Two Blue Lines Change Everything-Ch 11
While Fran and the girls were cooking dinner for everybody Penelope sat on one of the couches with Henry, Jack, Clooney and Mudgie, she was surrounded by sweetness and ohhhh so much cuteness that all Derek and the others could do was sit and watch in awe as they cuddled around his baby girl.
JJ smiled as she snapped a few pictures, Emily said, "she's gonna be a great momma don't ya think?", JJ nodded her head and said, "yeah, well that is if she decides to have the baby that is", Emily and JJ then looked worriedly at their friend and wondered just what her plans were going to be concerning the baby.
Derek walked over and got down on his knees in front of Penelope and said, "soooo did you have a good day with momma and the girls?", Penelope said, "I did, we laughed, talked and did a little online surfing for a few things", Derek nodded his head and said, "a few things like what goddess?", she swallowed hard as she looked up to give him an answer.
Her hand slid down to her stomach and she said, "I've decided to have this baby", he smiled and said, "you have, that's wonderful news baby girl, just wonderful news" causing JJ and Emily to walk closer to Penelope as Emily asked, "are you sure about that?", Penelope said, "I am, after all Fran's right, the baby is innocent in this, he or she didn't ask to be brought into all of this drama".
Hotch said, "very true Garcia and I admire you for what you're doing", she looked at her boss/friend and said, "why bossman?", he said, "because a lot of women in your place wouldn't have made the same decision you did, they would do anything to get out of the quote unquote situation" as he made air quotes.
Dave said, "just watching kitten with Henry and Jack let me know that she's going to be an amazing mother to my grandchildren", Penelope said, "waittttt papa bear, let's not get too ahead of ourselves, first we have to find out in a few months just who the father is", Derek intertwined his fingers with hers and said, "either way I'll be your babies father".
She looked at him and said, "you, you, you would raise another man's child?", Derek brought her hand up to his lips and kissed it and said, "as long as your the mother I would, yes mam I sure would", she grinned and leaned down and pressed a kiss to his lips and said, "I love you Derek Micheel Morgan".
Derek winked at her and said, "and I love you Penelope Grace Garcia", his hand went to her stomach and he gently rubbed it as he said, "and I love you little one, me and your mother love you soooooo much and we'll do anything that it takes to keep you safe, happy and healthy", Penelope put her hand on top of his and said, "that we will angelfish, that we will" as the rest of the team watched on.
As Reid watched Derek and Penelope together he couldn't help but worry about Kevin, the way he went off on the yesterday made him worry about both Penelope and the babies safety, it was obvious that he needed to stay away from her, so right now their goals are firstly, keep her and the baby safe until the paternity is known and secondly, keep her away from Kevin at all costs.
Fran walked to the door and said, "alright, who's hungry?", Everybody said, "meeeee" in unison as they got up and followed Fran out of the room and headed toward the dining room. Derek pulled Penelope up and said, "come on gorgeous, let's go get something to eat, I have to keep my baby girl and little bundle of love happy and healthy".
She grinned and said, "what would I do without you?", he kissed the top of her head and said, "you're never gonna have to find out, you're stuck with me forever", she grinned up at him and said, "deal" as they quickly fell in line behind the others and headed toward the dining room
