On Thanksgiving, Luna smiled, ready for the Macy's parade.
"This is a big day." Luna says.
Luke refused to appear. He threatened to quit university after the student council elections.
Lori and Lisa pitied him. It was heartbreaking to see Luke like this. He had wanted to become student council president since high school, and now he'd never have that chance.
They hug him as they go to the parade. When Luna came around, Luke sadly watched her.
Luna felt bad for him. After the parade, people cheer for the Moon Goats.
At Thanksgiving dinner, Luke wasn't happy. He carved the turkey, forcing a smile.
Everyone was eating. Luke just picked at his food. When the election was brought up, Luke took the rest of his dinner and stormed off.
"What happened to Luke?" Molly asked.
Lucy explained everything as Molly felt sorry for Luke.
On Chrissy's birthday, Chrissy woke up in a different bed and realized she was in her old room. "Oh, no! Oh, no!" Chrissy said and looked nervous.
"Happy birthday, sweetie! I made your favorite!" Begmax says as he made French toast.
"Just play along, just play along…" Chrissy thought.
"Thanks, Dad." Chrissy says as she takes the plate and begins to eat. Unlike other villains, Begmax was gentle with Chrissy.
"You want extra syrup?" He asked as sweat dripped down her face. She knew he was evil, but he knew her well. She nodded.
In Inkwell Castle, it was a big day. It was the kingdom's 3rd anniversary and Luke & Chalice's 1st wedding anniversary. The castle was festively decorated and the Inkwell Isles were preparing for quite the party. Every shop in town would have something to contribute to the celebration.
Luke wasn't angry at the cups anymore. Mugman appointed Luke his vice-president, and although it wasn't as high as president, Luke still accepted. Cuphead enters with boxes of fireworks.
"Happy Anniversary!" Cuphead says. "To you and the whole Inkwell kingdom!"
"Thank you!" Luke and Chalice say.
Luke goes to greet the kingdom as they seemed to also have gifts for Cuphead and Mugman. To be fair, if it wasn't for them, they wouldn't be here.
Meanwhile, Lisa looked at the gifts she prepared for Luke and Chalice. Luna comes into the room.
"Hey." Lisa says.
"Hey, Lis." Luna says.
"I'm ready. Let's go." Lisa says.
At the castle, Luke and Chalice felt forgotten. Yes, the cup brothers did make them royalty, but this was their wedding anniversary, too. The two of them call for a carriage and leave the castle for a few hours.
There were posters about Luke and Chalice's wedding anniversary everywhere. The couple was a little surprised by this. After they looked and the carriage moved again, they looked down, sad.
The siblings were decorating for their anniversary and surprisingly, they didn't know about the kingdom's history.
Meanwhile
"Jason, Chrissy's missing! Begmax must have captured her." Delta says tears in her eyes as she burst into his house
"I'm busy." Jason says.
"She's my girlfriend!" Delta says.
"I have to attend Luke's celebration." Jason says.
"Tell him you had something urgent cause it is urgent" Delta says as Jason tossed a bucket of water at her.
"Okay, I'm not going there." Angry Luigi said as he was being dragged.
"Oh, yes, you are." Alem tuber says.
They get ready.
Meanwhile, Chrissy forced a smile, watching TV with Begmax.
"Isn't this nice?" Begmax asked.
"Yeah, I guess." Chrissy says.
"Something wrong?" He asked.
"I need to use the restroom." Chrissy says and snuck over to the washroom and smirked, adjusting her Omnitrix and hitting it.
Chrissy smiled as her body faded into a ghost as Ghostfreak emitted fear.
"Chrissy, are you playing with your Omnitrix again?" Begmax asked.
Ghostfreak was just about to leave but timed out.
"Um, maybe." Chrissy says smiling sheepishly.
"Wanna drain a planet or two?" Begmax asked.
"Um…ok." she says.
He looked at an image of the Inkwell Isles.
"No, not that one." Chrissy says and chose Mars.
"Um, okay." Begmax says.
Marvin the Martian sees this and looks annoyed.
With Sal, he was looking around. This was the anniversary of him getting his stroke; he walked around Inkwell shakily and tripped. Luke and Chalice noticed and gave him a ride in their carriage.
"Th-tha-thank you." He says.
"Of course." Luke says.
"You're welcome." Chalice says.
They ride around for a little bit longer. The two of them feel a little mad.
They later rode to the castle as there was balloons and decorations.
"What?!" Luke asked as they headed in. Confetti rained down on them as they look up.
"Surprise! Happy wedding anniversary to you both!" The siblings and friends say as Luke really just cared for the wedding anniversary more.
