Spectacular Webhead 11: Thank you.

acosta perez jose ramiro: Alejandro needed his comeuppance.

The Riverian: Samkota is one of the healthier couples. Of course we won't treat them badly. Not a fan of them turning Dakota into Dakotazoid. Alejandro usually gets third place in fanfics, so we decided to give him fourth in order to be less predictable and more unique.

Jss2141: Yup!

Guest: Good guess.

Girls: Jasmine, Zoey

Boys: Tyler

Episode 12: Pahk'd With Talent

"Last time, on Total Drama!" Chris began over the usual long-distance shot of the island. "The Final Five took a simple footrace to dangerous new heights," he said as the recap led off with a clip of the campers racing up the mountain trail, followed by a clip of the boys getting surrounded by a pack of angry robotic bears as Chris laughed. "Man, I love this show!"

"With the girls having teamed up," Zoey and Jasmine were shown climbing the mountainside with their gear, "the boys were forced to team up," Alejandro, Sam, and Tyler were shown watching the monitor fall. "Which was a pretty good idea in hindsight," Sam was shown getting a piggyback ride from Alejandro, then Alejandro was shown injuring Sam and Tyler so he could get ahead of them. "Nice teamwork, Al," Chris finished with a laugh as Alejandro was shown bragging in the confessional.

"In the end, Sam was the last to reach for the top," Sam was shown laying on the ground after Alejandro's sabotage, "and with Alejandro getting the most votes, these guys were the next to be loaded into the Peas-Shooter of Shame." The montage concluded with a brief shot of Alejandro getting hurt by Jasmine, then Sam and Alejandro fired off into the night.

"The five are no more, so we're down to these three," Chris rhymed, motioning to the portraits of Jasmine, Tyler, and Zoey lined up in a column on the right hand side of the screen. "And soon, one more of them will blast free. So, whoooo's going to be in your Final Two? I wanna know, don't you? Let's do! Here, on Total! Drama! Iiiiiiisland Pahkitew!"

XXXXX

A lilting tune played as the episode opened on the treehouse, and the scene cut inside to show Jasmine and Zoey sitting on the lower bed and eating fish from the bucket in-between them.

"I gotta say, I like what you did to Alejandro during his elimination," Zoey opened up.

"He was a sneaky mongrel underneath all that sunshine," Jasmine said. "I had to give him what for. And the best part is, with him and Sam having left the game, we're now in the final three."

Confessional: Zoey

"Not gonna lie, I didn't expect to make it this far. At best, I thought I would be the first merge boot, but now that I am here, I'm gonna kick butt and win this game," Zoey declared.

Confessional: Jasmine

"I was always pretty confident I'd make it this far. I was only afraid I could get eliminated for being a threat but I guess people seemed to like me quite a bit. Regardless, no matter what happens, I'm glad I reached this point," Jasmine smiled.

Confessionals End

The scene moved to the ground below the treehouse, showing Tyler performing a series of sit-ups until he was tired and worn-out. "With the sit-ups done, it's time to go for my jog," he said before getting off the ground and sprinting off. As he passed many trees and bushes, he began to think and frown a bit.

Confessional: Tyler

"I'm in the final three! WOOHOO! I'm going all the way to win this! Sure Jasmine and Zoey may be teamed up and all, but even they are no match for my perseverance. I mean, can they say they have the endurance I do? No they cannot. They never had to endure the obstacles I have," Tyler cheered.

Confessional Ends

"Attention punching bags!" Chris announced over the camp loudspeakers. "It's that time again! Final Three, to the meeting area! Prrrron-to!"

\

The shot cut to Chris and Chef inside Chris's trailer. Chef was reading a book, and Chris was in the middle of ironing his shirts when Dakota walked up to him with two buckets of hot water. "Thanks for bringing the hot water for my shower here, but why did you bring two buckets?" the host asked. "I specifically requested one!"

"Because this is going to be the last thing I do as an intern here!" Dakota snapped. "With Sam unnaturally kicked out, I can't stand to be on this island anymore."

