I hope she drops deAd

Hanna sat in the van by Emily and spencer during the ride. One thing Hanna noticed was that Emily was not in a talking mood. She and Maya just went to sleep. While Hanna talked to everyone that participated in the conversation. She couldn't help but look at her phone. She was excited to get to their flight.

She looked up and saw Emily sleeping still. Looking at the third row of seats she saw Caleb and Toby. Ezra was driving with aria In the passenger seat. Then Spencer was on her side.

Her mom was texting her the whole ride there. She seriously couldn't imagine how she was gonna act when she left for college.

Soon they arrived at the airport, Hanna saw that Emily was still upset, and so had the other girls.

"I think we should talk to her. Maybe we can cheer her up?" Aria said to Hanna and spencer.

"Yeah, I don't want her to start her trip troubled," Spencer added folding her arms and looking concerned.

"Let's go talk to her," Hanna said before walking in Emily's direction not waiting for a reply.

Hanna had an idea why she was upset. She came out to her mom today. But she wasn't sure if she was ready to come out to the others. So she'd ask and see how it goes.

Hanna sat next to Emily and aria sat on her other side.

"Emily. I don't know what's going on but we're here for you to talk to all of us." Hanna said with a comforting tone.

"Yeah, we want you to be in a good mood or at least a better mood for when you get on that flight to California." Aria chimed in.

Spencer squatted in front of Emily and looked her in the eyes. "Do you want to talk to us?"

Emily looked at all the girls before nodding. "I haven't told you guys except for Hanna." Emily started.

Spencer and Aria sent a confused look to each other before looking at Hanna who shrugged. She couldn't help if Emily felt the most comfortable confiding in her.

"But I'm gay. And I've been dating someone. " Emily said before grabbing mayas hand. Spencer and Aria looked stunned.

"There's more to it," Maya said rubbing the back of Emily's hand with her thumb.

Nodding again she continued. "I came out to my mom before I left. And she didn't take it well. At all. I'm kinda glad I did it now so I can be away but I don't know. I knew she wouldn't be on board right away. But I guess I was hoping for a better reaction." Emily explained twiddling her thumbs. It was the only thing she could do to stop her eyes from watering.

"Emily I'm so sorry," Spencer said grabbing Emily's other free hand.

"If it makes it better we all here accept you and who you are. You're still the same Emily." Aria added.

"Emily we support you and it'll stay that way. And if the boys weren't looking for doughnuts they'd say the same thing." Hanna said hugging Emily. She felt bad her mom didn't take it well. She just hoped she'd come around soon.

"I told you they were in 2 not gate 22." Caleb's voice blurted breaking up the girls from their emotional moment.

"Oh shut it I could've sworn the slip that aria had said 22," Ezra retorted.

The girls looked behind them.

Caleb, Toby, and Ezra noticed the tension and their faces.

"Did we interrupt something?" Ezra asked he said awkwardly scratching the back of his neck.

"Yes, I'm gay. I hope this is the last time I have to come out today." Emily joked. Hanna laughed and stood up "no more coming out. But you should eat a doughnut we all haven't eaten."

"You guys better. Those doughnuts cost nearly 45." Toby muttered.

Soon everyone was on their flight. Since everyone sat but their boyfriends and girlfriends Hanna sat next to Caleb.

Hanna noticed that the others were way in the front while Hanna and Caleb were in the middle back. The others couldn't see them.

Hanna sat by the window and immediately put her head on his arm. Caleb looked down and smiled. Are you sleepy?"

"Kinda but I'm excited. We're gonna be here for like what 4 hours?"

"5 but it's a good estimate," Caleb replied holding her hand.

He opened his laptop he grabbed fromhis carry-on bag before opening it.

"Since we're going to be here I'm going to show you how to work your magic on a computer, airplane mode style."

Hanna rolled her eyes but she had a smile on her face.

He started to talk and Hanna found herself slightly fascinated. However, she knew if it was someone like spencer or her teacher trying to explain this she would definitely get bored fast.

"So you push that file to?" She asked.

"The trash bin and then you go through the back and import it." Caleb finished.

Hanna nodded. "Huh. I might be the next hacker."

Caleb smirked. "When you do I'll be the one setting up firewalls so you don't get caught."

Hanna smirked back. "Well, that's not the only thing I hope we don't get caught doing.

Caleb raised an eyebrow. "And what might that be?"

"You'll see," Hanna answered teasingly.

Soon they arrived in California. They went straight to the Airbnb they rented out to settle in. Hanna grabbed her luggage bags and pulled them out.

She almost forgot she brought a lot of them.

"You need help?" Caleb asked.

