Alright, chapter 9 is finally here it has been quite some time, so I do hope you all enjoy this. I've been reading all the reviews and PMs and I must say that I am super happy with all the support for this series to continue and rereading it just recently has given me some motivation to continue it. Anyway, on to the story. Enjoy!
Ichigo was walking quickly down a long hallway. He had just called his first captains meeting just minutes after he had finished his battle with the now-former Head Captain. He had a smile on his face as he approached the door to enter the meeting. He then stopped and looked at the doors with a more serious face before feeling someone grip his hand. He looked to his right and saw the warm smile of Rukia looking up at him. "You'll be fine. Just relax." She said. He then nodded and entered the room still holding her hand.
The eyes of every captain and lieutenant were on him as he took his place at the head of the meeting. He looked at all the captains and lieutenants present he knew them all. He then noticed there were three empty spots still there. "Where's Gin?" He asked aloud. The captains looked at one another before Ukitake spoke, "He's locked away in the dungeon. He's been asking for you since his return." Ichigo closed his eyes and shook his head while letting out a sigh. "Can someone please retrieve the Captain of squad three from the dungeon," Ichigo ordered shocking a few of the captains.
"Head Captain, do you truly believe that we can trust him?!" Soi-fon asked with aggression evident in her voice. "Contain yourself Soi-fon," Ichigo responded, "Yes, I believe we can trust him. He was the first one to think of a way to stop Aizen while we weren't even aware of the problem at hand." "What if he betrays us again? What if he uses the Hogyoku himself?" She asked. "She does have a point Head Captain." Came the voice of the captain of squad seven Sajin Komamura, "What precautions will we take to assure that it was not his plan to remove Aizen and use the power for himself in the end."
Ichigo took a moment to respond looking back to Rukia who nodded and then looked back again. "It is not possible for him to use the Hogyoku, because the Hogyoku serves my will now and that is a power I have no intention to abuse." Ichigo said as he surprised even more captains with this new information, "As for him attempting to betray us. If he ever tried anything like that, we would send him and any of his accomplices to Hell for eternity." The captains understood that Ichigo had thought of punishment in the case of another betrayal and were satisfied with the answer.
It was then that Gin Ichimaru entered the room with his restraints still on and his clothes covered in holes and scuffs. "Would you please remove his restraints and get Captain Ichimaru a new Captain's Haori." Ichigo said as the random soul reaper that had brought Gin had done as asked. Gin then walked towards his spot in the line. "My my Head Captain, it certainly took you long enough to rescue me." Gin said with his usual smirk. "Would you like to go back?" Ichigo said as Gin's smirk was wiped off his face and he stayed quiet in line.
"Now that everyone is here. I believe our first order of business should be to fill our ranks." Ichigo said as the captains agreed. It was hard enough as it was to be down three Captains in a crisis, but now they had the time to rebuild. "Does anyone have any suggestions for who should be the Captains of squads five and nine?" Ichigo asked. Everyone thought for a moment before Kisuke spoke up. "Well, I do have an idea, but I'm not sure how open everyone would be to it." "Kisuke, I trust you, what is your idea." Ichigo said. "Do any of you know who the Vizard are?" Kisuke asked as everyone became curious.
Kisuke explained how the Captains and lieutenants of the previous generation were still alive and were able to hollowfy themselves because of Aizen's experiment that he had to fix and the reason he was banished from the Soul Society was for fixing what Aizen had started. "What I recommend is for the Captains positions that have yet to be filled we instate the previous Captains, and we reassign the others into squads of their choosing." Kisuke finished. "I believe this plan would be beneficial as we would have Captains who already have experience and strength and would not be in a learning position." Byakuya said as the others nodded.
"Speaking of experience, Soi-fon in your honest opinion where do you see yourself in strength and experience?" Ichigo asked. Soi-fon thought for a moment before answering. "She would be able to defeat me easily." Surprised by her immediate honesty Ichigo spoke up again, "I would recommend that you reinstate Yoruichi as the Captain of squad two and you be her lieutenant so you may learn under her once again." "I agree and will follow your recommendation." Soi-fon said slightly sad.
