The train stopped at wild area station, and as soon as the train stopped moving did Ronnie Anne, Clyde, Sid, Bobby, and Adelaide disembark as they walked into the main terminal.
"Man Carl would have been so jealous that I rode a train before he did."said Adelaide, as she knew car was obsessed with trains just as much as her father.
"I bet dad would really like to try out the train system here in Galar."said Sid as both she and Adelaide knew that their father Stanley loves trains.
He must be wondering at this very moment how the trains and Galar work and how are they different from the trains he drives in Great Lake City. Both sisters could imagine him wondering that at this very moment as they smiled and began giggling as they walked off.
"Clyde, where are you going?"asked Bobby as he was supposed to be chaperoning them.
"I'm heading to the Videophones, I promise my dad that I would call them as soon as I set Galar."said Clyde as he made his way to the Videophones with everyone else deciding to follow him so they could make calls to home as well.
"Yeah I think we should make a call home Bobby, I know for a fact that abuela must be worried sick about us at this very moment."said Ronnie Anne as Bobby nodded his head, he should call Lori to tell her he was okay.
"Well me and Adelaide are going to call home and tell Mom and Dad we're okay."said Sid as she and Adelaide walked towards an on occupied Videophone as the others did the same thing by going to unoccupied Videophones as well.
[Royal Woods: McBride Residence]
Harold and Howard McBride were actually waiting by the computer for Clyde to call. They have been waiting for him to call ever since he departed to Galar with the others as he promised he would call them as soon as he could.
They went as far as pulling out sleeping bags and sleeping next to the computer in case Clyde called them late at night. Suddenly they got a message that someone was trying to video call them from the computer, so they immediately chose to accept the video call in much of their relief they saw Clyde alive and well.
"Oh Clyde I'm so glad you're all right."said Howard McBride as he was so worried for his son.
"I'm okay Dad, really."said Clyde over the Videophone.
"How are things over there in Galar?! Did you bring enough of your sunblock?! Did you bring your life jacket?! Are you eating okay?!"asked Harold with multiple questions as Howard nodded his head.
"Dad I'm all right. In fact you won't believe how clean the air is over here as Galar strictly uses alternative energy for everything including transportation. There is next to no smog emissions anywhere in Galar and thanks to the massive amounts of trees, well let's just say the air here is the cleanest air I've ever breathed."said Clyde as his fathers sounded like they were relieved upon hearing that.
"Oh thank goodness."said Howard as he was relieved to hear that his son was okay.
"Oh let me introduce you to my new friend."said Clyde as he tossed his PokeBall in the air and released Blipbug.
Howard and Harold looked at the Pokemon for a moment before turning towards each other with looks saying that they thought the same thing.
"Yes I know he looks a lot like me."said Clyde as he could tell what his parents were thinking about how much his Pokemon resembled him.
"He really seems to like you."said Harold hoping to change the subject as he noticed Blipbug cuddling up to Clyde.
"Yeah on the train ride I gave him some food and some potions to make him feel better and he immediately became attached to me. He's a lot like me as well not very strong, Blipbug is extremely intelligent and I hope to become closer with him in the future."said Clyde is he noticed that his father didn't look comfortable around Blipbug.
"Dad I know you don't like bugs much can assure you Blipbug is different. He is actually a bit of a neat freak as when he saw a stain out the train he didn't stop at anything to clean it until it was spotless."said Clyde as Harold let out a side of relief.
The main reason he didn't like bugs was by how disgusting they were, but hearing that his son's bug type Pokemon was in fact a neat freak made him feel a lot better.
"As long as he's clean I shouldn't have any issue."said Howard as Clyde was petting Blipbug.
"So have you met up with Lincoln?"asked Harold to which Clyde just shook his head.
"Not yet, but based on my research and educated guess, Lincoln should be heading towards the same destination we are currently heading to which is Monostoke City. I'm sure that by tomorrow he will be there and we'll run into him there as soon as we head towards the stadium."said Clyde as the Monostoke City stadium was the best place where he could meet up with Lincoln.
"Does he know that you're going to go meet him?"asked Howard, wondering what his son was up to.
"No, I was hoping to surprise him. I must say Lincoln did an okay job making it through here on his own. With his Pokemon by his side I wonder what he has experienced these past few weeks that he has been traveling in Galar."said Clyde, who couldn't help but be jealous by how far Lincoln got ahead of him again.
