A few days later, Lincoln approaches Luke and Lucy.

"Lucy, Luke, I need your help. Stella's birthday is in a few days." Lincoln says.

Lucy thinks. Luke had been in a party planning slump lately, so no one had asked him to plan much.

Lucy nods "Okay, I'll help."

Luke sighs. "Sure, count me in…" he says.

As they plan, Luke just shreds all his plans. All of them. Because no matter what he tried, nothing was working. He sees Lucy is better at it.

"Luke?" Lucy asked.

"No one wants my input." Luke says, continuing to shred his plans. "Go on. Let's go with your plans. Because you are so much better than me!" Luke cried.

"I do want your input. You're better than me. I look up to you for ideas." Lucy confessed.

Luke looks away.

"Luke, I don't wanna steal your spotlight and hurt you." Lucy says.

"No, no…my spotlight went out a long time ago." Luke says, still looking away.

Lucy holds him. He is shredding his entire plan book.

Lucy stops him. Luke hissed as he went back to shredding.

Lucy used dark magic, stopping Luke and putting him to sleep.

He woke up an hour later, hissing. Lucy looks concerned.

"YOU can plan THE WHOLE PARTY! Because I won't be attending it!" Luke says, grabbing his coat as he stormed out of the house.

Lucy stops him. "I want you to." Lucy says.

"Why?!" Luke says. "WHY DO YOU WANT ME TO PLAN IT?! YOU DO A BETTER JOB!"

"I want you to feel special again…" Lucy says. Luke seemed to ignore her.

"Luke, listen, you're really cool." Lucy says. Luke's ears perked up at this.

"You're the reason I'm into this. Sure, you made a mistake, but you have no idea how much of an impact you made. You helped me break out of my shell." Lucy says.

"Well…" Luke thinks. "I'll make sure this party doesn't go according to plan and I will make sure things just go wrong!" Luke cried.

"No, I believe in you. You can make things right." Lucy says. Luke sheds tears.

"Stella was the reason for my slump!" Luke sobbed.

"What?!" Lucy asked.

"She asked me to plan a party for her weeks ago, and she just kept pushing me and pushing me to my limits. She finally made me crack and she posted about me on all her social media platforms. No one called me to plan their parties because of her!" Luke sobbed.

Lucy had left halfway during his rant. Lucy looks for Stella and finds her.

"You!" Lucy says, charging up. Stella looks at Lucy. She realizes why she's here.

"I'm going to destroy you!" Lucy says and shoots dark magic at her.

"What did I do?" Stella asked.

"You hurt Luke and his party planning business!" Lucy says, charging up magic spells.

Stella tries to explain herself. Lincoln comes in and sees this.

Lucy had left by this point to find Luke.

Lucy finds Luke telling Garrett the same story he tried to tell Lucy. Garrett was in shock.

Luke refused to go anywhere with Lucy. He knew she was being overprotective again. Garrett then speaks when she comes in the door.

"With all due respect, Luke has made the choice to stay with me." Garrett says. "You are being too protective of him and while you do look up to him, you can't just take him away before he makes decisions. And he decided to stay with me. Chalice is coming here to see him, so…you know."

"Tell Luke he was a good brother. He doesn't need me." Lucy says and leaves, wanting to be alone now.

Meanwhile, Leni was bored and out of ideas since Luke wasn't on America's Next Hitmaker this season.

Leni hears Lucy throwing a tantrum. Charity was scolding Lincoln in Gabriel's study.

"What's wrong?" Leni asked.

Luna had to explain it in a way Leni would understand, since she was autistic.

"Linky, why?" Leni asked.

"I wasn't aware that Stella hurt Luke." Lincoln says

"But Lucy said you were hurting him. And now you broke their bond for no reason." Charity says. "Luke will never come back home, and it's your fault!" Charity proceeded to sob as Gabriel came in.

Lucy sniffed, looking broken and ran out of the house as she didn't want to stay. Not now, anyway.

Luke came home on Stella's birthday a few days later. Stella was looking very ashamed as her parents made her apologize to Luke.

"Luke, I'm sorry." Stella says. "I shouldn't have hurt you like I did. And now I'm paying the price for it. None of my friends are here to celebrate my birthday and my party is a disaster. Not to mention I lost all my followers on social media after they heard about what I did to you. Not that I can really go on social media right now, anyway…"

"Let's go, young lady." Ashire, Stella's father, says.

"You will be spending a lot of time at home!" Felicity, Stella's mother, says.

Lynn knocks on Stephen's house.

"Okay, I'm here for Lucy." Lynn says.

Lucy comes with Haiku. She was expecting Lynn to come.

"What's going on?" Lucy asked.

"Let's go." Lynn says, but Lucy wasn't sure. She sniffed. Luke was behind Lynn.

"Luke?" Lucy asked.

"Luce…" Luke says.

"Sorry…I shouldn't come home. I'm too overprotective." Lucy sniffed, heading upstairs. She looked hurt.

