the legacy etc., Patsy was usually cast to the side, unless he jumped to protect her, which she rarely asked for; believing she was able to take care of herself.

"Take care Pumpkin" Hoo-Ha replied heading toward his jeep as he was approached by Mucus. The two adults had a mutual friendship as Hoo-Ha respected Rubella's standing as a coach and approving of her methods. She was looking to tell the Commander about the problems with the new Cocoa Beans. All she could really pin them for was shooting up the watchtower with paint.

Hoo-Ha called Patsy forward, asking her exactly what happened and if the new Beans were indeed making trouble for her. The other scouts looked at Patsy, knowing that if she vilified the Cocoa Beans, they would probably get kicked out of Camp Kidney or worse. Despite this she had promised to be cool with them and besides that Steven had dirt on her.

"It was just fun Camp Pranks Daddy, yes they DID shoot at our watchtower with Paintballs but that was only after we chucked Watermelons at them and we got them back" Patsy defended, pointing to the Jelly Flag over Flying Squirrel cabin, telling how they assaulted Camp Kidney with water guns.

Hoo-Ha rubbed a tear from eye, beaming with laughter; actually, earning a look of surprise from Mucus and some of the other scouts. recalling when he was a Bean Scout and was stuck in a prank war with the Squirrels. He was surprisingly happy to see the tradition being kept alive. he then left as the girls asked Patsy why she covered from Cocoa Beans.

"I did NOT cover for them, I only told him the Truth; I'm not going to LIE to my father" Patsy defended, also adding that the Flying and Cocoa cabin have established a truce for the time being. claiming they got them back, they won when they took Jelly cabin's flag and asking if they could just drop it as Nina adjusted her glasses.

Since they were talking about the Bean scout the Giraffe felt it an appropriate time to mention it was Laundry Day meaning that all the scouts would be driven into town to wash their uniforms at Laundry Matt's. Since the Squirrels did not have a bus, they often rode into town with the Bean Scouts.

Despite any rivalry, Laundry Day was genuinely apricated by both camp as it was only twice a month and the only where they got to wash their clothes and as such the two camps always had a ceasefire on Laundry Day. the girls from Flying were happy as since Steven had powdered their underwear the only pairs that they've been wearing were the ones they had on at the time it happened, which they've been wearing for about a week.

The Girls left to gather their Socks, Underwear and Uniforms, changing into some casual clothes as they would wait for the Camp Kidney bus to pick them up. in addition to going into town to wash their clothes they also got a couple hours to wander around.

"I've been looking forward to Laundy Day, Rachel stated, her uniform (along with Terrifield's) still splattered with red paint. putting her clothes into a bag and writing her name on it. Rachel looked over at Honey was giggling at how they got their uniforms so messy. Terrifield looking at Honey's uniform, bring up the syrup stains on it from pancake Tuesday which was a few days ago.

In Truth most of the Scouts (of both Camps) had dirty uniforms. Laundry day was always something they both enjoyed as the girls were never so happy to see the Camp Kidney bus. getting on board. The scouts had an unofficial rule that the Beans would sit one side of the bus and the Squirrels would sit on the other side.

Beans and Squirrels sitting together was not unheard of, but it was rare. Andy sat down on the boy's side, surprised that all the scouts could fit on one bus, swearing some of the Bean Scouts were missing but not questioning it. The bus drove off to Prickly Pines.

The ride was quiet as The Scouts all sat on the seats. Suzie was sitting next to Amber, the Rabbit who had figured out that the Poodle was 'super crushing' on the wolf and was looking to get some one-on-one time, asking for any ideas, as Amber managed to get a smooch in with Tusk as the Rabbit pulled her ears over her head in embarrassment as they were not letting her forget that moment.

"Just work that feminine charm on him" Toodie commented as the girls giggled, Suzie glancing at Steven tapping the wolf's shoulder as he turned looking at the Poodle sitting on the opposite row next to him. she wiggled her fingers to him in a subtle flirty manner. Steven just turned back to Jakk, talking about music as Suzie pouted, back home the flirty manner always seemed to get guys' attention. Suzie was pretty popular back home and quite attractive and the fact that Steven just turned away at one glance was new to her.

Toodie checked her eyes, rubbing them to make sure she saw what she thought she saw. Steven just ignored the Poodle, comforting her as Suzie smirked, claiming the rejection just mad her want him more.

"Mark my words Toodie, He WILL be mine and I WILL get a kiss" Suzie wagered as Amber shook her head, holding her forehead in annoyance at Suzie's behavior. she did not say anything, having her own awkward moment with Tusk. She glanced over at the Boar who was a bit bored. He was talking with Andy about something Orphan related whatever that meant.

While Amber was a bit offput by Suzie's desire to pursue Steven she somewhat respected it as she could never do that, what happened with Tusk was an accident, a sweet and happy accident but still an accident.

The Jelly trio were near the back of the bus or the 'Bumpy seats' as they called it. Lazlo sitting with Raj as the Monkey heard a psst. both Jellies turned to see Patsy twiddling her fingers at the Monkey.

"Lazlo, do you remember the last time we were on a bus together?" Patsy asked as Lazlo tried to figure out which instance she was referring to, shrugging his shoulder. The Mongoose was quick to explain to their trip to Gushing Geyser, Reminding Lazlo that he broke his promise to sit next to her.

Patsy was aiming to cash in the promise she was promised so long ago but never got, due to Raj interrupting. Lazlo thought it over. it was true he had agreed to sit next to her, but he had honestly forgot about it. Lazlo had actually thought Patsy herself had forgot about it, or that it wasn't a big deal.

"Okay Patsy, you're right I'll fulfil my end of the deal" Lazlo agreed to as Raj looked at him, asking if he was serious. Lazlo nodded, saying he technically backed out of his deal, which he agreed to last time and while he never thought about that, being reminded made him feel a bit guilty as he promised to sit next to Patsy than broke that promise.

Patsy smiled, thanking Lazlo for keeping his end of the promise as Raj pulled Lazlo aside, asking how he know this wasn't a scheme. Lazlo admitted it was possible but commented that he trusted Patsy the most out of the Squirrels.

a few of the campers asked if they stop by Beef Lumberjacks for lunch while their clothes were being washed and dried. Lumpus ever the fan of the steakhouse restaurant agreed to this but told the scouts that they would be responsible to paying for their food.

"You all have money, and don't go overboard" The Moose replied, recalling what happened last time he could not pay the bill, which resulted in him sticking his head out a hole in the whole for about a week. The scouts seemed excited about expect for Tusk and Amber who did not eat meat, but they could probably find some sides to eat.

So, a twist with Hoo-Ha, you would expect him to be furious at the Beans for pranking the Squirrels, but he seems to be in favor of the traditional prank war between the two camps, he would probably praise the Cocoa Beans for pulling off such a maneuver.