He was always the stronger side of Clinclon McCloud, growing up in a household with so sisters can do that to a guy. Lincoln was the natural leader and Clyde and the others usually followed his plans. But for Lincoln to run off to some unknown land and experience the unknown.
Clyde wanted to catch up to his friend as soon as possible, while meeting this Hop person and seeing how close he is to Lincoln... if he has time...
"Clyde I know you and Lincoln have been thick as thieves ever since you two met. Remember you're also the other half of Clinclon McCloud! So I'm sure with plenty of training with Blipbug you'll catch up to your best friend in no time."said Harold, as he wanted the best for Clyde and he knew this is what Clyde wanted.
"Now make sure you listen to Bobby. Don't put yourself in any unnecessary danger. Always try to stay as clean and hygienic as possible. And don't forget to eat all of your vegetables in small, biteable bites. And most of all make sure your call often, you know how much I worry."said Howard as his husband and his son rolled their eyes.
"Don't worry Dad I promise to do all that while staying safe, and calling any chance I get when I have progress."said Clyde as he disconnected the call.
[Great Lake City: Casagrande Apartment]
Rosa was waiting near the computer as Hector was watching his novella while munching on some nachos. Maria had just woken up from several hours of sleep from her late night shift last night when there was a video call on the computer. Carlos was once again the muse for one of Frida's paintings. Carl was playing lucha libre with CJ and losing badly. Carlota was painting her nails, while Carlitos what's playing with Sergio.
"Ronnie Anne and Bobby are calling!"yelled Rosa, causing everyone to rush to the computer as fast as they could.
"Hey everyone."said Ronnie Anne through the screen as Rosa pressed her face as much as she could.
"Mija, Mijo! I'm so glad you two are okay!"said Rosa who was glad they got to Galar in one piece.
"Tell me everything about the local wildlife?!"insisted Carlos as he pulled out a notepad and a pencil.
"Make sure to take pictures of the scenery and anything that would look interesting to paint."said Frida, who wanted to see every beautiful thing from Galar in order to draw it.
"You better meet up with me and Carlota when we head over there! And Adelaide had better not gotten on a train before I had my turn!"said Carl, not even noticing that Adelaide was giggling not too far away from the Videophone, knowing full well that wasn't the case.
"Carl calm down, I already said that I will chaperone you. And remember Professor Magnolia already said if you show any more disrespectful lip, she would cancel your trainer license immediately."said Carlota is Carl quickly changed his tune.
"I'm sorry."said Carl who unknown to everyone besides his family was afraid of Professor Magnolia.
When he spoke to her he had a cocky attitude which she quickly scolded and put the fear of Arceus in him! He had no idea all old ladies were so scary as he only thought his abuela was that scary...!
"So what Pokemon did you get?"asked CJ as Ronnie Anne and Bobby tossed their Pokeballs and released their Pokemon.
"Meet Zigzagoon, she's cool and that's why I caught her."said Ronnie Anne as Zigzagoon waved her paw at the Casagrande family.
"She really fits you Ronnie Anne."said Maria has the Pokemon matched her daughter's preference to a T.
"And this is Wooloo, he came up running to me and hugged me out of nowhere. And he allowed himself to be captured without a battle."said Bobby as Wooloo looked at the screen.
"That is literally one of the cutest things I have ever seen."said Carlota who was gushing over Wooloo, not noticing that Carlitos and Lalo were getting jealous.
"I can be cute too."grumbled Sergio as he didn't know why these Pokemon creatures were so special.
"Aw such a cute looking Oveja."said Rosa, who found Bobby's Wooloo absolutely adorable.
"Yeah, when this little guy ran up to me I know it must have been fate."said Bobby as he petted Wooloo on his head.
"Bobby what kind of wool does that Oveja have?"asked Hector as he noticed that the wool on Wooloo appeared to be high quality.
"Well according from this device I got from the professor, Wooloo's wool is especially strong and soft, making it the ideal material for a sweater."said Bobby has an idea lit up in Hector's head.
"Booby if that Wooloo as you call it loses any wool, be sure to send it to me. I have been needing a new sweater for a while and that wool covering that Oveja looks especially comfortable."said Hector as he also wondered if you could sell it at the Mercado.