"Captains, the rebuild of the Thirteen Court Guard Squads was rushed due to a foe we did not see coming. I believe this time we should take the proper time and consideration to appointing Captains. We need to return the strength and experience of the previous generation so that all those under this generation can learn and grow even stronger." Ichigo said. "Well said Head Captain. I believe this will be good for all of Soul Society." Shunsui said. "This meeting is adjourned. We will meet again after I've returned from the World of the Living." Ichigo said as the captains and lieutenants then began exiting.
"Soi-fon wait." He said stopping her before she exited with the others. "Yes, Head Captain?" she asked. "Please, just call me Ichigo when we're alone." He said, "I wanted to make sure you were alright with my recommendation. I meant no disrespect by it." "It hurt." She confessed, "It made me feel weak in comparison to her." "I understand, but I would like you to know that this is for your benefit as well, I want you to be strong, and this way you'll be able to learn more and be able to have more time to train yourself. I believe that you'll feel even more accomplished when you get named Captain after that rather than just Yoruichi disappearing." He said as Soi-fon nodded. "Thank you, Ichigo. I am grateful for your insight." She said with a smile as she then exited.
Ichigo stood there watching Soi-fon leave as he sighed and looked down. "What's the matter Ichigo?" Rukia asked holding his hand as they began walking towards the squad one barracks. "Nothing, we just have a lot of work to do," Ichigo said. "Well, why don't we just take things one step at a time," Rukia suggested. "Easier said than done," He said letting out another sigh. Rukia then stopped and turned so she was face to face with Ichigo. "What do you want to do most of all right now?" she asked. "I wanna see if old man Yamamoto's alright." He said as he stared into her eyes. She smiled and pecked his lip. "Then let's do that," she said taking his hand and walking towards squad four.
Squad One Barracks
"What's taking them so long? I thought it was supposed to be a quick meeting," came the voice of Karin who was lying across a couch in one of the rooms near the Captain's office. "Well, it is a Captains meeting. These things can take nearly a day sometimes even for small things," Yoruichi chimed in. "Well, I'm pretty sure they're done it looks like they went somewhere else before coming back." Yuzu said as she was sensing Ichigo and Rukia's spiritual pressure moving away from them. "I miss Ichi," Nel said as she pouted. "I believe we all do," Harribel said with her eyes closed as they all silently agreed.
Squad Four Barracks
Ichigo and Rukia walked hand in hand towards the doors to the squad four barracks. As they opened the doors, they immediately saw Isane. "Oh, Head Captain, Rukia, I thought you two were heading back to the World of the Living?" Isane asked nervously with a slight blush on her cheeks. "We were, but I wanted to see the condition of Yamamoto before we left," Ichigo stated. "Of course, Head Captain, follow me," she said as she began leading them down the hallway. "Isane, please call me Ichigo when we're alone," Ichigo said. "I couldn't do that Head Captain to think of you as an equal is disrespectful," she said as her blush got deeper. "Hey, just because I'm the Head Captain doesn't mean we're not friends. So, when we're alone, call me Ichigo," he said as she nodded.
The three then entered a room that looked like any other. Inside was Unohana finishing healing Yamamoto. "There, all done," she said as she got up. "Thank you very much Captain Unohana," Yamamoto said as he sat up, removed his bandages and put on his Shihakusho. "Glad to see you've already fully healed," Ichigo said as Yamamoto turned toward him. "As good a battle as it was, you were not looking to injure me making my injuries minimal," Yamamoto said, "Thank you for being merciful, Head Captain."
While the two chatted away and Unohana checked on other patients, Isane moved towards Rukia who stood near the doorway. "Rukia, may I ask you something?" Isane asked. "Of course," Rukia responded while they both looked toward Ichigo and Yamamoto. "What is your relationship with the Head Captain?" she said now looking at Rukia. Rukia turned to look Isane in the eye before smiling. "He's my boyfriend," she said, "but it is a bit more complicated than that I suppose." This confused Isane. "What do you mean by that?" she asked. "Well, how do I explain this?" Rukia thought aloud taking a few seconds, "Alright, for now, I order you as the lieutenant of squad one to keep this quiet until Ichigo wants to say something about it. I am a part of the harem of girls that Ichigo has amassed." Isane was shocked. 'Rangiku was right about our chances then,' she thought to herself. "You're ok with that?" she asked. "Well, he loves us all and we all love him, so yes I accept things how they are because that is how much I truly love him," Rukia said with a bright smile as they both looked back at Ichigo. After some more small talk, it was time for the two to go. Ichigo and Rukia said their goodbyes as they head to the squad one barracks.