"Are you telling me that you're resigning because I booted out your boyfriend?" Chris asked. "He lost the last challenge, bra!"

"It's not just because of that," Dakota huffed. "I've wanted to be famous and get more attention by being on this show, but with you mistreating me and you trying to get the other contestants killed, I've come to the conclusion that fame isn't everything if it means sacrificing my life!"

"Fine then. You can leave," Chris groaned. "You're lucky I can't fire you or your dad would want all his money back."

"Actually," Dakota smirked, "I called my dad to come pick me up on his helicopter, and after watching how you've been treating me, he's taking all of his money back!"

"Wha…wha…what?!" Chris stammered while Chef snickered at his plight.

The sound of a helicopter landing can be heard. "There's my ride. Gotta go, but first…" Dakota picked up one of the buckets of water, and splashed it all over Chris.

"THIS IS HOT WATER! MY SKIN COULD MELT!" Chris screamed and ran out of his trailer.

Chef snorted. "You really showed him, girl!"

"I just wanted to exhaust all the pain and frustration he's been giving me onto him," Dakota smiled. "Before I leave, do you know where Sam's handheld consoles are?" the fame monger asked. "I forgot to give them back to him before he left."

"They're right here," Chef reached from behind the couch he was on and pulled out a black trash bag. He threw it at the girl, and she caught it with ease. "And don't forget, I'm proud of what you did, kid," the cook sent a smirk.

"That's Dakota Milton for you," Dakota winked and departed from the trailer and the island.

\

"Children of competition," Chris greeted the Final Three, now assembled before him in the meeting area. "Your toughest challenge yet will be in three parts. Head, to head, to head," he said as the camera panned in close across Jasmine, Tyler, and Zoey.

"Head to head?" Tyler muttered. "Whatever. I can dominate whatever challenge comes my way."

"Good to know," Chris interjected. "Now, as I was saying, this will be a three part challenge. Each player gets to create one of those parts."

The Final Three looked at him with shock and a bit of excitement. "I get to create my own challenge?" Zoey asked.

"You all do," Chris repeated, "within reason. Winner of each challenge gets 3 points," he explained, holding up a trio of fingers. "Second place gets 2," he held up two fingers on his other hand, "and last place gets 1," he finished, putting his hands down entirely. "After all three challenges, the player with the lowest total points gets to see the inside of a cannon. Briefly," he clarified with a slight chuckle as Tyler and Zoey gave each other a competitive glance.

"The two highest scores get to battle it out in the finale," Chris continued, turning around to the side, "for one! Million! Dol-lars!" A grandiose tune played as the camera moved onto the standard issue briefcase full of prize money, the shot then pulling back to show it hanging from a fishing pole held by the chubby male intern. The line promptly snapped, causing the case to drop and pop open and the money inside to go flying.

"Whoa! Careless," Chris chastised. "Get that money back into the case pronto," he ordered as the intern tossed the fishing pole away, "or, you're fired." The intern kneeled down and started frantically stuffing the bills back into the case. "You have one minute to write down the details of your challenge," Chris turned and told the Final Three.

Confessional: Zoey

"I'm basically a master of what my challenge is going to be," Zoey smirked.

Confessional: Tyler

"Not only will it buff up my legs, but it'll slow down the girls as well," Tyler declared confidently.

Confessional: Jasmine

"I reckon I have an idea," Jasmine said. "It could be too much to handle."

Confessionals End

"We begin ou Final Three showdown," Chris said, "with the challenge created by...-" a drumroll played- "Tyler!"

"Yes!" Tyler said victoriously as the girls sulked.

Confessional: Tyler

"When you're in a competition, you have to strike first," Tyler explained. "It'll break your opponents, but in a mental way."

Confessional Ends

"Uh," Jasmine objected, "why does he get to go first?"

"Easy, tiger," Chris said. "The order was randomly selected with the help of the interns.

\

The footage flashed back to show the three interns, each nervously holding a photograph of one of the Final Three – the tall boy holding Jasmine, the girl holding Tyler, and the fat boy holding Zoey. Chris stood before them, blindfolded and with a dart in his hand. "Okay, here goes!" he said happily, the shot cutting in closer to him as he threw the dart.