She gave him a gracious smile. "Yes. Those two bags while I carry these 2." Hanna answered turning to the trunk of the car and getting the other bags. Caleb didn't really have anything to bring but his laptop since he didn't have or owned anything. Hanna was definitely taking him shopping.

She pulled the other bags out of the trunk and closed them before heading inside the house.

She walked to the staircase and walked upstairs as she marvels at the house.

It was better than what the pictures showed cause this place was gorgeous.

She stopped by the first door. She opened the door to see Emily on top of mya making out. When they heard the door they pulled apart and looked at Hanna.

"I-I'm sorry I thought was my- I'll go now," Hanna said blushing before closing the door.

Grabbing her suite case she walked to the other room down the hall. She saw the door was open with Caleb out on the balcony.

Hanna walked in and closed the door.

Hanna looked at the large room impressed. It had its own bathroom and a balcony with a hot tub.

"I'm so glad I got this room."

Caleb smirked.

"We should go in here soon," Caleb said gesturing to the hot tub as he walked up to Hanna pulling her close.

"Well if we are we're gonna need to go shopping. But I don't think anyone is in the mood to go to the mall at the moment." Hanna said wrapping her arms around his neck.

"So any ideas on what you wanna do in the meantime then? If you don't have any I have one in mind." Caleb said with a teasing tone.

"Oh really? What's your idea." She smirked.

Caleb smiled wickedly and kissed her. Hanna smiled against his lips before kissing him back.

Just as things were getting passionate and heated a sharp knock made Hanna and Caleb jump back in shock and fear.

"Hey, Hanna? Caleb? can I come in?" Aria asked.

Hanna backed up from and Caleb walked to the bathroom.

"Yeah come in!" She replied to aria when Caleb closed the door.

She walked in and looked around the room. "Nice," Aria said in awe.

"I know right! I can't wait to go shopping." Hanna said sitting on the bed with a careless smile.

"About that. We were thinking about going in an hour. Cause why not? So just wanted to let you know." Aria informed her friend.

"I can't wait to see what kind of clothes they have here," Hanna said excitedly.

Before aria could reply her phone started to ring.

She grabbed it and sighed.

"It's my mom. Again. I'll talk to you later ." She said before walking out of the room and shutting it behind her.

Hanna took out her phone to text her mom that she was there before taking pictures of the room for mona. She promised she'd show her pictures of the room.

Caleb soon came out of the bathroom and grabbed his laptop.

"So I've been wondering. Do you have a Facebook? Instagram? Snapchat?" Hanna asked.

Caleb shook his head. "I've never really put thought into making one. I've always been thinking about other things."

"Well." She trailed off scooting next to him. Caleb looked at her amused.

"You should make one. At least Facebook and Instagram." Hanna told him.

Caleb just shrugged. "If you make it for me."

Hanna giggled excitedly before grabbing his laptop

"Okay, what do you guys think? Cute California guy magnet?" Hanna asked the girls as she showed off the bikini.

She was wearing a black bikini that tied in the back and on the sides of her bottoms. Attached to the bottoms was a gold chain with blue, silver, and gold charms on it between the tie string and the triangle that covered her private parts. (Was on both sides.)

The top was connected to the middle of her chest by a small gold ring. Attached to the gold ring was a gold chain with more charms. It was about 4 inches from under her breast and the chain stopped at her sides and the rest was black string that went to the back to tie.

"You look hot," Maya said approvingly. Emily nodded her head agreeing with Maya. "You wear that, you'll get a boyfriend before we go back home." Emily joked.

"That looks so good! Ugh, your body is so nice." Aria complimented in awe.

"Yeah if you don't get a boyfriend you'll definitely catch Caleb," Spencer said knowingly.

Hanna blushed. "I don't care what Caleb thinks." She lied.

All the girls looked at her with flat faces.

"Oh shut it. Besides. I'm here to have fun. Not to be tied down." Hanna said going back to the changing room.

"Try this one on. I saw it while you were changing. I know this will look remarkable." Emily said tossing a red dress over the stall.

"Okay!" Hanna said catching it.

She now had another outfit to try on. This time it was a tight silk red dress that ended at her mid-thigh. It was a long sleeve off shoulder dress.

Hanna also noticed it was kinda sparkly. Not overly but just enough to make the dress even better.

As she looked in the mirror she remembered a pair of shoes that she passed by that would look super cute with the dress.

Suddenly the stall door lock silently turned.

Hanna adjusted the dress a bit before she felt someone behind her. Just as she turned the person pushed her against the wall.

Hanna almost screamed till she saw who it was.

"Caleb you scared me!" She said catching her breath. He scared her half to death.

