Brooke walked from the closet to the bathroom. Lucas was standing at the mirror in a pair of black underwear. He was touching up his beard and smiled when he saw his wife walk in. She was in a matching red strapless bra and thong. She was putting finishing touches on her hair and make up before the party started. Lucas cleared his throat as he looked at his wife through the mirror.

"You look stunning!" He said with a wink as she laughed.

"Of course you would say that." She smirked. He looked around the bathroom and then popped his head into the bedroom. The door was already closed to their bedroom. He smiled as he looked back at the mirror.

"You know I think we have a couple minutes before everyone starts to show up for this party." He smirked as she rolled her eyes.

"Lucas!" She said with a smile. "The staff is here in the living room setting up. They would hear us." She said as he grinned. She then started to check him out and bit her lower lip. He walked over to her and pushed her up against the wall. He started to kiss her neck and just as she was about to let out a moan; he covered her mouth with his hand.

"I'm not the one who can't be quiet." He grinned as he continued to kiss her. He started making his way down her body kissing every inch. He was on his knees kissing her and still covering her mouth with his hand. He smiled as he could feel her breathing heavy on his hand. He bit down on the string on her thong and started to pull it down. As he did this he let his hand off her mouth. He got her thong off and started to kiss her legs as he was rubbing her body with his hands. She was starting to shake and let out a moan. He grinned as he stood up and started to kiss her on the lips. She started to bite his lip as they kissed which only turned him on more. He quickly picked her up and carried her to the bed as she giggled. He gently set her down on the bed and continued to kiss her. As he was kissing down her body and then started to rub her inner thighs. She started to squirm and he grinned. He continued to kiss around her belly and then moved to her inner thigh. He was kissing up her thigh as she still squirmed. She let out a huge moan that brought Lucas' right hand up to her mouth. He left his other hand close to where he was kissing. She started to moan into his hand, while her breathing got harder. He then started to rub her clitouras as she squirmed. As he continued rubbing her he brought his kissing closer and closer to his hand. As her moans got stronger she started to softly bite down on his fingers and suck on them. This was turning him on more and he continued to get his wife off. He finally started to finger her, adding one finger at a time. She started to arch her back as she was getting close. He then started to kiss her on the mouth as he fingered her. At this point she could barely hold on and finally let out a huge moan as he grinned. She was now breathing heavy as he stood up and walked back to the bathroom. He dried off the sweat that he had built up and then walked back to the room. She was in the same spot he had left her. She smiled as he walked back in.

"What about you?" She asked as he reached for her hand. She grabbed it and he helped her up.

"Maybe later. You have a party to host." He said as he kissed her. She smiled as she kissed him back. "I think your makeup might be messed up Mrs. Scott." He said as she shook her head.

"Who cares!" She said as she reached back in for another kiss. She kissed him for another minute and then finally pulled away. "Okay now I'm ready to finish getting dressed." She laughed as he smiled. He walked into their closet and started to get dressed. He came out wearing a blue suit with a white button down shirt and black tie. He walked into the bathroom to fix his hair. She was fixing her very ruined makeup and stopped as he walked in.

"Does this look okay?" He asked as he was pulling at the jacket just a bit. He looked in the mirror and started to fix the tie.

"You look amazing darling!" She said knowing he was wearing one of the new suits from her latest collection. He smiled and then combed his hair. He styled it back and then looked at his wife.

"I'm going to go make sure everything is set up." He said as he kissed her cheek and walked out of their bathroom, into the bedroom and then opened the door. Outside their bedroom were about 20 people making sure everything was situated for the welcome party. He walked through the living room and out to the terrace where a bar was being set up. There was a bartender standing behind the bar and two cocktail waitresses in front of it talking to the bartender.

"Oh Mr. Scott, can I get you something to drink?" Jeremiah asked. Lucas looked at the bottles behind him and nodded.

"Old fashion please." Lucas said as Jeremiah nodded. Lucas walked to the end of the balcony and looked out at the city. He could hear the honking of cars and the roar of the city grew louder as he listened. He was deep in thought about when Jeremiah walked over with the drink.

"Here you are Mr. Scott." Jeremiah said as Lucas took the drink. "You have a lovely view. I don't think I've ever been a bartender at a nicer place."

"I think my wife did a lovely job picking the place. Plenty of space to entertain and still enough room for the kids when they come." Lucas said. "It's my daughter's first high school dance tonight." He said as he pulled out his phone. He got to the picture that Lily had sent him and he smiled. He showed Jeremiah the picture of Kieran and Lily. Kieran was wearing black slacks, a white button dress shirt and a loose black tie. His hair was fixed but still had a lot of volume. Lily's hair was lightly curled and styled to frame her face. She did light make up with a natural pink lip color and a baby blue cocktail dress that highlighted her whole body.

