Currently at the Casagrande apartment building Bobby and Ronnie Anne were preparing for their trip to Galar as they plan to meet up with Clyde, Sid, and Adelaide at the airport in Great Lake City where they would meet up with Professor Magnolia who would take them to Galar.
"I'm honestly really excited about this Ronnie Anne."said Bobby as he was packing his clothes and other essentials into a backpack.
"I know what you mean Bobby this feels like we're going on those adventures you only see in fantasy novels or movies. But we are honestly going to a magical land filled with magical creatures and we actually get to capture and train some of them. I can't wait to meet my Pokemon partner."said Ronnie Anne as she begin to wonder who her first Pokemon would be.
"Yeah me too as I honestly hope the one that will be my first Pokemon will be a compatible Pokemon with my personality."said Bobby with excitement as he was packing his toothbrush in a bit of toothpaste.
"So how did Lori take the news?"asked Ronnie Anne as she knew Bobby called Lori yesterday to tell her that he was going on a journey to where her brother was.
"She honestly took it better than I expected."said Bobby as he began to recall the conversation we had with Lori yesterday.
[Flashback]
""So you are going to where Lincoln is?" asked Lori as Bobby was currently talking to her on the phone.
"Are you mad at me?"asked Bobby as he knew that their long distance relationship was already hard as it is but still he was going even farther away.
"Bobby in all honesty I'm not thrilled about it but I'm actually very happy for you. I'm so proud of you for agreeing to go to help out your little sister and my brother's best friend. You have a kind heart Bobby and that's the part of you that I fell in love with. Besides if it's not too much trouble when you meet up with my brother can you please make sure he's safe as even though he has those Pokemon creatures next to him I can't help but worry."said Lori as if there was anyone in this world she trusted it was Bobby.
"I'll try my best babe but considering that he has been there longer I'm sure he'll be watching my back instead."said Bobby with some enthusiasm as both of them began laughing.
"Yeah I know Lincoln can take care of himself and he's grown as a person ever since he went to Galar but I can't help but worry you know. So how do you plan to get your trainer license?"asked Lori as she knew studying was not Bobby's thing.
"I have been studying at the mercado where I can focus like crazy. Abuelo has been kind enough to take some of my shifts so I can study hard at the counter and I've already submitted my test to the Professor and by morning we will get the results. Lori even though I only learned about Pokemon the other day I really want to try out as a Pokemon trainer as don't get me wrong I do intend on taking over the family business but I feel I need to broaden my horizons and explore new things in order to become a better business owner."said Bobby who wasn't sure why but he felt like is it as if Fate was telling him to go to Galar and become a Pokemon trainer.
"Bobby that's your heart telling you that you want to do this. I know you intend to take over your family's mercado but you're still young and you should still have a chance to explore the world. That is one of the reasons why I'm at college right now so I can feel the world and learn more about it. I'm proud of you boo boo bear and I hope for the best... I love you and please be safe out there."
"I love you too Lori and I promise I will be safe out there and protect everyone who will be going with us including Lincoln with the best of my ability."
Both continue to say I love you over and over again before one of them eventually hanged up as Bobby smiled at his phone.
[Flashback End]
"Wow you really got an amazing girlfriend."said Ronnie Anne as she wondered how someone like Bobby got such an amazing girlfriend like Lori.
"I'm really lucky to have a girlfriend like her."said Bobby as he was packing some athletic shoes his mother got him yesterday for the trip.
"Are you too sure you don't want to reconsider?"asked Rosa as she didn't like the thought of her two babies being so far away from home!
"Rosa just let them go already as the family meeting already agreed that they should go and explore the world."said Hector as he agreed with his daughters decision as he could tell this is something that Bobby and Ronnie Anne really wanted to do.
"I know but I'm worried about these Pokemon creatures as what if they're dangerous?!"said Rosa with concern when she found out they could breathe fire and shoot out lightning.
"Don't worry abuela as Professor Magnolia already told us that most of them are herbivores and prefer the taste of Pokemon food and berries over meat. Some Pokemon may be huge jerks or extremely territorial but we'll have Pokemon and each other watching our backs."said Ronnie Anne who knows that her abuela worries a lot but she could easily take care of herself.
