This chapter happens within the night of "Season 2 ~ Act 15: Infiltration -Sailor Mars!", with a new attack that no Sailor Guardians haven't noticed. Until one...
While everyone in Tokyo is finally asleep, but in one room. Lily was sleeping soundly while Bailey is right next to her. Suddenly, Lily began to dream.
Lily's Dream
Within Lily's dream, she was walking through the halls of ancient ruins that look like from the age of the Millenium which, however, she has never seen before. "Where?" Lily spoke, "Where am I?"
"Moonflower," two voices echoed within the fog.
"Hello," she called out. "Whose there?"
"Moonflower," the two voices called out again.
"Mama, papa? Is that you?"
"Moonflower," two female voices echo into a reply. "It's almost time."
"Time?" Lily echoed, "Time for what?"
"Your destiny, your awakening."
"My what?" suddenly, everything has begun to show shadows. Begun to swarm within the area.
"You must wake up," the first voice spoke.
"And finally help Sailor Moon to save the Earth," the second voice spoke. "From both past and future."
"Who…who are you?" Lily called out, suddenly the shadows turned to shape.
"You must not be afraid," the voices called out.
"You have the power to turn everything to light," the second voice spoke.
"Just like Sailor Moon did," the first voice added.
"What? What power?" Lily called out, "What are you talking about?"
"The power of…" suddenly, everything has gone straight to black.
Lily's Dream End…
Lily shoot up straight once she woke up. Breathing heavily as cold sweat drips from her brow. W-what? Lily thought. What was that? A dream? Suddenly, a sound of scattering has moved from the surface of the floor. "Huh?" Lily looks to her side, seeing Bailey still asleep soundly on the bed right next to her. Hmm, must have been a mouse. Lily thought as she felt her throat is parched. Slowly bit quietly, she started to get up from bed. Suddenly, a creature popped out of nowhere that looks like a monster-like insect is on the cabinet. Lily screamed; Bailey jumped to her paws in a start of awake.
"Moonflower, what…?" Bailey was about to ask. But stop as she sees an insect-type monster that is crawling on the wall. "Yip!" Bailey jumped into Lily's arms in fright. "What is that?"
"No clue, but not planning to stay to find out." Lily ran out of the room with Bailey in her arms.
With a sudden stop, she sees Mamoru is nearly covered with creatures as he sleeps but his breathing begins to weaken with every minute. "Oh no," Lily worried. "Mamoru!"
"Lord Mamoru!" Bailey called out as she too becomes worried.
"Hey, get off him!" Lily kicked the creatures off Mamoru. "Mamoru, wake up!" Lily shook him, "Please wake up."
"Uh," Mamoru woke up weakly. "Lily…Bailey…what are you…?" suddenly, he stopped as he sees creatures were about to pounce on Lily from behind. "Uh, Lily…look out!" He pushes Lily and Bailey out of the way as he rolled out off the couch. The creatures missed and crawled away for a moment. Then slowly crawl towards them. "Uh," Mamoru weakly sat up straight. "How did those get in? And what are those things?"
"I have no idea," Lily replied. "I just woke up and was about to get a drink of water. But these things have appeared out of nowhere and…they seemed to drain some of your energy before I could wake you up."
"And whatever those creatures are, they are scary." Bailey shivered in fear as she curled up into a ball in Lily's arm.
"…I…I got to…call the girls…" Mamoru spoke as he weakly tried to stand up.
"There is no time," Lily spoke. "They might have been under the same spell or attack that you once were." Lily got worried as she said it. "It will take time for them to recover before they could get here," Lily sighed. "I hate to suggest this, but we got to investigate, and…get you somewhere safe."
"I'm not letting you do this alone," Mamoru protested.
"But you got to…" before Lily could finish, the creatures began to approach in a swarm of their kind. Turning themselves into a figure.
"Look out!" Mamoru covered both Lily and Bailey. With a sudden push from that figure, a crashing out of the window has thrown them out. Slowly in fear, they began to fall towards the empty streets of Tokyo.