"She's really pretty." Jeremiah said as Lucas nodded.

"She is." Lucas said with a sigh. "You have to make a lot of hard choices to get to live with these views." He said as Jeremiah nodded.

"Regret any of them, sir?" Jeremiah asked as Lucas chuckled a bit.

"I regret a lot of them. Some of them I don't know if I'll regret yet." Lucas said and then looked inside. He could see Brooke walking around checking things inside. She looked so pretty. He thought of every choice he made that led to this life.

"I try to live by the idea that you can't dwell on a decision made. You made it and now have to live with it. Good or bad." Jeremiah said. "Your choices look like they led to a really great life." He said with a smile and then walked back to the bar. Lucas nodded his head as he thought about it. He did have a really great life, wife, kids but he was making the choice to not be happy with it. He walked back over to the bar and smiled.

"Can I get a glass of champagne with two strawberries? One on the rim and one on the bottom?" He said as Jeremiah nodded. As he made the drink Brooke walked out to join them. She was wearing a black dress that had a big red bow over the front. Lucas smiled as he grabbed the drink from Jeremiah and handed it to Brooke.

"You look stunning as ever Brooke!" Lucas said as he kissed her.

"Oh thanks honey!" She said as she grabbed the glass. "Just the way I like it!" She grinned and she couldn't help but get lost in her thoughts. He's being so different here. He's actually trying again. What changed? What triggered this? He's been so distant since she started working on Great Scott. He smiled at her and all her thoughts went away except one. Who cares why he is trying again, I only care that he is trying. Jeremiah was watching them and smiled.

"Mr. Scott." Jeremiah said as he walked over with a first edition of 'The Unkindness of Ravens.' "Do you think you can sign this?" He asked as he held out a very used book. Lucas smiled and reached for it.

"Of course!" Lucas said as he opened it.

"I tried to get you to sign it when it came out but no one would take me to the bookstore." Jeremiah said. "Is it true that you didn't know your new book collection was about Mrs. Scott?" He asked.

"Yeah it is. I realized it one night after a game I coached. That night our lives together started again. The truth is when I walked away from Brooke, it was the biggest mistake of my life." Lucas said as he handed the book to Jeremiah. "I'll never make that mistake again." He said as Jeremiah smiled. He opened his book as Lucas walked away. On the front page Lucas signed his name and left a note, 'I know you're a writer. Never give up. Never let rejection stop you. When you are ready to get your book published, contact me. -Lucas Scott.'

Kieran pulled up to the beach house circle drive and parked in front of the doorway. He sat there for a moment and took a deep breath. He let it out and as he did his phone rang. It was his grandfather. He cleared his throat and answered the phone.

"Hey Geeps! What's up?" Kieran said into the phone.

"Did I just pass you on the road?" Ted asked as he drove to the beach house that once belonged to Brooke. Victoria and Ted decided to move into the beach house when they weren't traveling. "Aren't you supposed to be at some dance?" He asked.

"Well yeah." Kieran said. "But mom said I could spend the night at the beach house if I took Keith and Davis to tryouts in the morning." He added.

"Ahhh…" Ted replied. "You're having a party."

"No! Why would you say that?" Kieran quickly said.

"Kieran…" Ted said.

"Please don't tell my mom…" Kieran said as Ted laughed.

"I won't." Ted said as he pulled into his driveway. He turned off his car but stayed in it. "Hey are you okay?" He asked.

"Yeah." Kieran said. "I'm glad I got to see it for myself. I'd rather have seen him there first than out in the streets or something. Do you think he's going to live here?" He asked.

"I don't really know, but I can find out." Ted said.

"Aren't you afraid my parents are going to be mad at you and Uncle Nate for doing all of this?" Kieran asked. "I know you said to not worry about it. But they didn't even tell me they knew he was getting out." He added as he got out of his car.

"I know Brooke is going to be mad at me. But it's okay. I don't want you to worry about that." Ted said. "Just have a fun party and try not to let it get you down." He said.

"You're right I should just have fun at the party." Kieran sighed as he opened the door to the beach house. The alarm went off and he walked over to the system to turn it off.

"Alright Key have a good night." Ted said as he was about to hang up.

"Wait can you do me a favor?" Kieran asked.

"Sure, anything!" Ted said. He might take it to the extreme sometimes but Ted just wants to be a role model that Brooke never got. He kicks himself everyday that he let the time pass when Brooke was growing up.

"Can you find out when Jason Jones got out of jail?" Kieran asked. "He went to jail on armed robbery charges when I was four. I saw him today at the jail. He looked clean, I've never seen him clean. He looked happy." He said.

