Hey Yo! NerdRyuu gere for the eleventh chapter of The Last Loud! as I said in the last chapter, I decided to upload a extra chapter this week!

Last chapter Lynn and Lincoln ventured on the remains of the Loud residence and we learned the backstory of Maria and Cassie, The Last Loud's new companions!

Let's go to answer the question I received this half a week!

Dimitri Gomez: the deaths of the other Louds also includes Luna's son/Daughter?

Well, I have to be very careful to answer this question without giving heavy spoilers... Let's say that the Last Loud is one of the 11 original Loud kids.

Disclaimer: I do NOT own The Loud House

Lincoln and I returned to where once was our front yard and played catch with the obtained ball, I threw the ball as he caught it with the glove and threw back to me. We made small talk through it, unconsciously avoiding talking about the heavy stuff that were happening and what we found inside the house. It was nice, nostalgic memories came to my mind.

Man, I really had forgotten how nice was playing with him. I smiled. He really was the best man I ever met. And like a truck hitting my thoughts, I remembered the bad stuff I did to him in the past.

Man, I was a jerk. I tackled him without warning, wrestled him without his consent, abused verbally, among other stuff. I practically bullied him with the excuse of "preparing him for middle school."

And there was the No Such Luck episode… That really took the cake on the worst things I, no, all of us did to him. What if we did the same with him on Day Zero? What if we didn't let him on the bunker just because we thought he was a back luck charm?

"Lynn?" Lincoln's voice snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Huh? What?" I said.

"Are you good?" He said with a eyebrow raised.

"Huh… Let's return to the bunker… make our report." Lincoln nodded. And we did.

When we entered the bunker, Lisa stepped from behind the lead door that separated the entrance from the rest of the bunker.

"Why are you two not wearing your helmets?" Lisa said with a stern look, with her hands on her hips. We looked at the helmets under our arms.

"Well Lisa, you were right. The radiation levels on our surrounding area are indeed low." Lincoln said.

"And is the air pure enough for breathing without problems?" Lisa asked, pulling from nowhere a pen and a notebook.

"Yeah, it was nice to breath fresh air." I spoke.

"You verified a radius of who much space around the bunker?" Lisa asked. Lincoln and I looked at each other.

"We just looked on our old house. We even entered it." Lincoln said. Lisa groaned.

"Good grief. What did you do all this time them?" Lisa said crossing her arms.

"We played catch." I said, lifting my hands, to show Lisa the glove, the ball and the bat. Lisa's eyed went wide.

"Are these things irradiated?" She asked concerned.

"No. They were under my bed." I explained. "We verified, they're safe." Lisa sighed.

"Well, at least the premises of our house are safe. But I still need more intel regarding the radiation levels of our surroundings."

"So you want to us go out again?" I asked, hoping that the answer was a positive one. Lisa adjusted her glasses and nodded.

"Indeed. You two will have to go out more. And I don't think that it'll be just once more. I want you two to comb the entire city. Analyzing the radiation levels on every square inch of this city. I need to have a complete picture of how things are, radiation wise. This is a job that'll take time. And it'll take even more time if you two slack on." Lisa crossed her arms when speaking the last sentence.

"We understand." Lincoln said. "This is an important job, we need to take this seriously."

"That's good to hear." Lisa said. "Now stay still while I check for any trace of radiation."

The three had put a campfire for the night, right at the entrance of a cave, as it had began to rain. The bike was parked not far from where they were setting camp. Well, they didn't had anything to set camp, just their clothes and The Last Loud's cloak that they we using as a sheet to sleep on. The Last Loud had heated and opened one can of beans for the two girls, who shared their meal with joy.

It's probably been very long since the last time they had eaten something so good. The Last Loud didn't ate anything. Cassie lifted her eyes to the Loud and swallowed the food she had on her mouth before speaking.

"You're not going to eat?" She asked tilting her head. The Last Loud turned to the girl.

"No. I'll eat later." They stated, looking at the entrance of the cave, seeing the rain pour on the infertile dirt.

"You're always so alert." Cassie noted.

"I need to." The Loud said without turning to her. "I want to survive."

"But them you will forget to live." Cassie said. The Last Loud looked down, but stood silent.

"Cassie! You can't contest on how a person decides to live their life!" Maria reprehended her daughter. The girl looked down.

