The sunbird, Quita Moz, who slept peacefully in his nest in Vellestrella, was awaken by the sound of flames. With a startled gasp, his eyes flashed open as he glanced up at the flames. He then stood up, gazing into the flames. He squinted his eyes, curiously.

"What is this?" Quita Moz asked, curiously.

As he continued to peer into the flames, the Sunbird then gasped in awe. He then glanced over at the entrance of his nest.

"I must inform King Vergago!" Quita Moz exclaimed.

He then leaped up into the air, where he flew out through the entrance which then opened.

Quita Moz flew toward the Jaquin castle, where he came in to the Great Hall. The Jaquins that he passed by in his wake, glanced back in awe at the sight of the sunbird. He then came up to the center of the castle, where King Vergago and Queen Mariana stood atop the balcony. Upon seeing the Sun Bird in their palace, King Vergago stood up over the balconey.

"King Vergago, Queen Mariana!" The Sunbird exclaimed, bowing before the royal Jaquins.

"I bring urgent news!"

King Vergago squinted his eyes, curiously.

"What is it?" King Vergago asked.

"The Flames have informed of great danger," The Sunbird insisted to the King.

"There are Outsiders in the valley!"

Hearing Quita Moz speak of intruders in the valley, the other Jaquins gasped in shock and awe. Queen Mariana widened her eyes as she turned to her mate. King Vergago held a stern gaze at the mention of outsiders.

"Are you certain of this?" The King asked.

The Sunbird gestured a nod of his head.

"Yes, your majesty." Quita Moz proclaimed to them.

The Jaquin King growled in anger. It had been many years since outsiders had come to the valley. And now, those of the outside world continue to seek to steal from the ruins of the valley.

"Once more, the Outsider's seek to take what isn't there's," The King Growled in anger.

"Have they not learned from what happened last time?"

Quita Moz shook his head.

"I'm afraid no, your majesty." He insisted to the King.

King Vergago uttered a sigh of contempt. The queen gasped in realization, turning to her mate.

"Vergago, Elena, Skylar and Neko are in valley." Mariana said to her king.

The mention of their cubs that caused King Vergago to widen his eyes. He then shifted his gaze down to the Jaquins of the Royal Guard.

"Assemble the Royal Guard at once!" The king decreed.

The Captain of the royal guard nodded her head.

"Yes, my King!" she said before she flew off.

Elena, Hiccup and Skylar trudged along through the cover of jungle, still far from sight of the moon cliff. Brushing to the side the leaves and palms, Elena glanced around, curiously. Trying to find any familiar land marks. But still she saw nothing. The princess frowned, nervously as she walked forward. Hiccup and Skylar both emerged from the brush.

Skylar groaned, feeling exhausted from walking for so long.

"Man, I am beat." Skylar said, wiping his forehead with his left wing.

He then winced at the pain of his right wing, still aching from the night before.

"You okay?" Hiccup asked.

"Yeah, still having some wing troubles." Skylar said.

Hiccup glanced over at Elsa, who was continuing to look around, confusingly.

"Where is it?" Elena asked, herself.

Hiccup glanced to her, curiously.

"You sure you know where we are?" Hiccup asked, curiously.

"Uh, yeah, of course I do." Elena insisted to him.

She then turned forward, glancing around at the surrounding jungle foliage.

"We... are... uh...?" She said, scanning the foliage from all around.

She then gasped.

"This way!" she said, pointing to her left.

Elena turned and walked off into the foliage. Both Hiccup and Skylar glanced to one another, unsurely before following after her. Trudging along through the jungle undergrowth, the three emerged into a clearing where stood ledge.

"Or not." Elena said.

Elena turned back the way they came.

"Come on, let's keep moving." She said.

Just as Skylar turned to follow, giving a sigh of exhaustion, he suddenly collapsed over the ground.

"Skylar!" Elena gasped.

"Actually, sis, can we have a break," Skylar asked, curiously.

"I don't think I can go any further."

Hiccup nodded his head in agreement.

"Yeah, I think we could all use a break." He insisted to the Jaquin princess.

Elena glanced to the to the side.

"Well, alright." She said, knowing they couldn't keep going like this.

Skylar stretched out his front legs as he laid down over the ground, breathing a sigh of relief. Elena came up next to her brother, petting her brother's head. She then glanced over at Hiccup, who sat down over near one of the trees. He then reach down to his beg and pulled out his mother's novel. He then opened the the book to the chapter he was on, where he found a picture of him and his parents he used as a bookmark.

He then pulled out the photo, peering down at his mother and father.

"Hey, mom, hey dad, how's everything back on Berk?" He said, smiling.

Hiccup sighed, glancing to the side.

"Uh, hey!"

Hiccup was then startled, glancing up to see Elena standing before him.

