-With Natsu-
The living personification of the Death God hovered above the ground, leaking his deathly power as the Greater Demon rose from his summoning pool.
"It's been some time since I had to deal with a God," Ketsuek said, his voice deep and gravely. The demon lifted his demonic hand as he stood on his legs, now fully in the mortal plane. From the very pool that summoned him, small demonic forms started to rise, consisting of clogged up blood.
"Though it seems like you aren't the true ruler of death," Ketsuek observed with a sneer.
"In the name of my father Draco Mortem, I have ascended to return you from whence you came," Natsu returned. As a legion of bloodied demons rose from the pool at Ketsuek's feet Natsu started gathering magic in his lungs.
"A mere servant, my legion will dispatch of you quickly while I revel in the air of the mortal plane," Ketsuek said as he stretched his hand out in Natsu's direction, causing his legion to rush forward. Prepared for this, Natsu released the magic he had gathered with a shout of "Death God Bellow". A vortex of purple and black energy flooded the no-mans-land between Natsu and Ketsuek, washing over the demonic beings.
"So you do wield the power of Draco, I would say this will be a glorious victory to signal my return to the mortal plane," Ketsuek laughed as he watched the bloodied beings wither away, a feat that only true Death Magic would be able to do. Ketsuek clenched his clawed hand into a fist. Tendrils of blood sprouted from the pool and started to swirl around his hand. A small smirk formed on the demon's maw as he pulled his fist back. Natsu copied the gesture, gathering magic in his fist.
"As the war between the Divine and Demonic in the past, I will cast you back to hell," Natsu declared before shooting forward while roaring out "Death God Devastating Fist".
"This will be my victory that will result in the return of the true Demons," Ketsuek shouted, dashing towards Natsu with a call of "Blood Demon Sanguine Impact".
The land below the impact of their fists cracked, rubble being sent in all directions as the two higher beings began trading blows, punches and kicks were thrown in quick succession, both landing some, blocking others, though nothing dealing substantial damage.
Getting tired of the stalemate, Ketsuek Used the force behind Natsu's next punch to create distance between them. Now that he was out of the melee, Ketsuek crossed his arms in front of him while blood started to seep from them and covered his arms. "Blood Demon Contaminating Cross" Ketsuek roared out as he threw his arms open, sending a cross-shaped blood attack at Natsu. Natsu quickly brought up his guard and easily blocked the attack, though once he lowered his arms and looked back at the Greater Demon, he saw the victorious look on Ketsuek's face and realised something was amiss.
"Now, let's see how resilient you are," Ketsuek threatened with his smirk growing. Turning his hand towards him and bringing it closer, Natsu felt the blood on his arms starting to pull him in. The force of the pull was too great and Natsu helplessly flew towards the Greater Demon. Ketsuek brought his other hand down towards Natsu, his claws covered in blood.
Seeing only one way to avoid the maximum damage, Natsu threw his weight to a side, causing him to turn in the air. This resulted in Ketsuek's claws decimating Natsu's back, earning a pained howl from the Slayer.
"Yes, bleed for me," Ketsuek laughed as he saw Natsu's blood splatter on the ground. Once again Ketsuek brought his hand towards him, with his other hand ready for another strike. This time as soon as Natsu started feeling the pull he reacted. Sinking one hand into the ground, Natsu raised his other hand and called out "Death God Death Spear", forming a black spear above his hand with a purple aura around it.
Ketsuek was too engrossed in his enjoyment of seeing his foe's blood that he didn't realise what Natsu was doing.
"Resistance is futile, God Slayer," Ketsuek shouted while elongating the bloody claws in order to increase the blood he would draw in his next strike.
"Your too overconfident," Natsu said as he allowed the pull of Ketsuek's spell to accelerate his arm that was holding the Death Spear, resulting in the spear being thrown at an increased speed compared to what he would normally be able to achieve.
Unprepared for the unorthodox tactic, Ketsuek was caught by surprise when the spear penetrated his shoulder. Releasing a roar of pain, Ketsuek tumbled backwards and sent a wave of blood over the battlefield as he fell into his summoning pool.