"Sure can kiddo." Ted said. "Now go enjoy that party. Love you." He said.

"Love you too." Kieran said and then hung up the phone. He walked over to the system that controls the whole house. He clicked on the music tab and clicked play. Music started to play as he walked through the whole house. He was gathering things that could easily be broken. This wasn't his first party to throw at the beach house. He went to the master room and set everything down on the bed. He then locked the door to the bedroom. He walked back out to his car and grabbed a box full of punch mixes. He ran up the stairs and into the house. He set the box down in the kitchen. He sighed and then opened the refrigerator. There was some beer left over from the summer trips they took. He grabbed a beer and then walked upstairs. He always kept clothes at the beach house. He walked into the room he typically slept in. He grabbed a pair of jeans and a white t-shirt. He changed into them and could hear voices calling out from the stairs. Kieran walked down the stairs to find Charlie had arrived.

"Where the fuck did you run off too?" Charlie asked.

"I just came here early." Kieran replied. "Did you end up getting a keg?" He asked.

"Duh." Charlie said. "It's in the trunk." He added.

"Cool, let's get it." Kieran said as he started walking outside to Charlie's truck.

"What's up with you dude?" Charlie asked as he followed.

"Nothing." Kieran said quickly. Charlie looked at him and shook his head.

"Whatever bro. Keeping secrets from your best friend." Charlie said as he shook his head.

"Just miss my parents." Kieran said.

"Okay now you're just hurting my feelings." Charlie laughed. The two of them carried in the keg and set it up on the back tapped it and started to pour themselves a beer.

"I'm ready to get fucked up." Kieran stated as Charlie nodded his head. The two walked inside as Parker walked inside with Jamie and Steven Downs.

"I told the rest of the team to be here before everyone else so we can do the traditions." Steven said as he had a blindfolded Jamie walking behind him. He helped Jamie to the couch and Jamie sat down.

"How many newbies do we have this year?" Charlie asked, looking at Kieran.

"Uh Vick, Scott and Zneller. So just three." Kieran said.

"Wait, Coach didn't even get an even 10 for the team?" Parker said, confused.

"Can I take this off?" Jamie asked as the group looked at him.

"Scott, don't talk." Steven said as Kieran laughed a bit. The doorbell rang and Kieran walked towards the front door. He opened it and the rest of the team was standing there. Four boys were standing there. Knight Tanner was in front. He has dark brown hair and blue eyes. He was rather tall standing at 6'4. He smiled when Kieran opened the door.

"Dude we almost got followed here by the cops!" Knight said as he walked through the door. He was leading Travis Zneller into the house.

"It's only because Knight had the smart idea to practically kidnap the newbies from the dance." D'ante said as he shook his head. He stood about the same height as Kieran. He has dark skin and black hair. His hazel eyes were especially bright tonight. He led Jackson Vick into the house. Jackson has light blonde hair and blue eyes. He stands at about 6 feet tall.

"Knight last year after we kidnapped you from your house, Coach banned it." Kieran said as he shook his head.

"I was new last year. I didn't know that." Knight said as he placed the two new guys on the table.

"Remember the practice we all threw up while you shot free throws?" Kieran said.

"Oh shit." Knight said as he looked at D'ante. "At least 20 people watched us. But I'm sure they know it was a joke." He said as he half smiled.

"I tried to tell him." D'ante said as he stood next to Parker and Charlie.

"Cool so we're running next week." Steven said.

"I'm sorry guys….I'll tell Coach it was just me." Knight said.

"No, we're a team." Kieran said as he looked at the three blindfolded boys in front of him. "You can take the blindfold off." He said as all three took them off. "After tonight you will officially be a part of the team, but not until the end of the night. First you need to hear what it means to be a Tree Hill Raven. Steven, would you do the honors." He said as Steven stepped up.

"Tree Hill High didn't see a championship trophy until the year 2005. Our coaches were on that winning team so while we might not see eye to eye with them sometimes, you will always respect them. This town has always stood by this team, so we stand with this town. This means we give back to the community every month. You are expected to come to those every month during the season. We always have each other's back." Steven said as Kieran walked outside to watch for people to pull up. Tanner pulled up with Lily and Spencer in his truck. Tanner was the first out of his truck. Tanner Riply Higgins, the son of Owen Higgins and Stephanie Riply. Tanner's family has owned and ran Riply's Entertainment since 1962. Tanner stands at just six feet tall, has blue eyes and light sandy hair. He typically has it styled with gel and the sides are faded. He plays soccer and runs on the cross country team. Tanner was Lily's first kiss. It was on the playground swings at Tree Hill Elementary. Tanner was in fifth grade and Lily was in fourth. It was a dare that developed into a huge crush for both of them. He smiled as he helped Spencer out of the back seat and then helped Lily out of the front seat.