Squad One Barracks
Ichigo and Rukia entered the room while they were talking about the day. Ichigo stopped and looked forward as he saw a fuming Karin in front of him with Yuzu beside her trying to calm her down. "What's wrong, Karin?" Ichigo asked hesitantly. "Do you know how long we've been waiting for you?" she asked as she slowly stomped towards him, "Hours! Now you have to pay the price." She took hold of her Zanpakuto and unsheathed it. "Relax Karin, he's here now isn't that what matters," Yuzu said but it was no use Karin began running towards him. "Don't worry Yuzu, I'll take care of this," Ichigo said calmly as he stepped forward.
Karin slashed down toward Ichigo only for him to raise his hand and hit her wrist out of the way disarming her in the process. He then held her hips and brought her closer. She went for the punch, but he blocked it grabbing both hands and restraining her. He then leaned in and kissed her softly. "There. Better?" he asked, but it was too late she already melted. Ichigo then sighed as he stood back up fully.
"Ichi!" Came the voice of Nel she jumped into his arms and put her arms around his neck hugging him, "I missed you so much!" "I missed you too," he said holding her tight and looking to the others, "I missed all of you." This brought a smile to their faces. "So big brother, how was the meeting?" Yuzu asked. "It was alright, but I want you all to know we do have our work cut out for us and things won't be easy," he said getting them serious, "For now, thanks to Byakuya, the captains and lieutenants accept the Arrancar as for who they are and respect them which is good, but that doesn't mean everyone will so stay alert until all Soul Reapers understand. If anyone is to attack you or is hostile towards you, please tell me and I will seek out punishment." "What is our first task, Master?" Loly asked with a smile. "For now, we will work on finding and recruiting the Vizards in the World of the Living as well as finding other candidates strong enough to be captains. Also, before you ask, Yoruichi would you please inform everyone about Vizards when we've returned to the World of the Living," he said and Yoruichi nodded, "Alright, let's head home."
As they were leaving the Soul Society, Kisuke had given Ichigo an upgrade to his Substitute Soul Reaper badge. If the lights blink white, a hollow is near. If the lights blink blue, you are needed in the Soul Society. If the lights blink red, it is a Captain-level or higher emergency. Ichigo thanked Kisuke and sent him on his way. He then saw Byakuya. "Ichigo, congratulations on your victory," he said. "Thank you, Byakuya. You know what this means right?" Ichigo asked as Byakuya nodded with his eyes closed. "You've never needed to prove yourself to me, she is yours. We will arrange for the ceremony when you've returned with the captains. Keep her safe. I know you will." Byakuya said as he walked away.
One by one the girls began entering the Senkaimon to head to the World of the Living. As Ichigo was about to enter, he felt a pair of arms wrap around him from behind giving him a tight hug. He looked back and saw Rangiku. "Is everything alright Rangiku?" Ichigo asked as he turned to her. He noticed she was avoiding his eyes and looking slightly down. "I never got to thank you properly for saving my life," she said now looking him in the eyes. "That's alright, I saved you because I couldn't see you get hurt," he said making her blush. "Then let me give you something in return," she said. "You don't need to give me anyth…" he was cut off by Rangiku who kissed him. They kissed for a few moments before pulling back for air. "As a thank you for saving my life, and because of my feelings towards you, I ask you to please allow me to be a part of your harem," Rangiku said bowing slightly. "Relax Rangiku, you can be with me if you want to be, but not just because I saved you," he said with a smile, "and it's not a harem." "Thank you," she said hugging him and putting her lips to his ear before whispering, "Daddy." Ichigo blushed as they both separated. "I'll be waiting for you, have a safe trip," she said waving as he walked towards the Senkaimon. He entered the Senkaimon and it shut behind him leaving a blushing Rangiku on the other side.
Dangai
"I'm glad we don't have to run from that cleaner thing this time," said Tatsuki. "That's exactly how I felt after the first time," Orihime said laughing. Tatsuki then noticed Ichigo behind them. "Thanks again for the assist, Ichigo. You definitely earned something for that," Tatsuki winked with a sly smirk. "How about the three of us go on a date after your training is complete?" Ichigo asked. "Sounds amazing to me," Orihime responded with sparkles in her eyes. "Count me in!" Tatsuki shouted.