A feminine grunt of pain and the sound of something being stabbed came from off-screen, and Chris raised his blindfold. He frowned, then turned and walked away with a nonchalant whistle.

\

"And Tyler's challenge is..." Chris said as the scene returned to him and the Final Three. "A 100-meter hurdles race!"

The shot returned to the campers to show Tyler looking proudly and Jasmine and Zoey feeling concerned.

Confessional: Tyler

"I'm not the best at most sporting activities, but jumping hurdles is something that I'm pro at," Tyler told the outhouse.

Confessional: Jasmine

"Jumping over hurdles will be tricky considering my long legs, but I'll have to make do," Jasmine sighed.

Confessionals End

The scene cut to the contestants and Chris at a white starting line outlined next to a stump.

"Now hurdles, while exciting," Chris said before yawning briefly, "didn't seem to keep in with the spirit of the show, so I was forced to add some little, you know, extras." The contestants all groaned. "Ya might want to be careful out there. Anywho…" Chris then pulled out his air horn. "On your marks… get set… and go!" He hit the nozzle, signaling for the contestants to run.

Tyler jumped over his hurdle, only to get his foot caught on it, and fall to the ground. Zoey and Jasmine managed to jump over theirs and passed the jock.

Still on the ground, Tyler felt something itchy, and screamed when he saw tiny, red insects crawling up his body. "Fire ants!" he screamed, jumping back to his feet and running off.

Jasmine and Zoey continued to jump over more hurdles. Tyler decided to jump over his next one when it seemed to move, and he landed on his crotch. He yelped as he was in pain, and the camera panned down to show two turtles moving forward and carrying the hurdle on their shells.

"Turtle hurdle!" Chris quipped as the shot cut to him and Chef. "Punny and painful!" He and Chef both shared a laugh while Tyler continued to be in pain on his hurdle.

After jumping over a few hurdles, Zoey made a big leap over the next one, only to fall through the pitfall covered by leaves positioned after it. Jasmine passed her, and took off the beehive attached to her hurdle.

"What's a beehive doing attached to the hurdle?" Jasmine muttered in confusion, but through the beehive into the bushes and plowed on.

"Jasmine takes the lead, and rejects a snack break along the way!" Chris announced.

Tyler had managed to recover and passed the pitfall Zoey was crawling out of. "I may have fallen, but I won't throw in the towel!" the social seeker declared as she got up and dashed behind Tyler, who was behind Jasmine as they all jumped over the upcoming hurdles.

Confessional: Zoey

"If there's one thing I know, it's that I do NOT want to come in last this quickly!" Zoey enforced in the outhouse.

Confessional Ends

Racing towards the finish line, Zoey picked up speed, and managed to be in a three-way tie with Tyler and Jasmine. Tyler crossed the finish first, followed by Jasmine, and then Zoey.

Chris made his way over to the finish and announced, "Tyler wins! Three points for him, two for Jasmine in second place, and Zoey gets one point for effort."

"I just hope that my challenge is up next," Zoey huffed. "I want more points."

"You're in luck, because the next challenge comes from the mind of you!" Chris declared while coming over.

"Great," Zoey smiled.

Confessional: Zoey

"Originally, I was going to suggest my challenge to be an archery one, but that would've been lackluster and boring," Zoey said. "This one is going to demonstrate a special skill of mine."

Confessional Ends

The static cut away to a stage set up in the woods, flanked by maroon curtains and with a disco ball hanging from the middle of it. Affixed to the headboard was a circular sign ringed with lights, a smaller and darker circle inside it set above what looked like a counter that currently read 00.0. And seated at a long desk in front of the stage were Chris, the chubby intern, and a familiar bear with a scuba tank on its back; each one had a glass of water in front of them.

"The singing contest will be judged by me," Chris began as the camera moved in front of him to reveal, "this intern," the camera panned to the left as the host motioned to the fat boy beside him. "Uh," Chris scowled, "assuming the cash is finally back in the case properly..."