"Thanks!" Lily said with a soft smile.

"You're welcome." Tanner said. "I'm just going to change in my truck real quick. I'll be inside in a minute."

"You can change inside." Spencer said as Tanner smiled.

"I'll just change in my truck." Tanner said as he got back into the truck and shut the door. Spencer looked at Lily and shook her head. The two girls walked inside and straight up the stairs. They got to the bedroom that Lily typically sleeps in and set their bags down.

"Tanner has been checking you out all night!" Spencer said as she unzipped her dress.

"Has he?" Lily asked.

"Oh my god yes!" Spencer said as she laughed. "He's so cute too!"

"I know!" Lily said as she giggled. She took off her dress and pulled out her outfit for the party. "It sucks that Tanner's friend couldn't come to the party." She said as Spencer was putting on a pair of ripped black skinny jeans. Under her jeans was a pair of black fishnet tights. She then put on a black crop top. She walked to the mirror and fluffed her curls. She then started to take selfies as Lily finished getting dressed.

"Come on Lily, come take pictures!" Spencer said as Lily laughed and ran over to her friend. Lily was wearing a short sundress that is white with little sunflowers on it. The two friends continued to take pictures and laughed. "Are you going to drink?" She asked as they started to head downstairs.

"Ummm…" Lily said as they got to the bottom of the stairs. The lights were low, the music was loud, the crowd was pouring into the house. Lily and Spencer watched as people were drinking and laughing. Beer bong was being played on the porch while drinking games were being played all over the house. Soon Jamie joined them and the three freshmen starred at everyone. It was their first high school party, afterall.

The lights were loud, the music was soft and the small welcome party that was planned at the Scott's Penthouse turned into a huge gathering. Carol and Penny were running around the house making sure everything was running smoothly. Brooke and Lucas were in different parts of the apartment talking and entertaining the guests. Brooke was making her way around the room, making sure to stop and talk to each person. Lucas was standing out at the bar getting another drink.

"Another old fashion Mr. Scott?" Jeremiah asked. Lucas nodded as he set his cup down.

"Please Jeremiah." Lucas said as he rubbed his face.

"Everything okay?" Jeremiah asked as he started to make the old fashion.

"Oh yeah." Lucas said. "I'm just a little introverted so I've never been good at big parties like these. I just get a little worn down." He said with a laugh. He grabbed the drink off the counter and looked around the terrace.

"How was the dance? Did your daughter have fun?" Jeremiah asked.

"You know I haven't heard from her." Lucas said as he pulled his phone out. "I actually haven't heard from any of my kids."

"Well can you blame them?" Jeremiah laughed.

"No I guess not." Lucas said. "I was probably doing something crazy when my mom was out of town." He said as he laughed a bit. "Actually I know I was doing something crazy." He said as he thought about his mom and the things he put her through. He wished that he could tell her now that he understands the choices she made. He smiled and then took a sip of his drink. "Amazing." He said with a smile. He started to walk away from the bar and was looking at his phone. Brooke noticed Lucas and walked over to him.

"Hi honey!" Brooke said as she rubbed his back. "Are you doing okay out here?" She asked as she looked at their view.

"Doing great!" He said with a smile. "How about you?" He asked.

"A little upset that I haven't heard from the kids." She replied. "I'm glad that we are here but I missed getting Lily ready for her first high school dance."

"I know I wish I could have been there to tie Kieran's tie and make sure Lily's dress looked appropriate." He sighed.

"She looked absolutely stunning. So much like Karen that I cried when I got the picture." She said.

"She has my mom's looks but Keith's smile. I see him every time she scrunches her nose, when she smiles, when she gets angry." He said with a smile.

"And his eyes." She smiled. "They'd be so proud of her and they'd be so proud of you too!" She said as he smiled.

"I think they are proud of you too." He said and then kissed the top of her forehead. He had his arm warped around her. He heard her sigh. "What else is bothering you?" He asked.

"Well, if we had stayed home we could have had the night with the twins. We hardly get to spend time with our kids one on one." She said.

"I know. I got the chance to just be with Keith on Monday. It was nice to talk to him." He said as Penny walked up to the two of them.

"I've been looking for you everywhere!" Penny said with a smile.

"Oh I'm sorry I'll return to the party." Brooke said.

"Oh not you." Penny said as Lucas swallowed hard.

"Me?" Lucas said. "What do I need to do?" He asked, confused. "Brooke said all I had to do tonight was look pretty and drink at the bar. I've been doing my job. Don't make me leave the terrace." He said as Penny laughed.