The group continued their walk to the exit of the Dangai. While everyone talked amongst themselves Ichigo was deep in thought. 'Hey, Shira?' Ichigo asked telepathically. 'Yes, my beloved?' Shirayuki responded. 'I can feel that time moves differently in the Dangai. How?' Ichigo questioned. 'Well, the Dangai used to be a colony of its own, and the current you see around you as well as the cleaner are remnants of that colony. They serve as a sort of defense against unwanted intruders. The reason the current and the cleaner are so dangerous is because they're made of many layers of time currents on top of one another.' Shirayuki explained, 'This also means that time is more dense here, which is another reason Soul Reapers use it to transport between worlds, one hour in the outside worlds equates to two thousand hours in the Dangai which is just under three months.' Ichigo grew a thoughtful look on his face.
'The five of us should talk about this soon.' Ichigo said as Shirayuki began to smile.
The World of the Living
As everyone came back into Kisuke's training room they all went back to what they had been doing before they had left. Harribel and Nel had gone to get food, the Fraccion and Numeros had gone to train, Tatsuki decided to train with Kisuke more as she was still new to having limited powers and Orihime had decided to spectate. This had left Ichigo with Rukia, Yoruichi, Hanako, and his twin sisters.
'Hey girls, why don't you all go get ready for our date? I'm sure these lovely ladies would love to help you get ready.' Ichigo spoke to his Zanpakuto who showed up in a golden light. Shirayuki went with Rukia, Katen with Yoruichi, Kyokotsu with Karin, and Suzumebachi with Yuzu.
"So now that we're alone what would you like to do?" Hanako asked. "How about we join Harribel and Nel in the buffet room so we can have everyone get to know you a bit more?" Ichigo asked. "I think that's a wonderful idea." She responded grabbing hold of Ichigo's arm as they walked the short distance to the buffet room. They each grabbed a plate and Ichigo sat down at the head of the table with Hanako on his right and the two Arrancar to his left.
The four ate while conversing. Harribel had many questions for Hanako about her allegiances due to Hanako previously being in the hands of Aizen, but Hanako had taken away any doubt Harribel may have had about her. At this point, they had finished their meals but stayed seated since they were enjoying their conversation.
"Hanako, I do believe you will be a great asset to our team, and I hope that we can be great friends and create a lasting bond." Harribel said. "Oh Harribel, you're too sweet. Of course, we'll be the best of friends. You're important to my love so you're important to me." Hanako said while smiling and looking at Ichigo. Harribel then looked down slightly looking sad, but before Ichigo could ask what was wrong, she looked up at him and spoke. "Ichigo, I would like to make a request to you if I could?" She asked. "Of course, Harribel, anything." He responded. "Would you be so kind as to take me on a date?" She asked praising her mask for covering her blush and preparing for rejection. "I would love to take you out Harribel, but there are a few people whom I've agreed to take first if that's alright?" Ichigo asked. "NOOOOO! Ichi has to take me first!" Nel yelled jumping onto Ichigo's lap and holding him tight in her arms. Ichigo chuckled to himself as Nel nuzzled her head into his neck. "I'll take both of you as soon as I'm able to, ok?" They both nodded and Ichigo kissed Nel's head unknowingly making Harribel envious.
At this point, the Fraccion and Numeros had walked in having finished training for the day. They waved at Ichigo as he waved back. Loly and Menoly then walked up to Ichigo. "Master we just wanted to say we loved watching you battle." Loly said before Menoly continued, "We were hoping maybe you'd train with us soon as well." "Whoa, I wanna fight Ichigo too!" Apacci said running over. "We were here first Apacci." Loly said with a glare. "Does it look like I care?" Apacci said standing her ground. Ichigo then chimed in trying to defuse the situation. "How about we all have a training session tomorrow after I get back from school?" He suggested. Loly and Apacci continued to glare at each other while Menoly watched from the middle. They both then turned to Ichigo. "Fine!" They said in unison before walking towards the buffet table together to get their food.
