It's the next day now and Kyle wanders out into the lounge at about lunchtime, he is hungry and needs something to eat and feels like Indomie noodles with tomato and basil tuna as it's his favourite quick meal.
He knows Casey is at his surf competition and that Brax is watching him and assumed Heath probably would be as well.
He planned to go down and watch his little brother, but he really wanted to get his homework done and now he has, so he can relax.
"Hey Bubs!"
He hears behind him and turns around fast.
"Heath, what are you doing here? I would have thought that you would have gone to watch Casey," Kyle says in fear.
"Thought or hoped little brother?" Heath asks as he steps closer to Kyle, who steps back.
Kyle doesn't know how to respond to that and he thinks not replying is the best option, wondering what his brother was planning.
"Now, I need to have a word to you little brother, Bianca told me that despite passing the PE test you're still not participating as much as you should. It looks like I've got to teach you another little lesson," Heath smirks as he races and grabs Kyle by his shirt.
"Please Heath! You've already taught me a lesson! Please just let me go," Kyle pleads, but it doesn't help, and Heath drags him to the ground.
Heath pins Kyle's hands above his head and holds them still with his left hand. He uses his right hand to mess up his brother's hair.
"Little Kylie, you better start behaving in PE, or you'll get more of this," Heath smirks as he licks his hand and rubs it all over his brother's face.
Kyle gags and tries to twist away but he can't, and this only makes Heath annoyed so he does it again.
"Come on Heath, that's disgusting!" Kyle whines.
"Just let me go!" he pleads.
"Nah; I'm having too much fun little brother," Heath laughs as he sticks his pinky finger in his mouth making sure it gets a good covering of saliva and then he sticks it in his brother's ear and twists.
"Ewww; Heath please!" Kyle sequels as he tries to wriggle enough so Heath's finger gets out of his ear.
Unfortunately for him Heath isn't finished with the wet willies yet. He swaps hands so now his right hand is holding Kyle's hands still and his left hand is his free hand. He sticks his pinky finger on his left hand in his mouth and once again makes sure it gets a good covering in saliva and sticks it in Kyle's other ear and twists.
"Please Heath! I just wanted a quiet day!" Kyle squeals.
"Well, you're not going to get that!" Heath smirks and once again licks his hand and rubs it all over his face simply because he knows just how much Kyle hates it.
"Heath, please get off me!" Kyle pleads again.
Heath manages to lift the front of Kyle's shirt and pulls it up until it reaches Kyle's head, and he hooks it over Kyle's head. Heath then grabs ahold of Kyle's left nipple and squeezes lightly.
"You ready Bubs?" Heath laughs teasing his little brother.
"No, Heath! Please, I'm begging you! Please no s'il te plaît!" Kyle cries out in fear.
Heath had given him and Casey a few nipple cripples and they sucked!
Heath rolls his eyes at his little brother at how much he is such geek when he is really scared that he could actually speaks another language.
"Kyle, stop speaking Spanish," Heath grunts and whacks his brother's stomach hard causing Kyle to yell out.
"Ow Heath! It's not Spanish, it's French," Kyle replies only to get another whack on the stomach.
"Are you answering back to me?" Heath asks and Kyle shudders at his voice; there is no way that Heath is done with him yet.
"No Heath!" Kyle whimpers.
Heath looks down at his brother's stomach and smirks. He has an idea.
"Good, now count with me: Ten," Heath says and slaps his brother's stomach once causing Kyle to yell out in pain.
He starts to get into a bit of a rhythm.
"Nine. Count with me, Kylie!" he orders.
"Eight, seven, six!" Kyle counts quickly, just wanting this to be over.
"No, no, no, little brother. Slowly like this…Eight… Seven…Six," Heath smiles, counting much slower than he initially did.
This time however Kyle squeaks in pain. He had gotten pink bellies from Heath before and even once by a group of older boys when he was seven and he was apparently too geeky for them, and there was obviously the year twelve the other day, but none were as bad as this.
"Please Heath!"
"You've got to learn your lesson little brother. This will hopefully make you see the consequences of being in trouble in PE," Heath replies.
"Now count!" he orders and gives him a whack to hurry him.
"Five, four!" Kyle yells out in agony, counting at a normal pace.
"Good!" Heath smirks and starts to whack his brother a little harder making the skin turn an angry dark pink.
Kyle squeaks in pain.
"Three! Heath please, I've had enough," Kyle cries lightly.
"Not yet!" Heath smiles as he continues to whack his brother as he laughs.
"Two.. one," Kyle whimpers and he breathes a sigh of relief as Heath stops whacking and pulls his shirt down; although it does sting when the fabric touches his red bruised stomach.
Heath looks at his little brother's face which is covered in tears.
"Here Bubs, I'll help you with those tears," Heath smirks and once again licks his hand and rubs it all over Kyle's face, only causing him to whimper.
Heath then lets his little brother's hands go and stands up before grabbing Kyle by his shirt and yanking him to his feet.
