They say that when you are about to die your life flashes though your eyes however in Clark's case instead of seeing his own life he saw his previous one where he was one of the most powerful beings in that reality but after losing everything that was important to him, he went insane and became the complete opposite of what he dream of being, instead of being like the superhero known as Superman instead he became a monster called 'Superboy-Prime'.

If strong memories, experiences and a personality down to the very last detail are introduced into the mind of another, then they would likely overwrite the old mind. However before his death Superboy-Prime did change, choosing to save the other reality and its Multiverse instead of accepting 'The Darkest Knight' offer of a world where he could be its Superman and he changed even more so after his death. Instead of dominating over the old mind Superboy-Prime essences blended with Clark's own and what emerged would not be a takeover, but a combination of the two.

"Ughh..." Clark groaned as he pushed his way out of the complete wreckage that once was his car, technically he was injured and had blood all over him but now with powers emerged he was already beginning to heal.

Clark's head was fuzzy as he was still getting reoriented to his new… perspective, he was Kal-El the son of Jor-El and Lara, the last son of Krypton, Clark Kent the adopted son of Jerry and Naomi Kent, Superboy of Earth-Prime and he was known as Superboy-Prime. Clark knew that he wasn't on Earth Zero anymore or on Earth 1, Earth 2 or Earth 3 or in any of the other universes as he could feel the very vibrations of the universe that he currently was in and he knew that he wasn't just on another Earth but in an entirely different Multiverse.

(To save confusion I'll be calling the main Earth in DC Universe Earth Zero as it is also called Earth Prime while I'll be calling Superboy-Prime home Universe Earth-Prime)

"Oh my god! Are you alright?"

Turning his head to the voice he saw it was a woman and man who look to be the same age as him, looking passed them he saw a car on the road that was still running and Clark could understand why, it was for their safety as you never know what could happen in a world filled with super powered beings. Looking back at the couple Clark pushed up his glass out of reflex but he found that they weren't there, he looked back at his wreckage of a car he saw they were broken remains on the dashboard.

"Um… do you need an ambulance or something?" The woman asked again.

Clark chuckled and smiled at her. "No thank you, you know what they say, any accident you can walk away is a good one" Clark said with a smile.

Clark could see the couple was confused by his words, but he had already decided on what he should do next. He needed to get back to his apartment in New York as he couldn't go to his parents looking like this, not in the neighborhood they live in. Secondly, he probably needed to get rid of his car and report it as stolen and luckily he made sure that he had full coverage.

Going over to the vehicle, Clark grabbed it and found that he could lift it up easily. Concentrating he pushed the doors back in place and began to weld it with his heat vision. He found out he had to stop not too long afterward as his eyeballs were feeling a bit hot as he hadn't had such a sensation since the day he gained it back on his Earth.

"Oh my god! He's one of them! He's a freaking mutant!" The man exclaimed, pointing at him.

Clark thought about what the man had just said as he might be right as Clark might just qualify as a Mutant since he wasn't just sent to this universe by that being who he saw before he died instead he was reborn here in this universe where he was now the son of Robert and Linda Kent, Clark could hear the couple rush back toward their car, a shutting noise later, and the car drove off.

After getting what little paperwork and his laptop out of the wreckage, he stood a bit away and continuously fired his heat vision at the car and a moment later it exploded. It took Clark an additional thirty minutes with several breaks in between to melt all of the parts that flew off in the explosion, Clark guessed that since he had only just awakened his powers they weren't at full power just yet.

Once it was done, Clark used the power that he had first used in his previous life when he awakened his powers back then and shot straight up in the air with his laptop in hand, and flew back toward his apartment complex. His flight control was not as great as it once was most likely because his powers were still trying to adjust to his new body, it was kind of like a drunken flying but eventually Clark made it back to his apartment with a soft thud on its rooftop.

Making his way back he made his way down to his apartment and entered it, a wave of fatigue struck him and he decided that he needed rest and not even bothering to go to his bed as he crashed heavily on his couch and drifted off into sleep.

The New Day

Clark woke up to the ringing from his phone. He went to pick it up and out of reflex, he reached for his glasses, only to remember that they had been damaged in the crash last night and that was when he noticed that he could see clearly, no even better than clearly.

"Hey Mom" Clark greeted, as he picked himself up and went to his bathroom.

"Hi sweetly I'm just calling to know that you got home alright, you never know what could happen these days" said Linda Kent.

"Oh, uh…," Clark was taking off his shirt until he did a double take when he walked past his bedroom mirror and saw that his body was no longer the scrawny form it was once in but now look like he could rival Captain America and Thor, looking at his form in the mirror Clark couldn't help but pose and flex a bit at his new body.

"Clark? Is something wrong?" Linda asked.

"No mom, nothing's wrong, but I was in a crash last night and I'm alright but my car was a wreck" said Clark.

"Oh god! Well at least you're alright and is your car insurance?" Linda asked.

"Of course, I would be an idiot if I didn't have any super villains around and destroy everything," said Clark.

"That's good at least, oh and phone me tomorrow to tell me everything that happened at your new job at the Baxter Building, maybe you could meet one of the Fantastic Four" said Linda.