Everyone ate and conversed for another hour or so with the rest of the Arrancar getting familiar with Hanako and ultimately deciding they liked her. It was then that Ichigo noticed that it was time for his date. He got up ready to excuse himself when Hanako stood up as well. She hugged him and gave him a peck on the lips. "Enjoy your date, my love!" She said squeezing him tight before letting go and sitting back down. Ichigo smiled and said bye to everyone who were hoping for the same kiss and hug before he walked to the exit and up the ladder.
Ichigo walked in the direction of his home sensing the girls there. He used his flash step you get there in an instant and headed to his room to change. Hearing giggling from the hallway and footsteps headed towards the stairs Ichigo couldn't help but smile. He was happy with all the beautiful women he loved in his life staying loyal to him he couldn't help but not feel overwhelmed with happiness.
Ichigo opened his closet and realized he had no idea what he was dressing for. 'Kyokotsu, my little ninja I have a favor to ask.' Ichigo teased unknowingly making the smaller Zanpakuto blush. 'Yes, my handsome master?' she asked equally teasing. 'Don't tell anyone I asked, but how are you dressed? I'm not sure what to wear.' He asked. 'Well, I can't ruin the surprise but wear something slightly more classy than casual.' She responded. 'You're the best Kyokotsu. You definitely deserve a reward soon.' He said again making her blush unknowingly as he began to get ready.
Ichigo chose to wear a black button-up shirt with the top button undone and the sleeves rolled up to just below his elbow. He decided he'd wear black dress pants and some nice black dress shoes with red bottoms. He was going to be fancy for his beautiful Zanpakuto.
As Ichigo walked down the stairs, he smiled hearing everyone talking and laughing together. It made him feel warm inside hearing everyone getting along. He got to the bottom of the stairs and his eyes locked with Rukia as she walked towards him. "Come Ichigo, let me take you to your dates for tonight." She said as she grabbed his hand and brought him to the living room Ichigo was stunned.
His eyes first caught on the Suzumebachi. She was wearing a gold and black dress which went down to her knees. It fit her form well. It had an exposed back and Ichigo was loving how tight-fitting it was. He then looked at Kyokotsu. She wore a black dress that covered her entire length with a form-fitting fabric leaving her upper chest and belly button exposed. She decided not to wear her mask as she knew Ichigo loved to see her face.
By this point, Ichigo was struggling to conceal his hard-on and turned to meet the gaze of Katen as she smirked seductively at him. She wore a black corset-style dress with a deep-cut v-neck exposing a modest amount of her cleavage leaving little to the imagination. Ichigo would have kept staring but he saw a blinding white light to his left and as he looked and his eyes adjusted, he saw Shirayuki. She looked absolutely breathtaking. She was wearing a white dress with a normal amount of cleavage showing. She like Suzumebachi had her back exposed but the skirt part of her dress flowed all the way down with one single slit along its length from her right hip down.
"Wow… you all look absolutely gorgeous." Ichigo said making the four Zanpakuto smile gleefully. "You look rather handsome yourself." Suzumebachi said placing her body against Ichigo with a hand on his chest. "I was thinking sexy." Said Kyokotsu as she looked away with a heavy blush.
"So where will I be taking you, girls, tonight?" Ichigo asked. "Masaki recommended we go to a fancy play in town." Shirayuki said. "We agreed since we all love literature and who doesn't love a good damsel in distress story." Katen explained. "Sounds great!" Ichigo said knowing he didn't much care for plays, but he wanted to partake in the things they like. "Yeah, and there are ninjas in it." Kyokotsu said with stars in her eyes. "We should probably get going there's only about an hour until it starts and I wanna get some popcorn." Suzumebachi said with a smile and a bit of drool coming out of her mouth. "Alright, let's get going." Ichigo said as they all headed towards the door.
As everyone was heading outside Rukia pulled on Ichigo's sleeve before he met the Zanpakuto outside. "What is it, Rukia?" He asked. "Your sisters and I will be going out with your mother and father in a few hours to see a movie." She said as she then pulled him closer and whispered into his ear, "So, you're gonna have the house to yourself for a couple of hours before we all get back. Make sure you enjoy." Ichigo blushed slightly knowing exactly what she meant. "I love you guys so much." He said as he pulled her in for a quick kiss which she quickly returned. "I love you more. Now go watch your play before you get late." She said as they separated, and she closed the door behind him.