"Oh my gosh Brooke wasn't kidding when she said you are an introvert." Penny joked and then shook her head. "I got a text alert about your security system at the beach house. It went off but the code was entered and has stopped." She said.

"Ahhh.." Lucas said he nodded. He rolled his eyes and pulled his phone out. "Thank you for letting me know Penny." He said as she nodded and walked away. He clicked on Kieran's name and called him. He waited for his son to pick up. He then heard his son on the other end. "Ah Kieran what are you up too?" He asked.

"I'm hanging out with Charlie and Parker." Kieran said as he walked out of the loud beach house. He was hoping to get far enough away from the party so his dad couldn't hear it. He wasn't drunk yet but he was buzzed.

"Where?" Lucas asked.

"At the beach house." Kieran said quickly. He was now facing the party and watching everything. He was still waiting for Sam to show up before he really started to drink. "Mom said yesterday morning that Charlie and Parker could come over to the beach house after the dance if I wake up tomorrow morning and take the twins to basketball tryouts." He said as Lucas took a sip of his drink.

"Did your sister get to Spencer's house after the dance?" Lucas asked.

"Yeah...I think so." Kieran said as he locked eyes on his drunk sister and her friends sitting on the steps down to the beach. He half smiled.

"Well didn't you drive her?" Lucas asked.

"No, her date drove her home." Kieran said as Lucas nodded.

"Okay well have a good night with your friends and don't forget to lock up the beach house in the morning." Lucas said.

"Yes sir." Kieran said back. He had just seen Samantha walk into the party.

"Good night Kieran. Love you!" Lucas said.

"Yeah love you too dad." Kieran said as he hung up the phone. He put his phone in his pocket and ran up the bridge to the house. He got inside the beach house and was standing behind Samantha. "Sammie you're finally here!" He said with a smile.

"Where's my drink Kieran?" Sam asked as she turned around to face Kieran. He smiled at his girlfriend and reached in for a kiss but she stopped him. "My drink?" She stated.

"Yeah let me get you that drink." Kieran said as he walked over to the punch and started pouring Sam her drink. Tanner had just finished getting Lily a refill and walked back over to her. He handed her the drink and she smiled.

"Thanks!" Lily said and then giggled.

"Do you like your brother's girlfriend?" Tanner asked as they started walking around the crowded house.

"Um no not really." Lily laughed as she stumbled a bit. Tanner quickly caught her and held her up. They walked up the stairs as they talked. "She's not very nice and she mixes up my brothers which I get it, they are identical twins...but don't you think she should know her boyfriend's siblings. They have been dating since the 8th grade." She scoffed as Tanner laughed a bit.

"Yeah you would think..." Tanner said as they walked down the other flight of stairs. Tanner stopped at a picture on the wall. "Hahaha look at how little you were." He said as she stopped and looked at the picture. It was her first day of preschool.

"I met Spencer that day!" Lily laughed.

"And y'all have been friends ever since." Tanner said. "Is her mom back?" He asked as she shook her head. Rumors spread like fire at Tree Hill High and across the town. Being in such a small town people talk, correction, people gossip.

"We haven't really talked about it either." Lily said as they searched the room for Spencer. "I get it though. I don't talk about my birth parents at all. It's weird." She said as Tanner nodded. He felt really lucky to have such great parents.

"Where do you think Spencer went?" Tanner asked as they continued to search the room for her.

"Probably following my brother around." Lily laughed. They walked out the front door and found Spencer, Travis and Jamie drinking with a group of other younger classmen that got invited.

"Oh my god! Lily! I've been looking all over for you!" Spencer jumped up and gave Lily a hug.

"We've been looking for you too!" Lily hugged Spencer.

"Yeah why'd you run off?" Tanner asked as he pulled Spencer's phone out of his pocket. "You left your phone with me." He said and then handed it to her.

"Oh thank you!" Spencer said and then turned to Lily. She quickly whispered in Lily's ear. "Did you kiss him or not?" She whispered as Lily shook her head no. Spencered rolled her eyes and then faced Travis. "Okay now you can put your number in my phone. Lils this is Travis, like I know you know who he is, but we've been getting to know him. He's originally from Tree Hill." She said.

"Well my parents were." Travis said.

"Why'd your parents leave?" Lily asked as Tanner sat down on the porch swing next to Jamie.

"He was just getting to that part!" Spencer said as Jamie laughed at her.

"Umm I never actually knew my dad." Travis said. "My mom left him while she was pregnant with me. She later got remarried to my step-mom Gwen." He said and then took another sip of his drink.

"Oh two moms." Spencer said as Lily walked over to Tanner and Jamie. There wasn't much room for her on the swing so she sat on Tanner's lap. "I can't even have one mom stay." She said as Lily and Jamie looked at each other and then looked down. They both took sips of their drinks. "Anyways...continue! Life story let's hear it." She said with a smile.