People would definitely pay top dollar for high quality wool!
"Is that okay with you buddy?"asked Bobby to which Wooloo nodded his head.
"He says it's okay. Now I would like to keep chatting with you guys, really I would but I promised Lori that I would call her as soon as possible."said Bobby as he excused himself to go to another Videophone as Ronnie Anne rolled her eyes.
"Those two love birds are the same as ever."said Ronnie Anne as her family nodded their heads in agreement.
"Mija I know you are planning to enjoy yourself over there. But don't you think you should cut your trip a little short."said Rosa, and she couldn't help worrying about her precious babies while they were so far away from home.
"Abuela I understand where you're coming from, I really do. But this is the opportunity of a lifetime and I'm not going to pass it up, no matter what. This is a world that I only thought existed in fantasy until a few weeks ago, I plan to see this through to the end. L-amo should be heading to the same destination we are going, which is Monostoke City as we speak. We plan to meet up with him and see how he's doing. I'm sure he's gotten quite strong but I plan to catch up to him for the next gym challenge."said Ronnie Anne as Rosa was about to say something before her daughter stopped her.
"Mama this is something Ronnie Anne really wants to do, and you know what kind of mother would I be if I get in her way. She's a good girl trying her best, the least we can do is help her out."said Maria to which Rosa had no way to argue.
"Rosa, she is right, look at Ronnie Anne, have you ever seen anyone so happy."pointed out Hector as Rosa looked at her granddaughter and noticed that she looked extremely happy right now.
"Hah... I guess I cannot stop you if you're having fun, but please promise me that you will be safe out there and that you will come home as soon as possible."pleaded Rosa with a pleading look.
"I promise abuela."said Ronnie Anne by placing her hand near the part of her chest where her heart is.
"That's all I needed to hear. I will be sending you some essentials soon so be sure to be ready to pick them up."said Rosa as Ronnie Anne could only dread and how much stuff Rosa must have sent considering how much of a worrywart she is.
[Royal Woods: Loud Family Residence]
Lori was busy texting on her phone when she suddenly got a message saying that someone wanted to video call. She immediately recognized the number of her beloved boo boo bear, so decided to be sneaky she headed outside as fast and as quietly as possible while everyone else was busy and took the call behind the tree in the backyard.
"Bobby!"said Lori with joy.
"Babe!"said Bobby as Wooloo tried to view the screen.
"Ah is that your Pokemon, it is so adorable!"said Lori who found Wooloo to be absolutely adorable.
"Thanks babe, this little guy willingly came up to me and became my starter Pokemon. I'm really hoping to experience my Pokemon journey with him by my side."said Bobby as Lori smiled, as you can tell that her beloved boyfriend was having a lot of fun.
"So have you met up with Lincoln?"asked Lori as Bobby shook his head.
"We believe he is currently heading towards Monostoke City, which is where we are planning on going. If Clyde's calculations are right we should get there when Lincoln goes to challenge the gym leader of Monostoke City."said Bobby as Lori was impressed.
"Wow."was all she could say.
""Yeah we heard he earned his second gym badge a few days ago so we're planning to head to the stadium to root for him on for his bout for his third gym badge. I hear the gym leader of Monostoke City is no joke as they say he is the first real hurdle of the gym challenge."said Bobby remembered over hearing that when he was on the train.
"He may be strong but I'm sure Lincoln will prevail in the end, after all he is my little brother."said Lori she and Bobby began laughing.
"Yeah I guess you have a point."said Bobby as Lincoln was the man with the plan after all.
"Just promise me that you two will stay out of danger as much as possible. I don't know what I would do if I lost either one of you."said Lori as both Bobby and Lincoln were two of the most precious people she had in her life.
"I promise babe as I know I'm a klutz, but with Wooloo here, I'm sure he will protect me."said Bobby as the sheep Pokemon smiled.
"Take care of him for me Wooloo, would you?"asked Lori as the sheep Pokemon nodded his head.
"Well.. I would really like to keep this chat up with you Bobby but I need to get back in before my family gets suspicious."
"Yeah... I understand that you're respecting Lincoln's wishes as I would do the same thing if Ronnie Anne asked me to do the same thing. Just try to convince the others to suck up their pride and apologize sincerely as I know how stubborn your other sisters can be."said Bobby as Lori chuckled as she couldn't argue with that.
