The Moongoats was recording a new song and soon finished.
"Awesome! In one week, our new song will be out." Sam says.
Meanwhile, Skylia was training the boys.
"Okay, listen, you need to sharpen your skills if you're going to reach Luke's level." Skylia says
"But we are at Luke's level!" Alem tuber says.
"No, you're not. If you were, the whole city would be cheering for you. By the time I'm done with you, everyone will be seeing your star power." Skylia says
"Can we go to the Powerpuff Girls' birthday party in August?" Emma asked.
"Sure thing." Skylia says.
Two days later, there was a concert in the Inkwell Isles.
Luke fumed when he found out it wasn't their group performing in it. He walked off in disbelief.
"Wait, Luke, we're the king and queen. I can change anything to go in our favor." Chalice says. But Luke was gone.
"Now are we at Luke's level?" Alem tuber asked, annoyed.
"Not yet. You've mastered the charm skills, but now I must teach you how to perfect your dancing skills." Skylia says.
"Where are the finals going to be?" Emma asked.
"The Mushroom Kingdom, so Luke can have a better chance of winning." Skylia says
"Mom, I get the feeling you're choosing Luke over me." Alem tuber says.
"I voted for Oliver." Bob says.
"Oh, brother." Skylia says.
The siblings were doing their own activities. Luan was at a gig, Lucy was planning a funeral, and Lisa was working on science stuff. Tina was trying to get sales.
Leni was comforting Luke, who was upset about his group losing their Inkwell concert to Luna and her band.
"Um, Luke, I'm not sure if you know this, but Luna's not actually at Inkwell Isles. She and the Moon Goats were trying to teach Brandy." Leni says.
"They were doing that a week ago. They're there today. Makes me feel very betrayed!" Luke sobbed.
Luna and the Moongoats came back. "Hey, Luke…" Luna says, looking down.
"Darn triplets…" Sam says.
"We didn't want to steal your concert, so we didn't do it." Luna says.
"You did! And you did a great job at hurting me!" Luke sobbed.
"How could you?" Leni says. Luan came back from her gig right at that moment and heard everything.
In Inkwell, Angry Luigi skidded to a stop as he was with Jason and Bill and looked around, confused. Jason glared as he saw the triplets performing.
"Looks like it's butt-kicking time." Jason says to himself.
"Mom, Luna mentally broke Luke again." Lola says.
"What happened?" Charity asked.
"She stole Luke's concert from him and his group." Lola says.
They look ashamed. Charity then looks at Luna.
"I can't believe you would do this to him. He's already broken enough and all of you have been breaking him more and more and more! You need to let Luke live his life!" Charity says.
Luke sobbed, wishing he never had siblings.
"You kids need to learn lessons. Starting now, you're all grounded." Charity says. "Except for Lucy, Leni, Lisa, Lori, Luan, Luna, and Lily."
A few days later, was the next show. Luke was still broken and attached to Chalice the whole time they were practicing. Luke was still mad at Luna.
Lynn could no longer play sports as Charity donated all of her sports equipment to the local Goodwill store and she could no longer wear anything relating to sports, nor could she turn things into a sport, including chores. Lola was grounded from doing any and all pageants and was blacklisted from the pageant circuit. Lana could no longer get dirty and if she did, Charity made her bathe immediately and all of Lana's exotic pets were shipped to the San Antonio Zoo. Lincoln was majorly grounded and since he no longer had friends due to his social life falling apart, it stayed that way. He also couldn't play video games for the rest of the year. The five of them would also spend weekends doing chores that were assigned to them, and if they finished them, they could read, do puzzles, write in journals, color in coloring books, or draw. That was it. Nothing else as Charity took their electronics and screen time privileges away.
"Thank goodness I'm not grounded." Oliver says as Gabriel looks at him.
"You are grounded because you broke Luke again. You should be lucky I'm letting you perform tonight." Gabriel says. "But if you lose, you're going straight home. No victory celebration."
