(I don't own the rights to any of these characters I'm just a fan making a story, I will be using characters and things from other comic book franchise like Image Comics, The Boys and WildStorm Comics as well as I may use the names of characters, backstory and things within this story)
(I had ask permission from Unchanined can I adopt 'The New Marvel' story and I am allow however while I will be using material from 'The New Marvel' story my version will be different in some parts and I hope you enjoy it)
There is a infinite realities in existence where some are similar to one another while others are completely different and two of these realities were next to each other and they were very similar as these two realities had something incredible which were SUPERHEROES!. Within one reality it had undergone many rebirths's over the years changing many things but something remain the same no matter what like one of planet Earth's greatest superheroes known as Superman who's civilian identity was that of Clark Kent while his birth name was Kal-El.
Within this reality there was a planet known as Krypton the home world to the technology advance race call Kryptonian however unfortunately Krypton was destroyed but before it's destruction Jor-El one of Krypton's greatest scientist had found out Krypton's coming destruction so he try to warn the Krypton's Ruling Council but nobody believe him. Unfortunately Jor-El didn't have enough time or resources to build a spaceship to save his people or even his family however he was able to build one small spaceship to his son Kal-El and send him off Krypton before it's destruction and the planet that Jor-El had send Kal-El to was the world known as Planet Earth.
The spaceship landed in the United States of America in Kansas near the small town known as Smallville where he was found by Jonathan and Martha Kent who were farmers and they were on their way home from the doctor's after finding out they sadly unable to have children of their own so when they found the baby Kal-El in his spaceship they thought of him as a blessing and decided to adopt him and gave him the name Clark Joseph Kent with them choosing the name Clark because it was Martha's maiden name Clarkson before she married Jonathan and they raised Clark as their own and taught him their values.
Years later Clark move to Metropolis where he became a reporter for the Daily Planet and it was in Metropolis where Clark became the superhero known to the world as Superman and he fight many villains to protect the people of Metropolis and the world and meet other superheroes and they would form a superhero team known as the Justice League. Clark also met Lois Lane a famous reporter for the Daily Planet who he fell in love with and they ended up getting married.
However within the Multiverse there are many other variants of Superman who are similar to main Universe version of Superman but on the world that was known as 'Earth-Prime' where all superheroes and super villains were only considered to be fiction expect in that Universe had it's own version of Krypton which face it's destruction and the variant of Jor-El didn't build a spaceship instead he created a teleportation device. The problem with the device was it could only teleport things weighing less than fifty pounds and when Jor-El brought the device to the science council then perhaps they could work together to improve the device however it was to late and so Jor-El and his wife Lara Lor-Van place their infant son Kal-El and teleported him to Planet Earth just before Krypton destruction.
Kal-El appeared in a field in the United States of America near a seacoast town where he was found by a couple Jerry and Naomi Kent who were hiking through the forests when they discovered him and so they adopted him and gave him the name Clark Joseph Kent just like the superhero in the comics known as 'Superman' as Universe's are contacted each other where writers of comics of Earth-Prime unconsciously base their stories on the adventures of the heroes throughout the Multiverse mainly Earth One and Earth Two. However because there wasn't any magic within Earth-Prime it had a side effect on Clark where unlike other variants of him Clark was immune to magic and because Krypton was completely destroyed leaving nothing behind like any Kryptonite the thing that could have hurt him and Kryptonian's are only effected by the Kryptonite from their own Universe's and this variant of Clark was one of the strongest variants of Superman within the Multiverse.
However everything changed when the Anti-Monitor unleashed a wave of Anti-Matter across the Multiverse destroyed countless Universe's and including Earth-Prime leaving only Clark as it's sole survivor but heroes from different Universe's joined together and they were able to defeat the Anti-Monitor and created a brand new reality that combines elements of different Universe's together creating 'New Earth' while as for Clark him and the Superman and Lois Lane of Earth Two as well as Alexander Luthor who was the son of Lex Luthor of Earth Three went to the 'Paradise Dimension' a safe haven, where they could live out the rest of their lives in peace.
They remain there for many watching the history of the new reality unfold and they were horrified by what they saw and Clark became frustrated and angry, homesick and wishing to return to the life he once had, Alexander noticed this and decided to manipulate him which led to two separate occasions where Clark's anger got the best of him and he shattered the wall with his fists, the punch altering reality as it did. Clark join Alexander in his quest to bring about the 'perfect' Earth, Clark would do horrible things if it meant that he could regain his old life again and eventually the superheroes and super villains of New Earth fought against them as Clark and Alexander plan would erase them and during the battle Clark killed Superboy aka Conner Kent a clone of the Superman of New Earth.
