Eris was sipping some tea in her adventurer form to calm her nerves since she was waiting for certain people to come and meet with the thief.
"It's a shame I had to keep this from Darkness though I have a feeling she's probably going to see the boy in the forest. It has been a week since he's consumed Aqua's body and the Water Stone. From what I recall, our parents created a stone specific for all of us Gods if either an adventurer or a reincarnated one could meet the requirements to unlock its Power. However, they are different depending on the user. If Darkness had the one my father made, then perhaps-!" Eris's train of thought was interrupted by Luna opening the door.
"Excuse me, Eris, but your guests have arrived. Shall I send them in?" Luna asked as Eris nodded in reply.
"Yes. Send them in immediately, please." Eris said as Luna nodded in reply. As the door was closed once more while Eris let out a deep breath, she didn't know what she was holding before trying to devise an excellent way to speak to her siblings.
"We may be the children of Gods from the other world, but even we make mistakes. Probably as many as our parents have in the past." Eris said as she heard the door open to reveal a female, but she seemed small.
"What was so important you had to pull me away from my forest? I told you I didn't care about what happened in the Heavenly Court as long as your so-called Champions didn't harm the creatures and the earth." The woman said as Eris took in her appearance.
A young-looking goddess resembling an 8-year-old human girl, though she learned the hard way that the girl was much older than she looked. She was even four foot and seven inches tall. The Goddess wore a shin-length dress colored in purple, red and black, decorated with numerous vines and branches with a purple flower serving as a corset. She also wielded a large, wooden scythe-like staff. Her hair was long, platinum blonde reached to her knees with a bang obscuring her left eye, and tied up in a ponytail using vines decorated with another purple flower.
"Apologies Gaia, but this was of great importance since this involves you as well. I'm sure you know Aqua is no longer with us, correct?" Eris asked as Gaia raised a brow and replied to the Goddess of Luck and Fortune.
"Uh-huh. And I should care about her because...?" Gaia asked as she honestly didn't care much about Aqua given the amount of energy she had to use to clean up Aqua's mess when using her insane water spells, but also the amount of damage that the Axis cult did to the forest and the mockery that they did towards her children of the woods.
Eris knew this, so she wasn't surprised by Gaia's lack of response to her sister's death. "Diablo's son has decided to copy what we do in Heaven."
Gaia's eyes widened as she was surprised by this before tilting her head in response while her lips turned into a smile. "Interesting. So he's resurrected another person and given them a second chance? How sincere. I always felt sorry for the poor little lamb due to how much he's suffered from the cults and those who wish to hunt him down like he's some animal instead of someone who feels physically and emotionally painful."
Eris knew that Gaia cared deeply for all living creatures, including humans, demons, and DemiHumans, but she would always care for Diablo's son dearly due to the bond they shared when the Demon King was just a child.
Eris was about to continue until another person stepped in.
"You better not berate us for being late because I had to wake up this heavy sleeper from her nap time after she had a long night doing her duties." A stern and commanding voice said. Eris winced to herself as she looked at the door to see the most potent and dangerous Goddess of them all.
"Hehe. Uh...Hi, there Stella. I'm glad to see you've brought your sister with you. H-How is Natsumi?" Eris asked as she took in Stella's form, which made her want to bow her head in apology.
Stella, the Goddess of the Sun and daughter of Helios, was a tall woman with golden hair that reached her waist. Crimson red eyes as if the sun was within them, while her attire was royal. She wore golden armor; on top of her outfit was a kimono that appeared to be woven by the finest of silks and had a pattern with beautiful flowers on the sleeves of said kimono. Her feet were barefoot but untouched by the dirt or filth, as if her Power prevented anything from touching them.
"Natsumi was just about to go to sleep which I respect given her duties in the night but is losing some precious sleep due to your surprised meeting," Stella said as she held annoyance at the others due to her role as the Sun Goddess and wanting to help her sister in case she's too tired or needs something else to help her duties better.
On the other hand, Natsumi was groaning as she tried to stay awake but could not due to her lack of sleep and energy. Natsumi was the polar opposite of her sister since she was the Goddess of the Moon and Night.
Natsumi had long black hair and eyes that looked dead but still had life in them. Her attire was a long black dress while wearing a shawl over her shoulders as she seemed to be shivering a bit from the cool temperature in the meeting room.