The five started their conversation as they headed towards the theatre. By the time they got to the theatre they still had about twenty-five minutes until the play started so, they got all their snacks and decided to get seated early. They continued their conversation until a few minutes before the play started and then quieted down ready to watch and they were immediately mesmerized.
Kurosaki House
"Hey, Rukia, what made you fall in love with our brother?" Karin asked. The girls had been talking and playing games while they waited for Isshin and Masaki to come home. "Well, from the time I met him, I had always thought he is very handsome." She said pausing as she thought back to the way they looked at each other before Ichigo had accepted her Zanpakuto into his being, "But, what really got me was when he stormed the Soul Society to save me from being executed. He has always done so much for me and for that I will always give him one hundred percent of my love and attention." The twins both felt moved by Rukia's speech. They simply fell in love over time, and neither was sure when it happened it just did.
Karin suddenly got an idea that had her grinning like a madman. "How about for the next game we play truth or dare." She said and immediately Yuzu got a little nervous knowing how her sister gets. "I'm not sure that's a good idea Karin." Yuzu said. "Don't be scared every dare will include Ichigo in it." She smirked as the other two girls were immediately sold on the idea.
At The Theatre
The play had just ended, and the group was making their way out of the theatre. "Wow, that was a wonderful play." Katen praised, "I was so thoroughly moved by the princess when she said that her love for the prince would transcend lifetimes." "I agree, but I think the ending where they started beginning their new family was better." Shirayuki responded with a blush as she shifted her gaze to Ichigo.
Suzumebachi started laughing loudly. "Wow Shira, that was pretty bold of you." She said before communicating telepathically, 'Kisuke did say he added a few tricks for us, maybe even that's possible.' Shirayuki was then shocked.
Shirayuki had always wanted children of her own, but Zanpakuto could not reproduce the way that humans could, but maybe there was still a way. Shirayuki then thought to herself, 'Ichigo's still young, I doubt he wanted want children now and we have our whole lives ahead of us still, but maybe now I could still bare his children. Maybe I should talk to Kisuke.'
"Hey Shira, you alright?" Shirayuki was snapped out of her thoughts as Ichigo spoke up. "Yes, sorry just lost in my thoughts." She responded. "Oh? What were you thinking about?" He asked. "How about you just wait and see." She smirked. She knew she was almost caught in a conversation that may have ended the night, but she was able to get out of it with the surprise she had planned.
They then resumed their conversation about the play and continued their way home. Thankfully, the walk didn't feel very long since they were enjoying their time together. Within a few minutes, they were back in the Kurosaki home. Ichigo looked at the clock it seemed like they had about an hour and a half until everyone came home. He then watched as the Zanpakuto headed up the stairs and followed quickly.
When Ichigo entered his room, it seemed bigger. Even though on the outside of the house nothing had changed, the room now looked like a master bedroom with a couple of new doors as well that Ichigo would have to check out later. He didn't see the girls but spoke up knowing they were near, "When the heck did this happen? Not that I'm complaining about replacing that tiny bed and room, but this doesn't make sense." He heard Suzumebachi through one of the doors, saying, "Oh, Hanako made it. She said you had told her about making some new living space for your harem and said this is something until she's done."
Ichigo continued walking around the room in awe. He then heard a door open behind him as he quickly turned around and immediately had a deep blush on his face. "So, Ichigo, we promised you a reward for defeating Captain Yamamoto. Are you ready to receive it?" Shirayuki said lustfully. Ichigo couldn't help but stare. The four of them looked so sexy and beautiful.
Suzumebachi was in a yellow set of lingerie with black accents which was comprised of a bra that left very little to the imagination and a G-string thong that showed off her tight ass nicely. Kyokotsu was wearing a black and purple one-piece that hugged her form nicely and what stuck out most was that it was crotchless showing off her shaved nether regions. Katen was wearing a purple set with black accents, but she also had on some devil ears, and she was wearing quite the devilish smirk. Her bra was almost see-through as were her panties. Shirayuki was wearing an ice-white set with both her bra and panties being lacy and like Kyokotsu her panties were crotchless. She wore a headpiece as well, but she chose an angel halo instead.
Ichigo was drooling at this point and could only nod to answer Shirayuki. The four Zanpakuto walked up to him and pushed him to the bed. They quickly took his top off before Shirayuki jumped on him straddling his abdomen before quickly attacking his lips with her own.
