Emma Swan left her house to find Hope for the first time since seeing her daughter in the hospital. Emma rang the door bell of Regina's mansion and the door opened within seconds. "Emma, thank goodness! I was wondering when you would show up. The baby has been crying all day." Regina told her, ushering her in the house.

Emma said nothing as she came in, and walked toward Hope who was in the cradle in the living room. "I think she missed you."

"Yeah?" Emma softly spoke as Regina shook her head in response. Emma picked up the child and held her tiny body in her arms. "I'm going to feed her."

"And while you do that, Henry and I will go out to Granny's. I just need my mind off of-" She paused and sighed, "everything."

"I get it." Emma responded as she now looked down at her daughter, smiling and then giving the baby a kiss on the forehead.

Regina called Henry down to eat dinner with her and they got in the car to travel to Granny's while Emma stayed at Regina's with Hope.

As Regina walked in the door of Granny's, she saw the whole diner peer back at her. The old lady, Widow Lucas, was behind the counter looking back at Regina. "You are alive? Emma and Mary Margaret are they-"

Regina smiled. "They are okay."

"Did you hear y'all? They are back! Three old customers are back! The Savior, Snow White and the Queen is back."

Regina could sense the diner was more lively than before. Henry smiled as he sat down at a booth with Regina across from him. "I can't believe- I never thought I would see this place again." She said staring around, seeing the familiar faces. The next thing the two heard, was the door ring and it opening. Henry and Regina glared back to see David and Mary Margaret side by side, looking around the diner. Regina noticed Snow had the same shocked face she had seconds ago. The two spotted each other and waved as they made their way over to the table.

Day 100:

Emma Swan started vomiting in the bathroom toilet, feeling overwhelmed with nausea. In that instant she understood that she had to stop ignoring the truth about her body. It scared her when she noticed she had skipped her menstrual cycle twice in a row. She knew why her body was beginning to change because she remembered the exact same feeling when she was pregnant with Henry. I know exactly why I feel like this. I have to face up to it. I must be pregnant.

"You alright, Emma?" Jefferson's voice echoed through the hall as she heard footsteps move closer. She stood up and washed her mouth in the bathroom sink. She heard a knock and then Jefferson opening the door.

"It's just that I'm a little sick today."

"What's wrong?" He asked slightly worried.

She replied back. "I'm a bit nauseated that's all. It's not that bad."

"Let me help." He left the door open and walked out toward the kitchen. She followed to find him holding a glass of water and a pill. "Here." He said as he handed her the glass.

"I don't need it." She placed it back down on the countertop.

"What? You are scared I'm giving you poison or something?"

"Well I wouldn't doubt it. You've drugged me twice. You've hurt my friend and mom."

"I don't care about them like I do you." He pushed the glass toward her again. "It's medicine that helps with nausea."

Emma rolled her eyes. "I'm fine." She stated as she poured the water down the drain and placed the glass in the kitchen sink. "You could help by letting me see Regina again. It's been a while since we saw one another."

"It's been a few weeks."

Emma shrugged. "Exactly."

He leaned in closer, bringing his lips to meet with hers. She instantly became more nauseous as she felt his lips on hers. I wish this will be over but as long as he thinks we are together, Regina and my mom will be safer. She continued to think. But what if he's lying to me? I can't trust him. What if he's still hurting Regina? I have to see her.

"Of course, Emma."

They both made their way down to the basement. Jefferson turned the light on so they could see Regina sitting on the ground in silence. Regina got up as she saw Emma beside the man.

Emma noticed Regina was just as underweight as the last time she saw her but luckily she had no other scratches or bruises other than her injured leg. "May we be alone?" Emma asked him.

"Sure. Come back upstairs when you are finished." He replied as he now walked back up onto the main floor, leaving the basement.

Once Jefferson was no where in sight, Emma ran to Regina, hugging her tightly. "Oh, Regina. You are the only person I feel like speaking to about this right now. No one knows."

Emma heard Regina's groggy voice. "What's going on?"

"I have morning sickness. I've skipped my period. There's only one thing that makes sense. I think I'm pregnant."

"What?! Swan, what? You are pregnant?" Regina instantly jumped to the conclusion that Jefferson had to be the father. She never knew about how close Emma and Jefferson's relationship was. It shocked her but then again she sensed this was coming ever since the night she had gotten shot. Regina grumbled as she now wrapped her arms around Emma, and lastly gently placed her hand on her abdomen. "It's okay, Emma. I'm going to try to help you."

Tears streamed down Emma's face as she started sobbing, leaning into Regina ever more. Regina couldn't hide her anger anymore and she snapped. "Emma, he hurt you? He's going to wish he never did. I swear Emma, the next time he comes down here, I am going to kill that bastard!"

Emma began crying ever more as she replied. "I chose this, Regina. He said he wouldn't hurt you or mom that night if I were to be with him. Isn't my mother dying a good enough reason, Gina? He was torturing her! He was going to kill Mary Margaret that night and I couldn't let him. I agreed that we could be in a relationship cause I guess that's what he truly wanted. I think he really does care for me. He acts loving toward me."

She acts like she doesn't know why I slept with him! The fact is I wanted to save them, save both of them! They don't deserve this pain!

Regina scoffed. "What he truly wants is for me to suffer and die. One day you are going to realize that he may care for you but he cares for revenge far more." Her voice now softened. "I do believe he cares about you, Emma. Honestly, I'm glad. He never hurt you even when he was angry he never took his frustration out on you. He's always gentle with you but Mary Margaret and I- he-"

Emma interrupted. "I know! You act like I never notice my mother's scars or your limping leg or how underweight you are now! That is why I agreed. I can't let him hurt you anymore. I can't have him hurt my own mother."

Emma started whimpering loudly.

"In a way, Jefferson will forever be with me. This is terrible! Killian will-"

"No, it's not terrible. Jefferson may be the father but you'll still have a child, no matter who it's with, half of it is yours. Henry will have a sister."

Emma wiped her tears but she felt them continue to pour. "What's wrong? You can tell me anything." Regina said.

"It's just I don't know what to do. What if we do get out of here and then Killian finds out I had a baby with Jefferson? We were engaged to get married. This will ruin everything!"

Regina spoke. "Emma, if Killian really does love you, he will understand. If he doesn't, then you really are too good for him. If he leaves you, you can always come to my house and we could raise the child together. If I even make it out of here." Emma made a soft smile.

After seconds of silence Regina spoke as realization hit her. "If you think about it, maybe he will let us go. He kidnapped me to seek revenge because the Evil Queen murdered his daughter. So what happens when he finds out you are pregnant? It could change everything. He would love that child as much as Grace."

Emma spoke. "Maybe you are right. Maybe it would change him for the better." I hope! Maybe then we can escape this dreadful place.