"...Stella, please don't be mad at Eris. I'm sure it's...Mm...Nothing." Natsumi said as she stifled a yawn in her mouth until a third figure appeared at the door.
"Please allow me to help my mistress Lady Stella." Another woman said she had short gray hair and wore a simple white shirt with a black tie and pants.
Stella looked at the woman with a simple nod as she placed her sister into the arms of the woman who let a gentle smile appear on her lips as she walked Natsumi to a chair before using magic to summon a pillow and placing it underneath Natsumi's head as she let the Goddess sleep peacefully on the table, making Stella smile at her sister. In contrast, the other woman brushed her hair aside and gently rubbed Natsumi's back.
"Is she Natsumi's special person or...?" Eris asked as Stella rolled her eyes in reply.
"If you must know, yes. This woman is the only one who accepted Natsumi and is a special person in her life. Her name is Audrey. She's a traveling merchant and a personal caretaker for Natsumi when she's sleeping after a long night. Also, she's one of the five people I allow to be near my sister." Stella said as she didn't say it in a way that made her sound possessive but a tone that carried concern and care that an older sister had for their youngest sister.
"I'm sorry about dragging you and Natsumi here, Stella, but it concerns Aqua and-"
"Hah! That useless arrogant Goddess? She should be grateful that I acknowledge her because that pathetic wannabe pushes her work onto you and the others in your court. I'm surprised you even care about her, especially due to how much work she puts on your shoulders." Stella said in a combination of anger and annoyance since the Water Goddess was the last person Stella would allow near her sister or even care about if she passed away.
"Mm...Sister..." Natsumi groaned as she placed a hand on her sister's shoulder, which calmed down the aura of the Sun Goddess before Stella took a deep breath and relaxed in the incredible comfort of Natsumi's aura.
Eris sighed in relief as she was glad Natsumi came since Stella was a good Goddess to her people but had an anger that would burn people alive with just one glare if they touched her without permission. Stella may be a just and fair ruler, but when her anger gets the best of her, only Natsumi can calm her down due to the trust the two sisters have for each other.
'Now there's just one more left, and she likes to make an entrance.' Eris sighed inwardly as she already knew who to expect. She heard thunder in the area around her until a bolt of lightning struck the table as a figure appeared before them.
"What's up, my sisters!?" The woman asked as the smoke cleared to reveal a blonde-haired human-like girl with purple eyes, looking to be 16 or 17 years old and standing at around 5'7".
She wore a blue scarf that could conduct electricity, causing it to levitate. She also wore a diminutive, black top ending at the midriff, overlapped by two white sashes, and white shorts. She had on open-toed boots made of black wrappings and a green-leaved vine wrapped around her body from her arm to her thigh.
"Electra. How...nice of you to be here." Stella said as she looked at Aubrey, who nodded in reply as she placed a set of noise-canceling headphones on Natsumi's head which made the Goddess smile in her sleep while humming to herself.
The others found this adorable as Electra smiled at Natsumi and kissed her forehead before picking up Gaia and placing the small Goddess on her lap, much to Gaia's embarrassment.
"Oh, come on! Just because I'm small doesn't mean I enjoy this!" Gaia shouted as she puffed her cheeks, making her adorable Electra pat Gaia's head, causing the angry Goddess to calm down.
"There, there. So what's this meeting for anyway? I was just about to race the wyverns for their meat." Electra said she was the fastest of all of them because she was a Goddess of air and lightning.
"I apologize once again about the meeting on short notice, but it was because of Aqua being killed when she was brought to this world by a reincarnated one known as Kazuma," Eris said as she produced an image of the HikiNEET and Aqua's interaction which made Electra laugh at the boy and how he took Aqua with him.
"Ahahaha! Okay, that kid has earned my respect. Anyone who can get Aqua actually to do work and put the brat in her place has my respect. Aha!" Electra laughed while Stella stifled her laugh with a fan but couldn't help herself as this scene amused her.
Gaia wasn't fazed big this since she cared little to none about the Water Goddess. "And? What does this have to do with the meeting and how Aqua died?"
"Aqua went on a mission, alone, to try and locate a stone that she recognized as the one her father blessed her with to give to her 'Champion,' but due to her not having one, the stone resonated with her due to it recognizing Aqua as the daughter of Poseidon. However, the stone refused Power because it saw her as unworthy." Eris explained that Gaia was surprised by this since she expected the stone to accept the arrogant one so quickly until she explained about the plant that consumed her and a newly reincarnated one that defeated and finished said plant along with Aqua.