"Um I'm an only child. My mom Gwen is a professor and my other mom Sherri is a bank teller." He said. "We lived in Charlotte for literally my whole life but then my mom got a new job so we moved." Travis said and then looked around. "It kinda sucks being the new kid in such a small town. I feel like everyone knows each other or is related." He said as everyone laughed.

"Welcome to Tree Hill." Jamie said. "Everyone is related." He joked.

"That's true though. The Scotts make up the whole town. We're just living here." Spencer joked as Lily and Jamie laughed. But it was true. They could both easily name 20 people they were related to in some way.

"Thanks hahaha." Travis said.

"We have Math together with Mr. Pyke right?" Tanner asked.

"1st period yep." Travis said.

"Well on Monday sit by us. Do you play soccer?" Tanner asked.

"Nope just basketball." Travis said. "Apparently my dad played ball back in the day."

"Oh nice. So you're good?" Jamie asked.

"Probably not as good as Nathan Scott's kid but yeah I'm decent." Travis said.

"Well clearly you're good if you made the varsity team and you're new." Spencer said. They continued to talk as Samantha walked through the group and into the house.

"Who was that?" Travis asked.

"Samantha Price. Kieran's girlfriend." Lily said.

"Are you sure she's Kieran's girlfriend?" Travis asked. He knew her but didn't know her. He was her neighbor and Kieran was not the boy he saw coming in and out of her house during the summer.

"Yeah I'm pretty sure." Lily said. "Why?" She asked.

"No reason." Travis stated.

"She's terrible." Jamie added as everyone laughed.

"Kieran knows she's terrible too." Lily laughed as she finished her drink. Tanner noticed this and took the cup from her.

"Anyone else need a refill?" Tanner asked as Spencer downed her drink. She handed it to him and he nodded. Lily stood up and then Tanner did. Tanner walked away and Lily sat down next to Jamie. The cousins watched as their friend told all the crazy stories of the Scotts. They were laughing and Jamie looked at Lily. They were both clearly drunk.

"I can't believe we are finally in high school." Jamie said as Lily looked at him. She softly smiled. They both laughed.

"Let's promise no matter what, we're friends forever." Lily said. "You aren't just my cousin Jame. You're my best friend." She said as he laughed.

"Don't say that too loud. Spencer will kill you." Jamie laughed more. "You're my best friend too." He said as he wrapped his arm around his cousin's neck. The both started listening to Spencer talk about the Scotts.

"Your family has lived here forever." Travis joked.

"But for real." Jamie laughed.

"Is that why it was so easy for Coach Scott and his wife to have Kieran so young?" Travis asked. "Having all that family around." He said as Kieran walked up.

"No, I'm actually adopted." Kieran said as he noticed how drunk Spencer, Lily and Jamie were. "Wooooow okay fishys might be time for y'all to stop drinking." He laughed.

"Oh shut up Kieran." Lily slurred as Kieran nodded his head with a smile.

"Enjoy that hang over." Kieran laughed as Tanner walked back with full glasses for the girls.

"So now that you both have your drinks filled again. Want to play a drinking game?" Tanner asked as Charlie walked by.

"Oh I'm down for that!" Charlie said. "Imma get the team!" He said as he ran inside. Soon a group followed him out. It was the rest of the team, Heather, Jenny and Samantha.

"What are we doing?" Kieran asked.

"Drinking games you grouch." Charlie said as he shook his head. "Hmmmm who should go first. Never have I ever, is the game. If you did it, you drink. Easy as that." He said as Heather rolled her eyes.

"I think we all know how to play." Heather said in a condescending voice. "But I would say the new kid should go first." She said. "Travis right?" She said as Travis nodded.

"Um the new kid?" Sam said. "This is kinda we all know each other group. Who invited you to play?" She asked.

"I did." Charlie said. "He's the new kid on the team. Who invited you to this party?" He asked.

"My boyfriend did. Do you have a problem with that?" Sam asked as she put her right hand on her hip.

"Yes." Lily said boldly. Spencer looked at Lily with her mouth open. Lily hardly speaks her mind but when she gets that liquid courage in her, there's no telling what she might say.

"Excuse me. Lily, you're a freshman on the team. I will kick you off." Samantha said as Jenny interrupted.

"You don't have that power." Jenny said. Heather looked at Lily and then at Samantha.

"Don't make me pick." Heather said to Samantha. "Lily's a better dancer, flyer, and all around better spirit." She said as she rolled her eyes.

"I do too but you're still here so I don't know." Charlie said as Kieran watched this fight.

