Chapter 7 Finding Duet Partners

Jake's POV

As we were walking into the studio we saw Owlette.

"Where's Pirate Princess?" Owlette asked.

"We left her behind." Stormy told her.

"Flittering feathers what?" Owlette wanted to know as everyone else who didn't go were shocked.

"We need to get her back." Owlette told us.

"I'm sure Pirate Princess will get herself out of the situation." Stormy told her.

Owlette's POV

What if Peter kicks her out?" I exclaimed.

"He won't let her." Stormy said.

Pirate Princess's POV

As I was still at The Mer Dance, I came walking towards them.

"What are you doing here?" The girl asked as I didn't respond cause I don't know what to say.

"What are you doing here?" The coach asked the same question.

"I am here to audition." I lied.

"Okay, go ahead." The same girl told me.

The Mer Dance team all stood to one side as I began to dance. After I was done, they all clapped.

"You know, we need someone like you on our team." The coach exclaimed.

Izzy's POV

As we were still waiting for Pirate Princess to come back, Peter and Red Jessica came walking in.

"Okay everyone today's activity is doing duets!" Peter exclaimed.

"Wait a minute, has anyone seen pirate Princess?" Red Jessica asked.

"She should be on her way soon, she's running late." I told her.

"Anyway, you will be doing duets and will show it to us later. In the meantime you guys should be finding a duet partner like right now." Peter told us as he and Red Jessica left.

"Izzy, would you please be my duet partner?" Jake asked.

"Oh my goodness Jake yes of course yes!!" I said with excitement as I kissed his lips.

Stormy's POV

As I turn towards Cubby he was waiting for me to ask him the question.

"Hey, Cubby would you like to be my duet part...?" I didn't get to finish as he kissed my lips.

"Of course I'll be your duet partner you don't need to ask." Cubby said.

"Okay." I told him.

Finn's POV

As I turned to John, the boy started to speak.

"We're partners." John exclaimed.

"Okay." I answered.

Pirate Princess's POV

As I walked into studio A, I saw everyone.

"Hey, guys." I exclaimed.

"Are you okay?" Finn asked.

"I got caught, don't worry I handled it." I told him.

""What did you tell them?" Jake asked as he hand his arms folded.

"I told him I was there to audition for their studio." I answered.

"I told you guys it was a bad idea to spy on them. No, all of you including you Jake had to go to it. I thought you were mature about this Jake you're the one who drove them there." Finn said.

"Yep, I agree with Finn." Bart said.

Peter's POV

Once Red and Jessica and I came in, I saw pirate Princess.

"Pirate Princess may I please speak to you in my office?" I asked.

"Okay." She said.

"Please sit down." I exclaimed as she sat down.

"I just got a call from the Mer dance coach Alisha, and heard that your transferring. Do you know anything about that?" I asked.

"Peter don't worry, I'm not transferring calm down." Pirate Princess answered.

"Then what were you doing there?" I wanted to know.

"How is the only check on them and videoing their routines." Pirate Princess exclaimed.

"Why were you doing that?" I asked.

"To let you know what we are facing and what we are up against." Pirate Princess said.

"So are you planning on leaving?" I wanted to know.

"No sir." Pirate Princess said.

"Okay phew, good." I said as I sat down on my desk.

"You may now go, and go get a dance partner." I told her.

"Okay!" Pirate Princess said as she left.

Stormy's POV

"Owlette, do you think your once piece suit is appropriate dance wear? Because that one piece suit you're wearing right now but is actually inappropriate and I don't want to see it again." I asked while walking towards her.

Peter's POV

As I came out of my office, I walked into studio A, I began to yell Stormy's name.

"STORMY, COME TO MY OFFICE NOW!!" I yelled as I was pointing my finger at her as she walked over as everyone was shocked.

Stormy's POV

"Stormy, try and stop Pirate Princess from leaving to go to the Mer Dance." Peter told me.

"Fine." I answered.

Red Jessica's POV

"Peter the dancers are ready to work." I exclaimed.

"Okay." Peter exclaimed.

Bart's POV

While cubby and I were teaching baby ballet class, cubby was doing all the work while I was just sitting down working on my math. That's when Owlette walked in.

"I'm trying to do my maths, can you help me?" I asked.

"What is it. You good?" Owlette asked.

"Yeah." I responded and closed my book and put it down.

"Hey Bart, Stormy commented on what I was wearing." Owlette told me.

"Oh, what did she say?" I asked.

"She said that my owl suit is inappropriate to wear." Owlette explained.

"Just ignore her, also you're okay to wear the suit." I said.

"Right. And good luck. Owlette said.

"Thank you so much." I thanked her.

As the parents came to pick up the kids, Cubby gave an award to one of the last kids.

"See ya kids." Cubby exclaimed.

"Bye bye, Mr. Andrews." Sam exclaimed as she gave him a hug.

"Aww, coconuts." Cubby said as went to her mother.

"Yo man." Cubby called.

"Yo what's up?" I asked.

"You know Jake being our dance Captain, and stuff?" Cubby wanted to know as I nodded.

"Yes." I answered.

"Well, what i don't like is him yelling at us. It's like he's yelling at my nephew or nieces, which he doesn't but seriously, he needs to get it together."

Jake's POV

As we were all warming up and rehearsing in Studio A, Izzy and I were working on our duet.

"Hey Jake, do you want to work on our duet together?" Izzy asked.

"Yeah." I answered as we started to rehearse our duet now.

But at we were rehearsing our duet, John came over to us and asked Izzy a question that I really hated.

"Hey Izzy want to go on a date with me?" John wanted to know as I got really angry and was about to attack him but Izzy placed her hand on my chest to stop me.

"I'm going out with Jake, he's my boyfriend." Izzy exclaimed.

"Oh." John said and walked away from us.

"Izzy, would you go on a date with me?" I wanted to know.

"Yes, of course." Izzy answered as we then kissed.

Cubby's POV

As Bart and I went into Studio B, we both walked to Finn.

"Hey, Finn we need to talk about our Dance Captain Jake." I started the conversation.

"What about him?" Finn wanted to know.

"We think Izzy should be dance Captain, and not Jake. He's so bossy." I told him.

Finn's POV

"Well, I disagree on the changes. I still want Jake to..." I was about to say something but Cubby cut me off.

"But, Izzy would be a better fit as our dance Captain." Cubby said as I walk out of studio B.

Izzy's POV

As Jake and I were in studio A, my boyfriend decides to dance for me as I began to join in with him.

"Ooh Mr. Hutchinson, I love the way you dance." I told him.

"Wow, thank you my lady." Jake thanked me.

"Your welcome my prince." I said as I went into my bag and placed a crown on Jake's head.

"There, now your my real prince." I exclaimed.

"And you are my princess." Jake told me as he placed my tiara on my head.

"Isn't this the same tiara that Pirate Princess gave me?" I asked.

"Yup." Jake answered.

"Awwwwww." I exclaimed with a smile while blushing.
