You may wonder where are Rias and Kaguya, right?
Well Kaguya is a member of MTF-Alpha 9 (Last Hope) along with Rias as stated by Cain (073) that both of them can kill a whole planet if they want to very easily.
Cain is grateful that Naruto or the Scarlet King/Emperor doesn't want to destroy all life anymore.
Even if Cain can't die through normal means due to his former father cursed him while they were manipulated by Apollyon's Crown as he learned that Naruto could actually hurt him and not receive damage back at all.
His sister Amber knows that her death by his hand wasn't his fault. As she despises their ex-father Adam el Asem for cursing them because he never gave the crown to their younger brother Seth.
Even if they want to get the crown back from the Department of Abnormalities in London and stay away from Level 7 where their ex-father is contained.
Cain has met Naruto when he was the Scarlet King along with Mekhane, Yaldabaoth, Sauelsuesor (179), Faline (2845) and Asteroidea the Fifth (SCP-3125) when he and his sister lived at Audapaupadopolis.
The Scarlet King attracted the attention of their mother Lilith (336) and his sister Amber, who sparred with him in hand to hand combat against her which resulted SK winning as Amber demanded to marry her. However, back then SK only cared breeding his army to destroy all life and all that shit, which saddened Amber, as the rest is history until they met again at the SCP Foundation.

Meanwhile, Kushina was at Naruto's main office since she is her right hand woman as she was maintaining order at the SCP Foundation. The woman considers it like being a Kage's shadow unlike Danzo who wanted her as his personal weapon but Hiruzen and Minato stopped it as they kept her former status a secret to the public.
She thanked the Shinigami for saving her and Naruto from Konoha because she knew if she was gone they would shun, abused psychologically and stunt Naruto's growth just to have a dumb loyal Jinchuuriki that would never know of his clan, mother or having Kurama.
She resented Mito for having Kurama sealed inside her due to her Chakra Sealing Chains. If Kurama was truly wise, she should have been grateful of being sealed so that the Uchiha wouldn't control them. The fox retorted that the villages would sell each other for a speck of power and superiority such as Konoha betraying Uzushiogakure just to have the Kyuubi to themselves and the fear of the Uzumaki Clan replacing Konoha as the most powerful village due to their Kenjutsu, Fuinjutsu, massive chakra reserves and capable of summoning a Death God when Uzu was the first Shinobi village in existence after some of the Senju clansmen left the clan to make the Uzumaki clan.
What they never knew is that the clan are children of the first seventh bride of the Scarlet King.
The worst part is that her love towards Minato was set up accidentally by Danzo just to have her loyal to Konoha and Kurama knew it all the time due to sensing the envy and greed from Danzo when she was sealed inside Kushina.
Naruto had given her the position of co-administrator since the majority of the SCP Foundation still thinks that he is an Archon class anomaly since being contained is a death wish worse than provoking Hachi and Setsuna since Naruto can kill and revive, especially when news was spread of him killing SCP-106 the Old Man or Corporal Larry Lawrence.
The new O5 Council assured that everything would be solved with Naruto in a civil manner.
Whom was she kidding? O5-2 will be pissed at Naruto even if her hits wouldn't make him flinch at all.

In an undisclosed location lies the base of the fabled O5 Council the second in command of the SCP Foundation who have Level 5 Clearance just as their friendly rivals at the Ethics Committee.
The following members were present:
O5-1 or Anna Marie is a Caucasian woman with fair skin with green eyes. Her long hair is auburn with her iconic white hair in the front part. She was former Chaos Insurgency anomaly agent that had the objective of destroying the SCP Foundation after knowing that the former O5 Council was dead until she was reasoned by Naruto to become the new O5-1 after an explanation from him about if the Foundation is gone then billions of lives would be destroyed due to hostile anomalies. Her power are of absorbing the energy of others through physical contact, temporarily incorporating their abilities, powers, memories and even personality with a touch, a process which formerly wears her victims out. She wears a skintight outfit that has green and black colors, a long white scarf, black jacket, boots and fingerless black gloves.