"Now I don't care how hard you find PE. If things in PE don't improve and you don't start participating properly to pass this class then what happened right here will be a common occurrence, so pick up your act yeah? I will not have my girlfriend come to me again and say how one of my little brothers isn't participating in the easiest subject," Heath barks.
Kyle drops his head sadly; he doesn't find PE easy.
"Did you hear me?" Heath asks when his brother doesn't reply.
"I'll do better," Kyle replies, looking up sadly at his older brother hoping it's all over.
"Now you better go have a shower, you look a mess," Heath smirks and ruffles up his little brother's hair.
Kyle immediately runs off to the bathroom before Heath changes his mind and picks on him again.
Once out of the shower, where Kyle made sure to wash his face five times. It was disgusting to have Heath's saliva covering his face and if it ever happens again, it will be too soon.
He then walks out to the lounge to see that Heath had made him his favourite lunch.
He walks to the table and sits down and stares at it hard.
"What have you done to it? Worms mixed in? Tabasco sauce?" Kyle asks as he smells it.
It smells how it usually does.
"Nothing. I swear," Heath answers honestly and kisses the top of Kyle's head.
"Now I just got a call from Brax. Casey made it to the last round and it starts in about half an hour, so you want to go and watch?" Heath asks his brother who still looks slightly miserable in which is something he does feel guilty for. He doesn't know his own strength.
"Why? So, you can bury me in the sand?" Kyle asks, thinking all Heath will want to do is pick on him some more.
"I'm not going to do anything to you Ky. I just thought it would be cool for us all to watch our baby brother," Heath says as he sits down with his lunch.
Kyle thinks about it for a moment and then nods his head.
"Sweet! Well, we'll eat our lunch then head off," Heath says, smiling.
Kyle is sitting sadly at the table mixing the food around on his plate. He is in too much pain to eat.
Heath makes short work of his lunch and stands back up.
"Eat Kylie! You're too skinny, you need some meat on your bones," Heath says and squeezes Kyle's upper arms causing him to squeak in pain.
"I can't, I'm too sore!" Kyle mumbles and stands up to throw it out, but Heath is quick on his feet.
"You aren't about to waste food are you, Bubs?" Heath says smirking and ruffles his brother's hair.
"I'm too sore! I can't eat," Kyle moans.
"Well, we know what Brax says don't we? So how about you walk your skinny little butt back to the table and eat your meal that I so kindly made you," Heath smirks and stands in front of his brother.
Kyle drops his head in defeat. He sits back down and continues to slowly eat his lunch.
"And don't look so miserable Ky, I was only helping you build character to match up to the real athletes in your PE class; you'll thank me one day," Heath smiles.
Kyle ignores his brother wondering how he could ever thank Heath for the 'consequences' he just gave him.
After lunch Heath and Kyle drive down to the beach to watch Casey in the final of the surf competition.
"Hey Kiddo! How's your day been?" Brax asks as he pulls Kyle in for a hug and kisses him on the top of his head.
As he pulls away from Brax, he holds his hand on his stomach in pain, this wasn't seen by Brax, but it was by Heath.
"You better have a good cover story Kyle. Brax better not find out," Heath whispers in Kyle's ear before giving him a wet willie in which Brax does see.
"Seriously Heath, can't you just give the kid a break?" Brax moans as he sees his little brother rub his ear sadly.
He himself being the oldest brother had never experienced a wet willie but he had heard from Heath that he would occasionally pick on, that they weren't much fun.
"Just a little bit of fun big fella! Little Kylie doesn't mind; do you?" Heath says.
"No," Kyle lies.
"Look there's Case!" Heath says, happy to have Brax's attention off of him.
Once Brax turns around Heath quickly gives Kyle's other ear a wet willie but covers his mouth, so he makes no noise. He then drags Kyle with him and stands beside Brax and places his hands on Kyle's shoulders.
The final goes pretty well. There are five of the top teenage surfers in Summer Bay and Casey ends up coming third.
"Go Case!" Kyle yells as Casey approaches him and gives him a high five. He would normally hug Casey but he's in too much pain at the moment.
"Cheers big bro!" Casey smirks.
Brax and Heath then get a chance to congratulate their baby brother.
"How about we celebrate? We can go to Angelos. It's still too early for tea so we can start off with some snacks," Brax suggests.
"Awesome!" Casey says enthusiastically and slaps Kyle on the back happily.
"Sweet!" Heath says with a broad smile on his face.
"Sounds good," Kyle lies and forces a smile on his face.
The four of them make their way up to the restaurant with Casey and Brax up front and Kyle and Heath behind.
"Now Brax won't find out about today will he, Kylie?" Heath asks Kyle in a threatening voice.
"No. I'll keep quiet," Kyle mumbles obediently; wishing he was less timid and could stand up to his brother, let alone his school bullies.
"Good boy!" Heath smiles and ruffles his brother's hair.
The two of them walk in silence the rest of the way to the restaurant.
Once they reach the restaurant, they get out the menus and have a look at what they want to start off with.
"Any thoughts boys?" Brax asks.
"Chips!" Casey says.