"So you're telling us that a newly reincarnated, one brought forth by Diablo's son, has consumed not only the stone that Poseidon blessed but also Aqua's body? Are you sure she is dead?" Stella asked as she found this amusing but also interesting to see a reincarnated one by Diablo's son, no less.
Eris nodded as she conjured up an image to reveal Issei in his jellyfish form, sleeping as if he was transforming sorts.
"Hm. It seems he is slowly becoming a new clan member, but let's see what he does with the Power of Poseidon's stone and Aqua's body. Before interfering, I wish to observe this boy and see what he does first." Stella said as she was intrigued by this soul and the boy's actions, even being resurrected by Eris due to the prayers of the most loyal follower of Eris and potential Champion.
"I believe we should observe him and see what he does with this new power that he'll possess," Stella said as she smiled at the others while Gaia pondered with Electra until the two responded.
"I believe we should watch and see what he's capable of before making a move."
"I second that, plus he's a real cutie and my type," Electra said as she looked at his human form and giggled at his memories of when he was human before Audrey slowly shook Natsumi's back a bit as the Goddess blinked slowly.
"Hm? What is it?" Audrey whispered into her ear, making Natsumi nod in reply before turning to Eris. "I support the idea of observing the boy. However, I have concerns about the other Champions who are reincarnated."
Eris winced at this since she knew that many of the reincarnated ones were the typical people of Japan who dream of an isekai adventure, but she also looked at their files and saw that many were either a NEET, a dark soul, or the rare kind one.
Champions are the reincarnated ones or members of the world who were given special blessings to them by the Gods. Stella had one, as well as Natsumi, Gaia, and Electra. Aqua and Eris were the only ones who didn't have one since Aqua needed to care more to have a Champion of her own, while Eris was mainly too busy with her alter ego and duties to locate a Champion.
"What do you mean? I thought only we could give the title of Champion to one person alone." Eris asked as Stella rolled her eyes in reply.
"It's not our Champions that I'm talking about. It's the Champions of a certain sister of ours. Diablo's Champions are the leaders of the Diablo Cult." Stella said as Eris was shocked when she read Darkness's report from the newly found Diablo Cult until Stella pulled out some other scrolls before showing them to everyone.
"There were seven generals in charge of the Diablo cult, but now there are six. One of them was eliminated by Issei Hyoudou and Darkness. They worked together and killed the fat pig in charge of the town." Stella said as she was glad that the fat pig was dead and the more competent son of the pig was in charge now.
"Still, if Diablo is recruiting Champions, then can't we easily take them out with our own?" Electra asked as Stella explained the issue.
"Problem is that we do not know who's in the Diablo Cult and the other generals of said cult. We know the fat pig was the General of Gluttony, so that's one down and seven left. However, I have received reports on a person who calls himself Pride." Stella said as she pulled out an image of a white armored figure with blue jewels on him.
"This is the one my Champion faced a few days ago and was able to tell me that this one, known as Pride, is extremely competent in hand-to-hand combat as well as magic, but what was most interesting was the magic he used called Divide on my Champion. It seems to have the ability to take strength away from either physical or magical attacks. Similar to Drain Touch but different since the spell only works with magic while this Divide deals with both magic and physical abilities." Stella explained as the others were impressed with this general and pondered who this Pride was.
"Well, now we know one of them, so that's one dead, another known to us, leaving five generals unknown. Hopefully, we can figure out who they are before they strike again, but I do wonder if the Demon King's generals will be able to face this new threat. I'm curious to see how that'll be going down." Gaia said as Eris nodded in reply.
"I guess we'll just have to wait and see," Eris said, knowing this would take a long while.
The Darklands...
Diablo was sitting on her throne while sipping some of her wine before tilting her head at the incoming call from Pride himself.
"Ah. Hello Pride." Diablo said as she answered the call, and within the throne room, Pride was revealed in a hologram-like form.
"Lady Diablo. I'm glad to see you got my message. I recently encountered the Champion of the Sun Goddess Stella. I could not kill her, but she informed her Goddess of my existence." Pride said as this amused Diablo before responding to him.