Quickly covering his arms in his Death Magic, Natsu removed the spell from Ketsuek and prepared to go on the offensive. "Death God Decaying Advance" Natsu uttered as he dashed forward in a blur of purple and black, appearing above the downed demon with his foot covered in purple and black energy.
"Death God Kick" Natsu called out, landing a hard kick on Ketsuek's chin, and flipping backwards before calling out "Death God Slash" as he sent a wave of purple and black at the demon. Landing on solid ground Natsu heard Ketsuek's grunt as his spell made contact. Natsu kept his guard up, knowing that the battle isn't done yet.
"Seems like I should take this more serious, coloured me impressed God Slayer," Ketsuek's gravelly voice emanated around the battlefield as the demon stood up. "Blood Borne Axe" the demon called out as a glow started to surround the blood at his feet. Moments later a demonic-looking double-headed axe rose from the glowing pool, matching the Greater Demon in size. Ketsuek grabbed hold of the massive axe before swinging it towards Natsu at an astounding speed.
Quickly ducking down Natsu managed to dodge the deadly axe, happy he did as the shockwave the swing produced reduced a nearby tree to dust. "Death God Death Scythe" Natsu called out just in time to block the downward strike from Ketsuek.
The clash between the demonic axe and pitch-black scythe cracked the ground around Natsu. Quickly twisting the scythe so that he could hook the axe, Natsu slammed the blade of the axe into the ground, tearing the earth to his right but lodging the axe within. Once again twisting the scythe, Natsu swung it at the Demon's face.
Ketsuek reared his head back and brought his free hand to guard, resulting in the razor-sharp blade of Natsu's scythe to make a clean cut through Ketsuek's arm, severing his hand. A roar of pain escaped the Greater Demon as he wrenched the axe from the ground and stumbled back.
Natsu started levitating into the sky where he started to drain some of the life energy from the surrounding land. Slowly Ketsuek started to level his hateful gaze with Natsu as the latter gathered more energy around his scythe. "Death God Secret Art: Death's Final Cut" Natsu called out, swiping his scythe in a large arc, and releasing the build-up of Death Magic. A blade of death rushed towards the demon who quickly slammed the head of the axe into the ground while calling out "Blood Cell Wall". A wall of blood erupted from the axe, forming a shield against the oncoming wave of death.
Large shockwaves erupted from the point of impact, clearing the land of anything that wasn't part of the earth beneath their feet, and engaging in a power struggle. It didn't last too long before the bloody wall started to lose its red colour and started to wither, allowing the wave of death to reach its intended target.
Ketsuek was sent flying with a large wound on his chest, landing roughly on the ground with blood pooling around him. Natsu descended back to the ground and once his feet met the land he dropped to one knee, breathing heavily.
"Quite an impressive display Slayer. I recognise your strength, but sadly for you we Greater Demons have a special ability even if you defeat me here, my essence is in the mortal plain and from it I can regenerate, meaning that victory is ultimately mine," Ketsuek rasped out as he saw Natsu's fatigued from. Slowly the blood that stained the land started to seep towards the Greater Demon as a gravely chuckle escaped his maw.
'I suggest you remove all traces of blood from the area otherwise he will regenerate,' a familiar feminine voice sounded in Natsu's mind.
'Any chance you have some spare magic somewhere Mavis, I'm out and there isn't a viable source nearby?' Natsu asked the spirit.
'I don't but there is someone who has,' Mavis replied with what Natsu could only guess is a smirk. Natsu was about to ask the spirit what she was talking about when he realised what she was hinting at.
"Haru, use whatever magic you have and evaporate all the blood in the area," Natsu yelled out to the other slayer, praying that the boy has enough left in the tank to complete the task. Thanks to his enhanced hearing, Haru heard the instruction. Taking a deep breath, gathering every last ember he could he gathered his magic.
While Haru was preparing his final strike Natsu followed a similar path. With laboured steps, Natsu approached the downed Greater Demon. Standing above him he looked down at the smirk of Ketsuek.
"Fire Dragon Brilliant Flame" Haru's voice called out as a ball of orange flames contacted the ground. The flames surrounded Natsu and Ketsuek, successfully evaporating the blood in the area.
"That will only delay the inevitable," Ketsuek growled in anger at being delayed.