O5-2 or Tsunade Uzumaki is a fair-skinned woman with brown eyes and straight blonde hair that parts above her forehead. Her hair has shoulder-length bangs that frame her face and the rest reaches her lower back. During her childhood and through her young-adult years she wore her hair in a high ponytail, she later keeps it tied in two loose ponytails. The Strength of a Hundred Seal - taking the appearance of a violet diamond- is clearly visible on her forehead. Tsunade often wears a grass-green haori with the kanji for "gamble" (賭, kake) on the back, inside a red circle. Underneath she wears a grey, kimono-style blouse with no sleeves, held closed by a broad, dark bluish-grey obi that matches her pants. Her blouse is closed quite low, revealing her sizeable cleavage. She wears open-toed, strapped black sandals with high heels. She has red nail polish on both her fingernails and toenails and uses a soft pink lipstick.
She is Naruto's aunt who always loses bets against Naruto (she learned the hard way when the Yakuza tried to kill her but they got scared when they saw Naruto glaring at them as they dies or killed themselves). She had to be kept on a tight leash and should never be near liquor based SCPs nor Dr. Bright (not the man but his sister Diane formerly called Sarah) during work time as most of the staff are unaware that some have met the current O5 Council in plain sight.
She has super strength that can destroy buildings unlike Naruto who can literally destroy planets and dark matter with a finger. She is one of the world's renowned medical experts of the Milky Way.
If SCP-181 is near her, she must be kept away from him for his safety and is not allowed to do bets with staff members nor SCPs near O5-2. Fernand learned the hard way when he played cricket with them that he wept in his containment cell for days.
An "incident" involved her, Naruto and her grandma Mito (who is a widow) that ended with her feeling like a young woman again. Kushina was stuttering and Rias was laughing her ass off.
O5-3 or Mei Terumi Uzumaki is a tall, slender woman with fair skin. She has green eyes, and ankle-length, auburn hair styled into a herringbone pattern at the back, a top-knot tied with a dark blue band, and with four bangs at the front. Two bangs are short, with one covering her right eye, and two are long, crossing each other on her bust, just below her chin. She wears a long-sleeved, dark blue dress that falls just below the knees. It seems to be closed at the front with a zipper, and is kept open on the front-right side from the waist down. The dress only covers up to the upper part of her arms and the underside of her breasts. Underneath, she wears a mesh armor that covers slightly more of her upper body than her dress. She also wears a skirt in the same color as her dress and, underneath those, mesh leggings reaching down over her knees. Around her waist, she wears a belt with a pouch attached to the back on the left along with high-heeled sandals, shin-guards reaching up over her knees, dark blue nail polish on her fingers and toes, and is usually shown with fuchsia lipstick.
She can create lava and acidic mist with ease and is resistant to them. She is Naruto's aunt and Kushina's younger sister (the details have been heavily redacted).
O5-4 or Cynthia Shirona is a tall and slender young lady with gray eyes and wavy knee‐length creamy‐blonde hair that covers her left eye with bangs. Cynthia wears black straight‐leg trousers, a long black coat with a V‐neck and black fur rimming its cuffs and hem, and a teardrop‐shaped pearl on the center of the coat. Under the coat, she dons a black top. Cynthia's outfit is finished with black kitten‐heel pumps possessing each a yellow stripe. For accessories, Cynthia wears a black fur ruff around her neck with two pairs of hair clips on each side of her hair, both teardrop shaped and possessing each a yellow stripe.
She is also an archeologist who discovered more instances of SCP-4846 (Friendly Fossils) and she can control no sapient animals that can hear with her voice as shown when she told SCP-1111-1 to stop attacking people so they could free his owner (SCP-1111-2). It doesn't work of sapient animal SCPs like instances of SCP-1845 nor SCP-939 (she consider them very cute and likes to feed them sometimes with Naruto).
O5-5 or Kurotsuchi Kamizuru has is a fair skinned woman with short, black hair and black eyes, which are accentuated by her eyelashes running upwards at the corners. Dons a red dress that is kept open on the front-right side from the waist down, revealing her right leg. It only has a sleeve on the left side. She also started wearing her hair shorter around the sides as well as red nail polish.
She is an old friend of Naruto who he met at China after a debacle that involved her father arranging a marriage for her. She can manipulate lava, has been shown to swim in very high temperature water and lava like nothing and can bend earth as well.
O5-6 or Gaara Subaku has fair skin, green eyes, and short auburn hair that is spiky. He lacks distinctive pupils or eyebrows, the latter of which others sometimes make fun of. He has tanuki-like black rings around his eyes his whole life. Dons a crimson long-sleeve shirt with several buttons and pants that match the color of his shirt. He also wears a brown belt and now has a smaller sand gourd that contains instances of SCP-165, which is strapped to his left side.