"Uh, hey." Hiccup said, placing the photo back in before closing his book.

Elena glanced down at the book he was holding.

"What you got there?" She asked, curiously.

"Oh, uh, it's just a book that I'm reading." Hiccup said as he stood up.

"A book?" Elena asked, curiously.

Hiccup nodded his head.

"Yeah, you know." He said, handing her the book.

Elena took the rectangular shaped object in her hands. She glanced down at it, curiously. Over the cover, she saw a picture of three separate women with strange writing below them. She then opened the book to find there was more of the strange writing. Elena raised an eye brow at the small letters on the screen. Turning the book from side to side.

"What are these strange symbols." Elena asked, curiously.

"Is this some kind of an ancient text?"

"Uh, no, those are just words." Hiccup said to her.

"Just the classic English language."

"What does it say?" Elena asked, curiously.

Elena continued to examine the so called 'English Text'. The so called word written upon the page were so strange. And yet at the same time, kind of familiar at the same time. Hiccup squinted her eyes at her, seeing her appear confused by the words in the book.

"Do you... not know how to read?" Hiccup asked, curiously.

Elena turned to glance to Hiccup. She then shook her head to him.

"No, I don't." She said.

Hiccup frowned. Though it really wasn't surprising. She must have been living here in the valley for most of her life. Devoid from any contact from other people. Hiccup glanced over at Skylar, who moaned as he continued to lay over the rock. He then turned forward, pondering. He then While she was able to retain the ability to communicate, giving that the animals she lives with also speak. She was not able to learn to read.

At least not until now. Hiccup then widened his eyes in realization, turning to face Elena.

"Not a problem, I can teach you how." Hiccup proclaimed to her.

"Once we get back to the others of course."

Elena narrowed her head, squinting her eyes, curiously. She then shifted peering up at the tree above. If they were to get back to the Mooncliff, they would need to get a better vantage point.

"I think we should first get our bearings." Elena proclaimed to him.

She came up over the three, where she took the vine lasso from her side. Swinging her lasso around, she throw her vine up to the branch above, where it wrapped around the tree limb. She tugged on the vine, checking if it was stable enough. Hiccup came up to her.

"Impressive." Hiccup commented.

Elena glanced to the side, blushing as she draped her hair behind her ear.

"Th-thank you." She said.

She then proceeded to climbed up the vine, where she came up over the branch. It was there she stood up, gazing off over the treetops and the mountains in the distance. None of which resembled that of the Mooncliff. She continued to scan the horizon.

"You see anything?" Hiccup called up to her.

"No, not yet!"

Shen then paused, spotting what looked to be the Mooncliff in the distance. Elena gasped.

"There!" She said, pointing ahead.

"You see something?" Hiccup asked, curiously.

Elena grabbed hold of her vine lasso as she slid down to the ground, landing in front of Hiccup and Skylar, who came up to them.

"I saw the mooncliff," she insisted to them.

Hiccup glanced up at Elena, curiously.

"The Mooncliff?" Hiccup asked.

"Where?" Skylar asked, curiously.

She then turned, pointing off in the direction of the Mooncliff.

"We head that way!" she insisted to her.

"Come on!"

As Elena walked ahead into the jungle, Skylar gave reluctant sigh as he followed after his sister. Hiccup being the last one to follow, unaware of the black creature that was looking down at them.

Astrid paced back and forth, worryingly in the tent. Fishlegs was sitting at the table, both as worried as her about Hiccup. Dr. Mendoza, Grimmel, and his men had set out to search for him several hours ago. None of them having to hear back from them glanced back at her.

"Astrid?" Fishlegs asked, curiously.

Astrid paused, uttering a groan of frustration.

"What is taking so long?" Astrid asked.

"They should have been back by now. What if something's happened?"

Fishlegs stood up, holding up his hands to her.

"It's okay, Astrid, I'm sure Hiccup is alright." He insisted to her.

"How do you know?" Astrid asked, curiously.

"You saw what happened that night. What if he got taken by those things?"

Astrid peered over to the entrance of the tent. She then shook her head, making her way toward the entrance.

"Where are you going?"

"I'm not waiting anymore." She said,

"I'm going out to look for Hiccup."

"We can't just go off into the Jungle to look for him!" Fishlegs insisted to her.

"We don't even know where he is."

Astrid glanced back at him.

"Well, we can't just sit here and do nothing!" Astrid insisted to her.

"Hiccups could be in trouble and I'm not waiting around anymore!"

With that, Astrid turned and stormed out of the tent. Leaving Fishlegs to ponder whether or not that this was a good idea. Though the notion that Hiccup was in danger was certainly a possibility. And if so, they couldn't just sit her at camp and wait. They needed to find him.

"Astrid, wait for me!" he exclaimed, chasing after her.