"Shh and I'm sorry, I just wanted to see you again," Caleb whispered he said grabbing her hand.

Hanna rolled her eyes but couldn't help the smile that bloomed on her face.

She noticed Caleb looking at the dress and he also looked in amazement.

"You look amazing, you gonna wear that for me when I take you out?" Caleb asked quietly.

"If you ask nicely." She teased wrapping her hands around his neck.

"Hanna! How does the dress look?" Emily asked.

She looked at Caleb who mouthed the word "hot"

"Hot," Hanna answered simply as Caleb nodded before kissing her.

"Okay we're gonna go to the front spencer is looking for shoes for the outfit she found," Aria declared.

Hanna didn't answer, she was too busy making out with Caleb.

After five minutes Hanna was dressed in her clothes and had the outfits she tried on in her hand as she walked to the front where her friends said where they'd be.

Approaching them she saw aria trying on some platform boots.

"Okay, now that is cute. You definitely should get it." Hanna complimented.

"There you are, what happened to you?" Spencer asked turning around.

"Sorry I saw something cute but they didn't have it in my size." Hanna fibbed.

"Maybe we can come back later on in the week? Maybe they'll restock on it." Maya suggested.

"Yeah, plus they said they have new stuff coming in too," Aria said sitting on the bench and taking her shoes off.

"Okay guys, who wants to eat? I'm starving." Emily said out loud.

"Yeah let me go buy these and you guys get the boys. You coming aria?" Hanna asked aria since she was the only one who hasn't bought her things yet.

"Yeah I'll meet you at the register, I have to get these damn things off," Aria muttered.

"We'll meet you guys at the exit," Emily said before walking out with Spencer and Maya in tow.

Hanna walked over to the line and waited. Aria soon joined her and stood by her.

"Is there anywhere specific you want to go in Cali?" Hanna asked.

"Mmm, I can't pick between Knotts berry farm and six flags," Aria said shrugging.

"I heard they have cool water rides," Hanna said.

"They do, I was looking at it all last night I'm so excited. But how about you? Where do you wanna go?"

"I want to go to the Santa Monica Pierre. It's so cool there the food the beach it's just fantastic." Hanna said.

The line got shorter so they moved up in the line.

"Oh yeah, I saw that too. It looks so fun and romantic." Aria replied smiling. Hanna bet she was imagining her and her boyfriend, Ezra.

"I mean I guess at least you have one." That you can hang out publicly. Hanna mentally added bitterly.

"If you want I can totally be your wing woman with someone here," Aria said.

Hanna laughed. " trust me I am fine."

"Next In line."

Hanna sat at the restaurant booth with everyone. They just got their table and were looking over the menu as they talked to one another.

"Honestly it's way dryer than it is back in rosewood. Plus I've never seen a cactus till now." Hanna said to Toby and Spencer.

"Well of course Hanna. Those things are mostly found in deserts." Spencer said matter of factly.

"Let's talk about the tumbleweeds. I've never seen any that big before." Toby said appalled.

"let's talk about the people here. Some people are nearly as rude as the people in New York." Aria chimed shaking her head as she sat her menu down.

"Seriously it's like they've never seen a gay couple," Emily said annoyed. Emily and Maya had been getting stared at all day for obvious reasons.

"You know how people are. Always supporting the gay couples that are in tv shows but in real life we're doing too much." Maya said rolling her eyes.

"And let's talk about the number of people who cannot drive it's ridiculous. Who the hell gave these people their license." Ezra exclaimed infuriated as well.

The whole table laughed and continued talking until the waitress came.

"Hi I'm Ariana and I'll be taking care of you today." She smiled looking around at the table. Ariana was a dark raven-haired beauty with clear pale skin and green eyes. She was beautiful.

However, she saw Caleb and her polite smile turned flirty.

"What would you like today handsome?" She asked him.

Hanna felt fiery anger bubble in the pit of her stomach.

"I'll take the lemon pepper chicken with the garlic bread," Caleb said.

"And drinks Mr..." she said trailing off to get his name.

"Caleb. And uh can I get a sprite?" He answered which pissed Hanna off.

The whole interaction made Hanna boil with fury.

The lady took everyone else's order and left.

"Dude you should get her number. She digs you." Toby said.

"Oh yeah, she was practically undressing you with her eyes," Aria explained to Caleb.

Caleb chuckled. "I don't think so."

"Oh come on. I think you guys would look good together." Ezra said.

Hanna couldn't stop the sour look that appeared on her face.

"Yeah well, we're probably never gonna see her after today," Emily said noticing Hanna's face.

"That's why I'm telling him to get her number. You know how jealous the guys would be if you brought home a California girl?" Toby cried out.