Gaara is Naruto's childhood friend who moved to the U.S.A. from Egypt who has the ability to control instances of SCP-165 he never had real friends until he met Naruto when his father tried to kill him as a child. Something that made his older sisters Temari and Yodo hate their father for considering their brother as a monster.
He is the youngest of the Subaku siblings and is a bit intimidating due to his early childhood.
O5-7 or Mito Uzumaki has long, bright-red hair and large, black pupil less eyes. She wore an elaborate, high-collared kimono with the Uzumaki symbol on the back of the obi which was tied around her waist. Her hair is arranged in buns with hairpins in them and three clips in the front. She also wears a dark shade of red lipstick and has a rhombus marking reminiscent of the Strength of a Hundred Seal on her forehead. She wears a simple loose fitting kimono held closed by a simple dark-coloured obi.
She is Naruto's great-grandmother from his mother's side. It took a lot of self-control from Rias to not maul Mito for sealing her fragments and selling them as cattle even if she had good reasons and never bothered to asked them if they wanted to do it willingly.
She is an expert at Sealing Arts when she was younger and can sense negative emotions.
O5-8 of Fuka Uzumaki is a fairly tall and light-complexioned woman sporting a curvy figure. She is noticeably beautiful, with blue-eyes and a beauty-mark under the left side of her lips. She has flowing maroon-coloured hair that reaches her hips with bangs that parted slightly to the right of her forehead and framed the sides of her face. Dressedin a qípáo-like garment, her wardrobe is rather scantily-clad, revealing her shoulders and upper back while the rest was form fitting. Her attire is dark-pink colouring with a lining of purple, grey, and yellow, and a matching disconnected arm warmers that reached down to her light-purple spandex shorts. She wears a pair of black low-heeled boots that reached her calves.
She is Naruto's cousin as she is older than she appears but is immortal naturally without SCP-006 (The Fountain of Youth). She is very persuasive when needed and is the Ambassador of the Ethics Committee. She is also the femme fatale type of woman and is good friends with SCP-035.
O5-9 or Tohka Yatogami is a 16 year-old girl with very long, dark-purple hair in the same shade as the color of the night. She partially ties it back into a ponytail with a ribbon while still letting much of her hair fall to her knees. Her dark purple eyes are described as crystal-like and have a golden tint. Shido remarks that her beauty is to to the extent of almost being violent. She wears a black, long-sleeved top (winter version), or a white, short-sleeved top (summer version), together with a blue skirt, and a pair of long, black stockings that reach up to half of her thigh.
Despite her age and appearance, she is a Spirit, extraordinary beings from a different dimension. Each individual Spirit has their own unique powers and abilities as well as the amount of Reiryoku they hold within their bodies. However, all Spirits have the same ability to create their own Astral Dress, as well as having an Angel, plus the ability to fly. Also, while they remain unsealed by Shido, their aging is slowed. Kotori theorized that this is because their Reiryoku prevents cellular aging. Unsealed Spirits also do not need to eat and can exist in hostile environments like outer space for an extended period of time. Their bodies also remain healthy regardless of hygienic activity. Spirits can replicate any outfit they see, adjusting the proportions to fit if necessary. While their individual capabilities vary, they are uniformly stronger, faster and more durable than the average human. Even while sealed, they must restrain their physical abilities to avoid drawing suspicion.
A Spirit's powers can vary widely, with each Spirit having their own ranking in terms of stats, risk level and Spacequake level. However, Spirits as a whole have shown a resistance towards each other's abilities, which have been proven to be overwhelmingly effective against anyone else. As for the Spirit of Origin, only those who have the same source of power as herself have shown to be able to bypass her defenses.
Spirits also have another form called Inverse Form, which they enter when exposed to severe negative emotions. While in this form, their appearance becomes much darker and their behavior becomes much more violent. Their powers while in this form remain the same except their Angels are replaced with Demon Kings and the source of their powers are not their Sephira Crystals but their Qlipha Crystals.