In the darkness, Lily was floating in mid-air nearly falling asleep in the dark. This surrounding…felt so calming, Lily thought. But…but what do I get a feeling that…?
"Descendant," two familiar voices from before having called out to her.
Huh, who…? Lily slowly opens her eyes.
"Descendant, you must wake up." The first voice spoke.
"So, you will protect what has mattered the most," the second voice added.
"Uh…I don't understand," Lily called out.
"You will," the first voice spoke.
"But right now, you must wake up." Suddenly, a flash of light appeared. Lily slowly lifted towards the light and suddenly, everything went to black.
Lily moaned in her sleep as she felt something strong and warm is embracing her, shaking lightly to wake her up.
"Lily!" Mamoru spoke. "Lily wake up."
"Uh…huh, Mamoru?" Lily whispered as she slowly open her eyes.
"Moonflower?" Bailey whimpered in worry.
Thank goodness, she's awake. Mamoru mentally sighs in relief. "Are you okay, Lily?" Mamoru asked as he help her to sit up.
"Yeah, I think so." Lily nearly rubbed her head. "What happened?"
"We've been pushed and have been fallen from a 20-story building."
"What?" Lily looks up. Seeing how high Mamoru's apartment was, "How did we…?"
"No clue," Mamoru shrugged. "All I have just woken up, seeing a tower of rose vines without any thrones has softened our fall. Then disappeared when we were landed on the ground, and you were asleep."
"Uh…" Lily rubbed her head. "I think I have a headache." As she slightly feels her head throbbing.
"I think that you may have a mild concussion from that fall," Mamoru spoke. "I'll take a good look at your head when this is all over."
"But at least we all are still alive," Bailey spoke.
"But not for long," a mysterious voice spoke. Both Lily, Mamoru, and Lily lookup. Seeing a guy that never seen before.
"Who are you?" Mamoru growled.
"Names Game Console," the man spoke. "I never imagine that you will survive the fall."
"Game Console, what type of name is that?" Lily narrowed her eyes.
"The name is none of your business!" Game Console barked, "But first, I have to do a little damage. But…you are in the way," he commanded the creatures. Mamoru was about to get up but slowly went back to his knees.
"Mamoru," Lily worryingly spoke.
Game Console laughed, "Well would you know, he's too weak to fight since I took away his energy."
"You may have taken his energy, but you haven't taken mine." Lily stood up and stood in front of Mamoru and Bailey.
"Lily don't…" Mamoru spoke.
"Now that will be a nuisance, I guess that I have to get rid of you first." Game Console snapped his fingers. The creatures attack Lily, pushing her away from Mamoru and Bailey.
"Lily!" Mamoru called out.
"Moonflower!" Bailey called out. Lily's back crashed into a wall hard. Nearly leaving air out of her lungs.
"Why?" Lily whispered in pain. "Why are you doing this?"
"So, I could please the princes' of the Black Moon for the massive destruction."
"Black Moon?" Lily's eyes widened in fear. "But…there are many lives that you are tormenting. Some have homes and people are living here."
"You called this home?" Game Console barked, "It's nothing but garbage, where people are selfish and tossed those who have appreciated you like garbage."
"You're…?" Lily almost lost her words as she become lost into her thoughts.
"You thought in the same way, do you?" Game Console wickedly smiled. "You were an outcast, a nobody. Just like me, nowhere to fit in. No place to call of your own, just a person that has been replaced."
"I…" Lily nearly looks down.
"I am right, aren't I?"
Lily did not respond as she looks down and turns away. Felt the urge for tears to escape from her eyes.
"Join me," Game Console continued. "And I…"
"Don't listen to him, Lily!" Mamoru called out.
"Huh?" Lily looks up.
"Yeah, it is true that we do have some places that we don't call our own." Mamoru continued. "But some can welcome those who would be needed the most. Accepting them into their home as their own. Home is not just a place to stay and live, it is also a place to shelter strangers that would feel the share, security, joy, crazy, and comfort within that home. That is why I did it with you, to have open arms so you will not be an outcast and to be left alone. That also happened with your sister, even if it was a spell. We still welcome you both when there is a time of need."