"Do not worry yourself, Pride. Now that they know of your existence, it'll be interesting to see them prepare to fight you and learn of the other five. The loss of Gluttony was of no consequence since I figured that the old fool would've died even if he had used the Tear to make him a monster." Diablo said as she looked at one in her hand and smiled at the crystal-like Tear before looking to see another person appear on the screen.
"My lady. I want to inform you of the Demon King General we were able to cut down. After we managed to track down the castle, I was able to shatter that flimsy barrier and destroy the castle thanks to the relic you blessed me with." The figure said Diablo was disappointed because she expected her son to fight better.
"And my son?"
"He fled his castle with the help of the generally known as Vanir before I executed the former guardian of the castle. Whoever was your son's mage in command put up a pathetic excuse of a barrier that could be shattered if one found the weakest part of it. Your son, on the other hand, was wounded with minor injuries, so he must be hiding right now and gathering his strength." The voice said as Diablo nodded in reply until another figure appeared in the room.
"Sorry for being late to the party, but I was caring for a debtor who tried to get out of a contract he made with me." The man said as he chuckled while burning a scroll in his left hand.
"Ah, Greed. I'm surprised to see you here, considering you don't attend many meetings with Lady Diablo." The other figure said as agreed, chuckled in response.
"Oh please, Wrath, you know as well as I do that I have a wonderful business, and I have to deal with debtors who try and back out of their deal with me, so I have to take special measures to make sure that they know not to break a contract with me." Greed said as the other figure known as Wrath sighed in reply.
"Agreed, I know liars and thieves who only steal because they want to are criminals who must be put down. However, thieves who steal to survive in a cruel world or to help their loved ones is something I understand since I was in the same situation as well, but I never stole just because I felt like it. I only stole to survive in this world." Wrath said as they pulled out a small dagger and smiled fondly at it before Pride spoke to them both.
"As much as I want to hear your stories, it's time we get down to business. I know Sloth is probably asleep in his home while Envy and Lust are probably still at their places of business." Pride said as Wrath and Greed nodded in reply. Diablo allowed Pride to go first.
"Now that the Sun Goddess Stella knows of my existence, she'll be informing the other gods, which means they'll target me while you and the others focus on finding the other generals of the Demon King and the stones. We must know the Demon King's location and the stones to free Diablo." Pride said as Wrath nodded in reply.
"I agree, and fortunately, my workplace has informed me that one of the Demon Generals that go by the name of Hans, the Poison Slime, is facing off against the Kraken near the lake within the forest near the Beginner Town. I'll investigate and try to capture him; if he refuses to join our group, I'll kill him." Wrath said as they chuckled at the idea of incinerating the slime.
"Good. Eliminate the generals who refuse to join our cause. I'll admit that I once respected my son's desire to make peace between humans and our kind, but it seems that after so many years, the humans of this world only care more about war than peace. And they had the gall to kill a dear friend of mine and label her as an Evil God." Diablo said as she gripped the handles of her throne in rage Wrath bowed to her mistress before leaving the throne room as Greed bid farewell to both Diablo and Pride.
"Farewell for now as well, Lady Diablo. I'll continue supplying the finances necessary for our organization to locate the stones. Once the Demon King has been found, we'll return him to you and begin the ritual to free you from prison." Greed said as he vanished from the room.
Pride looked at Diablo and asked. "Is our deal still active? I only agreed to assist you because you said you would return me to my world once I free you from your prison. I don't care what you do to this world since I only desire to fight strong people to get stronger for my reasons."
Diablo smiled at Pride as she nodded in reply. "I am many things, but a liar isn't one of them. Bring the stones and my son so I can be freed from this prison, and I'll return you to your world. A deal with a demon means I can't do anything to change the terms of the contract you signed, and I never go back on my word. Unlike that idiot Goddess Aqua and that naive Eris, my other sisters are more capable of leading the reincarnated ones to a better future. Still, most of the reincarnated fools are children playing pretend and care little to nothing about the consequences of their actions."
Pride watched her as he couldn't help but feel a bit of sympathy for her because of her desire to bring peace to her people, only for it to be stomped on the idiocy of the others who deny it just because of either a Goddess or something foolish like their own personal Pride.
"Your not wrong. I've seen many people in my short time here, and I can already tell that many reincarnated ones have done more harm than good. Oh, but I would like to ask for your permission to attack the Crimson Demon Village. Rumors of a certain sealing stone losing its Power to release an 'Evil God' have been flying around, so I think saving the one known as Wolbach will greatly benefit us." Pride said as Diablo gasped lightly and smiled behind her hands as she nodded in reply.