When battling she wears an Astral Dress with a black, cream, and pink color scheme and a set of purple-and-cream plated armor, which adorned her shoulders and waist. The dress is open at the back and made up into a black corset (which exposes a part of her cleavage) and a two-layered, knee-length skirt which has a pink-to-white gradient. Her hair is tied back using a butterfly-shaped hair accessory. She also wears a pair of gauntlets which have petal-like cuffs, both sharing the same color scheme as her attire, as well as a pair of armored boots. While using Halvanhelev, her ribbon grows longer and sharper, and her underlying dress of light becomes more ragged.
It started when Illyana Rasputin (SCP-507) started to learn to control her dimensional hopping powers with Naruto's help along with Kaguya.
O5-10 or Saeko Busujima has long, straight and shiny purple hair along with a triangular fringe at the front that barely touches the ridge of her nose, and she is also shown to have blue eyes and sizable breasts. She is quite tall for a Japanese girl. Her relatively long limbs contribute leverage to her powerful sword swings. Her clothing includes female battle boots with heels, long lace purple stockings, purple gloves, her school uniform top, a skirt that shows the string of her thong and her entire right thigh, a purple lacey bra, and a special belt to hold her sword and gun holster with a loaded M9 Vertec strapped to her right leg.
Saeko is an athletic fighter and talented combat specialist whose forte is in melee attacks. She is a close-range specialist. The Busujima are cousins of the Uzumakis who are descendants of A'Habbat, the seventh child of the Scarlet King/Naruto.
O5-11 or Carol Susan Jane Danvers/Car-Ell is a Human-Kree hybrid of fair skin with blue eyes and blond hair.
Has extensive military training and espionage techniques, acquired BA while in military. This is what made her start as an MTF Pi-1 (City Slickers) agent as she got promoted to O5-11.
Possesses superhuman strength, speed and agility, mild invulnerability, flight, energy absorption and redirection, as this are the tip of the iceberg.
O5-12 or Reiju Vinsmoke is a slim young woman with shoulder-length darker pink hair covering her right eye and curling upwards at the tips. She also has blue eyes; she has distinctive curly eyebrows that form a spiral resembling the number "6". However, her eyebrows appear to swirl symmetrically in opposing directions.
Wears a raid suit, comprising a light pink dress with a split in the center going down to her stomach and her navel, and covered by gold target-shaped symbols—references to the number "0" (Rei) in her name. She also wears dark pink gauntlets, a blue ascot, and a pair of black headphones with the number "66" on them, and a patterned purple and black cloak shaped like the wings of a moth. Outside of her raid suit, Reiju has been shown wearing a skinny purple headband in her hair, a short white satiny dress with a frilled neckline and a pink cravat, and dark high heels. For formal functions, she also wears a red, thigh-length royal cape that is clasped in front of her neck.
Due to being a member of the Vinsmoke Family, Reiju possesses political power over the Germa Kingdom (the location is redacted), and over the United Nations. Unlike the members of most royal families, she (as well as her father and siblings) is also a commander of their kingdom's military, directly leading their forces in combat and other activities.
As a member of the Vinsmoke Family, Reiju also has access to the advanced technology developed by her family as well as their extravagant wealth. Reiju has sharp intuition, as she had some suspicion that Gustav was not the kind person he appeared to be. She also has an excellent memory, as she is able to perfectly recall an intense argument between her parents when she was only three years old. She is shown to have a strong will, as she was able to withstand instances of SCP-1048 while remaining conscious and alive from their loud screams.
Due to genetic enhancements, Reiju possesses immense superhuman physical abilities that were additionally honed through a stringent training regimen from a young age. Like her brothers, she has an outer skeleton known as an Exoskeleton, which allows her to take more damage than a normal human. She is noted to possess an extraordinary recovery rate from injury. Reiju has immense strength, being capable of bending metal bars at a young age. Reiju is also capable of moving at rapid speeds and was fast enough to instantly evade Chaos Insurgency shootings.
Reiju has great medical knowledge. As a child, she would often treat Sanji's grievous wounds from his brothers' brutal beatings. Her medical knowledge also extends to toxicology due to her affinity for poisons.
As a result of her genetic enhancements, Reiju wields poison-based powers that have garnered her the epithet of "Poison Pink." She can suck poison out of people via mouth-to-mouth and ingest it while having exhibited immense immunity to the most virulent of poisons, thanks to her ability, Reiju casually extracted and consumed said poison (and with it the rash it had brought upon) without suffering any ill effects (even noting it to be a delicacy). It was shown that when she is consuming poison, the butterfly wings of her outfit gain additional rings on their pattern.