Luke explains that they just have to have boundaries sometimes.

"Okay." Lucy sniffed and decided to come home.

At home, Lucy froze, seeing Lincoln and was having a heart attack. But Luke held her with a healing touch. Luke had healed her heart.

Lucy was acting clingy, but Luke told her to remember the "boundary" rule.

Lucy clung harder. "Please, please, please!" Lucy begged, shaking. She was afraid, considering Lincoln and Stella nearly tore their bond apart.

"Lincoln, you're grounded until the end of August. You just lost your entire summer because of this." Charity says. Lincoln looked ashamed. He should have unfriended Stella before this, but didn't. And now he regrets hurting Luke and Lucy.

Lori and Leni pulled Lucy off of Luke.

"You wanna watch your vampire show?" Lori asked. Lucy nodded tearfully as her two older sisters went off to spend time with her.

"Hey, it's going to be okay." Lori says, holding Lucy as they watch the show.

With Luke, he just felt like the dullest star in the sky. He didn't have anywhere to shine. He wasn't a bright spark anymore.

"I think I'm washed-up…no one wants me anymore." Luke sniffed, staring at the posters around his room.

Luna feels bad. She goes to sleep with him. But he lays awake, still looking at the posters as he sobs.

"Every little thing will be all right." Luna says as she helps Luke fall asleep.

The next day, he felt lower and lower as he watched ANH with Luna performing there.

"Luan, please turn it off…" Luke says sadly.

Luan does so. She could see Luke was a broken mess.

"I'm washed-up, Luan!" Luke sobbed.

"No, you're not, no one said that…" Luan says.

"I'll never shine again…" Luke sniffed. "I'll never go on stage. I'll never perform or have a spotlight anymore…"

"You will someday." Luan says and tells him jokes to cheer him up.

Luna feels worried about Luke after she goes on. She had been worried about him for days.

"Doesn't he have a movie he's been working on?" Savannah asked. "Isn't he finished with it?"

"It's coming out next week." Luna says.

"Maybe this is exactly what he needs." Savannah says. "That will be his time to shine."

The next week, everyone was heading to see Luke's movie. Luke was excited because for once, the attention was on him.

The siblings were grinning as Luke's friends watched the movie. Luke smiles at this as he also watches.

After the movie, everyone was talking about how good it was.

"That was incredible!" Garrett says.

"I loved it." Lucy says.

"I loved the musical number at the end!" Luan says.

Luke smiles at all the compliments and attention.

"I planned." Lucy says.

"What did you plan?" Luna asked.

"A party." Lucy says.

"Yay, more parties for Luke!" Luke says. He knew this one was to celebrate his movie.

Lucy was leading them to a movie themed party as confetti fell on Luke. Luke's friends came out. "Surprise!" They say. Luke was stunned by this.

There were gifts and food.

"Nice!" Chalice says.

Luke opens his mother's gift and sees a movie camera necklace charm with his face on it.

Luke smiled as he opened Leni's gift, which was a jacket with patches that looked like Boy Scout badges as a tribute to his next movie. Luke was smiling at this.

"What's your next movie called?" Chalice asked Luke.

"Scoutmaster's Warning. It's a scout camp-based drama & horror film. I'm playing the role of the scoutmaster." Luke says.

"Wow!" Chalice says.

Lucy smiled as Chalice gave her gift to Luke. It was a plush monkey wearing a spacesuit.

Luke smiled and hugged it, then French kissed Chalice.

Later, Luke and Chalice were dancing.

"That smile I love, it has come back." Chalice says as Luke twirls her. "I love to see you smile."

"Should we tell them you're playing the scoutmaster's love interest?" Luke asked. She nods.

Later, Luke was eating with Chalice and the cups. They were finally discussing a new album as it had been a long time since their last one.

"We'll do it after I'm done with my parade tomorrow." Chalice says.

"What parade?" Luke asked.

Soon, Lucy and Cuphead do a piano performance, much to Luke's delight. The guests then chant Luke's name, wanting him to do the song from the end of the movie.

Luke smiled and went to get changed. He soon returned and did the "Monkey Out Of Me" song with the cup trio. Everyone loved this. Especially when Mugman played the role of Dr. Zaius just for this performance.

People clapped and cheered.

Soon, Luke plays games with his friends, smiling and having a great time.

"What's next?" Luke asked Lucy.

Lucy shows him a highlight reel of his best moments.

Luke smiled. They then showed the movie's blooper reel. Luke laughed at the entire thing.

Lola soon gave Luke a show as Luke grinned.

Soon, the lights went off. Luke looks around before the lights lit up, revealing a nice Arctic blue velvet cake.

"Aw, thanks, guys..." Luke says.

"You're welcome." Lucy says, adding candles. Chalice leads the singing as everyone starts singing to Luke. Luke wishes for an awesome album release and blows out the candles.