"Yeah, Lynn and Lola are going to be the most difficult but I think the others are starting to regret their actions. I know I wasn't here when that whole debacle happened but I still feel that I'm partly responsible."said Lori as she felt like maybe if she was at home, her siblings wouldn't have forgotten Lincoln's birthday and pushed him over the edge on his special day.
"Lori you did nothing wrong and Lincoln already told you that. Just try your best as I don't want your family being torn apart forever, after all they're going to be my future in-laws one day."said Bobby and Lori began blushing.
"I'll try my best boo boo bear, love you."
"Love you too Lori."
Both made kissy faces as they waved goodbye before Bobby disconnected the call, unknown to Lori as she alentered the house someone was watching.
"So you are in contact with Lincoln."said Lana as she was outside playing with the mud when Lori came outside.

Meanwhile back at the station everyone meet up after finishing their calls.
"So did you guys get in contact with your folks?"asked Ronnie Anne as Sid and Adelaide shook their heads.
"We forgot that they're probably at work right now so they couldn't take our call."said Sid, as her mother had a shift at the zoo and their dad was currently making sure the transit system underneath Great Lake City was operating at the minimum capacity.
"But I think that's a good thing as I really want to catch my first Pokemon before we call them that way we can show them."said Adelaide to which Sid nodded her head in agreement.
"Yeah I'm in agreement with my little sis here, come on guys let's head to the Wild Area and find some Pokemon!"said Sid as everyone began running out of the station.
As soon as they stepped out of the station they were amazed by the large varied landscape that was before them. They could see giant lakes and trees as far as the eye could see. There was an ancient looking Tower along with what looked like large pillars of stone.
"Wow..."said Sid and she knew her mother would definitely want to see this.
"This place is so amazing. The air is so clean and fresh."said Clyde as he breathed in the air.
"Wow..."said Bobby as he wondered if Lincoln had the same feeling when he first saw the Wild Area for the first time.
"I'm guessing that huge wall over there is where Monostoke City is located."said Ronnie Anne as she noticed the walled City.
"That is the biggest staircase I've ever seen in my life."said Clyde, as he knew all of them would be exhausted as soon as they climbed all those stairs.
"Well... what are we waiting for guys let's go find some Pokemon."said Bobby as he was ready to add more Pokemon to his team.
"Yeah!"they all said in agreement as they split up in order to cover more ground with a green to meet up near the lake.
[Dappled Grove]
Sid and Adelaide headed to Dappled Grove at random as they began looking for any Pokemon that would be perfect for their starter Pokemon.
"Well hello there."said Adelaide as she noticed some Pokemon hiding in the tall grass.
Sid meanwhile pulled out her Pokedex to identify the Pokemon her sister was approaching
Pokedex: Ralts, the feeling Pokemon. It is highly in tune to the emotions of people and Pokemon. It hides if it senses hostility.
"Don't worry I'm not going to hurt you Ralts."said Adelaide as she overheard what the Pokedex said the Pokemon was called.
Ralts meanwhile nervously approached Adelaide as this was the first time in a long while it had sensed a human with no hostility.
"Come here I'm not going to hurt you, do you want a cookie?" asked Adelaide as she pulled out a chocolate chip cookie she had on her and held it out to Ralts.
Ralts carefully approached Adelaide as it began sniffing the cookie. After a few sniffs the feeling Pokemon gently took the cookie away from Adelaide and began eating it.
"You're so cute and pretty. Hey if it's not too much trouble can you be my starter Pokemon?"asked Adelaide as Ralts finished the cookie while looking at Adelaide's PokeBall that she pulled out.
Ralts was amazed by the innocence Adelaide was displaying as this is the first time it has not sensed any hostility from a human. Ralts could see that Adelaide was extremely honest and truly wanted it to become her Pokemon.
Meanwhile Adelaide just held out her PokeBall as Ralts slowly approached and tapped its head on the PokeBall, causing the device to open and absorb Ralts inside. The PokeBall wiggled in Adelaide's hand for a few seconds before it stopped moving and a click sound was heard, indicating that the felling Pokemon was successfully captured.
"Yes! I just caught a Ralts!"said Adelaide as she held her Pokeball high in the air, as she was so proud that she caught her first Pokemon all by herself.