The intern reached down under the table and brought out the suitcase of prize money, the top hanging open with the cash stacked neatly inside.

"Very good," Chris told him with a smile. "And our final judge," a deep note played, "is the newly rebuilt and upgraded Scuba Bear, 2.0!" A longer deep note played, and Scuba Bear's eyes turned red. "Now with 20% more hostility," Chris explained excitedly, the robotic bear growling and knocking away the open suitcase, scattering the money. Chris laughed as the intern sullenly stood up and went after it.

"Dude," the host told the bear with a grin, "perfect timing! We need a new intern!" he called out to the side, and the female intern walked over to take her comrade's place. "Anywho," Chris continued as the intern took her seat and cringed as the bear growled at her, "like I was saying, finalists will perform in the same order as their challenges." The shot cut to the stage-right entrance. "First, Tyler," Chris said, the jock sticking his head out from behind the curtain. "Then, Zoey," the social seeker leaned out above Tyler with a smile. "Then Jasmine!" the Outback girl leaned out above Zoey with a frown on her face.

"Saving me for last?" Jasmine shrugged. "Good choice."

"Showtime!" Chris declared, and the shot cut behind him as a drumroll played and the rear curtain began to rise.

"Come close, and listen hard~," Chef sang from off-stage, a grandiose ballroom theme starting up. "It's singing time for one and all~!" The camera cut in close as he walked out on-stage, revealing the glittering pink dress he had donned again for the first time in seasons. "Sit and watch them scream their lunngggss~! Make it good or you're a cannonbaaaa~aaaa~aaalll~!"

He and the music stopped abruptly, and the shot cut to Scuba bear, the intern, and Chris all clapping. "I'm glad you're not a contestant," Chris commented, "because if you were, that would be hard to top." Scuba Bear and the intern nodded their agreement. "Alright," Chris continued, "Tyler, you're up!"

The shot cut to the stage, where Tyler slid out into view with a smile on his face and a microphone in his right hand. "Now this song is something I listen to to get me going, so I know the lyrics by heart."

"Start singing, Tyler," Chris told him impatiently.

Tyler frowned in annoyance, but snapped his fingers. The shot cut to Chef holding up a boombox and pressing a button on the front, and a familiar hard rock tune began to play from it.

"Rising up, back on the street. Did my time, took my chances," Tyler sang. "Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet. Just a man and his will to survive."

"So many times it happens too fast. You change your passion for glory. Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past. You must fight just to keep them alive!"

"It's the eye of the tiger! It's the thrill of the fight. Rising up to the challenge of our rival! And the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night! And he's watching us all with the eye of the tiger!"

Tyler finished his song by throwing his microphone down on the stage. "Boom! Mic drop!"

The judges all clapped for the song. "Bravo," Chris said. "Let's see the judges' scores," he said with a look to the side.

The camera cut to Scuba Bear as it smiled and held up a placard with a 7 on it. The shot panned to the gap the intern had previously occupied as a placard with a 8 on it was raised up from under the table, and then back onto Chris as he held up a 7. "Looks like your total is a 22," he said, the shot cutting to the scoreboard above the stage as it was updated to show Tyler's portrait and score.

"A 22?" Tyler wondered. "It's not what I was expecting, but I'll take it."

"You were a bit too forceful, and I deducted points because of your attempt to be cool by dropping the mic," Chris told him, causing him to walk off backstage with a grunt.

The capstone theme began to play as the camera focused in on Chris. "What songs will Jasmine and Zoey sing for us? Find out, after the break, on Total! Drama! Paaaaahkitew Island!"

(Commercial Break)

The episode resumed with a tense tune and a shot of the stage, the camera soon cutting to the judges' table. "Alright, next up in the sing-off is the creator of the challenge herself, Zoey," Chris said.

"I'm ready!" Zoey said with a grin, the shot cutting to her walking out from backstage.

"Good," Chris said. "I would hate to see you chicken out of your own challenge."

