A week later at Fairway University, after they got settled, the celebration was set to begin.

"Come, we have to celebrate this victory now!" Lori says. The students had set up a big party for the winners.

Luke and Chalice gasped, seeing the decorations. Brandy was standing there, trying to avoid the spotlight.

There were gifts, food, and a chocolate fountain.

Luke looked around, wondering what to take in first.

Chalice goes for the presents. She opened Cuphead's gift, seeing new shoes and squealed.

Brandy just looked around.

Luke opens his mom's gift, seeing tickets to Disneyland and squeals.

"Thank you, Mom!" Luke says.

"Thanksgiving break, we're going." Charity says.

"Just us?" Luke asked.

"Yes, sweetheart. Just us." Charity says to Luke. Luke grinned with satisfaction, knowing he'd get time away from the siblings for Thanksgiving this year.

He opens Oliver's gift, and he looks stunned by it. It was a new set of golf clubs. Arctic blue golf clubs. Luke smiled at this.

Skylia got her son a gift; it was a lucky charm. Brandy smiled.

Lucy reads Luke a poem. Luke smiled at Lucy. Luke opens Luna's gift next and smiled, seeing the guitar.

Mugman got Chalice a microphone.

Amy smiled as she presented her gift to Chalice. "I got you a tea set." Amy says as Chalice smiles.

"Thanks!" Chalice says.

As they sat and talked, Chalice sat with Amy.

"I need to get together with you girls soon. Because I have an idea for the ding-dongs' anniversary that I need your help with." Chalice says. "Luke and Oliver are helping, too."

Amy nods. "I'm always happy to help!" She says.

Brandy was by himself like usual.

Cuphead and Mugman are dancing on stage. People clapped and cheered for the cup brothers.

Luke smiled as Brandy gave a thumbs up.

Lucy reveals a parade float. Luke and Chalice gasped. Chalice saw her "Turnin' Up The Charm" outfit on the float.

"You should put it on." Lucy says to her as Chalice smiles and does so.

Luke smiled. "You look wonderful." Luke says.

"Thank you!" Chalice says as they head to the parade float. Luke is smiling.

The float begins to move as everyone was cheering for Luke and Chalice.

"Isn't this nice?" Chalice says

Luke nodded.

They sing on the parade float as people cheered for Luke and Chalice.

"What's next for you two?" Garrett asked.

"Not sure yet." Chalice says.

Afterwards they began to eat a spread of Luke and Chalice's favorite foods.

"So, Luke, are you adding Brandy to your friend group?" Leni asked, noticing they had fun over the months, almost like brothers.

"I'll think about it. I have something else to announce right now." Luke says with a smile. "Me and Chally will soon be celebrating our first year of marriage!"

"It's true!" Chalice says. "All of Inkwell is going to come together for this special anniversary!"

"When is it?" Lori asked.

"November. I have a lot of events before then, and it better be perfect." Luke says.

"It will be, Lukey." Chalice says, calming Luke down.

Luke sees some piñatas and grins.

They gave Luke and Chalice their prized nine-irons as they got ready. Brandy wasn't sure if he should hit it.

Luke hits his pinata as Chalice does the same with hers.

Brandy was about to hit his piñata, but Luke hit it. Luke then walked out.

Brandy looked down.

Luna goes to check on Luke.

"Luke, are you OK?" luna askeday?" She asked.

Luke didn't know what to feel right now. He just wanted to cry.

Luke cries hard.

"I knew it. I failed Luke again." Lucy says.

"It's not you, Luce. He saw the lineup for the golf team before the party. And he just overheard the coach talking to Oliver about this golf season." Lori says. "So, Luke is taking it hard. He really thought he was golf team material."

"Can I kill Oliver?" Lucy asked.

"Use your words." Lori says. "Kill is a strong word."

"Sigh, Oliver gets on my nerves." Lucy says.

"So, what's next for you guys?" Lynn asked the Cosmic buddies. They look unsure.

"Luke got lucky. Next season is our time." Alem tuber says.

"Yeah!" Alex says.

Angry Luigi looked down. "We should get going. The season is over and Luke has no business with us now. We should stay out of his way. We're not even real heroes." Angry Luigi said and walked out.