"Yes. You have my permission to save Wolbach. Arnes may also be hiding, but she despises the Crimson Demons for their cruelty to our people. Kill them if you so choose, and if you find a girl named Megumin, you have special permission to kill that arrogant brat for what she did to Wolbach. Make them feel the same pain they have given us for all these years." Diablo said as her proper form revealed itself; Pride smiled at this opportunity.
"Your wish is my command. This'll be fun." Pride said as he took his leave with Diablo alone in her throne room before pulling out a small picture and smiling at the people within it. She let a fond smile appear on her lips as she gently placed a kiss on the person standing by her.
"Soon you'll be back, my love. I've missed you for so long, my beloved Wolbach." Diablo said as she pondered back to her son's whereabouts and sighed. "I'm sorry, my son, but sooner or later, you'll have to realize that the humans are the ones who started this since we gave them more than enough chances for peace, and they spat in our faces because of it. That's why they deserve to be burned."
Diablo said as she let out a scream mixed with rage and sadness for all the years of the past as she watched many of her closest friends and loved ones either die or be sealed away by the people of this world or the reincarnated ones.
"Soon, they will know of our pain. Soon they will burn."
Meanwhile, with Pride...
"I don't entirely blame her since I would've never forgiven those idiots who refer to themselves as 'Crimson Demons.' I'm glad I can let loose and kill them all." Pride said as he then looked and saw his teammate, who was a woman that was smiling at him.
The woman beside Pride was in her mid-teens, with flowing silver hair and a cherubic face. Her skin was coquettishly pale, with lips that were red and moist. She had soft and smooth silver hair, snow-white skin, golden eyes, crimson lips, and lithe arms and legs.
She wore a simple, old-fashioned, and elegant black and purple dress, with a hair ornament made from white gear and cloth with red, green, and black color. Her dress appeared to be mostly purple and lavender hues. She was wielding a double-sided scythe that she wielder with her hands that may be small but are capable of getting rid of pests that approach her or Pride.
"I take it by the smile that we are going to kill some of these insects that infect the world with their stupidity?" The woman asked as Pride chuckled to himself.
"Control yourself, Alice. After what happened to you, I understand your dislike towards humans but know that not all of them are evil." Pride said as Alice tilted her head in reply.
"But you are superior to these insignificant humans in many ways and granted your half human and half Devil; however, you have shown me that you are greater than others. Even the reincarnated ones struggle against your superior intellect and strength." Alice said as Pride chuckled at the woman's words before ruffling her hair, making the woman pout at him and making her even more adorable in his eyes.
"Well, come on. Let's go free a demon from her prison." Pride said as they approached the Crimson Demon Village.
Pride held his hand up as a massive magic barrier covered the whole village and trapped the people inside it.
"That'll keep them from getting help or using spells like Explosion," Pride said as he cracked his neck and let his wings unfurl to their full glory. "Alice. Have some fun."
Alice smiled in reply as her hands transformed into massive claws and summoned her pair of serrated metal wings at their ends.
"Yes, master. Hehehehe!" Alice giggled happily as she rushed into the barrier, eviscerating some shocked people while laughing happily. "Hello, Crimson Demons. Prepare to get slaughtered!"
"Crimson Demons! Defend the village!" The village chieftain said as the Crimson Demon tried to attack Alice, but she just giggled as she sliced through the magic spells and gutted many of them while bathing in their blood, making Alice smile in joy as her body absorbed the blood of the fallen.
"Ah. It makes me so happy killing such a pathetic clan who think they are so 'great' and 'powerful.'" Alice said as she watched the pathetic mages try to harm her until she tilted her head at a man charging her.
"Hold it right there, demon! You won't get past the Anti-Devil King Army Guerrilla Unit!" The man yelled as he charged at her. "Take this. Saber of Light!"
A light sword encased his hand, but Alice merely held her hand up and caught the blade before the man fell to his knees due to the woman's superior strength.
"Oh, what's wrong? Feeling tired or weak?" Alice asked mockingly before slicing the man's arm with her other hand. She then killed him with one swipe of her claws.