Oliver sadly nodded.
Meanwhile, Savannah opened a freezer and gasped and texted Garrett, saying one of his friends was hurt.
Angry Luigi, Bill, and Jason were freezing in the freezer. Savannah took them out.
Luke found the triplets and dealt with them single-handedly, but Skylia stopped Luke from killing.
"I have a better idea " Skylia says and sends them to their home dimension and claps her hands.
Angry Luigi looks traumatized and Jason sneezes on Bill.
"Luke, you and your team have an interview." Savannah says. But Luke takes one look at Brandy, and walks off.
"What's wrong?" Lucy asked.
"Brandy hurt Luke, I guess." Lori says.
"I think it's because of the Broadway show, still. He still can't shake that memory off." Luan says. Brandy cried, hitting himself.
"How can Brandy make it up to Luke?" Luna asked.
"A simple 'sorry' won't help." Luan says.
"A party?" Lucy guessed..
"No, that won't work. Parties aren't the key to everything." Lori says.
"It's not. That's what I do and Luke cheers up." Lucy says.
"I know, he should get Luke and his group a concert." Leni says.
"Ha, that won't happen. He's an idiot." Randy says. Alex laughed. Luna then glared at both of them.
"Besides, isn't the universe out to get him?' Jack asked.
"The things I do for love…" Brandy sighed.
Brandy heads for the show interview, but Chalice kicks him out of the room.
"What did you do to him?" Chalice asked Brandy.
"I tripped." Brandy says, looking down.
"The attention shifted to you when that happened." Chalice says.
Luke explained what happened and sobbed as April pitied him.
Brandy sighed as Mike tossed a tomato at him.
Soon, the show was going to start. Luke rocked back and forth in the dressing room.
"We won't lose." Chalice says.
"Yeah, you will. You got that loser!" A bully says, pointing at Brandy as a group of bullies laugh at him. Then they laugh at Luke. That did it. Chalice was livid. They leave.
"Well, well, well, if it isn't Randy." Mike says, but Randy got pissed and punched him, then he kicked Josh and leaped up and headbutted Oime.
"So annoying!" Randy says, then hears Brandy crying. "Even more annoying!" He says.
Soon the show was getting underway.
"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Inkwell! This is the very site where we will be hosting our Semifinals Freestyle Festival!" April says.
"Three teams will be sent packing after tonight's show, making up our ANH Finals Triple Threat! So, don't forget to vote if you want your favorites in the finals! Oh, and this show will have two rounds." Gemma says.
"Coming up first for their first round performance is the amazing team of the Cosmic buddies! They're sure to shock us all!" April says.
"Okay, remember your training." Alem tuber says as they leaped in and landed heroically as fans roared. They soon begin their performance of "Level Up" by Ciara.
Fans cheered as Alem tuber Alex, Jack, and a piano during the performance as fans cheered. Alex flashed a charming smile as a girl fainted.
Soon, they finished as Angry Luigi looked on, feeling unconfident. Luke was terrified and felt upset.
"Coming up next is the team of Oliver, Cuphead, and Mugman!" Gemma says.
Girls cheered seeing them. They then started their performance of "Move Your Feet" by Junior Senior.
During the performance, Cuphead and Mugman lift their heads as girls scream with delight.
Soon, Oliver, Cuphead, and Mugman finished their performance amid wild cheers.
Luke wasn't in the area. At all. He knew lots of things, especially when he knew he was already being outdone.
Chalice finds him. "Luke? Awww, Luke, it's okay. You really think we're being outdone?" Chalice asked.
"Isn't it obvious?!" Luke asked, shaking and crying, feeling nervous.
"No, we're not. Have faith in me and yourself." Chalice says comforting him.
"And Joe Parker." Joe Parker says offscreen
Girls wanted his autograph.
"Okay, ladies and gentlemen, coming up is what you really came to see! The team of Brandy Waterlash, Luke Huntington and Mrs. Chalice!" Gemma says.