"Do you know what is one of the biggest differences between humans and beings such as demons and gods?" Natsu asked. Ketsuek's sneer morphed into a questioning look at the strange question but a smirk re-emerged on his face.
"I guess I'll humour you. The difference is while they use magic we are magic, making us superior in every aspect, allowing us to be immortal," Ketsuek boasted.
"Indeed, but that is also your downfall. Even though you will eventually regenerate in the underworld, you will be erased from this realm, never to return again," Natsu said in a monotone voice.
"Such petty lies will not scare me, Slayer," Ketsuek laughed.
"Death Dragon God Forbidden Art: Death's Eternal Embrace" Natsu uttered as a swirl of black, grey, and purple energy consumed the Demon. Ketsuek's laughter quickly morphed into pained howls before becoming silent, never to be heard in the mortal plane again.
As the swirl of death vanished, nothing remained underneath Natsu, causing him to fall to the ground.
'That is a terrifying ability,' Mavis' voice noted with a slight amount of fear.
'And a draining one. I'll wake up eventually,' Natsu replied before the dark embrace of unconsciousness embraced him. Not far away, a red-haired Dragon Slayer found himself in a similar state.
-Mt Hakobe Peak-
Ur saw Erza's rushed guard buckle under the Fimir's claws and saw the final blow of the creature approaching the red-haired knight. With no way for the tired mage to guard for herself, Ur channelled magic into her hand and slammed it on the ground slightly in front of Erza, calling out "Ice-Make: Wall", allowing an icy wall to sprout from the ground and catching the vicious claws within it.
Relief washed over her as she saw her spell hold, though a new feeling entered her mind, one of unimaginable pain. Looking towards her arm, she saw a bloody gap between the arm she used to cast her last spell and her elbow, red liquid leaking out of it. Ultear's voice called out a spell before a shriek escaped the Time Mage as Ur started to topple over.
The last thing Ur registered about her surrounding was landing on someone as a thought ran through her mind. 'Yet again there is some sort of price to pay when saving someone,' she thought before her mind went blank with pain and a scream erupted from her.
Ultear had watched her ice pierce the Fimir for a final time before horror overtook her when her mother fell. Sprinting towards Ur as she fell on Erza, Ultear was immediately looking at the terrible wound as her mother's screams filled her ear.
Ultear immediately sprang to action. 'No time to panic, I must save her,' Ultear thought as she started to form a layer of ice over the wound to stop the bleeding. She was vaguely aware of people moving around her but her mind never registered what they were doing or saying, her sole purpose and focus at that moment was on her mother.
Gray's mind was in a horrified state, his mind flashing between the last time he saw his master give her life to save him and now, unable to distinguish what was real from what was merely hallucinations for a moment. The guild for him directly causing it the first time started to combine with the guilt that he did nothing to help Erza, thus once again being the cause for Ur to be in the situation.
Gray was about to sink to his knees in grief but he was saved by a delicate hand on his shoulder. His perception of reality started to return as he saw Lucy giving him a concerned look.
"Thanks," Gray breathed out before starting to make his way towards Ur, Erza and Ultear. Lucy merely gave him a sympathetic smile before following. The two Fairy Tail mages quickly ran into an unexpected obstacle. Every time they attempted to lend aid, Ultear was already working on whatever they tried to do and whenever they tried to speak up, she ignored them and continued with her mumbling. The only time Ultear registered that anyone else besides her mother was around her was When Erza overcame her shock and requipped a medical bag.
Erza opted to stay motionless beneath her saviour, fearing that if she moved she might worsen Ur's condition. She was glad when she saw that the blood that had seeped onto her had stopped and that Ur's arm now had a bandage securely wrapped around it. Ur's screams had died down as the woman lost most of her strength and a tired look overtook her eyes and face.
Ultear finally allowed herself to lay down on the snowy floor once she knew her mother was out of danger and took a calming breath. Erza carefully removed herself from underneath Ur and quickly requipped her flight armour away that would need a thorough wash once they returned to Fairy Tail.
"We should probably move her back to your cabin where she can stay warm before taking her to a medical professional once she has regained some strength," Erza advised, now clad in her Heart Kreutz armour.
"I'll help carry her," Gray immediately offered. He and Erza started to make their way to the downed woman when a spike of magic and the subsequent emergence of unstable icy spikes quickly rose from the ground.
