Some time has passed since Lori confronted Lynn and Lola with their BS..Since then neither one of them has talked to any one of the family and has stayed in their room most of the time, unable to accept that the reason that Lincoln had it off to the other side of the world was partly their fault!
Lola spent more time talking to her stuffed animals than to Lana, and at this point it was becoming very concerning as usually at some point Lola would talk to her twin sister at least.
Lynn on the other hand just continuously does exercises in her rooms like push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, burpees, leg curls, etc! Lucy has tried to talk to her on several occasions but each time Lynn would respond by throwing up basketball or anything else on hand at her gothy little sister.
"What should we do, dudes?"asked Luna, wondering what they were supposed to do now that everyone knew the truth.
"I guess the only thing we can do is try to work up a case with Lincoln."said Leni, as she just wanted everyone to be a family again.
"But with Lynn and Lola being so stubborn I can only imagine though coming into the meeting and say something they shouldn't."said Lucy, as she could easily imagine her roommate/older sister doing something that's stupid.
"Lucy right."said Lily, agreeing with her older sister.
"She does have a point but what choice do we have, mom and dad keep putting pressure on me to call Lincoln even though he has to call me in order to get a signal from his roll Tom phone or whatever it's called."said Lori, knowing that the pressure was on for contact with Lincoln.
"Oh, I wish we didn't forget his birthday. Then none of this would have happened."said Leni, feeling like everything was partly her fault as she forgot her beloved little brother's birthday.
"That was just a stick that broke the camel's back, Leni... I guess Lincoln was just tired of putting up with our BS, and us being especially horrible on his birthday must have pushed him over the edge."said Luna, knowing that Lincoln was simply of ticking time bomb that finally went off.
"But we don't own a camel and Lincoln wasn't near an edge."said Leni, who was once again clueless to popular expressions, causing her family to slap themselves in the face with their palms.
"Never mind."said Luna, as he was clear Leni was not going to get it... again...
"Anyway, I think Lincoln will contact us soon so we need to come up with a plan to make sure that everyone's on their best behavior and not say anything that will upset him."said Lori, knowing that everything was already on edge with Lincoln as it is.
First would be their parents who want to tell Lincoln off for running away...
Then there was Lynn who would surely say something stupid.
Lisa appears to only be interested in the Pokemon...
And Lola will probably say something selfish and upset Lincoln
"What are you guys talking about?"asked Lana, as she, Luan, and Lisa made their way down stairs in the basement where everyone else was.
"We're just discussing what we're going to do when Lincoln finally calls."said Lucy, signal point in hiding it as Luan has security cameras everywhere, meaning even if they tried to lie she would just discover the truth later.
"So, what do you want to do when he finally calls?"asked Luan, who never thought you would be this nervous from getting a call from her little brother.
"Well we need to make sure that certain people in our family don't say something that will upset Lincoln."said Lori, referring to Lynn and Lola.
"We can't forget mom and dad. They're probably furious that Lincoln ran away from home and if he calls them they may not be able to control their emotions and say something that will hurt Lincoln's feelings."said Lana, as she knew how worried sick they were about Lincoln being on the other side of the world.
Doing something as dangerous as taming monsters that can breathe fire and shoot electricity, something she personally found awesome and wanted to do herself.
"Well we mustn't upset elder male sibling."said Lisa, shocking everyone in the basement as they couldn't believe that Lisa of all people was actually trying to spare someone's feelings.
She was usually the very blunt type that would say what was on her mind.
"What?!"asked Lisa, wondering why everyone was staring at her.
"It's just it's unusual for you to be considered of someone else's feelings."said Lucy, as Lisa was the type that would say what was on her mind and usually not care if she hurt someone's feelings or not.
"I know what all of you are thinking, but I assure you I am considering Lincoln's feelings in this matter. We all know that things between our family and Lincoln have not been the best as most of us forgetting his birthday sent Lincoln over the edge. But through analysis and my dabbling in psychology I've come to realize that both parties should have been better communicative with one another, although our side of the blame is a lot bigger than Lincoln's. Anyway... we need to be careful when Lincoln finally calls as it seems he's enjoying being this Pokemon trainer thin, and anything that our other family members say that could be considered stupid may convince them to never come back."said Lisa, making her older sister Leni tear up and begin to cry.
"Wahhhh! Lincoln is not coming back?!"asked Leni through her tears.
"Of course he's coming back, Leni. Lincoln never let something like a grudge keep them away from his family. He loves us and that's all that matters."said Luna, as she and Lori comforted their sister while glaring at Lisa.
"My bad..."said Lisa nervously, having forgotten there was sensitive people in the room.
Suddenly there was a ring from Lori's phone, and as soon as she saw who it was she immediately signaled everyone to the signal that it was Lincoln!
"Family minus Lynn and Lola, gather around!"said Lori as everyone ran upstairs and both of their parents quickly came out of their rooms.
"Is it Lincoln."said Rita with hope.
"Yes, but remember not to say anything that will upset him."said Lori, having made sure to make a precaution of making her parents promise beforehand not to say anything that will upset Lincoln.
"We know, sweetie."said Lynn Sr, knowing this was their only chance to try to convince Lincoln to come home.
Lori just smile that she sent Lincoln attacks, which basically said that the others discovered that she was in contact with him by accident and she wondered if he was willing to talk to them...
There was a pause for a few tense minutes before Lincoln said he'll give him a chance to speak their case.
Lori let out a sigh of relief as she motion for Lisa to connect her device to the TV so that everyone could get a better look at Lincoln.
"Alright, I'll stand guard in case two troublemakers decided to do something stupid."said Lori, knowing that at any moment Lynn and Lola could burst in and say something stupid to Lincoln, making him so upset that he'll never contact them again.
"Alright, then, let's get this started."said Lisa as she connected Lori's device to the TV and soon the screen began to turn on.
Everyone in the room was nervous, especially the ones who Lincoln still hasn't forgiven yet. All wondered how this was going to go as Lynn and Lola were listening in from the bathroom vent.
On the other hand the screen turned on and it was showing that Lincoln was in the Pokemon center of Stow-on-Side!
"Hey..."said Lincoln nervously as his family was working up the courage on what to say next.