"But, you won. This is your party, alongside Luke and Chalice." Savannah says.

"Also, we're the best heroes in the multiverse." Alem tuber says.

"Yeah!" Delta says.

Angry Luigi was unsure about staying.

Chalice found Luke sitting with Luna.

"Luke, I heard what happened." Chalice says.

"What am I gonna do for an extracurricular activity slot this year?!" Luke sobbed. "The team was part of it!"

Lucy felt bad. She knew, no matter what, something would always make sure Luke stays depressed.

"I'll give him a good luck charm. That should work." Lucy says, then thinks about it, and decides against it as she teared up, remembering when she betrayed Lincoln over luck.

"I know what can cheer you up." Lori says and shows him a highlight reel of his season 9 performances. She deleted the one where Brandy tripped, knowing it would break Luke.

Luke manages a smile.

"What if he ran for president of the Fairway student council?" Luan suggested.

"No. That's Beau and Mugman's thing. Mugman won last year, and he wants to do it again. He's better than me" Luke sobbed. "I wouldn't be able to compete with him!"

"Then I'll get you to be captain of the golf team. This is unacceptable." Lori says and calls the coach. All Luke wanted was to be alone after this party.

"Time for watermelon smashing!" Alem tuber says as Lynn smirked and smashed some watermelons. Luke just watched, not talking.

"Hey, let me have a turn!" Alem tuber said and smashed some.

Some people wanted interviews with the winners as Angry Luigi was shy. Luke looked at the press.

"How do you feel about winning?" One man asked.

"It feels great! Really…." Luke trails off, not saying much.

"It's a wonderful feeling!" Chalice says.

Brandy just looks down.

Luke soon gets some time away from the party. Beau came to see him.

"Luke?" Beau asked. "Is everything okay? You know you can talk to me. Tell me what I need to know."

Luke explained

"I didn't tell them I was stepping down this year. How would you like to run against Mugman?" Beau asked.

"Will you be my campaign manager?" Luke asked.

"Of course!" Beau says.

(We all know Luke will win.)

Soon, Luan tells jokes to cheer Luke up. Then the lights went off.

Brandy looked scared before it lit up, revealing 3 cakes.

Luke's was Arctic blue that looked like a star, and Chalice's cake was golden yellow and it looked like her. Brandy looks at his, which is a green velvet cake that has Luigi toys on it.

Lucy lit the candles as everyone sang. Luke was smiling as he held hands with Chalice.

After the singing, they made their wishes.

Luke wished for perfect parties. Brandy wished for Randy to win. Chalice wished for an amazing school year at Fairway.

Luke wasn't sure if he wanted to be in season 10. He accomplished enough already. But the fans wanted more of him.

He got pissed off and just felt overwhelmed. Once he blew out the candles, he ran away from the party, crying.

Luna feels bad that the fans would never leave him alone. All he wanted was a break. That's all he wanted.

She had to do something about this.

Lisa goes to Luna after the party.

"I have an idea." Lisa says.

"What's that?" Luna says.

"Simple, we call Gemma." Lisa says and calls her, telling her the fans were forcing Luke.

"Oh, no!" Gemma says, shocked.

"He wants a break. He feels like he wants to do new things. Maybe he'll come back for season 11. This season, he just wants to do his own things." Lisa says to Gemma. Gemma understands.

"Goodbye, get out of our lives!" Lola says to the Cosmic buddies.

Jessica was watching TV at home, giggling. Tina looked at her and smiled. Jessica sees Luke on TV.

"It's 10." Tina says as Jessica tears up and cries.

"Okay, okay, you can stay up a little longer." Tina says.

"What a jerk…" Chrissy says.

"Next stop is new adventures, we're up, over and gone!" Delta says as they rush off leaving Angry Luigi, who wished he could be friends with Luke. He sighed and left.

Jason looked back and headed to Greendale with his friends.

"The end." Lori read, having read a story to Luke. Tomorrow was the first day of classes and the start of a new school year.

"I'm part of a band, Edwin…I'm part of a band, Edwin…." Lucy muttered in her sleep.

Luke yawned and fell asleep.
