As Lincoln was training his new Kubfu, things work different than the Loud house.

The family not on Lincoln side were being extremely suspicious of Lori and watching her every move. From going to the bathroom to every time she checked her phone, they would constantly monitor her to see if she would get in contact with Lincoln!

Many of them wanted to convince Lincoln to come home while others, particularly Lynn and Lola wanted to give him a piece of their mind for putting the family through all of this grief just because they forgot his birthday one time!

"Lori, how long you think you could keep the others away from Lincoln."said Leni, as She, Luna, and Lucy were having a secret family meeting with Lori to discuss what to do next.

"Yeah, dude. They won't leave you alone 24/7 and then I can tell it's really starting to get to you."said Luna, as she could tell that Lori was really starting to get affected from being monitored practically every day 24/7.

"I know. I have to search for listening bugs in my room everyday as they're seriously starting to get annoying with their persistence. Can't they understand that Lincoln needs his space right now and he will definitely come back when he's good and ready."said Lori, knowing that Lincoln had no plans to come back until he beat the champion Leon in a Pokemon battle.

"We know, but you know how stubborn some of our family members are."said Leni, referring particularly to Lynn and Lola.

"Lynn has been practicing what to say to Lincoln if she gets the chance to talk to him. I warned you Lori if she says what she plans to say to him he'll never forgive any of us."said Lucy, as what Lynn plan to say to Lincoln was surely something that he would never forgive them for.

"I agree. But how do we stop them as Lincoln could call it anytime and they're always watching."said Leni,worried about losing Lincoln forever if he thinks that they broke their promise to him.

"Okay, I've had enough of all this bs as there's only so much a girl can take before she starts having to pull out her hair with frustration!"said Lori, who began to make our way out of the basement and head into the living room!

"Family meeting!"shouted Lori at the top of her lungs!

This got the attention of her sisters and her parents as they quickly got into the living room as fast as they could and quickly sat down in their respective seats.

"What is it, Lori?"asked Lynn Sr, trying his best to play dumb.

"I literally know that all of you who have been spying on me and setting up bugs and all kinds of other surveillance equipment in my room!"said Lori, as many of her family members began sweating bullets.

Many of them were looking at each other with their eyes basically saying don't crack! Many were feeling the pressure from her gays as some of them felt like they were going to spill the beans, but others were putting up a strong front, as they didn't want to admit to Lori that they have indeed been spying on her.

"Okay! We have been spying on you because we know you're in contact with Lincoln!"said Lynn Sr, who couldn't handle when his daughter looked at him like that.

"Lynn/Dad!"said the other Loud family members, minus the ones on Lincoln's side.

"What? She forced it out of me, I had no choice."said Lynn Sr in his own defense.

"I figure the cat will be out of the bag sooner or later."said Lori, who wasn't surprised by this as Lucy had already warned her beforehand.

"You knew?"asked Luan, wondering how Lori could have possibly known.

"It's pretty obvious as there's nothing else major going on in our family besides that."said Lori, not willing to write out the sisters on her side as she knew their hearts were in the right place.

"So now that the cat is out of the bag why don't you call him up so we can give him a piece of our mind!"demanded Lynn, as Lori scowled at her, forcing the sporty sister back.

"I'm not scared or anything like that I just needed to stretch..."said Lynn, not wanting to be the bearer of her sister's wrath.

Especially after she beat her with a loaf of bread.

"I don't think Lincoln wants to talk to any of you right now."said Lori, shocking many of the family except the ones already in contact with Lincoln.

"But sweetie we need to talk to him."said Rita, as she needed to hear her son's voice.

"Mom, it's not just about us for getting his birthday. Lincoln was having a seriously bad day that day and us for getting his birthday broke the camel's back. He was hurt, angry, upset,etc. He felt like none of us cared about him and when Professor Magnolia sent him that invitation to Galar, he jumped at the opportunity as he felt like he needed to get away from us to cool off before he said or did something we would all regret."said Lori, knowing she probably would have done the same thing if she was in Lincoln's shoes.

"But he didn't have to go that far!"said Lola, feeling like Lincoln was being too sensitive.

"Lola you kicked him in the shin, he didn't see his friend at school, and to top it off his 12th birthday was uneventful because none of us were home. Now I'm not saying he's perfect or anything but he's just a kid and to him it must have seemed like the ultimate form of betrayal."said Lori, to which Lola couldn't argue with as she made a good point, but she would never admit that.

"Yeah, but look at what's happening to us. The neighbors are suspicious as Lincoln's not around and the cops being here didn't help as now there are rumors about us all over Royal Woods."said Rita, who only knew about this thanks to her job at the gazette.

"Yeah, I've been getting strange looks from some of my customers ever since Lincoln disappeared."said Lynn Sr, as he didn't like it when people gave him the dirty look that he was someone who was guilty when he knew he wasn't...sort of...

"Yeah, and I lost some gigs as some people don't trust me around their kids anymore."said Luan, knowing that many of the parents heard the rumors that are now no longer hiring her services.

"And now there are rumors that Lindsay Sweetwater will beat me at this year's pageant because of the bad rumors going around about our family. Lincoln is responsible for this! I want to talk to him so I can "convince" him to come back that way those rumors can die down, and my undefeated rain is in Little Miss Royal Woods can continue!"said Lola, as Lori couldn't believe how selfish Lola was being as even now it was all about her to her.

"Yeah, and now some of my teammates don't even want to practice with me as they're afraid that I'm the reason Lincoln ran away or whatever!"said Lynn, knowing that the lack of practice was starting to mess with her game.

"AND WHY DO YOU THINK THOSE RUMORS EXIST!"yelled Lori, shocking her family as even for her it was rare that she got that angry.

"Lynn! Lola! You two are literally some of the most selfish people I have come to know as even though you guys hurt Lincoln you won't even admit that you're wrong in some way! You won't even admit a little responsibility to him going off to the other side of the world to become this Pokemon trainer thing! You two seriously need to look yourselves in the mirror and ask yourselves why are you guys like this! Lola, Lincoln has been your pageant coach and had your back since day one so why are you so angry with him! Lynn, you've given Lincoln more grief than anyone and you have a habit of not admitting you're wrong until things get way out of hand! You two seriously need an attitude adjustment as if you guys keep this up soon you will be all alone with no one!"said Lori, who felt like her words were harsh but someone finally needed to say them!

Lynn and Lola didn't say nothing as tears formed on their eyes as they ran upstairs as fast as they could before they shut themselves in their room with a loud slam!

"I'm sorry... but someone needed to say that to them as if Lincoln calls and you guys say something inappropriate he may not ever come back."said Lori, just in case anyone wanted to voice their judgment and disapproval of her scolding!

This made everyone shocked as that possibility never really crossed their minds until that very moment!

Would Lincoln seriously not consider coming back!

Would he stay in Galar indefinitely!

"To anyone who wants to apologize and truly talk with Lincoln... I put in a good word with him the next time he calls that way we can start mending fences and become a true family again. As it is clear there are some problems we haven't addressed in a long time and it's finally time they get addressed. That includes me so I'm not being biased."said Lori, knowing that she had to make up for a lot of things like the others.

But for now they can all focus on really thinking about what they wanted to say the Lincoln and seeing if they could mend the fences that have been built and become a true family once more!

Only then with the oldest loud child be sure that her little brother would come back home!