"You will leave here at once, it was your stupidity that nearly killed her," Ultear shouted, now standing up in an aggressive posture.
"I know, we didn't listen to her warning, and for that I am sorry, but please allow us to at least help you move her to the cabin. It would be better and more stable to have a helping hand" Erza countered.
"You will not come near her, I will not allow you to put her in danger again," Ultear shouted, small shards of ice starting to break loose from the spikes and rotating around them.
"What's gotten into you? We just want to help?" Gray asked as he slid his fist into his palm, ready to cast a defensive spell if Ultear attacked.
"Every time you Fairy Tail mages do something bad things happen. First, it was Lullaby being resurrected, then Deliora was released from its prison, you were in a Guild War with Phantom Lord. That was followed by Zeref almost being resurrected and the Council Hall being destroyed and to top it all off you lot were in a civil war with one of your members. Even this quest went horribly wrong for you all and if it wasn't for my mother you would all be buried beneath an avalanche. I refuse to allow anything bad to happen to my mother," Ultear shot back as she slowly advanced to stand in front of her mother's prone form.
"We didn't cause those things, we solved them with the only exception being Laxus' rebellion," Gray countered.
"You solved them, I recall things differently from reports and what I saw," Ultear scuffed.
A cough coming from Ur momentarily halted the argument as Ultear snapped around and was at her mother's side in an instant.
"Don't be so stubborn Ul, they didn't cause my injury, it was my own decision," Ur rasped as she tried to sit up but failed, only for Ultear to carefully aid her up.
"Why don't you take them up on their offer, it would make things more bearable for me," Ur suggested.
"Fine, but those two menaces won't be helping e carry you, I will only allow Lucy to help since she seems like the most level-headed of the lot," Ultear relented, mumbling the last part, not wanting to argue with her mother nor cause her unnecessary struggles. Ur gave her a thankful smile.
"Lucy you help carry her, you two… don't get in the way," Ultear commanded, narrowed eyes lingering on Erza and Gray.
It was a very slow descent, Ultear and Lucy were constantly checking up with Ur to see if she was doing alright to the point that Ur snapped at them to just keep moving while Gray hanged stayed at the back of the group, trying to fight off the returning feeling of guilt. Erza had taken the lead and made sure to carve a clear path through the snow as to avoid obstacles and ease the journey for Ur.
Erza and Gray waited outside the cabin while Ultear and Lucy moved Ur to a bed to get some rest.
"How are you holding up Gray?" Erza asked her guildmate once they were alone and she saw the troubled expression on his face.
"I'll be fine, just some unpleasant memories to deal with," Gray replied.
"Learn from my mistakes, don't allow those feelings to bottle up too much. If you need someone to talk to, just come find me," Erza said with a small smile, having a decent idea as to what Gray was thinking about and seeing the similarities with her past.
"Thanks," Gray replied with a small smile of his own before his thoughtful and troubled expression returned, though it was considerably less troubled. The silence between the two mages didn't last long as it was disrupted by the cabin door opening to reveal Lucy followed by Ultear.
"Thank you for your assistance in helping my mother to a bed but now I must insist you leave at once," Ultear thanked Lucy in a diplomatic tone before a bit of aggression and irritation started leaking into her tone as she requested the Fairy Tail mages to leave.
"I need to go apologies," Gray softly said, mostly to himself, as he started to make his way towards the cabin. His path was obscured by vicious icy spikes, mere moments away from impaling his flesh. The Fairy Tail mages eyes shot up to the other ice mage as met her boring eyes that held unreleased anger.
"I said you should leave at once," Ultear said in a quiet but threatening tone.
"Gray, I suggest we leave for now," Erza tried to persuade the male, having seen enough of Ultear's abilities to know that she hold considerable magical power.
"I will not let this end up like last time I failed her," Gray said in defiance taking a step closer, making sure to not impale himself on the spike. However this time his path was obscured by a large mass of ice with a peculiar pattern on it.
"This time she will survive, I will take care of her so leave," Ultear seethed, her voice turning to a shout at the end.
"Gray Ur was resting peacefully when I left, we shouldn't disturb her," Lucy said, hoping that Gray's compassion for his injured master would convince him to stand down.