"Can everyone just leave Sam alone." Kieran said as all his friends shook their heads. Kieran always stood up for Samantha and while that's great, his friends really couldn't stand her. "Travis go first." He said as he shook his head and looked across the circle at Jenny.

"Um yeah uh never have I ever broken a bone." Travis said as a couple of them drank.

"Okay okay I got one." Sam said. "Never have I ever been to a fashion show, even though my boyfriend's mom is a fashion designer." She said as Lily, Spencer, Jenny, and Kieran drank. "Jenny when did you go?" She asked.

"I met up with Kieran and Lily this last summer to see one." Jenny said as Sam looked at her boyfriend.

"Thanks for the invite." Sam said.

"Thanks for ignoring my calls to get the invite." Kieran said and then finished his drink. Charlie looked over at Parker. Kieran then walked away to refill his drink. Lily followed him. Kieran looked behind him as his drunk sister followed behind him. He laughed as he stopped walking and she walked into him.

"Kieran!" Lily laughed.

"Lily!" Kieran said back. They got to the kitchen and Kieran reached for Lily's cup. "Are you having fun?" He asked as she shook her head up and down aggressively. He laughed at her. "Has Tanner kissed you yet?" He asked.

"NO!" Lily said as she flung herself onto the counter. "And it's not like I haven't tried!" She said as he shook his head.

"Jeez Lil!" He said with a laugh. "Are you good?" He asked as her head fell a bit. She then jumped off the counter and stumbled a bit.

"Never better!" She giggled.

"Well how about that's your last one." He laughed and then out of the corner of his eye saw Bryce Goins walk in with his friends. He watched as Bryce made his way through the crowd to get a drink. Bryce and his friends grabbed a drink and walked outside to the beach.

"I'm gonna go join the game again!" Lily said as she skipped off with her drink. Kieran looked at Bryce and then watched his sister. She was tripping over her feet so he followed her instead. They rejoin their friends on the front porch. Lily then stood next to Tanner and was swaying back and forth. Tanner looked at Lily and then held her hand that wasn't holding her cup. She smiled at him and Spencer noticed this.

"Anyways…" Spencer said, looking around the circle. "Who's turn now?" She asked.

"Okay I'll go." Heather said, wanting to shake things up. She was hoping to end a relationship tonight. "Never have I ever lied to my boyfriend. And for the boys, replace it with girlfriend." She said with a smirk. Everyone but Lily drank. She's the only one that hasn't dated. "I guess that means Lily you have to go since you're the only one that didn't drink."

"Okay ummmm…" Lily said. "Never have I ever had a crush on my friend's parents." She said as again the whole group drank but the Scotts.

"Okay that was dumb." Sam said as Kieran looked up from his looked at Lily with a smile and she smiled back.

"Excuse you." Kieran said. "That's my sister, Sam." He said as she rolled her eyes.

"Bitch." Charlie whispered under his breath and Lily laughed. Kieran looked over at Charlie and Charlie shrugged.

"Okay sorry what I meant was let's spice this up!" Sam said. "I want to know some details about everyone." She said as she took a sip of her drink. She thought for a minute and then decided to go after Charlie. "Never have I ever had my parent tell me I was a fuck up." She said as she looked at Charlie. He drank and so did Kieran.

"Okay you want to play that way." Charlie said. "Never have I ever cheated." He said as no one drank. "Oh you're not going to drink. Why? Are you scared that Kieran will finally find out something we all already know?" He said as Samantha shook her head.

"I've never cheated on Kieran." Sam said. Kieran groaned and shook his head.

"Alright I'm fucking done with this stupid game." Kieran said.

"You did cheat on him." Travis said as Samantha looked at him. Kieran stopped walking and turned around. Charlie looked at Travis with a huge grin.

"What did you say?" Kieran asked and then looked at Sam.

"No I didn't." Samantha said.

"Yes you did." Travis said.

"You just moved here. You don't even know me." Samantha said.

"But I do. I'm your neighbor." Travis said. "I don't know his name Kieran, but it's that kid you got in a fight with on the first day of school." He said as everyone stood there with their mouths open.

"Oh shit." Charlie, Jenny, and Parker said in unison. Samantha was shocked. Her face told it all; it was true.

"Kieran he's lying." Samantha said as she tried to grab his hand.

"Why would he lie about that Samantha." Kieran asked. "Ask yourself why would the new kid on the team lie about something so serious. All summer you treated me like trash. You ignore my phone calls, my texts. I even sent you postcards and letters. I got real with you. I got real with you about Clark. I even talked about Sherri with you. You were cheating on me with Bryce the whole time?" He said as he shook his head. "We're done." He said.

"No Kieran." Sam said. "Can't we talk about it?" She asked.