"You'll pay for this! The Crimson Demon Hero is on his way, and you'll regret picking a fight with him!" One of the unit members said as Alice rolled her eyes at them while seeing them charge up their spells before charging at them and slaughtering them all.
"I wonder how Master is doing with these pathetic creatures?" Alice asked herself as she continued to kill any Crimson Demon bold enough to challenge her.
"And you call yourself a chieftain? Don't make me laugh." Pride said as Hiropon was getting choked by the intruder's firm grip until he was thrown to the floor. Pride then stomped on the man's left leg, causing the bone to shatter Hiropon screamed in pain as he held a hand up and was about to cast Fireball, but the armored man's fist easily deflected it.
"Is that all? I honestly expected more from a clan who are so bold to claim that they are so powerful and such. A shame they are nothing but wild accusations to stroke your ego." Pride said as he killed Hiropon by stomping on the head of the village chieftain's head and ended his life.
"Honestly, these pathetic excuses for Crimson Demons are nothing more than a bunch of failed experiments and Chunibiyo syndrome. I truly pity the wannabe hero who pretends to care about these pathetic lab experiments." Pride said as he walked outside to see many of the other Crimson Demons try to harm him with their 'superior' poses and powers, but Pride merely scoffed at the inferior magic that was being displayed.
"Is this honestly the best you are capable of? You are nothing but ants who are trying to face a giant." Pride said as he punched a hole into many of their bodies, killing them quickly and violently. In contrast, many children and nonfighters evacuated the village until a blast of fire erupted before Pride revealed a figure standing before him.
The figure was a tall model figure of sorts while wearing some armor similar to the legendary Sun Wukong, but while holding the staff, Pride could see that he was a novice despite being reincarnated.
"I am Sol! The Champion of the Crimson Demons! Face my fury and vengeance!" Sol shouted; his staff was set on fire as he charged at Pride and tried to strike him with his bo staff, only to reflect by a yawning Pride as he was bored of this.
"A Champion, you say? This is nothing special. Were you using fire to make your attacks stronger? How disappointing, and you decide to waste your talents on these pathetic excuses of mages? Come on. Show me what you can do 'Hero.'" Pride said as he did a Spartan kick and sent Sol flying into an abandoned house until he got up and spun the staff in the air as wind and lighting surrounded it.
"Here we go. Did you want my best? Well, here it comes!" Sol shouted as he created a powerful tornado around them; he flew higher and higher into the air until he blasted Pride with lightning from his staff, which didn't faze Pride so much as he reflected the attacks while flying through the tornado.
"Amusing but not good enough," Pride said as he got closer to Sol and grabbed the staff before snapping it in half, which ended the storm and Sol's levitation, but Pride held him in a choke as he felt his life leaving him.
Pride's blue eyes glared into Sol's soul until Pride snapped the man's neck as he let the hero fall from the sky and land on the Demon Sealing Stone, which then exploded as a figure began to appear from said stone.
"Mm. I apologize if I have been away for too long. Being sealed for a long time takes a toll on one's body." The woman said as she was revealed to be beautiful with yellow cat-like pupils, eyes, and short red hair. She had pointed ears similar to an elf's and a strange oval-shaped mark on her forehead. She also had goat-like horns protruding from the sides of her head. She was also fairly tall and well-endowed.
She wore a cloak down to her ankles and a one-piece suit with a boob window and tie covering her cleavage.
This was the 'Evil God' that was sealed away by the Crimson Demons: Wolbach, a former general of the Demon King.
"I am honored to meet you, Pride."
"You know who I am?"
"Oh yes. I may have been sealed inside of the stone, but I was able to observe and watch and was surprised to see that you could do quick work of that Champion. He managed to deal with me rather quickly." Wolbach said as Pride chuckled in reply.
"You don't have to make it seem like he was strong. I know you lost half of your Power, so it's fine. Lady Diablo sent me and my partner to come and find you and kill some of these mages." Pride explained as Wolbach was touched that her beloved remembered her.
"Lady Diablo is still alive? Then please take me to her. I wish to reunite with my beloved wife." Wolbach said as she was calmed down by a pat on the head from Pride.
"Do not worry. Once we get the other stones, we can free Lady Diablo from her prison."
"Then consider me part of the team. I apologize, but I'm still weak from the stone and losing half of my Power."
"Don't worry. I already know where the other half of your Power is. We'll be retrieving it from the brat in that pathetic town." Pride said as he led Wolbach out of the village and headed towards the area where Alice awaited them.
