Harry was currently sitting around the dining table in the kitchen of the Burrow, the Weasley's home. Molly had told them that professor McGonagall was going to join them for dinner and apparently had something important she wanted to tell them. She had joined them few minutes back and right now they all were enjoying Molly's delicious food.
After all of them had their fill of food, Molly removed the plates and dishes and used the cleaning spell on the dishes. Minerva then said, "Yesterday, Albus said something very important to me." She then handed a picture to Harry and Ginny and said to them, "Harry and Ginny, look at the two professors here. What do you think of them?" She pointed the 2 professors. Harry and Ginny saw the professors carefully. Harry then handed the picture to others. He said, "They look very young professor." Ginny said, "And they look very similar to us." Minerva said, "That's because they are you Harry and Ginny. You are the two in those pictures." They both looked shocked at that. Their eyes wide in disbelief. Others meanwhile looked confused. Minerva then said, "Yes. It is you two in that picture, professors for DADA in 1977." Ginny asked, "How is that possible professor? How can it be us?" Minerva said, "There is a special time-turner that Albus found and hid. I found it after he told me where it was." She placed it on the table for everyone to see. "This time-turner takes you back years instead of hours. Albus believes this might be the key for you to be there."
Harry asked, "But we didn't know about this time-turner. So how could it have been us? Because for professor Dumbledore to find this artifact, he needs to see us in 1977. But if we never knew how to come there, how could it have been us? And if it wasn't us in this picture, wouldn't that mean that us going back would change the events?" Hermione said, "That doesn't matter Harry. Time travelling is often tricky and doesn't make sense when you start dealing with yearlong time travel. Due to some reason, you and Ginny went there. What it is, we don't know. But since you went there, professor Dumbledore researched about time-turners and found this. And this will be the reason you will go back. This will make the loop and make sure the loop continues. If you don't go now, then that would lead to change in events." Molly said, "All of that is ok, but Minerva, why do Harry and Ginny need to go there in the first place?" Minerva said, "Molly and Arthur, you probably remember the attack on Hogsmeade during the ball." They both nodded. For the benefit of others, Minerva then said, "In 1977, Voldemort attacked Hogsmeade during the graduation ball of seventh years. During that attack, the 2 DADA professors were instrumental in the defense and retaliation against the attack. And that 2 professors were Harry and Ginny." Ginny asked, "So we were the DADA professors and we were an important part of the battle at the ball. So, for that to happen, Harry and I need to use this time-turner and go back in time." Minerva nodded. Ginny said, "What about Teddy? Was he with us during that year?" Minerva said, "That is actually a good question Ginny. I didn't think about it Ginny. But thinking about it now, I think Teddy was there. But we didn't know it was Teddy at that point. You both did have a baby with you that some students babysat and played with." Harry sighed and said, "When do we need to go professor?" Minerva said, "After 3 days. I need to arrange some things and talk with Albus once again before we use this time-turner. Molly, Arthur, thank you for the dinner. Harry and Ginny, you should start preparing for the trip." She then stood up and left. Molly then turned to Harry and Ginny and said, "You both need to learn how to take care of a baby. I will teach you that. They are very simple charms and spells." They both nodded. Hermione said, "Ron and I will try and see what we can find about that attack on Hogsmeade."