"Can we talk about it?" He boomed. "GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!" He yelled, causing most people to look their way. At this point their group of friends were trying to calm Kieran down and have Samantha leave.

"You're just drunk." She said, trying to calm him down.

"Sam, leave him alone. I think you need to leave." Parker said.

"Kieran I'm sorry I didn't mean too." Samantha said as she wrapped her arms around him. He just stood there.

"Is this why Bryce and I got in a fight? Are you dating him too?" Kieran asked and Samantha was quiet. "So you are dating him." He stated. He then removed her arms from his waist and walked inside. "Wait, is this why Bryce is here? At my house. You invited him here." He said.

"Bryce is here?" Parker said.

"Yeah he showed up a few minutes ago." Lily said.

"Did you invite Bryce here after he got in a fight with Kieran?" Charlie asked.

"Well…" Sam said as everyone nodded their heads.

"Go get your boyfriend and leave." Kieran said as finished his drink and then threw the cup at her feet. He walked away and Sam chased after him.

"Kieran wait!" Sam said as she grabbed his hand. He turned around to face her.

"No. Leave me alone. Get out of my house!" Kieran said as he pulled his hand away from her. "Sadly I can believe you cheated on me. I'm not surprised. You're a terrible person. You know nothing about my brothers. You can't even tell them apart and we have been dating for four years. You could literally give two shits about me and about how I feel. If you cared about me you wouldn't haven't done any of this." He said.

"But Kieran I'm pregnant." Sam said as he rolled his eyes.

"No you're drunk and a slut." Kieran said as she slapped him across the face. He rubbed his cheek and then shook his head. "And a whore." He added as she slapped the other cheek.

"I'm done with you Kieran Scott!" Sam yelled.

"FUCKING FINALLY!" Kieran yelled at the top of his lungs. He was clearly drunk at this point. Sam shoved him and he fell over himself. She ran up the pier crying. She ran into Bryce and asked him to take her home. Jenny turned to Parker and Charlie.

"I have to go after her." Jenny said. "She's my best friend." She said as both boys nodded. Parker and Charlie watched Jenny follow Samantha and Bryce to his car. Charlie looked at Parker and then they both looked at Kieran in the sand.

"I got him." Charlie said as he walked out to the beach and helped Kieran up.

"Let's get wasted." Kieran said as he pushed Charlie off of him and ran up the beach. He walked inside and to the butler's pantry where his dad kept the liquor. He grabbed a bottle of tequila and walked back into the kitchen. He drunkenly climbed onto the kitchen island. "Everyone listen." He slurred. "I'm single and ready to fuck shit up. Let's take some shots!" He cheered out. Everyone cheered him on.

The party was finished and the apartment was now clear. Lucas laid down in bed as his wife was washing her face and getting ready for bed. He laid there looking at the ceiling and he was soon joined by Brooke. She got under the blanket and rested her head on his chest. He put his arm around her and lightly rubbed her back.

"Clark was released today." Brooke said as she broke the silence.

"Did you get a call?" Lucas asked.

"No, my father told me. He has had that guy looking into everything basically since we adopted Kieran." She said. He nodded as he continued to rub her back. "What are you thinking about?" She asked.

"What life would have been like if we did move to New York when we said we were going too. Before the twins were born." He said. "I don't know if I would have been a coach and while I love being praised for my books, I think I love being a coach so much more." He said.

"Can I ask you a question?" She said a little nervously.

"Always." He said.

"What changed in you?" She asked. "What made you think of this? You always say how much happier the family would be if we moved here. The incredible ballet school for Lily. The museums for Davis. The sports for Keith and Kieran. Even Central Park for Teddy."

"I had an interesting talk with that bartender tonight. He asked me if I regretted any of my decisions and of course I said yes. Then we talked about you. I guess when talking to Jeremiah I realized something that has always been true. I'd be nowhere without you. I remember when I met you when we were little. You didn't know me at all and let's face it you forgot who I was until I won that first game as a Raven. But then I got to really know you. The real you. I've been treating you so poorly lately. Always getting mad when you're busy or on the phone. You built an incredible life in New York and you left it because there was something missing. I don't want to ever lose you again." He said as he was just letting everything out of his head.

"I'd give everything up. All of it. The houses, the cars, the money, the fame. I'd be Mrs. Coach Scott and never bat an eye for the life I left in New York. I love you Lucas Scott." She said and kissed him.

"I love you too Brooke Scott." He said and kissed her.

Kieran's alarm went off to pick up the twins. He groaned as he sat up. He didn't remember going to bed. Where were his clothes? How did he get upstairs? He let out a deep groan and rubbed his head. He then heard a slight sigh. 'Who is in my bed' was the only question Kieran had as he lifted the sheet up.
