Pineapple

Emma rushed back into the apartment Marshmallows in hand. She passed them off to Kahtryn and sat back in front of Regina. Everyone continued to eat. Emma leaned to the side and while Fred had Mal distracted about workouts, Emma mouthed to Regina. "Daniel Colt is in my bedroom."

Regina watched Emma's mouth intently. Blinked a few times, took another bite of her food, and wiped her mouth. "Excuse me, " she said and headed towards Emma's room.

Emma stayed nervously at the table. What could the two people be talking about in her room? She wondered if she should have let Regina go there alone. "Hey Emma, do you still have the white water rafting brochures in your room? Never mind I'll go get them."

"NO! I'll go." Emma stated, "I put them away."

Emma stood and went to her room and when she opened the door, Daniel and Regina were practically making out. Emma was gutted. Emma went back to the table and sat.

They were all saying what they were thankful for. Emma was just trying not to cry from anger at the whole situation. When it got to her, Emma just bluntly said. "I'm grateful that Daniel Colt is dead and not in my room making out with my new girlfriend."

Then she looked deliberately at Mal. Who immediately got the gist and walked to Emma's room. "Wow… That was really dark" Ruby said.

"And specific." Finished Fred.

Kathryn looked at her sister. "Emma, are you okay?"

Emma snapped out of her anger remembering the reason she had allowed Daniel in her room in the first place. "Okay, I might have made a mistake." She ran into her room

Regina and Mal were standing there staring at an open window. Daniel had gotten away.

The three of them climbed out of Emma's window, to find the man. "How did Mal find out anyway."

"I might have made a rash decision," Emma answered.

"You saw him kiss me didn't you?' Regina asked, looking directly at Emma.

"I guess this means we're not getting back together," Emma answered.

Then a light turned on in Mal's apartment. The two of them entered his apartment. And Daniel was there on the computer.

Regina and Daniel pulled guns at each other. Daniel used that as leverage to explain Fulcrum. And his role in the entire situation. Daniel had thought he was going in deep cover, but it turned out that it was a faction of the CIA that was fulcrum so then when he found out they were a rogue organization within the CIA, He turned on them stole the intersect and destroyed it so that they couldn't get their hands on it.

"Why Emma?" Regina asked.

"Yeah, Why me?" The blonde reiterated.

"I needed a friend who wasn't a spy that wouldn't know anything about Fulcrum, or the intersect or Sandwall."

At the word, Emma flashed. "Sandwall… Emma said blinking. "Sandwall, that was the name of the mission. Regina, I think he is telling the truth."

Regina looked back at Emma. "Wait, did you flash?" She asked

"Yeah,"

"I'm not rogue," Daniel said.

Then Mal entered her apartment and saw Daniel standing there. She reached for the shotgun by the door aimed and Shot Daniel Even though Regina and Emma both had shouted "No"

Daniel went flying across the room, and Emma fainted. But Daniel was wearing a vest. Regina explained that Daniel was not rogue to Mal as they took the agent into custody.

Daniel told them that he didn't know how he had survived the kill shot from Mal, but he knew why. They thought he was the intercept. "I need your help"

"We're going to help you?" Mal asked.

"I need to turn myself into the CIA but Fulcrum has operatives in every agency. I must know that I am being handed over to the Real CIA." Daniel stated

He seemed to plead all of this to Regina as if she had the key to his survival.

"I can do that…" Emma said. "I Can do that I can be there at the transfer and if I flash they are not the real CIA"

"That should work, great idea Emma."

"Right…" Mal said. "Need someplace where this can go down. Public place, Lots of people."

"A crowd… it's black Friday We know a perfect place…" Emma offered

The next day, Emma was at work, The crowd outside the Apple store was not as big as some other stores but there was a line. Once the doors opened and they flooded into the store.

She was directing traffic and answering customer questions when she heard Regina in her ear. "We're heading into the store, " Emma looked up at the door and then at the surrounding chaos. The more Chaos the better.

Ruby spotted Daniel and walked next to him taking a double take. Daniel gave her a charming smile, "Do I know you?"

