Dr. Whale now walked in Snow's hospital room to see everyone, including Emma Swan and Regina there with Snow who sat up in her bed, healthy. "I now think you are all good to go home. You are discharged."
They all smiled at his words. A split second passed when Regina, who had Hope in one of her arms, grabbed Henry's hand. "We're going home right away then." She moved her arm to transport them, leaving purple smoke behind.
"I want to take a drive, Killian. We could drive in my yellow bug on the way home."
"Of course, love." She leaned inward to kiss him on the lips passionately. As their lips touched, it felt so beautiful, so priceless, so golden in every way. His kiss on her lips was more wonderful than she ever imagined.
Killian and Emma eventually came home after their drive back from the hospital. Killian at once knew something was off about Emma. She never acted this strange. They would sit on the couch, sit at the dinner table, and lay in bed without her speaking a word. Killian felt disturbed because she was so quiet and in deep thought all the time. He felt as if she was totally detached from him and so distant. She was so closed off, worse than when he first met her. He knew that she must have gone through a lot the past year, so he went along and tried to help her, hoping he could deal with her odd behavior.
Back at the hospital before David and Mary Margaret left, Dr. Whale made his way to David who was still by Mary Margaret's side. "I want to speak with you for a moment."
"Sure." Mary Margaret watched as her husband left to talk to the doctor outside of the room.
Charming closed the door behind him and the two stood face to face. Whale was the first to speak. "There's no indication of any physical damage or extensive injury to their bodies as we know. We all know why, because Emma healed them. If they had been-"
"The extent of their injuries? The extent of their injuries!? Are you serious? They practically died!" David yelled so loud that Snow could hear him inside her room.
"What I am trying to say is those were physical injuries they were healed from, not mental. I'm no psychologist but I would recommend they see Dr. Hopper. I would say if they act strange in any way have them talk to him."
Charming told him half listening as he opened the door to go back to Snow. "I'll keep that in mind but right now my wife needs me."
After Charming talked with Dr.Whale, he was ready to leave. Charming along with Snow drove his truck home to their apartment.

Day 31:
Ever since the television showed Killian's face, Emma Swan couldn't get her mind off him. I want to see you again, Killian, more than anything. We have to find each other but if I leave, Regina and Mary Margaret have to come with me. We all leave this house together. Then, I will find you and we will finally be together.
As she laid her back against the couch cushions, she heard Jefferson from behind. She now sat back up, looking at him. The two had gotten used to one another's presence by now. It had gotten to a point where Emma questioned if he cared for her. Emma could easily tell Jefferson treated her differently than her mother or Regina. Strangely, they would talk to each other for hours. In a way, it brought Jefferson joy to talk to Emma about his daughter.
"I'm bored, Jefferson. I've already cleaned and cooked more times I can count in this house. When are you letting me out of here?"
"Truth is, I don't know. You are here because I couldn't have you on my tail about Regina." He sighed. "You'll be happy to hear something interesting is going to keep you occupied today though."
"What's going on?" Emma asked curiously. She saw two bags from Granny's in his hands as he walked to the dining room and set them on the table. He then roamed the kitchen for three saucers and teacups. He placed them on the table along with a steaming glass teapot.
"You and Snow White will finally see her."
"Regina?"
Jefferson shook his head as Emma smiled. "When can we see her?"
"In a few minutes but I warn you. She doesn't look good."
"What did you do?" She grumbled.
He didn't answer as he stood still, looking at the woman. "Listen, Emma. She has to pay for what she did. You above anyone else should understand. What if Henry died? You would do whatever it takes to seek justice."
"This isn't justice. I understand why you feel this way, but you can't go through with this." She looked up at him. "She's changed. You're letting revenge dictate your life. Don't let it. You were a good person when Grace was alive."
Jefferson now walked away again and left to return with Emma's mother. "Mom." They made their way to one another, hugged, and looked back to the dinner table. "He got something from Granny's for us."
Snow smiled. "I've been dying for Granny's the past month."
"There's burgers and fries. I'll be back and I'll bring Regina." Their eyes both followed Jefferson as he left the room to go to his own.
A minute later, they saw Regina coming into the room with him. She had a nice black dress and a full face of make up on. Emma and Snow both ignored her clothes and make up to see that her body was very fragile beneath it. She lost a lot of weight, around thirty or forty pounds. Oh my, Regina looks terrible. "Regina." Emma ran to her and smiled as she hugged her friend. Snow did the same as she wrapped her arms around them both. As they group hugged, Emma spoke. "I thought- Regina- what has happened to you? You look so-"
"I thought I could hide it."
"You can't hide that. You look so terrible. You don't look healthy." Emma now was furious at the Hatter. "Why? Why don't you help her? You haven't fed her, have you?"
"This was what I was afraid of. You wanted to see each other and now you are complaining." Jefferson replied.
"Look at her. You are starving her!"
"Emma, I'm fine, I really am. It's okay. It's just since I've been here I haven't felt like eating a whole lot. Not being able to see Henry really has me down."
"I can always tell when you are lying, Regina."
"I'm just tired."
Emma grumbled as she knew Regina was lying through her teeth. Snow took Regina's hand and guided her over to the table to sit. "It's good to see you, Mary Margaret. I missed you."
"I missed you. For the longest time, I wondered if you were okay." Once they sat down next to one another, Regina felt Snow's hand grasp to hers as Mary Margaret smiled.
Emma sat next to Regina and across from her mother as she said, "I'm so glad we are here together. I'm so glad I got to finally see you." She told Regina. If only she was truly okay but she isn't. She has to eat or she'll die soon.
"Me too, Emma."
Emma then passed out the burgers and fries. As they started eating, they realized it had been the best food they eaten in a month. Emma poured the tea for her mother and friend as they waited eagerly to drink something that wasn't bland water.
They spoke together, trying their best to find joy in their terrible situation. They all tried their best to keep on the subjects of the outside but it only got them more depressed. They spoke about Henry, and then Killian, Charming and Zelena in the interviews both Emma and Snow saw a few days prior. Emma spoke about Jefferson letting her call Henry on her own phone to talk. She told them that they spoke about how they missed each other and how everyone in the town was searching for them.
"Killian came back?" Regina asked surprised.
"Yes and he's searching for us! Henry also told me dad woke up and Zelena found a way to reverse the spell." Mary Margaret grinned, with tears of happiness in her eyes. "And you wouldn't believe who the new mayor is-"
Regina only sighed as she knew exactly what Emma was about to say, "my sister."
Emma said. "Yep and they are all looking for us. Our hope is that they find us and we can get out of here."
As Emma drank her tea, she looked over to see Jefferson no where in sight. She now stared blankly in surprise of what she saw on the coffee table near the couch. A keychain with numerous keys was a few feet away from her and Jefferson wasn't in the room. There is the keys! They're on the table and Jefferson isn't here!
"Sweetie, what's wrong?" Snow asked wondering what her daughter was staring at.
"Yeah, Emma, you look stunned. What-" Regina followed her eyes to see the keys. "The keys."
"Let's go." Emma stated as she pushed herself out of the chair and paced toward the small table by the sofa.
"Wait. I don't think this is a good idea. Why would he just leave the keys here?" Snow questioned.
"I don't know but it doesn't matter, mom. We are getting out of here now!"