There were gifts and food. And the entire kingdom was there.
"Aw, thanks!" Chalice says.
Meanwhile, Chrissy turned into Cannonbolt and rolled around a purple planet and knocked some purple rocks over as Begmax smiled. Cannonbolt fakes a smile
Begmax was seen on a red planet carrying flaming dinosaurs as he tossed them aside.
"Okay, Chrissy, what's wrong?" Begmax asked as she had turned to Jetray and was about to fly.
"It's not you. I just wanna be with my friends." Jetray says and timed out.
"Even though you're evil, I forget you have a soft side for me…and Mom." Chrissy says.
"Then why don't we find her together? I have a lead." Begmax says.
"Really? Best birthday ever!" Chrissy says hugging her father. She knew her mother going missing was what led to Begmax becominug evil. When they found her, she could have her family back.
Meanwhile, the Cosmic buddies had a tracker.
"How do we have a tracker?" Emila asked as Bill smiled sheepishly.
"Lisa." Bill lied.
Meanwhile, the party began with Lola giving a pageant show for them. Luke and Chalice like what they see.
Then, Lucy and Cuphead got on the piano and played for them. They liked this a lot. After that, Luan told some jokes, which everyone laughed at.
The couple then sees a huge buffet as they help themselves.
After a bit, it was time for gifts. The cups opened the gifts that were meant for them. Luke and Chalice don't see their gifts. Lucy revealed their gift tree.
"Wow!" Luke says.
"This is incredible!" Chalice says.
They begin opening their gifts.
Luke opens his mother's gift first and smiles at the "first year of marriage" scrapbook she put together. Luke remembered a lot of the memories his mom captured in some of those pictures.
Chalice opens Amber's gift and sees a new flag.
"Cool!" Chalice says.
"A gift from my heart." Amy says as it was a juice maker.
"Aw, thanks!" Chalice says.
Lucy got Luke a journal and Lisa got Chalice a robot butler.
Lori got Luke some new books. He smiled at this.
Later, there was a parade float for Luke and Chalice, and everyone was cheering for them.
They waved and smiled. Chalice even danced on the float.
Luke smiled at his wife. He was so lucky to have someone as amazing and beautiful as her.
Soon, they watch their wedding video and the highlight reel of their first year of marriage.
Begmax and Chrissy arrived in the Chaos dimension as Windy goes ahead but Delta kicks him.
"Don't worry, we'll save you!" Delta says
Begmax was confused as Alem tuber kicked him.
"No, stop, we're looking for my mom!" Chrissy says.
"What?" Angry Luigi asked as they look around
"Okay, let's do it!" Savannah says as Angry Luigi turned into XLR8 and rushed after Delta. Alem tuber flew off as Chrissy turned into Ditto and split into 10 and ran off. Emila flew off. Bill flew with his jetpack as Alex and Reilly jumped off. Begmax flew off.
There were a couple of monsters that came up as XLR8 turned into Slapback and split into 4, using walls. They leap towards the monsters as a huge battle ensues.
With Luke, he and Chalice went to get more food to eat. Luke then thought of his upcoming birthday, where he would finally turn 20. He contemplated sharing it with Oliver.
"Should I?" Luke asked Chalice. "Should I share my birthday with him? I forgave him for a lot of things, but the most recent things he's done are unforgivable."
"It's your choice." Chalice says.
Luke thinks back to last year's birthday, when he turned 19. It was pretty good since Oliver wasn't there.
"I'll share." Luke sighed.
"It makes you miserable." Chalice says. "We'll plan your birthday. Just your birthday."
Luke smiled at that.
Meanwhile, two Slapbacks were bouncing around. Delta was blocking a crab monster and Alem tuber punched a 3rd monster as they saw the tower.
"Let's do this!" Chrissy says as they time out.
They all charged towards the tower. They had to avoid traps and monsters. They soon got close as they see a massive beast roaring.
Meanwhile, Chalice was going to give a speech. Luke smiles at her.
"Thank you all! Today I'll explain why I love Luke so much. He's the sweetest and most adorable person I've ever met. He's good at basically anything." Chalice says and continues going on about how awesome Luke is. Luke was beaming.
Now it was his turn to talk about Chalice.
"She is the best dancer and singer, kind to everyone she sees, loves her brothers and me endlessly, a wonderful queen, a powerful hero, and she's so charming…" He goes on about how amazing Chalice is.
Meanwhile, the beast tries to attack the heroes as they all dodge.