"Wedges," Heath replies as he looks at the dinner menu already thinking about what he's getting for dinner.
Kyle however doesn't answer and Brax notices this.
"Ky?" He questions.
When Kyle still doesn't react Heath nudges him slightly. Kyle looks up.
"Anything specific you want to start off with?" Brax asks.
He wants to make sure Kyle has enough to eat today, Kyle always has much smaller meals than Brax would like him to have.
"Anything's good," Kyle replies, he isn't too bothered what they have as he's not planning to eat much of it anyway.
Brax smiles at his brother. The boy is more than happy to just go with the flow, but Brax fears that Kyle will allow people to walk all over him for the rest of his life.
"Sweet! So, two chips and two wedges," Heath grins, feeling hungry; although, along with Casey was always hungry.
"No, Heath. One bowl of chips and one bowl of wedges," Brax grunts causing Casey to moan.
"Come on Brax! We'll be able to finish them," Casey protests, wanting lots and lots of food.
"Forget it boys! We're here for dinner as well," Brax grunts and looks at Kyle who is sulking.
"Ky, kiddo; you okay?" Brax asks.
All attention turns to Kyle who nods his head.
"I'm okay," he whispers.
"Kyle," Brax pushes knowing that his little brother is lying.
"I'm stiff from PE," Kyle lies; no way was he telling Brax the real reason he is sulking.
"You'll be all good mate, it's perfectly normal," Brax replies with a smile.
"Little Kylie, aye finally knows what it feels like to do physical exercise," Heath laughs and slaps Kyle on the back.
Kyle looks at Casey who rolls his eyes back at him; Heath is such a piece of work.
"So, boys, what do you want to drink?" Brax asks.
"Apple juice please," Kyle replies, feeling like something sweet.
"Just a beer cheers Brax," Heath replies and continues to look at the menu for what he might like for dinner.
"Yeah, same please," Casey replies, causing his two oldest brothers to glare at him and Kyle to roll his eyes.
"You're joking right? When have I ever let you get a beer?" Brax asks his younger brother firmly.
"Liam's dad lets him!" Casey argues, "he is sixteen and heaps of teenagers drink beer with their parents.
"He's not in charge of you; I am, and I say no! Besides, you are still only fifteen and you probably won't even like it," Brax sighs, annoyed that he is even having to have this conversation with Casey.
"Yes, I will! I've already had one," Casey says before he can stop himself and he immediately looks down to avoid his brother's gaze.
Kyle's also avoiding Brax's gaze as he knows where Casey got the beer from and will blurt it out immediately when questioned.
"I beg your pardon; who gave you a beer?" Brax demands in a harsh tone.
"It doesn't matter. It was nothing; forget I said anything," Casey huffs, annoyed, and turns away; he can't believe he let that slip.
He looks at Kyle who looks nervous, and he hopes that Brax doesn't ask him.
"Casey!" Brax pushes, wanting to know how on earth his brother has tasted beer without his permission.
"No one, okay!" Casey replies calmly, thinking if he stays calm that Brax will drop it, but sadly he doesn't.
"Very well; Kyle, do you know?" Brax asks and stares at his other little brother who is refusing to look in his direction, as if he was hiding something.
Kyle softly shakes his head. It's easier to lie when he isn't looking at his brother.
"Kyle, look at me!" Brax orders.
Kyle finally meets his brother's gaze.
"Do you know who gave Casey the beer?" he asks harshly, he knows it isn't fair to speak this harshly to Kyle, but he hopes he'll be able to get his answer.
"Ahh ahh ahh... Ummm," Kyle says. He knows he should tell the truth, but he doesn't want Casey to get in trouble, plus Casey made him promise.
"Kyle, you tell me right now or you're on dishes for all of next week," Brax threatens, causing Heath to laugh and ruffle his little brother's hair.
Kyle's mouth drops but he swallows lightly. He will do the dishes for a week if it keeps Casey out of trouble and stops him getting what Casey threatened to give him.
"So, who gave Casey the beer?" Brax asks and Kyle still doesn't answer.
"I'm disappointed in you Kyle, I'll drop it now but you're on dishes all of next week," Brax growls as Kyle looks pitifully down.
Casey feels so guilty, he can see tears forming in Kyle's eyes.
Casey knows Kyle hates disappointing Brax as much as he does, and all he was doing was making sure he doesn't get in trouble at his own expense of getting in trouble.
Another time and maybe Casey might have kept quiet but seeing Kyle suffer because of him, made the guilt eat up inside.
"Brax don't, he is just being a good big brother, don't punish him. I stole the beer," Casey confesses.
Brax nods and he reaches over the table and grabs Kyle's chin and lifts it up.
"You're a good brother Kyle. Just remember to not get yourself in trouble protecting others," Brax says and lightly ruffles his little brother's hair.
Brax then turns to his baby brother and whacks him around the head.
"Ow!" Casey moans as he grabs his head, causing Heath to laugh at the situation his brother is in.
"We'll talk about this more at home!" Brax hisses.
"Great, I can't wait," Casey groans, sarcastically.
