If that were true, then a certain blonde bomb maniac would worship him.

TRR—RR—RRK—!

Soil and rock fell like rain with dust acting as fog. At the edge of this "earth rain" were three people wearing black cloaks with red clouds. One of them had blue skin and shark-like teeth as he grinned. Another one of them had long, black hair and wore an impassive expression as he had his eyes closed. The last one had red sclerae and pupil-less, green irides and he had a scowl on his face.

"So annoying," the last one mumbled. When Naruto dropped ten scrolls, he would've died if not for Itachi warning them to stop. Kisame stopped instantly, but Kakuzu slowed down before stopping, putting him in front of the two.

When the scrolls exploded, he was in the range of the blast and nearly lost all his hearts.

'Thankfully, I reacted swiftly,' Kakuzu thought, 'Otherwise I'd say goodbye to this cruel world.'

After the explosions died down, they all regrouped and waited for the debris to fall. They could go around it, but no one mentioned doing so.

They all didn't want to chase after someone who could casually blow up a country, or in this case, a sizable part of the plains they were in.

"Sigh."

When Kakuzu heard someone breathing out a sigh, he turned his head to see Itachi shaking his head. "What's the matter?" Kakuzu asked.

"Nothing," Itachi replied, though he was chuckling inside his mind. 'That kid did it again,' he smirked internally. He heard many tales of Naruto blowing things up, and the best example was how he blew up Danzo's hideout.

Starting that day, Itachi began to secretly admire Naruto for his bravery and boldness.

'Even I won't dare, nor will I be able to deal such a blow to Danzo,' Itachi thought, 'unless, of course, I use my mangekyou sharingan. Naruto Uzumaki, you're one destructive ninja.'

Upon finishing his line of thought, Itachi was reminded of a blonde in the Akatsuki. 'I wonder who can cause more destruction between Naruto and Deidara,' Itachi mused.

As he was lost in thought, a flash of white passed by the three of them.

CSHHHH…

Itachi became alert when he saw hundreds of white butterflies enveloping them, but when he saw that they were all made of paper, he dropped his guard. At least, he made it appear that way.

Meanwhile, Kisame had a smirk and Kakuzu's scowl became deeper.

The butterflies soon covered the entire area and flowers of paper bloomed from the ground and a figure manifested in front of them, radiating the aura of purity and innocence. Though, his eyes were dull and empty, similar to the monotone whiteness around her.

"Took you long enough," Kakuzu said in a dissatisfied tone.

The sun had just risen above the world and in a village jam-packed with people, a group of thirteen made their way through the streets. They all wore cloth facemasks and a hood covering their heads as they walked in the stone pathway.

"Hey, this seems like a good place to eat," one of them said. The person had a pair of vibrant lavender eyes and a bright smile. He was talking to the only five children in the group. Well, not counting Shinobi. "Ramen? What is ramen?" The tallest child asked.

Naruto shrugged his shoulders. "It's a noodle dish. I've not tried it before, but people say that it's delicious," Naruto said. "Who knows, maybe we'll get addicted to the taste?" Naruto joked.

After the five children agreed, Naruto turned to the other seven. The seven, Hinata, the sand siblings, Zabuza and Haku, and Karin, didn't have any objections as to their first meal since yesterday.

After fleeing from the Akatsuki, the group never stopped running until they reached a bustling village. Naruto instantly recognized the town as it was under the land of fire's territory, and it was close to the shore.

Before entering the village, he unsealed the five children to have them experience the outside world, as well as to feed them.

SLUUURP—!

"WOW!" One of the five children exclaimed in wonder. In total, there were four boys and one lone girl out of the five children. Only the boys were slurping the noodles with stars in their eyes, while the lone girl had thin skin as she shyly tried to stuff noodles into her mouth silently.

"You guys like it?" Naruto asked. "Yeah!" The four boys yelled out simultaneously while the girl merely nodded. "Well, you can slow down. I can order another one if you like it so much," Naruto said but was ignored by the children.