"Wow great job sis."said Sid as she petting Adelaide, causing the young girl to squeal a little as she was so happy
"Hey Sid?"
"What is it Adelaide?"Sid questioned.
"Are you gonna catch that Pokemon?"asked Adelaide, confusing Sid.
"What Pokemon?"Sid asked.
"That dog like Pokemon going through your backpack."answered Adelaide as Sid looked and sure enough, some dog like Pokemon was rummaging through her backpack.
Sid quickly backed away as the Pokemon jumped away with Sid's pizza bao that her father prepared for her.
Sid immediately pulled out her Pokedex to identify the Pokemon food thief!
Pokedex: Growlithe, the puppy Pokemon. It has a brave and trustworthy nature. It fearlessly stands up to bigger and stronger foes.
"Hey that's my pizza bao!"said Sid as the puppy Pokemon immediately started running away!
"Oh no you don't!"said Sid as she beat her chest like a gorilla and began swinging from the trees like a monkey.
Growlithe was caught off guard by this as it continued running. Sid immediately intercepted the puppy Pokemon, but it was clear it was not willing to give up the pizza bao!
"Tell you what. You can have that pizza bao and more if you become my starter Pokemon. I like your style and frankly your really cute. So what do you say?"asked Sid as she pulled out a PokeBall.
Growlithe appeared to ponder on the offer as it began eating the pizza bao. After swallowing the pizza bao, it immediately charged towards Sid and began to lick her face.
"Hahahahah, I'll take that as a yes."said Sid as she tapped Growlithe's head with the PokeBall and absorbed the puppy Pokemon into said the PokeBall.
The PokeBall wiggled for a few seconds before it stopped and a click sound was heard. Indicating Growlithe was successfully captured!
"Yes! I just caught a Growlithe!"said Sid as she was so proud to have captured her first Pokemon.
"Congratulations sis."said Adelaide as the two smiled as they looked at the PokeBalls containing their first Pokemon.
Surely they would become great friends.
"wonder how the others are doing?"wondered Sid as she wondered how the others were doing.
[Rolling Fields]
"How do I get myself in these situations?!"Clyde asked himself as he was currently running for his life from an angry Bewear!
The strong arm Pokemon was hot on his trail as Clyde had made the unfortunate mistake on wondering into Bewear's territory!
Clyde kept running before noticing a low tree branch near the lake, so acting quickly Clyde grabbed the branch and quickly jumped into the tree as Bewear tried to stop but the momentum launched the strong arm Pokemon into the lake!
Clyde slid down the tree as he saw Bewear being taken away by the currents.
"Phew..."said Clyde as he wiped away some sweat from his brow as the danger has passed.
"That was too close...hey I see you!" shouted Clyde as he noticed a Pokemon in the tall grass where he was.
Clyde pulled out his Pokedex to identify the Pokemon in front of him.
Pokedex: Budew, the bud Pokemon. The pollen it releases contains poison. If this Pokemon is raised on clean water, the poison's toxicity is increased.
"Well I'm not gonna let an opportunity like this to by! Blipbug I choose you!"said Clyde as he called out the Larva Pokemon for battle.
"Blipbug use struggle bug!"ordered Clyde as Blipbug started realeasing green energy, before it struck budew!
Budew fell back, but quickly used absorb on Blipbug, but it didn't do much damage as Blipbug was a bug type Pokemon.
"Blipbug struggle bug again."ordered Clyde as Blipbug once again struck Budew with the bug time move!
Budew fell back as Clyde saw his chance!
"Go PokeBall!"yelled Clyde as he tossed a PokeBall at the bud Pokemon.
Budew was struck in the head by the Pokeball as it opened up and absorbed the bud Pokemon inside! The PokeBall fell to the floor as it began wiggling. Clyde and Blipbug held their breath as the wiggling continued.
"Come on..."said Clyde as the Pokeball stopped and a click sound was heard, indicating that Budew was successfully captured!
"Yes! I just caught a Budew!"said Clyde as held his pokeball high in the air!
"Welcome to the team Budew, I'm sure you and me will get along great."said Clyde as he looked at the Pokeball.
'I wonder how the others are doing?'