"Okay, guys let's talk about what we're doing later," Hanna said changing the subject before she got too furious to control her actions.

Soon they started talking about other things and Hanna relaxed slightly.

"Here's your food." She said passing everyone their plates. However, she saved Caleb's for the last. she passed Caleb his food with a piece of paper before leaving Caleb with a wink as she walked off.

"She's so unprofessional," Hanna said through gritted teeth.

"Seriously, if my parents were here, they'd probably make sure this company drops her as an employee," Spencer said shaking her head in disapproval.

"Yeah? Well, I hope she drops d-" Hanna started but Emily kicked Hanna's shin with a warning look.

"Her tips," Hanna said catching herself.

"That sucks. Trust me. That's like nearly what they get." Aria said eating her vegan meal.

"So are you gonna call her? Maybe you can bring her back to the place and Hanna can go sleep in Emily's room." Toby said wiggling his eyebrows. Hanna glowered at Toby. Spencer noticed and elbowed Toby.

"Uh, I don't know I came here to have fun," Caleb said awkwardly scratching the back of his neck.

"And you can. I say you invite her back to the place." Ezra told him.

"No. Okay. I'm not sitting uncomfortable cause miss clear skin wants to get laid. Besides Caleb said he didn't want to, so we should respect it. Right?" She said looking at Caleb.

She could've sworn she heard him gulp. "Yeah. Like I said I'm here for fun. My priorities are elsewhere. Not California girls." Caleb said looking into Hanna's eyes giving her assurance.

After Caleb said that nobody brought up Ariana again. That is until it was time to leave.

Everyone stood up after Spencer paid.

Hanna walked over to Caleb and Emily when she saw the waitress tap his shoulder.

"So are you gonna call me? I can give you a good time." She said to Caleb.

She was gonna storm over there and strangle her in till she heard Caleb.

"Sorry, I'm not interested I have my eye on someone else," Caleb said giving the girl back her number.

Hanna smiled at his reply.

"Well take this if you change your mind," she said before giving him back her number and a quick peck making Caleb flinch away. However, that didn't bother Ariana cause she just winked before leaving.

"That bitch." Hanna grumbled walking in her direction. Luckily for her, Emily saw and grabbed her arm and led her to where the rest of her friends were.

"Hanna calm down you're gonna make everyone find out," Emily whispered.

Hanna huffed in resentment knowing Emily was right.

Hanna stayed quiet the whole way back to the air BnB.

When she got out she wordlessly marched straight to Caleb and her room.

As she put her new clothes away Caleb walked in.

He sat there for a moment watching her which irritated her. "You can stop staring." Hanna snapped.

Caleb sighed before sitting on the bed.

"Are you mad at me?" Caleb asked amused.

"Yes." She said closing the drawer with more force than necessary.

"Why ?" Caleb asked confused.

Hanna glared and grabbed some pajama shorts and a T-shirt and ignored him. Instead of answering she walked to the bathroom to change.

Caleb sighed. "Hanna!"

No reply.

Once she was done she got on the bed and laid down with her back facing him.

"Hanna what did I do? Please tell me." He let out again.

Hanna huffed and faced him.

"You told that little bitch your name and you still have her number!" Hanna blurted angrily.

Caleb rolled his eyes. "Hanna it's just my name. I was being polite. And I haven't got the chance to get rid of it cause I wanted to make sure you were okay first." Caleb explained before pulling out the waitress's number.

She looked at it in annoyance. "Here Hanna rip it. That way you can take your anger out on it." Caleb smirked.

Hanna rolled her eyes and grabbed it and ripped it into pieces before she walked to the bathroom and put it in the toilet.

Caleb laughed."come here, princess."

Hanna folded her arms and pouted.

Caleb smirked and got up and went to Hanna. He then pulled her close and hugged her. "You know I don't want anyone else." He whispered in her ear.

Hanna felt the butterflies in her stomach.

Hanna sighed "I know it's just annoying cause I can't be with you in public."

"That can change. We can tell them now if you want." He said leading her to the bed.

Hanna sighed. "But I like having our privacy and not having people's annoying opinions."

"I get that but I'd like to kiss you in public and not break into your changing room in order to do so," Caleb replied laying in the bed with Hanna.

Hanna laughed at that.

" I don't know. I think we should keep this to ourselves for a little longer. Is that okay with you?" the truth is she was scared to make this official. She felt like if it was official everything would go bad or she would mess everything up.

Caleb nodded before standing up to take his shirt off and put some basketball shorts on.

He then got in bed with Hanna and cuddled her. "I am perfectly fine with waiting for you," he said to her. He then kissed her forehead making her smile.