Reiju is also capable of secreting poison from her body and combining it with physical attacks. The poison is potent enough to affect powerful enemies such as Sweet Commander Smoothie, who called it troublesome.
O5-13 or Momoyo Kawakami has red eyes, waist-long black hair, and by Rias and Naruto's description, a "megalopolis-style" bust. She is normally seen wearing the winter uniform of the Kawakami High School with her jacket covering her shoulders in a cape-like style.
Momoyo has a great love for fighting and for just having fun in general. Her love for fighting however, has proven to be dangerous since she is so skilled in the art, she constantly defeats her opponents without exertion and real effort, which leads to her frustrations. This sort of behavior did not go unnoticed by Amelia, Cain, Naruto, Tohka and even certain skilled opponents such as Amber (which is saying something) and Zawisza Czarny the Black Knight (SCP-5151). Winning a fight that makes her use her full effort though, will always put her in a good mood and make her more relaxed afterwards. Even Momoyo realized at one point that she may develop a problem in the future, but admits that fighting is ingrained in her and she just can't bring herself to better her mind, as she has no interest to do so. Her friends told her to find other interests besides fighting or to go training in the mountains to train her mind, but Momoyo in turn brushes them off, saying she does not want or need to go to the mountains as long as she has her friends. This comment as well as her smile because of it, In truth, Momoyo constantly seeks out Naruto out of all her friends because her being with him constantly makes her feel 'refreshed' and helps to clear her mind.
Despite being a flirt towards females only, Momoyo is straight but claims to only flirt with girls as there are no males that catch her attention. Due to her confidence, her strength, and continuously defeating strong males, Momoyo has developed a strong standard on which she would acknowledge any male as an actual man or interest in general. While saying that she does not know what she exactly looks for in a man, she also says that if a man wanted to catch her attention, then he would have to be a man who was serious about his promises and talks of ambitions, meaning he had to at least work hard to try and achieve them, which is something that Naruto has done in all his incarnations.
These thirteen individuals are the current O5 Council after a certain incident that happened with the old ones that only Level 5 Clearance and above are allowed to read it and including certain anomalies too were involved.
Naruto knew they would scold him since he doesn't need to sense emotions when he saw Tsunade's glaring at him. It was humiliating since they never questioned of him killing hostile anomalies and 106 was on his enemies list.
"What now?" Naruto said with a blank stare since even if they are all powerful they are ants to him that he can literally beat in his sleep (which he has done) even if all the females of the O5 Council had slept with him as some are his female relatives he doesn't care about committing incest since he has done it with his own daughters and he felt no shame of that since it was consensual.
"Naruto we have summoned you due to murdering SCP-106." Anna Marie spoke.
"That's it? All because I finally killed the Old Man? The man was a complete monster that only hunted people for sport for no reason." Naruto answered.
"Naruto! The SCP Foundation secures, contains and protects anomalies in the name of the normalcy of Earth. You just can't show the population that you burned 106 alive." Gaara said sternly as the man is married to Matsuri and had a child named Shinki who can manipulate sand made of iron but is not considered anomalous by SCP standards.
"Who are we to judge about what is normal? You should all be grateful that I was actually beloved since being reborn and not hated all because I am the Scarlet King. But people know not to mess with me nor my family if they want to live. Just because I won't destroy everything doesn't mean that I became soft." Naruto told him.
They know that Naruto isn't bluffing since they have seen the things he did and that SCP-343 who is the Abrahamic God that created this Universe said that the Scarlet King is more powerful than him he wasn't kidding especially that they are all aware that they are fictional characters since is a must that the O5 Council have to be aware that they are not real at all.
They all accepted it very easily (thought Gaara was a bit hard since he has a living child) and that Naruto subtly manipulated their feelings just a bit.
Carol or O-11 was reading the article about SCP-1504 or she is called Emma. An anomaly that seemingly can't die and by the description the file states she looks familiar.
"OK and F.Y.I. I also averted SCP-001 When Day Breaks as it turns out that the Sun had SCP-1682, which would had aged the sun into a near supernova." Naruto told them as he left.
"See you girls later." Naruto said as he made a red portal and left as Tsunade sighs as she take out her sake as Mito slaps her hand.
"No sake on work hours dearie." Mito told her granddaughter.
"Dammit!" Tsunade whines because her sake was taken.