"We don't want a fight to break out and possible harm her," Erza's hushed voice sounded from directly behind Gray. She had slowly approached the defensive ice barricade and was able to rest an outstretched hand on Gray's shoulder.
"I will come to see her when she is healed," Gray stated, holding his body in his advancing stance for a moment more before falling back and turning around. The Fairy Tail mages slowly made their way out of the clearing and in the direction of the town. As they reached the top of the hill Gray case one last glance at the cabin where his master lay. His eyes widened in surprise when he saw a Draconic figure encircling the cabin, its long snowy form completely surrounding the wooden hovel. Turning away from the strange sight Gray silently followed his team to their next destination.
Ultear kept her burning eyes on the retreating figures and only when they disappeared from view did she return into the cabin. As the door closed behind her she released the tight hold she held over her emotions. Tears streamed down her face as she allowed her sorrow and fear to run free now that she finally had the opportunity. Up on the peak of the mountain, she had to ensure her mother was going to survive, on the way down she needed to be certain that her mother's condition doesn't worsen, and when up until now she refused to show weakness in front of the Fairies. Now she finally allowed the floodgates to open.
It took her quite some time but eventually, she calmed down and went to check in on her mother and a pleasant smile formed on her as she saw the peaceful sleeping face of Ur.
'While this did end in utter disaster, I am glad we got to spend time together,' Ultear thought as she laid down on the empty bed before allowing the confines of sleep to take over her mind.
-Mike's home-
It had been four days since Ultear and her mother helped defeat the Fimir, four days since Natsu dealt with the Greater Blood Demon Ketsuek and four days since the Fairy Tail members returned to their guild. Natsu had returned to Mike's home first and was thoroughly examined by the doctor. Though all attention quickly switched from the Slayer to Ur once the mother and daughter duo returned.
Mike immediately asked Natsu to help him move Ur to the guest room where he could examine and heal her while asking his wife Serena to prepare some basic remedies. Mia, bless her kind soul, tried to distract Ultear by showing the purple-haired woman her new toys, to which Ultear was very grateful.
Natsu had returned rather quickly and told Ultear that Ur would be fine and that Mike will arrange for a functioning prosthetic arm that will allow her to continue using magic. That led to the current scene the two mages found themselves in. Natsu and Ultear were once again standing outside of Mike's home under the darkening sky.
"I'll have to return to Grimoire Heart now," Ultear reluctantly said.
"I will notify you once your mother is back up and about and I'll let her know where you've gone," Natsu stated as he pulled her into a hug, feeling her shiver in his arms.
"I promise you Ultear, I will do everything in my power to ensure no harm befalls you, your mother or Meredy, you just need to trust me and stay strong," Natsu whispered into her ear.
"I have a bit of information that should help you for your next destination," Ultear said after a long comfortable silence, her tone now even and steady.
"Never a dull moment," Natsu half-joked.
"Oracion Seis will be making their move on an ancient superweapon called Nirvana. They had been quite diligent to keep most information about the weapon secret but I do know that it caused the downfall of a civilization and it has the power to turn light into dark," Ultear said.
"Nirvana, it's been quite some time since I heard that name," Natsu said.
"So you've heard of it, do you know where it is?" Ultear asked.
"Not exactly but I know enough to easily find Oracion Seis," Natsu replied.
"Good, well their members are quite powerful, though I think only three of them would interest you in terms of a fight. Cobra, Midnight and their master Brain," Ultear started before delving into the information she knew about the members and their magic while Natsu listened attentively.
-Fairy Tail Guildhall-
Meanwhile, the members of Fairy Tail had returned and shared their stories and surprisingly neither Haru nor Gray was attempting to one-up the other based on the difficulty of their respective battles.
When the guild was in a rare clam state, Gray could easily be found sitting at a table with a contemplative look and deep in thought while Haru was usually busying himself somewhere outside the guild, stating that he was training to master his new power, something that he never bothered explaining what it was.
The normal activities in the guild were disrupted by a large drawing in the air courtesy of Reedus at Master Makarov's request.
"Gather around my children," Makarov called out. The guild quickly gathered around, Mira and Erza flanking the master who stood in front of the drawing.
