Overview
A mysterious scientist from the post-apocalyptic future of C.E. 150 who created the time-travelling mobile suit known as the Paradox Gundam. He is known mostly by the name "Dr. Paradox". He has a history with Akiza's family and is also her godfather. When Akiza escapes into the past with the Paradox, the doctor uploaded a backup data of his consciousness inside a silver Haro in the event of his passing, in order to guide the time traveler in her mission to prevent their dark future from occurring.
In his past life, Dr. Paradox was originally Christopher Steinbelt, the creator of the artificial intelligence known as the Joint Unification Network Order, otherwise known as JUNO. Dr. Steinbelt created the AI originally as a deterrence against future conflicts between the PLANTs, Atlantic Federation, and Orb Union. However, during a civil war within the Alliance, as well as a power struggle between the Clyne faction against the remnants of ex-Chairman Patrick Zala's loyalists and the followers of the late Chairman Gilbert Durandal, JUNO began a massive cyberattack on Earth and on the PLANTs, killing millions and millions of innocent lives and proceeded to rule the entire universe with an iron fist. Carrying the guilt of creating JUNO, Steinbelt soon took on a new identity in hopes of setting things right, even if it means rewriting history itself.

- He is based on Krim Steinbelt from Kamen Rider Drive, who is also voiced by Chris Peppler. His real name is a combination of Peppler's first name (with the actor and radio personality's full name is Christopher Daniel Peppler) and his character's surname (Krim Steinbelt).