Lily's eyes widened as she remembers Mamoru and the Tsukino family welcoming two sisters as one of their own into their own homes to feel safe from dark times. Slowly, Lily began to remember one of the verses from the bible that her father once read to her.
Flashback Begins
Within Lily's memory, she remembers that she is in the library with her father. Holding a Bible, reading a verse to teach her something that she does not quite understand. "I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat. I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger and you invited me in." Lily's father closed the book as he finished reading the verse. "Tell me Moonflower, what do these words me to you?" Before Lily could answer, everything has become clouded.
Flashback Ended
When Lily's memory ended, started to understand what is happening to her surroundings. So that is what papa have meant when he read the verse to me, Lily thought as tears flooded into her eyes. "Thank you, Mamoru," Lily smiled as the weight have been lifted from her shoulder.
Mamoru smiled in return.
"What a touchy moment, yuck." Game Console gestured in disgust. "Such sickening…"
"You're wrong," Lily slowly stood up. "The life on Earth is not just a home, it is a place of life that all creatures alike can be welcome on either side. A stranger helping another stranger, a friend helping a friend, or a family member helping another family member that is in need. A home is full of strangers that will love and charge with one another. For every moment to be shared with. Earth holds that share, a home for those that can hold the good and the bad. The generosity and selfishness. That home is where we all could feel equal instead of being different, so we will never be alone. Because we are one." I know that now, Lily thought.
"Well then," Game Console huffed. "If you think that since you can't join me, you should join them in the garbage shoot with the trash contractor."
"Then bring it," Lily challenged him. Suddenly, Lily's forehead has started to become warm. In a flash upon her forehead, a speck of light has started to glow upon her forehead surface. Showing a symbol (Earth symbol) that was not expected to be there.
"What the…?" Game Console started to back away and the creatures followed him.
"Lily?" Mamoru's eyes widened.
"What's going on?" Bailey asked as her forehead too started to glow.
Within the light and Lily's forehead has stopped glowing, Lily is standing on the water's surface. Uh? Lily looks around. Where am I? Lily wondered.
"Well done descendant," the two voices from before having spoken. "You have finally awakened."
"Awaken?" Lily echoed, "Awaken what? And…who are you two?"
"There will be a time for introductions," the second voice answered.
"But now, it is time to use your power." The first voice spoke, suddenly, a brooch has appeared out of nowhere. It is silver, but decorated with slightly bronze and gold with green, rose, and other gems attached to it.
"Uh," Lily touched it. Suddenly, the brooch began to glow.
"It is time," the second voice spoke.
"To fight, you must repeat these words…" the first voice spoke.
"Earth Prism Power, Make Up!" both voices instructed her. "Then you will defeat the enemy," the voices faded away.
"Earth…?" Lily looked at the brooch in wonder and nodded. "EARTH PRISM POWER, MAKE UP!"
Transformation Description Begins
The young girl thrust her hand into the air as her nails turned green and brown with a sudden bright light enveloping her surroundings. Her body showed a bright green and brown as she started to spin around. From her brooch, it shines green and brown, suddenly, bright green and brown ribbons have surrounded her body and started to wrap around her torso and midsection. Suddenly, a white leotard with a brown bow in the center and the brooch are clipped onto it. As the green collar with three brown stripes appeared. Lily crosses her arms; then green and brown ribbons wrap around her arm-length white gloves trimmed with brown that has a light green dot on top of it. Suddenly, a pair of dangling stars with the Earth symbol earrings appeared on each of her ears. Within a flash from the ribbon, a green skirt appears that is around Lily's waist with a brown bow on the back. Onto Lily's forehead, a small gem began to glow to a bright green as a silver tiara formed. Within a few flashes, a green choker with a brown stripe with a small gem appeared. Suddenly, the ribbon flew to her hair. Surrounding it and form to create a hairstyle; that is up to a bun. The ribbon stylized itself into a bow as feather shape white hairpins attached to Lily's hair. Lily smiled as she spun around and strike a pose in front of an image of Earth.