"Come on Mama they really want to do this. Besides I was speaking to this Professor Magnolia a few hours ago and I can tell she is an amazing woman who will make sure that your precious grandbabies are okay."said Carlos as he was a Professor as well and trusted anyone else with the status of Professor as it wasn't easy becoming a Professor.
"Man I wish I could go too."said Carl who really wanted to go with them but because he didn't have a ticket he couldn't.
"Sorry Carl since you weren't at that meeting Professor Magnolia didn't prepare you a ticket. but she said next time so you just have to wait a little bit longer."said Ronnie Anne as you could see her cousin's jealousy as she could tell he really wanted to go.
"Yeah Carl the nice Professor lady said she will get us tickets to Galar next time so we just need to be patient."said CJ who couldn't wait to go on his Pokemon journey when the time came.
"And don't worry Carl I'll go with you guys that way Mom and Dad don't have to worry about you guys being supervised."said Carlota who already agreed to supervise her brothers when they would go on her Pokemon journey and maybe catch a few Pokemon herself.
"I know it will only be a bit of time but it's still really annoying that I have to wait!"said Carl who hated that he had to wait as he hated waiting.
"It will only take a week Carl so I don't know what you're complaining about."said Bobby as Professor magnolia already agreed to allow them to go to Galar a week from now as she got tickets for each one of them.
"But it's still seven days!"
"Carl if you don't stop complaining I'll tell Mom not to let you go!"said Carlota as Carl was being a big baby as it was only a week and both of them already knew that their mother was very against this even though she reluctantly gave her blessing.
"Okay okay I'll shut up just don't tell Mom that I'm complaining."said Carl who knew that his mother would stop him from going if he kept on annoying his family.

[Chang apartment]
"Sorry Nico but Professor magnolia said we couldn't bring any outside animals to Galar."said Sid as her monkey friend went away with disappointment as he wanted to go.
"I promise I will bring you Berries so you can try them."said Sid which seem to cheer up her friend as he couldn't wait to try new fruits.
"Sid I can't believe we're actually going to a place with ancient castles. I will feel like a real princess when I'm standing in one of those castles. And I can't wait to find out who my Pokemon friend will be!"said Adelaide with excitement as she was packing some clothes into her large backpack.
"I know how late I'm excited too especially since there's a whole bunch of animal-like creatures out there that even mom didn't know about."said Sid who couldn't wait to see what the Galar region had to offer!
"Now remember you to listen to Bobby and stay safe out there, and I want you to catalog every single Pokemon you see along with their behaviors as I can't wait to study them when you come back."said Becca as she couldn't believe there was a whole bunch of animals out there she didn't know about and couldn't wait to learn more about them.
"Tell me everything about the trains you see there."said Stanley as he heard that Galar had a full transient system so he wanted his daughters to write about everything they experienced on those trains as he loved trains.
"Don't worry dad I already got everything ready including a camera to take pictures of those trains."said Sid with excitement as she didn't bring her phone as Professor magnolia said she would give them rotom phones when they got there... whatever those were.
"I can't wait to meet all those Pokemon. I'm going to catch a really cute one to be my best friend along with Froggy!"said Adelaide as Froggy was excited for her even though he wasn't allowed to go.
"Come on the McBride said they would carpool us to the airport so let's go!"said Sid as she in Adelaide gave their goodbye hugs one last time before heading out the door.
There they met up with Ronnie Anne and Bobby.
"Ready to go?"asked Sid.
"Yeah let's go before abuela changes her mind."said Ronnie Anne is currently most of the family was consoling Rosa.
All four of them walk down the stairs as they got to the front door and opened it up and luckily no cats this time as the mcbrides arrived just in time at the exact time they said they would be there.
"Come on now as we don't want to keep Professor Magnolia waiting."said Harold McBride who was driving as Clyde motion for them to get on.
"Clyde you have everything you need."asked Howard as he was worried about his son going so far away.
"Yeah dad is already packed my inhaler and my breathing bag in case I get nervous. I also packed up essential non-prescription medicines in case I get sick and I have a map of every human hospital in Galar in case of emergency along with their emergency response number."said Clyde does his parents let out a sigh of relief as Clyde was being extremely careful which told him that he really wanted to do this and his parents they needed to respect his wishes.
