Regina Mills awoke to see Henry sleeping in a chair next to her. She hoped he would wake once he heard her groggy voice. "Henry-" My son is really here with me after all this time. Oh Henry, I never thought we would see each other again.

Henry's eyes instantly opened and he turned to his adoptive mother. "Mom!" Once she sat up in her bed, he hugged her happily. "I'm so glad you are alright! I was so worried." Regina smiled as the boy grinned back at her.

"I'm so glad I get to see you, Henry. I've missed you. I thought I would never see you again. I thought I was going to die before I saw you again."

He released his hug and headed out of the room. Henry explained. "I'm going to tell the others. I'll be right back."

Only seconds later after he left, he returned with Emma, Killian, and David. They came through the doorway to find Regina awake in her hospital bed.

"She's awake! Regina, how are you feeling?" David asked concerned about the woman.

"Terrible." She whispered weakly as she rubbed her forehead, deep in thought. "How am I alive?" She questioned Emma with a sick like tone of voice.

Emma now stood beside her with a hand on her shoulder. "I healed you, Regina."

"You- you saved me?" She asked as she looked at her friend. Emma shook her head. Tears formed in her eyes as she replied. "Thank you, Emma." She paused and sighed. "Is Mary Margaret alright?"

"Yes, she's okay. She awoke before you and is recovering in the next room."

Regina thought. Thank God Mary Margaret is okay.

Day 10:

Regina didn't have food or water for days until Jefferson came in again. He tried to help feed her due to her weakness but she refused. Now, even eating was beginning to be a struggle for her. She knew she was starting to not function properly because of dehydration.

"You are going to continue having one meal and water every few days. I'll let you use the bathroom and shower. Then you'll come back here. We will see how long you last until you start begging me to kill you." Jefferson told her.

She now mumbled, weakly. "You bastard." She now forcibly spat in his face. "Where is Emma and Snow?"

"Even when you're weak you still got fire!" She looked at him disgusted as he replied. "It won't get you far in here with me." He now wiped the spit off his face using her cloth. "I'll be fair, Regina. I'll show mercy if you cooperate. If you act up, you'll have consequences. Starting with this." He pushed the plate over to his side before she even had the chance to retrieve it. She then got a slap in the face. She felt the wind knocked out of her from being pushed against the wall. He leaned up against her with his arm against her neck and his hand holding her arm pushing it to the wall. He now whispered in her ear as she felt his breath on her hair. "Next time, it won't be just your meal I take. If you fight me, you'll have consequences." He let her go, letting her drop to the ground, burying her head in her knees, still leaning her back on the wall. "Not such a powerful queen now, huh?"

Regina scoffed as she stood back on her feet. "How dare you?! You don't even know who you are dealing with! I will kill you!" She took a deep breath and then turned the conversation toward her friends. "And if you hurt Snow or Emma I swear-"

"Give up on that. You'd be glad for me to say the only one I want to hurt is you. Even if I wanted to hurt them you couldn't protect them. Why would you? You can't even protect yourself much less even eat without help."

Regina stared at the man with dark eyes of fury, anger, and resentment. As she glared back at him with hate, she finally asked. "Can I at least see them?"

He laughed. "Am I going to let you see them when you are acting like this? No, I'm afraid not. The only time I'll let you see them is when you finally understand, when finally you are so lonely, you'll be begging."

"Never!" She screamed as tears of anger fell.

"We'll see but being trapped and alone can effect people in many ways. When you know you'll die alone, that's probably the worst feeling of all. When you have no one, that is the worst feeling. Trust me, I know because you ripped Grace from me. You'll never see Henry just like I will never see my Grace again."

Regina threw a punch at the man. Rage filled him as he felt wet blood on his face. He gave another hard punch at her causing her to sense her nose bleeding and strong pain. "See you in a few days, queen. Hopefully you will be good or we will have problems." Looking back at Jefferson, Regina rolled her eyes in dismay as she put her hand on the place he punched her. The Mad Hatter now paced up the basement stairs, leaving her in the darkness.