Zoey nodded at Chef, the shot cutting to the cook as he pressed another button on his stereo with a deadpan expression, the music this time having a dance-pop tune to it.

"You know the bed feels warmer, sleeping here alone," Zoey began her song. "You know I dream in color and do the things I want."

"You think you got the best of me. Think you've had the last laugh. Bet you think that everything good is gone."

"Think you left me broken down. Think that I'll come running back. Baby, you don't know me, 'cause you're dead wrong."

"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger! Stand a little taller! Doesn't mean I'm lonely when I'm alone! What doesn't kill you makes a fighter! Footsteps even lighter! Doesn't mean I'm over 'cause you're gone!"

"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, stronger! Just me, myself and I! What doesn't kill you makes you stronger! Stand a little taller! Doesn't mean I'm lonely when I'm alone!"

Zoey finished singing, and she waited for the judges' reaction…only to hear the sounds of clapping coming from them as they got off their seats and applauded her.

"Judges, your scores!" Chris asked before he, the intern, and the bear all held up 9s. "Zoey takes the lead with 27 points," he continued as the shot cut to the scoreboard, which updated to show Zoey's portrait and combined score. "That's gonna be tough to beat, but the challenge isn't over yet."

"All right! Singing karaoke has already been one of my favorite activities," Zoey beamed before she walked away.

"Okay, Jasmine, you're up," Chris said. "Show us what you got."

"My pleasure," Jasmine said with a smile as she went out on stage. She stopped in the center and gave a thumbs-up to Chef, who rolled his eyes and started up his stereo again – this time, power pop music started playing.

"I used to bite my tongue and hold my breath. Scared to rock the boat and make a mess," Jasmine started singing. "So I sat quietly. Agreed politely."

"I guess that I forgot I had a choice. I let you push me past the breaking point. I stood for nothing, so I fell for everything."

"You held me down, but I got up. Already brushing off the dust. You hear my voice, you hear that sound. Like thunder, gonna shake the ground."

"You held me down, but I got up. Get ready 'cause I've had enough. I see it all, I see it now."

"I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter, dancing through the fire! 'Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar! Louder, louder than a lion! 'Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar!"

"Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh! Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh! Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh! You're gonna hear me roar!"

After Jasmine finished her song, she smirked at the judges and winked at them, and they applauded her performance like they did the past two.

"Judges," Chris said as the camera returned once more to the table, "what do you say?"

Scuba Bear held up an 8, the intern a 9, and Chris an 8. "That's my score?" Jasmine observed. "It's less than Zoey's, but at least I did better than Tyler."

"In my opinion," Chris began, "your singing is good, but you dragged out a few of the lyrics, and the song choice was mid for me."

Jasmine rolled her eyes and shrugged, but she went backstage regardless.

"And with a score of 25," Chris said over a shot of the scoreboard with Jasmine's portrait, "Jasmine gets second place between Zoey in a well-deserved first and Tyler in dead last."

\

The scene flashed to the Final Three all on stage as Chris walked past them.

"Well," Chris said, "Tyler and Zoey have both won and lost a challenge. And Jasmine's come in second twice. That's 4 points each. We got a three-way tie!" he announced excitedly. "It all comes down to one final challenge: Jasmine's."

"This is gonna be good," Jasmine grinned. "My challenge is gonna be a tree jumping one," she told her opponents.

"You have two minutes to prepare," Chris informed them. "Best of luck."

Confessional: Jasmine

"I'm a bit of a tree fanatic, and jumping from tree to tree is something I do as a pastime," Jasmine proudly admitted.

Confessional: Tyler

"Tree jumping? Whatever. As long as I don't slip off, I'll be fine," Tyler scoffed.

Confessional: Zoey

"I'd complain about us potentially breaking off the tree branches, but since I'm pretty lightweight, I'd use that to my advantage," Zoey smirked. "Commando Zoey will make it to the finale. I'm winning for you, Gwen!"