Clark would go on and battle against the Superman of New Earth and the Superman of Earth Two which led to Clark killing Earth Two Superman but he was defeated by the Superman of New Earth and be imprisoned him inside a Sciencell near a Red Sun-Eater, constantly being guarded by fifty Green Lanterns with members of the Corps were often assigned to 'Prime Duty' as punishment. Clark became known as 'Superboy-Prime' and he would eventually escape and go on many rampages until he was stopped by the Teen Titans who imprison him in the Source Wall to be trap there forever.
However what no one expect was when the Source Wall was broken which freed Perpetua who was the first creator of the Multiverse and the mother of the Monitor, Anti-Monitor and the World Forger and afterwards she would formed a alliance with a evil and insane variant of Batman from the Dark Multiverse known as 'The Batman Who Laughs'. Superboy-Prime was recruited by the Batman Who Laughs along with Darkseid and Anti-Monitor where each of them were giving their own Universe's within the Dark Multiverse.
The Dark Multiverse is a evil reflection of primary Multiverse, where event's throughout history take place but unlike within the primary Multiverse these versions always end up with the worse outcome and these Dark Universe's fragile and constantly deteriorating, inevitably doomed to destruction by their own malformed construction. During a 'Crisis event' it generates 'Crisis Energy' which Perpetua needs to regain her strength so she could remake the Multiverse and so The Batman Who Laughs gave Superboy-Prime, Darkseid and Anti-Monitor the world's within the Dark Multiverse where the 'Crisis event's that each of them caused ended up with them winning.
Unlike other world's within the Dark Multiverse these world's don't decay and are consistently generating 'Crisis Energy' which would allow the villains to win, however the superheroes of Multiverse had a plan to defeat Perpetua and The Batman Who Laughs which was to sent the 'Crisis Energy' to Wally West aka the third speedster known as 'The Flash' who had gain the Mobius Chair which granted him the knowledge of the Universe and the chair was infused with the powers of 'Dr. Manhattan' a being from another reality who had obtained godlike. Wonder Woman was sent Superboy-Prime world where she battle against him but she was overwhelmed so she try to convince him to aid them and she reminded Superboy-Prime what Superman was, a symbol of hope and for a better tomorrow.
Being convinced Superboy-Prime funnel the 'Crisis Energy' to the Mobius Chair which would empowered Wally West even more and help him to defeat Perpetua however it turned out that The Batman Who Laughs outwitted them, where he found another variant of himself within the Dark Multiverse who was about to become just like so he killed that variant and after when it seem like Wonder Woman had killed him The Batman Who Laughs had his brain transplanted into that other variant of himself where he became the Darkest Knight and he had altered the Mobius Chair to funnel the power to him instead.
The Darkest Knight was able to defeat Perpetua and he plan on remaking the Multiverse into his own image which he name 'The Last 52' where he created new Universe's with evil reflection of both superheroes and super villains alike who sent to wipe out the superheroes and super villains of the Multiverse however during the battle Superboy-Prime punch a evil variant of Superman which changed his reality for the better, realizing what he could do Superboy-Prime took off into space. Superboy-Prime fought against the Darkest Knight tempts him again with his own world and Superboy-Prime envisions his own world where he was the hero that he always dream of being but realizes that doing so would mean he won't have his parents or Laurie so instead, he sacrifices his dream to protect everyone else, delivering a mighty blow that destabilized the Last 52 which help the heroes and villains to win the battle.
And that would have been it for Superboy-Prime however just as he thought he had about to die that was when he saw a bright light and then he saw a giant cloak being that Superboy-Prime was only able to see his face while his whole body look like space with thousands of stars and planets.
"Kal-El of Krypton, Clark Joseph Kent, Superboy-Prime your story is not finished just yet as you are needed for another reality as I offer you a opportunity to redeem yourself where you can help a certain group of people and be their symbol of hope" The being said before there was another flash of light and it would be sometime before Clark would be able to remember the events of his previous life and regain all of his super powers expect the reason why he possesses them wouldn't because he's a Kryptonian but instead something else. Ripples travel across this new realities Multiverse which changed many of those world's slightly making it that there would be a variant of Clark on each of those world's expect they won't have any memories of Clark's previous life and possibly be weaken that him.

(Superboy-Prime is reborn within the Marvel Universe however because he's Superboy-Prime that means he's willing to kill, I may give him a different costume with him thinking that since he'll never be like the Superman that he use to look up so he'll change his costume as he plan on doing things his way and I may change it to the Justice Lords Superman costume since that costume looks cool but I'll change it back if he uses the armour and he's going to be just as strong as what he is in DC comics and the being that spoke to Superboy-Prime was Eternity)