"Oh, right, power ups!" Angry Luigi says and takes out a rock mushroom and turns into Rock Angry Luigi. He goes in a rock ball and rolls towards the monster and then rolls around him as Alem tuber kicks the leg.
"We gotta save my mom!" Chrissy says.
"We sure will!" Savannah says as Bill shoots lasers.
Emila used magic ropes as Delta hit it with a spin dash. Angry luigi's form ran out as he took out a Fire Flower.
Flames climbed up on Angry luigi as he smiled. His shoes were orange and his shirt was white as he unleashed a fiery aura.
"Time to get fired up!" Fire Angry luigi says and tossed two fireballs as it caused explosions.
Alem tuber turns Super Saiyan blue, unleashing a blue aura as Delta unleashes her aura.
Chrissy sees her mom chained up. Begmax began trying to break the cage.
"Honey, I'll save you!" Begmax says as Angela looks weak and skinny. Begmax began unpeeling the cage and smiled before the monster eats him.
"Dad, no!" Chrissy says.
"Eh…" Alex says
"Master!" Begmax's goons say as they join in the fight and take it down.
"Where am I?" Angela asked as Chrissy hugged her mother.
"Okay, we got to go, more monsters are coming." Bill says. Galaxy Angry Luigi was shooting lighting as Alem tuber shot a final flash.
"Right." Emila says, using a teleportation spell, sending them back.
"My daughter." Angela says, hugging Chrissy.
"Now that's what I call a happy ending." Emma sniffed.
"Hey, where's Jason?" Angry Luigi asked.
At the anniversary party, Jason was seen crossing his arms as he watched them do the soda challenge.
Chalice held a gallon of vanilla Coke. She drank the whole thing in 4 nanoseconds and let out a big burp. Her brothers cheered wildly.
"Jason! Your turn!" Luke says.
"No, I'm on a diet." Jason says.
"I have diet Coke!" Luke says.
Jason looked at it and refused. He didn't really like the soda challenge. He's not a heavy drinker.
"Suit yourself." Luke says and takes his own turn.
After that, it was pinata time. The piñata looked like a wedding cake. Luke smiled as he and Chalice got ready to break it.
Chalice smiles. "Let's break it and shower our loyal subjects in candy!" She says.
They do so as lots of candy falls out. Everyone got their fair share, including Luke and Chalice.
Soon, Chrissy's birthday party was underway.
Delta got Chrissy a twin katana.
"Um, thanks…" Chrissy says.
Savannah got her a new bedding set.
"Thanks." Chrissy says as she opens Jack's gift, getting pied in the face.
"Ha, ha, very funny…" Chrissy says.
"I know, right? Man, I'm good, can't wait for April, where I prank everyone…" he says.
Soon, Delta and Chrissy were dancing as everyone cheered.
"It's not a Luke level party, but what can you do?" Angry Luigi says.
Meanwhile, Luke was dancing with Chalice. The two of them smiled at each other.
"I love you, Luke." Chalice says.
"And I love you more, Chally." Luke says.
Luna soon dimmed the lights. Luke knew what time it was. Everyone smiled and got into position as Luke and Chalice sat on their thrones.
Charity brought out Luke and Chalice's wedding anniversary cake. It was 8 layers high and it was shaped like them in their wedding outfits. The candles were formed around the cake's shape.
Everyone sings to them as Luke and Chalice think of wishes. Chalice wished for Luke to be happy, because she wanted him to be happy. She hated to see him miserable and would move mountains to make him smile.
Luke wished for Chalice to be happy as they blew the candles out and cut their cake.
Meanwhile, Chrissy and the others were resting up.
"Okay, what about Amber's wedding anniversary in December?" Emma asked.
"We've been planning it." Alem tuber says.
"On December 11th." Angry Luigi says as Alem tuber punches him into the cake.
"Hey, I was going to eat it! Oh, wait, there's still some left." Delta says, but Emma sucked the rest like a vacuum.
"Why, you little!" Delta says grabbing Emma, but Angry Luigi took out a mallet and whacked Delta on the head. Alem tuber kicked Delta. Alex tossed a pie at Jack as a big food fight was going on.
Luke smiled, eating cake with Chalice. They partied with the entire Inkwell kingdom for hours, until Luke got tired.
After the party, Cuphead was planning the wedding. "How about December 14th?" Cuphead asked Mugman. Mugman thinks.
"I'm not sure…isn't that when her birthday is?" Mugman asked.
"Yeah, I got to plan her birthday. I know, I'll do it on the 13th." Cuphead says."She loves Friday the 13th…"
Mugman gives a thumbs up.