Ruby laughed. "Nah… Wow. You look like this guy my friend used to crush on in Stanford."

Emma blushed as she heard Daniel say "Oh sorry I went to Penn. I'll take it as a compliment."

"You shouldn't," Ruby said. "That guy was a real douche, he left her holding the bag to something she didn't do and she got expelled."

Dorothy came along and pulled Ruby to another section of the store. Emma watched as the two field agents confirmed the transport had arrived. Emma passed by the transport guys. And nothing went through.

The CIA guys were legit. So they worked to transfer him over.

Emma stood next to Daniel looking at the iMacs.

"You know I didn't mean to offend you about living with your sister." Daniel apologized. "Regina told me about your team and what you do together."

"You're still a superspy" Emma stated.

"It's nothing," Daniel stated. "I got one friend in this world. You got a home and a store full of them. Thanks, Emma, for everything." He said just as Regina came to get him to transfer out.

Emma turned back to work mode, there was no genius bar appointments because people were busy trying to buy. "Excuse me, can I get some service?" Emma looked up and it was that man from the elevator. "You're Emma Swan, aren't you? We met the other day."

"Did we?" Emma asked, "How can I help you."

"Im looking for a computer, I believe it's called the intersect." Sidney Glass smirked. "You misunderstand. You think that you are safe here with all these people around, you're wrong."

"I am in the middle of working, so if you don't mind…" Emma said

"My team acquired Daniel Colt and Regina Mills five minutes ago," Sidney said. " I have seven trained killers throughout the store, and we have neutralized Mal Blaize. So you see Emma, nothing changes for me."

Sidney pulled out a gun and walked her toward the door. She was stopped by Killian all in a frenzy. "Emma. CORE is down and all these people have placed an order and we can't work like this."

"Say more than one word and I'll shoot him," Sidney stated

Emma looked at Killian and said. "Pineapple." Killian instantly freaked and stepped back while the man kept walking Emma toward the front of the store but just as they reached the door, The fire alarm was pulled, and in a panic, everyone in the store began to leave and Emma is able to free herself from the man and so is Mal.

Once the store was evacuated, The Apple store was the scene of a shootout. Mal and Sid were shooting at each other. Regina and Daniel were able to escape their capture and fought them all back.

Emma was then grabbed again as a human shield. And Daniel had a gun pointed at Sidney. "Emma, I need to ask you something," Daniel asked.

"Shoot." She said… then turned to Sidney. "Not you."

"Ka jar web?" Daniel asked in Klingon. "Kijah o beh?"

"Kijah" Emma answered.

"Sorry, Ems." Daniel said and shot her in the stomach. All Emma could feel was the air escaping her lungs and she flew backward and landed on the floor hard. She lost consciousness for a moment as Regina worked on waking her.

"Emma… Wake up." Regin a stated.

"Kijah," Emma said once her lungs wanted to breathe. "Kijah, Yes… Yes, I am wearing a vest." She laughed and then she said. "Seriously that is not fair not to tell someone how bad a bulletproof vest still hurts."

The cover for this disastrous day in the Apple store was that there was a gas leak. While Daniel gives a report to General Mills. When he came out of the makeshift briefing room. They killed Daniels's identity. He was already dead and he is staying that way and running a black ops team.

Later that evening Emma went to Mal's apartment and invited her to eat leftovers with the family. The stoic blonde isolated herself. But Emma was curious about something she had heard Daniel say when he left them all. "What did Daniel mean by they would always have Omaha."

"It was probably some meeting point"

"Why would they need that?"

"Daniel is going Deep Emma. That means no contacts, if Mills wants to join up with him, she's got to do it now." Mal answered and then closed the door on a confused Emma face.

Emma went back home, deep in thought. She couldn't let Regina leave without talking with her one last time to tell her how she felt. No more texts. So she picked up the phone and dialed.

In her hotel room, Regina was packed and ready to go off with Daniel. Daniel had been her greatest love. The phone to her hotel began to ring so she moved to her bag and as she picked up her phone, Emma's picture popped up on the screen.

She looked at the phone in her hand, and then at the hotel phone, and she was frozen. Should she stay or should she go?