"Many residents escaped, but it wouldn't have been much fun since they were weak," Alice said as she wiped the blood from her claws before Pride spoke.
"And the Mage Killer? Were you able to obtain it?" Pride asked as Alice smiled and nodded as she revealed the new scales on her body.
"The Mage Killer is now part of my body. I also learned of the location of the Creator's inventions. If we obtain the gadgets, we can strengthen them and be used better than the monkey's fantasies." Alice said as Pride smiled in reply as the trio left the village and headed to their place to rest for the day until they headed to Beginners Town.
Within Heavens Domain...
"Ugh. What happened to me? That plant monster was eating the last thing I recall, so was I brought back to Heaven?!" Aqua questioned herself as she looked around to see her in a throne room that reminded her of a Japanese mansion in Kyoto until she heard a voice speak to her.
"Life's a bitch, isn't it Aqua? I honestly saw this coming a mile away."
Aqua was scared as the Head Goddess sat down in her seat before Aqua's soul. The Head Goddess looked like a 16-year-old girl with long orange-brown hair and red eyes, although she had a set of wolf ears and a tail. She wore a purple shirt with a black, fur-lined vest, a black skirt, black and white pants, and a long beige hooded robe. The linings are bear fur and were made with quality tailoring.
"I must admit, I didn't expect to see you here for a while, but it's good to see you again. I promise it won't be long." The woman said as she summoned a few sheets of paper and cleared her throat. "Goddess of Water and Parties: Aqua has been charged with sending multiple individuals to face the Devil King only to have them either killed or given up on defeating the Devil King, insulting and mocking those beneath her such as Eris."
Aqua slammed her hands on the desk before the throne. "Objection I've only picked on Eris."
"Wrong. You've also been breaking the rules by allowing certain individuals back to life, such as that Kyouya boy, three times. Insulting the other heads of the group. Being lazy and dumping your work on Eris and much more that goes on for ten pages."
The Head Goddess looked at Aqua, who was shocked by this before the Goddess spoke to her with a roll of her eyes.
"Don't give me that. Your sisters have been sick and tired of your attitude of constantly undermining those around you. You are the most useless, pathetic, drunken, lazy, attention-hogging, idiotic, unsophisticated, annoying Goddess I have ever seen in my life, which is why you'll be stripped of your title and Power as a Goddess and will be reincarnated in the other world. You could learn something called humility and selflessness.
Aqua was scared and got on her knees and begged. "Please. Please. Give me one more chance. Please, I'm begging here. Ahahahahahahahah." She cried with snot coming out of her nose as she tried to hug the Goddess but could not because she was a spirit now.
"No." The Goddess replied as she summoned a portal underneath said former Goddess.
"Enjoy your new life. I hope you learn from your sins." The Head Goddess said as she watched Aqua's soul get sent away. She then put the papers away and smiled as she could feel the awakening of a new God appear before her.
"It seems that the one who consumed Aqua's body shall appear soon. I should get myself ready." The Head Goddess said as she adjusted her clothes a bit before smiling at the soul appearing before her throne.
"Why hello Issei Hyoudou."
Aqua groaned as she sat up but felt something was a bit off about her until she woke up to see that she wasn't human anymore due to her body being in a cave of sorts; she sat up and looked at her reflection before freaking out.
"What happened to me? Why did I become an ugly Goblin?!" Aqua screamed in Goblin's tongue since she wasn't a human or Goddess.
And thus Aqua, the Goddess of Water, was now Aqua: The Goblin Wanderer.

As for the Goddesses, I decided to use the design of Viridi and Phosphora from Kid Icarus, Priscilla from ReZero, and Natsumi from ReZero. The maid Audrey is based on a female Otto. Hehe.
Anyway, Aqua is now punished and reincarnated as a female Goblin. XD I was tempted to go for a Succubus but thought a Goblin would work better for Aqua.
As for Diablo, she has been sealed away within her domain, and the stones play a role in releasing her and her son. Diablo has six generals who are reincarnated or brought from another world to assist her in freeing her.
Their true identities will be revealed in time, but Pride should be evident, given his appearance and form.
As for Alice, she's based on Ryuzu, but her abilities are similar to Murder Drones.
Issei shall awaken in the next chapter as the new God/Goddess of Water.