Transformation Description Ended
Once Lily has finally transformed, the light glow has dimed as the creatures and the Game Console have fully backed away. "Who…who are you?" Game Console shook in fear.
"Who am I?" Lily whispered as she felt warmth from the Earth's surface. "I am…" Lily smiled, "I am a pretty guardian, who fights for love and Sanctuary. I am Sailor Earth! In the name of the future Earth, I will fossilize you."
"Sailor Earth?" Mamoru echoed.
"That's impossible, there is no such thing as Sailor Earth." Game Console barked.
"There's one now," Sailor Earth felt her body become warmer than ever. "Now it is time to get the people's energy back. EARTH MOONFLOWER PETAL TWISTER!" She throws an attack, destroying every creature on site.
After they disappeared, the people's energy in the same area has started to return. "Impossible!" Game Console jumped.
"Now it's time to return where you belong!" Sailor Earth spoke.
"I wouldn't…" Game Console growled.
"EARTH ROSE SWORD DANCE!" With her attack, bunches of roses appeared as they turned to swords. Then aimed at Game Console, breaking him in half.
"NO!" He cried out as something snapped and disappeared. Leaving a pile of gadgets on the sidewalk. Letting all the energy return to the people that once was stolen.
Once everything was quiet, Sailor Earth looks at the pile. Starting to recognize what they truly are. "So, Game Console is a pile of actual game consoles?" she asked.
"Apparently," Mamoru walked up while he recovered his energy. "It seems like they have been abandoned for so long, the feelings of others that have been left behind for not having a home and forgotten. Someone must be powerful to take advantage of it and use them for their bidding."
"I see," Bailey walked up as a golden Earth symbol is shining against her cream coat in the moonlight. Suddenly, Sailor Earth hit her head.
"No wonder the creatures look familiar," she said. "They were from a game that I once played, and I think that it was called Kingdom Hearts. And those creatures are Heartless themselves, uh. No wonder they are scary in person instead of being in a game."
"You've played it?" Mamoru asked.
"A long time ago," Sailor Earth sadly admitted. "But what are we supposed to do with this mess before anyone else could see this?"
"Hmm, I have an idea." Mamoru smiled, "But I need your help."
"Okay," Sailor Earth nodded as she began to help Mamoru.
Within a few moments, both Sailor Earth and Mamoru put the pile of game consoles into a donation box. "With this donation," Mamoru spoke. "They all will find a good home, and hopefully some kids will be playing with them till the end of their days."
"That is a good idea," Sailor Earth smiled. "That will help them to go at ease instead of having anger."
"But are you going to transform back?" Bailey asked, "So no one will see this."
"I can try," Sailor Earth shrugged. She closed her eyes, and suddenly, the brooch glowed. Within a flash, Lily is back wearing her pajamas with the brooch in her hands. But her hair is still up in a bun with the same green ribbon without the accessories.
"Whoa, that is impressive," Mamoru spoke.
"I guess, but except the hair." Lily tugged the bow, "It seems to be stuck," with a pull. Her hairstyle changed to a bedtime braid. "Huh, hairstyle change? Wow, who knew." Lily smiled.
"Well, that is new," Mamoru rubbed his head. "By the way, how's your head?"
"Better, guess it was a slight headache before the battle begins." Lily picks up Bailey.
Bailey yawned sleepily.
"Let's get back to the apartment before dawn approaches," Mamoru spoke.
"Uh…what about your window?" Lily asked.
"I'll figure something out," Mamoru sighed. "Guess that I have to bring out my sleeping bag."
Lily smiled as she and Mamoru walked back to the apartment.
Further from the distance, another girl is sleeping comfortably in her bed. Until she slowly sat up with sleepy eyes. "The sleeping gems are about to wake up, I can feel it quivering." She held her chest as she slowly lay back down in her bed and fall back to sleep.