Confessionals End

The scene flashed ahead to show the Final Three wearing helmets and standing behind a white chalk line that had been drawn from a tall-looking tree to a tree stump with a green triangular flag sticking out of it. "There's," Chris said standing in front of the line, "the starting line. "And there's," he gestured to the right, and the camera panned to the right to show another chalk line between a tree and a stump; the flag being red at this one, "the finish. You just have to race from one to the other. Without touching the ground."

The camera cut to the Final Three, Tyler and Jasmine looking confident, while Zoey scowled. "And how are we supposed to do that?" Zoey asked.

"Simple," Chris said with a smile. "You have to climb and travel from tree to tree," he explained as the shot panned across five tall trees with thin looking branches. "Touch the ground before you reach the finish line," he added as the shot cut to him, "and you have to start all over. The good news is I didn't add any extra danger to this challenge."

"That is good news," Jasmine smiled.

"Because it's already fully stocked," Chris laughed as he walked past the campers.

Confessional: Tyler

"Chris is lucky we have our safety equipment," Tyler glared. "He prides himself in making us suffer."

Confessional: Jasmine

"All I need to do is cross the line first and I'm guaranteed in the finale," Jasmine said. "I didn't want Chris to make any major changes to my challenge because I don't want any of us to be in pain."

Confessionals End

"Ready!" Chris called out as the shot returned to the challenge. The Final Three got into a crouching position. "Set!" Chris pulled out an air horn. "GO!" He blew his airhorn and a tense challenge theme began to play.

\

The scene flashed ahead to Jasmine and Tyler easily climbing up the first tree. Tyler took an early lead and jumped to the second tree, followed by Jasmine shortly after.

"Impressive maneuvers from Tyler and Jasmine," Chris said as the shot briefly cut to him.

The focus returned to the challenge as Jasmine and Tyler quickly jumped from the second tree to the third with no issue then cut to Zoey still climbing up the first tree, a yellow bird sitting on a branch near her. "Uh, Zoey?" the host called out. "The finish line isn't so much as up as it is across."

"I know what I'm doing!" Zoey called back down.

Confessional: Zoey

"I don't want to start over if I hit the ground," Zoey explained. "So my plan is to climb all the way to the top, and hope to grab at best the lowest branch in order to break my fall."

Confessional Ends

"Oh, wow," Tyler said, the shot cutting to him on the third tree and looking at the impressive gap to the fourth. "That looks too far to jump."

The sound of leaves rustling caught his attention, and the shot cut to Jasmine on a higher branch of the same tree. "Are you okay there, mate?" she told him.

"I'm not worried, of course," Tyler waved her off. "This gap is nothing." He gulped and jumped to the next tree, just barely missing the branch he was aiming for. He fell out of frame with a scream, but there was a rustling rather than the expected thud. The camera panned down to show he had grabbed a lower branch. "Like I said, nothing!" he called back, only for his attention to be caught by some curious ooking.

With a light tune, he and the camera turned to see a monkey smiling at him. "What's up, monkey guy," Tyler said brightly. The monkey ooked again, and the music turned dangerous as it pulled out a chainsaw, making Tyler gulp.

Confessional: Tyler

"Who gives a chainsaw to a monkey?!" Tyler complained.

Confessional Ends

"You can't do that! I didn't do anything to you!" Tyler yelled as the shot returned to the monkey now attempting to saw off the branch Tyler was holding on to.

Tyler closed his eyes in preparation for the fall. The monkey completely sawed through the branch and he fell out of frame.

The monkey watched with a devious grin at the sound of the jock hitting a number of branches on his way to the ground. The shot cut to the forest floor, where the branch that Tyler had been holding on to had fallen, then panned up to show the jock hanging from a low-lying branch by his hand. "That was a close one," he sighed in relief.

"Tyler?" Jasmine's voice filled the air. "How are you doing down there?"

"I'm fine!" Tyler called back proudly. "I'm just enjoying my lead! That chainsaw monkey sawed off the only branch that anyone could-" As he spoke, both he and the camera looked up to where Jasmine was, only to see that she was no longer there. "Jas? Where'd you go?"

"Right here," Jasmine answered, and the camera cut to a branch on the other side of the tree Tyler was hanging on to. He gasped, and let go of the branch in surprise.