[East Lake Axewell]
Meanwhile Ronnie Anne and Bobby had their heads low on the search for more Pokemon to add to their team.
"See anything?"asked Bobby as he was looking through the tall grass.
"Nothing...ye-"began Ronnie Anne before she was interrupted when some Pokemon launched itself out of the tall grass, with Ronnie Anne barely getting out the the way in the nick of time!
"Who's that Pokemon?"asked Ronnie Anne as she pulled out her Pokedex to identify the Pokemon in front of her.
Pokedex: Electrike, the lighting Pokemon. It stores static electricity in its fur for discharging. It gives off sparks if a storm approuches.
"So you want a piece of me Huh?! Zigzagoon I choose you!"said Ronnie Anne as she called out the tiny raccoon Pokemon for battle.
"Zigzagoon!"she exclaimed as she was ready for a fight!
"Zigzagoon use scratch!"ordered Ronnie Anne as Zigzagoon moved in a zig zag pattern before she struck Electrike, causing damage!
Electrike grunted with pain as it ran back to Zigzagoon and used bite! But the attack was not very effective as Zigzagoon was a dark type, meaning that dark type moves will not be very effective!
"Hah nice try! Zigzagoon use snarl!" ordered Ronnie Anne as Zigzagoon let out a roar of dark energy, striking the lighting Pokemon and causing damage!
Electrike fell back as it got up and used shock wave by shooting electricity at the tiny raccoon Pokemon!
"Zigzagoon dodge it!"ordered Ronnie Anne as Zigzagoon jumped out of the way in the nick of time.
"Headbutt!" ordered Ronnie Anne as Zigzagoon charged towards her target and headbutted Electrike, stunning the lightning Pokemon as it staggered around!
"Go PokeBall!"exclaimed Ronnie Anne as she saw her chance and tossed a PokeBall at Electrike!
The lighting Pokemon was quickly absorbed into the PokeBall as said PokeBall fell to the ground and began wiggling. Ronnie Anne just held her breath as last thing she wanted was for Electrike to break free and escape!
Soon the wiggling stopped as a click sound was heard, indicating that Electrike was successfully captured!
"Alright! I just caught a Electrike!"said Ronnie Anne as she grabbed to PokeBall and hed it high in the air.
"Okay Bobby, let's help you find another Pokemon."said Ronnie Anne before she noticed that Bobby was already battling a Pokemon.
She pulled out her Pokedex again to identify the Pokemon Bobby and Wooloo were battling.
Pokedex: Snorunt, the snow hat Pokemon. It is said that if they are seen at midnight, they'll cause heavy snow. They eat snow and ice to survive.
"Wooloo use tackle!"said Bobby as Wooloo struck Snorunt with a successful tackle attack!
"Snorunt was sent back, but it quickly got up and used ice shard against Wooloo. the Sheep Pokemon took the atrack and didn't appear to be that affected.
"What?!"asked Ronnie Anne, so Bobby decided to explain.
"Wooloo's special ability is Fluffy. Meaning that while fire type moves do double damage, and in exchange all moves that make contact are halved!"said Bobby as Ronnie Anne was impressed!
Snorunt upon noticing this used powder snow by releasing a small breath of concentrated cold breath!
"Wooloo double kick!"ordered Bobby as Wooloo jumped over the ice type attack and struck Snorunt from behind!
"Go PokeBall!"said Bobby has he tossed the Pokeball at the snow hat Pokemon!
The Pokeball bounced off Snorunt before it opened up and absorbed the snow hat Pokemon inside. The Pokeball closed as it fell to the floor and began wiggling as Bobby and Wooloo held their breath with anticipation, wondering if this would work.
Suddenly the PokeBall stop moving and a click sound was heard, indicating that Snorunt has been successfully captured!
"Yes! Injust caught a Snorunt!"said Bobby as he picked up the Pokeball and held it as high as he could in the air.
"Haha come on Bobby it's getting late let's go meet up with the others at the meeting place."said Ronnie Anne as Bobby followed her back to the meeting place.
A short while later everyone met up and told everyone else about the Pokemon they just caught. They just sat in front of a fire as Bobby was heating up the tacos that were prepared for them by his Abuela.
All of them were talking about what they experienced and how they manage to capture their new Pokemon with smiles on their faces as what they were experiencing right now was truly the experience of a lifetime.