"Sorry." Cassie said sheepishly.

"It's better if you two get some sleep." The Last Loud said finally.

"Yeah, you're right." Maria said. "We already finished the can, come Cassie." Maria and Cassie laid on the Loud's cape and wrapped themselves as best they could.

"Good night." Cassie said to The Loud, who kept looking the rainy outside. The girl closed her eyes and waited for Mr. Sandman bring her happy dreams.

Cassie and her mother woke with roars and fighting sounds. When she looked up, she saw The Last Loud standing above her, trying to hold back a huge monster.

Said monster looked like it was supposed to be a bear, but all the fur in the neck region of it was completely naked, and was inflated and had quills, like a pufferfish.

Upon seeing the monster, Cassie's first reaction was paralyzing in fear, the second reaction was crawling back.

The Last Loud wrestled the furious beast, it had one of the Loud's arms on their jaws, The Last Loud used it's free hand to Try force it's jaw open.

The Pufferbear used it's might to push the Loud down, who was easily pinned to the ground. The Last Loud had fought a beast like that before, that's when they named the creature, but this time, it took them by surprise. If they hadn't reacted so fast, the beast would have mauled the two to death.

Maria crawled backwards until hitting the cave's wall, she was in complete panic. That thing was going to kill Loud and kill them!

The Loud became desperate, the armor on it's arm was very strong, but they was feeling that the armor would resist for much longer. The Last Loud started to punch the Pufferbear's eye in a desperate manner. They for a second thought that they would die then and there.

A bullet hit the Pufferbear's ear, ripping it clean off. The beast released the Loud's arm and roared to Cassie. The girl was standing by the side of Loud's backpack, holding up their handgun. She was shaking, but still kept aim on the Pufferbear.

The Last Loud took the distraction and grabbed the lower jaw of the beast and used it as leverage to swing upwards and land on the top of the Pufferbear's head. They locked one leg around it's neck and used the other foot to force the beast's jaw open while they used all their might to hold the upper jaw open.

"The Shotgun! Quick!" The Last Loud demanded in a hurry, Cassie nodded and grabbed the shotgun that was inside the backpack and run closer to the beast.

The pufferbear couldn't react fast enough as Cassie shoved the shotgun's barrel on it's mouth and pulled the trigger.

The beast fell immediately as it's insides were completely blown from the inside. The three of them stood in silence for a second to catch their breath. The Loud dismounted from the dead beast and spoke.

"Always, always, aim for the head, kid." The Last Loud said grabbing the shotgun out her hands.

"I was aiming there but it slipped." Cassie stuttered.

"Meh, I don't think that the shot would do much on this thing. It's hide is very sturdy… The only way to hurt it was from the inside." The Last Loud said, moving the pufferbear's corpse with the foot.

"Yeah, you need to admit that it was awesome!" Cassie said with a sudden change of demeanor. "I went and saved your life, them POW! I shot it right in the mouth!"

"Don't you two think that it was a little extreme?" Maria said, finally stepping in on the conversation.

"No guts, no glory." The Loud simply said.

"What?" replied Maria, confused with their saying.

"You need guts to survive here." The Last Loud Said, them pointed to Cassie for a second, and completed. "She has guts."

"Was that a compliment?" Cassie said happily. "Coming from you, this means a lot! Thanks!"

The Loud ignored Cassie and tried to lift the corpse.

"Come, we need to go, now."

N/A: And that's the chapter! this one was more focused on the future, as our newly formed trio had to face the danger of another radiation mutation called the Pufferbear!

The pufferbear was a clear mixture of a bear and a pufferfish, a combination that I found unexpected and interesting.

The past arc was a little plain I think, woth just the thoughts of Lynn making the bulk of the section.

Next chapter we'll continue accompanying Lynn and Lincoln's adventures outside the bunker, and we'll see what the future trio will do to the carcass of their killed prey.

if you have a question or want to say something, go ahead and make a comment! If you are really enjoying Yhe Last Loud, consider adding the story to your favorites, or sharing it with your friends that also like The Loud House.

Next chapter goes out sunday and the next Wednesday we won't have a extra chapter u fortunately, but don't worry, we're starting to get to the meat of the story! 'till next time.

Bye.,