"Yeah sure thing mom, love you" Clark said before hanging up the phone.

"I remember dying after i fought the Darkest Knight and then that begin appeared and then there was a flash of light and that's the last thing i remember as Superboy-Prime and i got memories of my life here, so i must have been reincarnated here i think is the Marvel universe while i was more a DC fan i can still recognize a couple of things like the Avengers, X-Men and a few other things, but how do i still have my powers since i'm Human and not Kryptonian? Did that begin to make sure that I would keep them and if so what am i? Do I have them just cause or am i a Meta-Human as while i know that term is from DC Comics to describe Humans with superpowers or am i a Mutant or maybe a Inhuman? Well it's a good thing I can figure it out since I've been reborn here. I'm a scientist and could find out" Clark said to himself.

(I'm a fan of both DC and Marvel comics)

Clark try to remember everything that he knew about Marvel comics and compare it to everything that he knew of what's going on in the world and he remember that Marvel comics had created a copy of the Justice League called the Squadron Supreme who were a alternate universe called Earth-712 and Earth-S and sometimes they are call the Squadron Sinister when they wanted them to be super villains and each member was a parody of DC characters like Hyperion was a copy of Superman, Nighthawk was a copy of Batman, Power Princess was a copy of Wonder Woman, Doctor Spectrum was a copy of Green Lantern, The Blur was a copy of The Flash and others while over the years they have created other copies of those characters.

However that DC comics had also created a copy of the Avengers called the Retaliators who were a alternate universe called Earth-8 and Earth-8 and each member was a parody of Marvel characters like American Crusader was a copy of Captain America, Machinehead was a copy of Iron Man, Wundajin was a copy of Thor, Behemoth was a copy of The Hulk, Ladybug was a copy of Spider-Woman and others while over the years they have created other copies of those characters.

"Maybe I could be this world's Superman" Clark thought happily and amazed at the chance to be what he was always dreamed in his previous life and be a hero which he always dreamed of in his current life but then he got flashes of his previous life of all the horrible things that he did as Superboy-Prime like killing the Superman of Earth Two.

"No I'll never be like him" Clark thought disappointed as he knows that his anger would get the better of himself like it did back during his previous life when he was Superboy-Prime and he accidentally killed Pantha, Bushido and Wildebeest before he stop caring and began killing anyone who got in his way as he believed that no one else matter as their were all fanatically characters while he was a real being.

"No! I'll be my own kind of Superman! An anti-hero!" Clark said to himself before he went to work on creating his own costume using the same material as the Fantastic Four costumes 'unstable molecules' which were a configuration of unknown atomic nuclei and electrons discovered or synthesized by Reed Richards aka Mr Fantastic were the suit attuned to the wearer powers like Johnny's costume doesn't burn when he 'flames on', Sue's costume turns invisible when she does and Reed's costume stretches with him.

Sometime Later

A green car was driving madly down a street and it was thanks to the driver doing his best and a miracle that he hadn't hit anyone yet however as he made sure to miss a couple he ended up going on to a bridge and then hitting a rail causing him to fall off the bridge and down onto a young boy.

However, just then as the car plunged, that was when in a white and black blur caught it and then gently placed it down while being watched by all of the bystanders who were terrified when they saw a car crushing down at them but now were shocked and amazed by what they were seeing. Clark had chosen to create a different design for his costume from his original one in his previous life where instead it was mainly black, with a white cape, the front of the cape extending over the middle of his chest which had his symbol on it with the outer line was white which blended with his cape while the inside was red and the addition of two white bands around each of his forearms and shins.

(Clark has the Justice Lord Superman costume because I think it looks cool and there is a reason which I will reveal in a future chapter)

"BRUCE!" A man shouted as he ran over to the child and hugged him.

Once Clark had gently placed the car down and he went and picked up the kid's hat which had blown off when he flew past him to catch the car and Clark walked towards the man and the kid.

"Thank you so much for saving him" The man said gratefully.

"It's no problem, here friend," Clark said as he handed the kid his hat back.

"Thanks, cool costume," The kid said in awe.

"Thanks I designed it myself" Clark said with a smile before he rocked up into the sky leaving all of the bystanders to watch in amazement.

This version of the Marvel Universe the events of 'House of M' where the Scarlet Witch used her powers and said those famous lines 'No More Mutants' has already happened which isn't to shocking since this story is going to take place after 'Avengers: Disassemble' and 'House of M' takes place not to long after that but before 'Civil War' meaning this story version of 'House of M' takes place during the six months between 'Avengers: Disassemble' and 'The New Avengers'

Another change in Marvel's continuity is that Carol Danvers is already Captain Marvel as she was still Ms. Marvel during this time in the comics

I may have Superboy-Prime create a version of the Justice League or a Justice Society in the Marvel Universe perhaps after Civil War where instead of the having a team called 'The Mighty Avengers' they'll be called the Justice League?

The scene with Clark catching the green car is basic off the scene from the Superman and Lois TV show where it was Clark's first save as Superman however that scene is basic off from the comics where on the front cover of Superman's first ever comic he's catching a green car