"My children, recently the dark guilds have become quite active, more specifically, the guild that fall under Oracion Seis, a pillar of the Balam Alliance," Master Makarov started, letting his words sink in. The atmosphere in the guildhall thickened.
"At the last meeting I attended, the Guild Master decided that we should do something about the increased activity. And so a coalition will be formed," Makarov continued. At this conversations started up, a chaotic mixture of talking between the guild members, each trying to be heard resulting in a massive mess of noise.
"Silence, allow the Master to finish explaining," Erza's commanding voice boomed over the chaos, followed by a deathly aura that all the members of Fairy Tail knew and feared. It had the desired effect as the guild instantly became silent.
"Thank you Erza. Now, a coalition between four guilds will be formed to face this foe. Fairy Tail, Blue Pegasus, Lamia Scale and Cait Shelter. The representatives from our guild will be Erza Scarlet, Gray Fullbuster, Haru Dragion and Lucy Heartfilia. You will meet the other members at one of Blue Pegasus' estates," Makarov announced.
"We will ensure that Oracion Seis is dealt with," Erza declared.
"Good time to see just how far I've come," Haru said as he looked at a small flame in his palm before closing his fist and extinguishing the flame.
Gray lifted his eyes, the contemplation that plagued them now replaced by determination.
"I'll do whatever I can to stop them," Lucy said, almost as if to motivate herself.
"There is little time to waste my children, go now," Makarov said. The chosen wizards gathered at the door and with one last call of good fortune from the guild they left.
"Everyone, go pack as quickly as possible, Master already provided me with the location of our rendezvous, be at the train station in half an hour," Erza ordered as she made her way in the direction of Fairy Hills.
-The Worth Woodsea-
"I can hear it, the sweet sound of darkness swallowing up the light," a slim man with dark tan skin and spiky upward-styled maroon hair said. He wore a long white coat with a high collar, a dark shirt and crimson leather pants. Coiling affectionately around him is a large violet scaled serpent with a white underside.
"Cobra, there is no need to jump to the conclusion of our journey so quickly, though speed is a wonderful thing," a tall man with blond and black hair, long eyebrows and a long, hooked nose said. He wore a red and white racing suit.
"Racer, the magic we seek, our goal is so close, I'm sure of it," Cobra replied with a devious smirk.
"The ancient magic with the power to turn light into dark, Oh Yeah," a large imposing man declared loudly. His body consists of geometric shapes and sharp angles, he has long flowing orange hair and wore a loose black shirt with a white collar, simple light pants tucked into his beads and a large necklace made of brown beads.
"Nirvana, the ticket to our dystopia," A beautiful young woman of relatively small stature with pale skin and short silver hair said. She wore a short dress made of feathers with two feathery wings on her back. The dress split just above her navel revealing much of her impressive cleavage with a deep v-cut. She has long dark blue stockings in feathery boots, Long blue gloves that reach up to her middle upper arm and a blue ribbon in her hair.
"Now, now Hoteye, we wouldn't want to wake Midnight just yet," Cobra said as he smirked at the large man before turning his gaze on a lean man with short spiky black hair and long straight white hair at the bottom. He wore a sleeveless black vest with white trims, a pair of yellow pants with black designs and brown boots. He was currently sitting on a floating carpet and strangely he was asleep.
"Soon that legendary power will be ours to do with as we please. However I have heard that we will face opposition, Angel, I want you to do reconnaissance, find out whatever you can about their plans. My informant said they should arrive later today," a dark-skinned man with shoulder-length silver hair said turning to the only woman of the group at the end and handing her a piece of paper. The man has multiple straight black lines covering his face and wore a white coat over his shoulder, exposing his chest, dark blue pants with dark blue boots. In his hand, he had a long staff with a skull at the top. The skull had a crystal ball in its mouth and a green headpiece similar to that of a Native American Chief.
"Oh, I get to choose my opponents, what gentlemen you are," Angle said as an evil smirk formed on her face. Looking at the paper given to her Angel folded it up and stored it away before turning around and moving away from the group.
"I can almost hear the screams in despair once those light wizards come to stand against our might," Cobra said as the snake around him let out a hiss in anticipation.