The trio emerged on stage in their "Fame" outfits, determined to do the performance right. Girls screamed and cheered when they saw Luke.
The trio then began performing "Fame" by Irene Cara.
"Luke! Luke! Luke!" The girls cheered.
Luke was smiling for the first time in weeks as he danced across the stage.
The trio finished as the crowd went nuts for them. Girls screamed for an encore as Luke and Chalice smiled, then did the song again with Brandy in the lead position alongside Luke.
Brandy was a bit shy, but did it.
Afterwards, the siblings cheered for Luke to do a 3rd performance as the trio did just that.
Now it was break time.
Randy crossed his arms, annoyed.
Savannah thinks about stuff. "Brandy will win." Savannah says.
The siblings were beaming at Luke as he took sips of his white cherry Powerade. Chalice drank some vanilla milk, her post-performance drink of choice that kept her hydrated and hyper-focused. Luke just looks sad now.
"You can do this. You have a bigger fan base." Luna says.
Luke just felt steamed inside and out. He stormed around the room instead of feeling calm.
Leni gave him his polar bear and Haiku gave him a massage. Luke was breathing calmly now. He just didn't feel confident right now.
"Okay, coming up next for the second round is the cosmic buddies!" April says.
Luke was hyperventilating and beginning to cry. He couldn't do this anymore as he just walked out and walked far away. His confidence slipped majorly.
Charity sees this and watches her son walk.
"Aren't you going to comfort him? He needs you." Lucy says.
"You kids haven't been boosting his confidence very much, have you?" Charity asked. "He's scared. He's not confident. He knows he'll lose to Oliver. He's just terrified. I don't understand why you didn't see that!"
"Sigh. I'll try again." Lucy says.
Lucy took Luke back, where his siblings were waiting on him.
"There you are!" Leni says.
"We were worried!" Lana says.
"Yeah, think positive!" Leni says.
"You can win!" Lori says.
Luke just looked down and began to tremble. Luna shows him the video of all his victories.
"You really need to show him he has nothing to be scared of. That's why he feels broken." Charity says.
"Luke, look at the scoreboard…" Lisa says as Luke was way in 1st.
"Plus you're better than Oliver and Randy." Lisa says.
Luke sniffed.
"There is nothing to be scared of. You won't lose." Luna says.
The cosmic buddies do a performance to the Sing 2 cover of "A Sky Full Of Stars". The crowd was in awe.
Alem tuber smirked as he did a flying dab.
Then Alex tripped on Jack's prank and did a split.
Luke sees this and begins to break again.
"I'm gonna lose….I'm gonna lose….I'm gonna lose…." Luke was tearing up and rocking back and forth.
"No, you won't. You won't…please don't cry..." Luna says, trying to comfort him.
Alem tuber collapsed on stage afterwards. People felt bad for him as he was taken off stage.
"Coming up next are the stars of the show Luke Huntington, Mrs. Chalice, and Brandy Waterlash!" Gemma says.
Fans cheer and scream. The siblings cheered. Luke just looked down.
The fans noticed and pitied Luke. Luke straightened up and performed "D.A.N.C.E." by Justice with Brandy and Chalice.
People cheered and screamed for them.
"You can do it!" Lucy cheered.
Luke tuned them out and completed the performance with his team.
"Way to go!" Luna cheered.
"I know that look, he's tuning us out." Lisa says.
"I think he's upset with us for cheering for him." Leni says.
"It's not that, girls. You know he's dealing with a lot." Charity says.
"You're going to lose and when you do, Luke will kill you, then I'll finally gain control of this body and the entire multiverse! Ha ha ha!" Insanity laughed.
Brandy shivered nervously and goes to be alone.
The siblings see Luke.
"You did great!" Luan says.
"Yeah...thanks..." Luke says.
Lucy hugged him. Luke sighed.
Oliver and the cups performed "Greased Lightning", getting a huge reaction from the crowd.
After the show, Chalice held Luke close, with hope that he would be happier soon.