"No no no no no," Tyler said just before he fell to the ground, the monkey laughing at him.

"Tyler has to restart the challenge," Chris announced from off-screen. "That must suck."

"Good luck restarting the challenge," Jasmine called out as the klutz trudged back to the starting line.

"Now where's Zoey?" Chris asked once Tyler started climbing the first tree again.

The camera panned all the way up the first tree to show that Zoey had climbed to the top. "Now that I'm here," she said to herself, "I just have to jump and reach for the first thing I can."

She took a deep breath and leaped out of the first tree. However, she didn't put enough effort in her jump and began to fall to the ground. Fortunately, she was able to grab a lower branch before hitting the ground.

Confessional: Zoey

"I'd call that luck, but I did plan on this happening," Zoey noted.

Confessional Ends

The scene moved to Chris back at the starting line. "Another botched jump like that," he narrated, "and Tyler might not be the only one who has to start over."

"Extreme!" Tyler cheered as the shot cut to him, smirking as he jumped to another tree.

"I'm not going to lose this," Zoey declared with narrowed eyes, making a much more effective jump into the third tree.

"And Jasmine wins the challenge!" Chris announced as the shot briefly cut to the Australian girl on the other side of the finish line. "She's guaranteed a spot in the finals. But it's not over yet! Second place is still up for grabs!"

Confessional: Jasmine

"I did it! I made the Final Two!" Jasmine cheered. "Now I'm one step closer to my dream school."

Confessional Ends

The camera cut to a full view of the course to show both Zoey and Tyler in the third tree, each making jumps to the fourth with no trouble. Tyler was shown in close up as he jumped to the fifth and final tree, flailing his arms but staying airborne nonetheless. The shot cut to another branch, Zoey landing on it from another leap. Unfortunately, the branch began to tremble and snap before she had a chance to get to safety.

The shot cut to the finish line where Tyler and Zoey both landed on the ground at the same time; Zoey just in front of the line on her back and Tyler landing on his feet just behind it. "And Tyler takes second place!" Chris announced, causing the jock to make a victory pose.

Zoey got herself off the ground and crossed the finish line. "And Zoey, since you crossed the line last and also finished last in the hurdles race, it's clear you're out of the game!" Chrie announced.

Zoey groaned. "I was so close to winning! And even after going Commando, I lost!"

"Hey, don't sell yourself short. You made it to the final three after all," Tyler smiled at the redhead.

"And I'm positive Gwen is proud of you from where she's watching," Jasmine added.

Zoey smiled again. "Thanks, and I'm glad to have already made some friends here, so this isn't a total loss."

"And with that settled, it's time for you to get into the Cannon," Chris announced gleefully.

\

The screen rotated around itself as the footage skipped ahead to nightfall, Zoey now stuffed into the barrel of the Cannon of Shame. "Jasmine, Tyler, I wish you the best of luck in whatever challenge is in store for you!" she called out and waved as the somber elimination theme began to play.

"At least you proved to us that you're not a complete wimp," Chris told her, the shot cutting out to show him standing with Tyler and Jasmine at the base of the cannon. The cannon went off and Zoey was shot screaming into the night. The viewpoint shifted behind Chris as he watched her go.

"Next stop," Chris turned and told the camera as the capstone theme began to play, "the super-big-awesome and deadly finale! Who's about to become one million dollars richer?" he asked, the camera zooming in as he stuck his arms out to either side. "Will it be Jasmine?" He pulled the Australian Outback girl in from the left. "Or will it be Tyler?" He pulled the jock in from the right, and both finalists gave the camera awkward looks. "Find out next time," Chris pushed the teens back out of sight, "on the season finale of! Total! Drama! Paaaaaaaahkitew Island!"

Final Two: Jasmine and Tyler

Author's Note: Zoey was originally going to leave I'm Hurl and Go Seek but we figured that was a terrible place to leave her since Bridgette already had enough development with Tyler. So we swapped their placements. I'm glad we did this since Zoey probably wouldn't have been very memorable otherwise.