-Master Bob's Palace-
A tall heavily muscular figure was walking towards the large pink palace of the Master of Blue Pegasus. The mountain of a man had a bald head, black oval marking just above his head and black eyes, wearing clothes styled to match that of ancient Mayans or Egyptians.
From the palace, he could easily hear the ruckus the people who were already there were making, causing him to let out a disappointed sigh before he donned a serious expression as the front door neared.
As he pushed the doors open he saw his guildmates, Lyon and Sherry seemingly squaring off against Gray and Lucy respectively, Erza was utilizing a spear to hold Ichiya away from her. He is a short and stout man with an over defined face, orange hair and wearing a white suit with a blue rose on the left part of his chest.
Haru was looking like he was ready to throw down with whoever came near him and the Trimens, Hibiki, Ren and Eve stood ready to jump into action, each wearing a full suit. Hibiki has brownish hair, Eve has blond hair and Ren has black hair and a dark skin tone, all three are considered handsome in the population's eyes.
Seeing no order under the alliance members, the large man slammed a long staff with a crystal ball at the top into the ground. A resounding slam resonated around the room and demanded everyone's attention.
"Enough, we are joined here to destroy the Oracion Seis. We have no time to fight amongst ourselves," the large man declared.
"Yes Jura," Lyon immodestly said as he stood down.
"Iron Rock Jura, a member of the Ten Wizard Saints," Hibiki announced.
"We have representatives from three of the four guilds, the members from Cait Shelter are yet to arrive," Jura observed.
"I will have to correct you there Jura, I heard they are only sending one member," Ichiya said from his elevated position on Erza's spear.
Exclamations of shock and surprise escaped the gathered mages, causing them to miss the small form entering through the door. It was only when the small form fell over that they were notified of her presence.
A small girl with fair skin and long blue hair slowly picked herself up from where she fell. As she dusted her yellow dress with two blue wavy stripes running across the dress she lifted her face, showing she has two bangs framing her face and revealing her brown eyes. Finally, she has wing-like attachments around her arms and legs and simple blue shoes.
"Hi, I'm sorry I got here so late. I've come from the Cait Shelter Guild. My name is Wendy Marvell," Wendy introduced herself.
-Near the Worth Woodsea-
In a large hut styled in the shape of a cat head, an elderly man sat cross-legged while sipping on a mug of malt.
'I'm sorry, but I had no choice other than to send her to aid the coalition. It is for her that I did this since it seems that my agreement with Him and my eternal vigil is coming to an end. All I can hope for is that it won't be released on the world once more. Nabura," the old man thought as he raised his regret-filled ancient eyes.
-Doctor Mike's home-
Mike was standing over his most curious patient at the moment, one he oversaw at his home. Mike was looking at his medical lacrima and reports.
'I have no idea how this man is still alive, but then again Natsu was the one who brought him here so I should be expecting the unexpected and impossible,' Mike thought as he moved his eyes to the man's azure hair.
'He seems completely stable and if I put this on him there shouldn't be any complications throughout the next few days,' Mike finished attaching a lacrima to the man before lifting his eyes and moving out of the room.
"Serena, Mia, are we ready to go?" Mike called out to his wife and child.
"Just waiting on you honey," Serena replied.
"Then let's get going," Mike said with a smile as he joined his family for their vacation.
-With Natsu-
In front of the dark-cloaked man, like a vast ocean stretched the aptly named Worth Woodsea.
'All seem quiet for the moment, that is if you ignore the taint from Nirvana, I'll first go check up on her,' Natsu thought to himself.
'And who might this 'her' be?' Mavis' voice resounded in Natsu's mind.
'Someone I feel responsible for,' Natsu replied.
'Oh, now I'm really interested,' Mavis said curiously.
Turning away from the tainted part of the woods, Natsu started moving to the northern border of the vast Worth Woodsea.
Hey guys, here you have a new chapter. Sorry for the long wait, I just started my new job and we moved to a new home so my free time was quite limited. Next week I am once again starting with varsity, luckily it's only one subject so I will have some time to continue with my stories. This chapter's end was also a bit difficult to construct to my liking. Anyway in the next chapter, the Oracion Seis arc will be in full swing and you can look forward to some interesting scenes I have planned. Let me know what you thought in a review and I will see you next time.