"Naruto-kun, are you full?" Hinata asked with a curious tone. 'You said to the children to slow down, but you devoured five bowls in a split second,' she worried, 'What if you get indigestion?'

Though, she wasn't one to speak either. Like Naruto, she also devoured the ramen in less than a moment, though she did so silently. Naruto looked at her, and before he could reply to her question, his shock got the best of him as he yelled out, "You already finished six?!"

"Geez, calm down, you bunch of kids," Zabuza sweatdropped. He had yet to finish half of his bowl, yet Naruto and Hinata already took down a cumulative of eleven bowls. "It's delicious, okay?" Naruto rolled his eyes as Haku chuckled. He was eating at the same pace as his master.

"Hmm. I agree," Gaara nodded as he reached for his second bowl. Temari cringed and turned away at the sight. 'You wouldn't see me and ramen in the same place,' she thought.

Meanwhile, Kankuro was trying to stuff the noodles into his mouth and was gulping them down, making his face look like an angry pufferfish. 'How the hell can they eat so much?!' he thought as he barely ate over half of his portion.

As they all ate, no one noticed Karin reaching out for her third bowl of ramen.

"HAHAHA! I'm glad that you liked it," the ramen shop owner beamed in laughter. "Father! Stop laughing and get to work! There are so many customers!" The owner's daughter suddenly yelled, making him jolt in surprise. "Well, I better get going or my daughter will beat me to a pulp."

Seeing the two's antics, Naruto wondered about the future. 'Will it be as peaceful as they?' He pondered and shook his head. 'No. It won't. It'll probably be full of tribulations and blood,' he concluded.

He was a shinobi, not a civilian. Furthermore, his goal was godhood. There was no chance for it to be peaceful.

'But I hope that with the sanctuary built, my children will be safe and well.'

SLURP… TWITCH!

"Hey," a hushed voice entered Naruto's sensitive ears. "How's Konoha these days?" The same voice asked. 'Konoha? What happened to Konoha?' Naruto wondered.

"Huh? What do you mean?" Another person asked. "The civil war! How's the civil war?" The person from before asked.

CLANG!

"Naruto-kun? Are you okay?" Hinata asked and wiped off the spilled noodles on Naruto's body. The noodles and chopsticks fell after Naruto's grip on his chopsticks loosened. "Yes," Naruto nodded stiffly. Hinata noticed it. Not only her, but the entire group aside from the children did as they slowed down their eating.

Naruto nodded to them solemnly as he thought, 'A civil war? A freaking civil war?! Is Madara behind this as well?'

"Hey! Quiet down, you can't let others hear you!" The second person reprimanded in a hushed tone. "But come on," the first person whispered in a lower voice. Naruto had to channel chakra into his ears to hear it, even with his sensitive hearing.

"How can't I be curious? The civil war happened too suddenly, and right after Jiraiya-sama's reign, too," the first person said. 'Godfather's reign? Did godfather become the Hokage?!' Naruto's heart jumped in surprise as he clenched his thighs to numb them.

If he didn't, he would've leaped in shock.

"Tsk, you're such a nosy bastard," the second person clicked his tongue, but it seemed that his annoyance was but a bluff. "Well, I heard that the rebel's leader was lord Danzo's only disciple," he said. "What?!" The first person yelled out and the sound of a wooden chair being pushed out made the shop turn quiet.

After a few moments, Naruto heard a meek "Sorry," before the shop returned to its bustling atmosphere.

"The rebel leader is lord Danzo's disciple, are you kidding me?" The first person said in doubt. "Yeah. I heard it from my chunin niece," the second person replied. "Your niece is already a chunin? That was so fast! She must be a genius," the first person said.

"Oh, you flatter me. She's twenty-four this year, you idiot," the second person chuckled. Hearing their conversation steer away from what he wanted to hear, Naruto stood up. "I have to… use the bathroom," he said as he walked away.

His footsteps were silent, and his presence was akin to a ghost as he made his way toward the two gossiping civilians.

"Excuse me, sirs," he said, "may this gentleman gain your attention for a moment?" He said as a kind smile formed on his face.