"So did you guys give your final goodbyes?"asked Clyde as he saw red lipstick on Bobby's face as Ronnie Anne was wiping it off.
"Yeah we gave our final hugs and kisses and abuela tried to stop us from going so the family had to hold her back as she literally had us in a bear hug while kissing us repeatedly that she didn't want us to go. Finally the family managed to convince her and she let go of us for a moment and we use that moment to get away."said Ronnie Ann as her arms were still sore from the bear hug.
"I get that she is worried I really do but isn't it something you guys really want to do."said Clyde as Bobby finally got the last piece of lipstick removed from his face.
"Yeah as I said I really want to help you guys achieve your dream and becoming a Pokemon trainer doesn't sound too bad in my opinion as I need to broaden my horizons if I want to be the big business owner of a bunch of mercados that I plan to be."said Bobby as he couldn't wait to see what the Galar region had to offer him.
"So how did you guys do on your exams?"asked collide as everyone smiled as they pulled out their papers saying that they passed.
"I barely passed with a 71 but I will officially become a Pokemon trainer as soon as I get to Galar."said Bobby with excitement.
"I got an 80 so that means I will become a Pokemon trainer No doubt."said Ronnie Anna she was ashamed that she missed a few questions but understood as it was such short notice.
"I got a 90 because pokémon biology isn't that much different from animals and since Adelaide can't officially become a trainer she didn't take the test but she can still capture a few Pokemon."said Sid with excitement as Adelaide high-fived her.
"I actually got a 95 on my test as I missed an important question but I'll still become a Pokemon trainer so it's no big deal."said fly who couldn't wait to get his pokémon trainers license as soon as they met up with a Professor.
"Were at the airport and Clyde don't forget to give us our goodbye hugs before going into the airport."said Howard as they pulled up to the terminal.
Clyde smiled as he gave both of his dad's one final goodbye hug before he followed everyone else out of the car and headed into the airport as he waved goodbye as his parents with tears wave goodbye as well.
"Be safe out there!"said both McBride's as they were so proud that their son was growing up but it was hard as parents to allow that.
Meanwhile at the airport the group that would be joining Lincoln on his journey we're looking around trying to find Professor Magnolia when they finally spotted her and ran towards her. The Professor noticed them as well as she went into her lab coat pocket and pulled out their licenses and started giving each one of them their license as they ran up to her.
"I was amazed how well you guys did on the test and that proves how dedicated you are to becoming Pokemon trainers. I as a Pokemon Professor cannot deny such passion as it would be criminal not to allow you to become Pokemon trainers. Nice to meet you all in person I'm Professor Magnolia and I will be escorting you to the Galar region.
"Nice to meet you too professor."said Ronnie Anne as the professor motion for everyone to follow her.
Outside on a helicopter pad each one of them got into the same helicopter Lincoln got into the day he when went to Galar. All of them were amazed as the helicopter look like it was cutting edge technology as the professor assured them that it would take them all the way to Galar but it will take time.
The group smiled as they piled into the helicopter with the professor handing them some snacks for the road to which they happily accepted.
"So do you have any Pokemon in mind that you definitely want to catch?"asked the professor who decided to do small talk with the group as the helicopter was taking off as small talk helped pass the time.
"there's this Pokemon called Hawlucha that I really want to catch."said Ronnie Anne who as soon as she found out of a Pokemon that look like a luchador she immediately wanted to capture that one.
"There is this Pokemon called Blipbug that kind of looks like me in it's so cute looking I just couldn't help but want to catch it."said Clyde who was excited to meet a Blipbug and hopefully catch it!
"I'm still not sure as there's so many Pokemon that look really cool and I just want to meet the one that is destined to be my partner and we'll go from there."said Bobby who was honestly excited that he was going on this trip at all even though he was the needed presents so that they would have gotten permission in the first place.
"I really want to catch a cute Pokemon like Pikachu or Eevee."said Adelaide who couldn't wait to capture a cute Pokemon.
"I honestly want to capture the first Pokemon I lock eyes with."said Sid as the professor smiled as she could tell these were good children and that they would be great Pokemon trainers.
